Even more impressively, he also took the time on that day to discuss with me an incident which had led to my admission to A and E two days earlier, recommended and arranged an angiogram and provided a quick, helpful diagnosis and management plan. It was beyind what we could have expected and I am very grateful to him - for both of us.

I had been suffering with severe swelling in my leg caused by varicose veins for over two years. Having explored various options, I landed on Spire and found Dr Jeddy. As soon as I met him for my initial consultation I felt relaxed and felt as though Dr Jeddy understood me, my lifestyle and the need for results. The procedure on the day was flawless and I was home by 5pm that day. All the follow ups with the nursing team to change bandages and with Dr Jeddy at the 3 week mark were flawless as well. 3 weeks and all the small incisions are healed, I have no swelling and I am back training for my Ironman in 2026. I contacted my NHS GP after developing an acute medical problem but was not offered an appointment or even the opportunity to speak with a GP. Loughvuew had be recommended to me by a friend and I had no trouble getting an appointment quickly. The reception staff were very welcoming and I was seen on time. The GP was very professional but also very open and friendly and I found it very easy to talk to him. He took a thorough history and did a full examination before explaining his diagnosis and proposed treatment plan. Overall I was very happy with the consultation and would thoroughly recommend Loughview to anyone seeking high quality, compassionate medical care.

The administrative processes are not always easy to naviagate but the staff at the hospital are professional and helpful. Staff on reception seem well briefed on what information is needed from patients. Clinical staff - both on the wards and in the CT scanning teams were professional and reassuring. It would be useful - for people accompanying a patient for a procedure - to have some information about facilities available to them. I was at the hospital for 12 hours and the only way to get something to eat was to go out of the hopsital to buy it. It would have been helpful to have some catering available on site - if only by machine.

I was “plagued” with psoriasis on my elbows and forearms for the last year or so (I am a 60 year old male). I never suffered from psoriasis before. It was getting me down and I wouldn’t wear short sleeves. I made an appointment with Dr Rosy and she examined me and gave me a prescription and hey presto my psoriasis has “gone” after 4 weeks usage of prescribed spray. As per Dr Rosy it will come back but I should use spray as required when psoriasis returns. I am absolutely 100% confident now of wearing short sleeves. I am so thankful 🙏

as ever, the administration has let your business down. i had an MRI scan at Cleveland Victoria at 1000hrs and the outcome should have been given to Neurologist Dr Richard Perry. Having had more than 35 minutes consultation, i asked about the MRI scan and it had not been sent to him. as a result, we had to have a lunch around the corner and had to return an hour later to continue the consultation. I have complained a number of times about the poor administartion. this is yet another.
