As a very keen sportsman, my son was understandably devastated at the prospect of missing out, but Dr Barke was incredibly reassuring, supportive, and clear throughout putting clear plans in place. He not only managed the injury expertly but also recognised the emotional impact of being sidelined, which made a huge difference. From the friendly welcome on reception on my first\every visit, through the countless appointments with orthodontics, prosthodontics, hygiene and x-ray, everyone and everything was spot on. The coordination and communication between the different departments through the course of my 17 months of treatment was super professional and the outcome is nothing sort of exceptional. Special shout out to Chris for getting my teeth in fantastic shape for the prosthodontics and to Photini for the wizardry she demonstrated with the rebuilding work. I had an ACL reconstruction and medial repair operation in September. The care i received from Mr Dehne and the team at West Midlands hospital was exceptional. Everything from pre op to post op was and has been fantastic and put me at total ease. This was my first operation and first real experience being admitted into hospital and i couldn’t have been more comfortable. The surgery couldnt have gone better and i’ve had minimal pain to date and recovering well. I’m very happy with the care i received and want to thank Mr Dehne and his team.

Had an immigration medical appointment for Australia. I was running late and had to reschedule my AM appointment. Sent an email as the call option was automated message but the email was promptly replied and I was rebooked for the next available PM appointment. It meant I had to wait longer but they were swift to accommodate me and the services from reception to chest X-ray and GP examination was brilliant. I was offered the Polio vaccine and a painless blood tests. Overall I recommend 100%.

It was a very long and uncomfortable waiting time and I would have brought a book should someone have told me this in advance. This was no reflection on Mr Alhasso though, who was excellent.
