The Best Urologist- A true godsend, and a credit to his profession, Dr. Imad- El Mohtar. I cannot recommend Dr. Imad highly enough. Personal experience two weeks back: Got some medical condition that needed a urologist and can fairly say I was lucky to reach out to him at Northway clinic. He immediately advised me, took action, and treated me there. He thoroughly explained to me the condition, side effects, etc. What truly sets him apart is his patience and willingness to answer every single question. Not only this, he checked upon me over email and advised on the test results. He never rushes during consultations and gives you his full, undivided attention, making you feel heard and cared for. If you are looking for a brilliant urologist, look no further. I highly recommend him to anyone. Further, the reception department at Northway clinic is unmatched too. The staff tries their best to book an appointment and even reschedule. Generally, in many clinics in London, I found reception personnel to be rude, but here, all the staff are so caring and genuinely think of the patient's best time utilisation. Fair to say, the clinic does not charge exorbitant prices at all. It's way too few compared to private clinics at Harley Street, and some businesses in Canary Wharf. The kind of treatment you can get is much higher than the money you will spend in the clinic. Trust me.

I did have to wait a while before I was seen, maybe 30 minutes or so, but all the staff were wonderful, caring and reassuring all the way through to being cared for after the procedure. However I feel that the consultant over sprayed the anaesthetic in my throat, he sprayed about 3-4 squirts in my throat, stood back for a moment then sprayed another 3-4 squirts, some of which ended up going into the back of my nasal passages at the back of my throat which gave me a terrible burning sensation in the back of my nasal passages. Maybe this amount is normal, but having had the procedure at another establishment some years earlier, I had no such experience, again I found that there was so much mucus in my throat from the anaesthetic after the procedure that I found myself gagging on the mucus and I was coughing loads of it up into tissues the nurse had to provide me with. Plus I was unable to swallow properly for what seemed like ages. But over all, the staff were wonderful and very caring, but if I need this again, after this experience, I think I would prefer to be sedated.

After suffering with a very painful case of trigger finger for several months (and having had no success in resolving the issue through my GP) I eventually discovered Mr Jesudason's clinic online and promptly made an appointment. Within minutes of seeing me, Mr Jesudason had used ultrasound to diagnose the problem and offered me a range of options going forward. I elected to receive a cortisone injection which Mr Jesudason promptly administered following our consultation. Within hours the pain had subsided and after one week my finger felt like new. I could not be more pleased with the outcome and cannot state how grateful and appreciative I am of Mr Jesudason's care and expertise. I have been to see specialists for other health related issues in the past, but never have I been treated by such an attentive, thoughtful and devoted practitioner. If you have any hand related issues then I would urge you not to hesitate before making an appointment.

Last year I had the cataract in my right eye removed in Moorfields Private Eye Clinic. The consultant, Mr Vincenzo Maurino, was calm, professional and very kind. He immediately put me at ease. I felt strongly I could place complete trust in his care. Everything was explained clearly, and the whole process was handled with such skill and reassurance. A few months ago, when my optician told me that I needed the cataract removed in my left eye, I didn’t have any hesitation and booked an appointment with Mr Maurino at Moorfields. Once again, the care and professionalism were outstanding. Everyone on the staff was so good and helpful. The nurses were very kind, efficient and thoughtful. They even offered tea and biscuits afterwards (perhaps the best biscuits I’ve ever had)! Very soon after the surgery, my vision has improved so much that the world has become clearer. I am very grateful for the wonderful treatment I received.

Let me assure you this is the doctor you want to put you at ease, his level of professionalism and more Importantly his ability to relate to you and make you comfortable are second to none. He listens attentively and offers explanations to guide you through your journey. Whilst carrying out the proceedure he ensured that I was fully aware of what was going to happen and kept things light hearted. Post op - great follow up, with clear and concise explanations, welcoming questions. There is an element of familiarity when the doctor approaches you, he finds the ability to relate, which is great, a Doctor that actually talks to you rather than at you! Lastly his secretary always kept in touch regularly , super friendly and always there when you need her. GREAT!

I had a really positive and pleasant experience with the radiographers. There were two of them and they were both very friendly, helpful, patient, careful, knowledgeable and extremely professional. I was very happy with their care. What I was not happy about was the service from the MRI/Scan receptionists, this is the second time I’ve done a scan and each time the receptionists were not friendly, they we’re extremely direct showing no empathy and welcoming presence. They seemed busy with the conversation they were having with each other so I have found on both occasions their service has been very poor. The first time I assumed it was a one off but after experiencing it for the second time I feel it’s necessary to provide the feedback so something can be done about it.

I have had 3 procedures with Ms. Zweifel, the latest of which was in Theatre via local anaesthetic. Ms. Zweifel & all her Theatre team were very professional & the atmosphere in Theatre was very calm, which was very reassuring. At every stage of the procedure I was told by Ms. Zweifel what was happening, & everyone in Theatre was very kind, which helped so much as a procedure in Theatre under local anaesthetic can be very daunting. Ms. Zweifel is very professional, calm & she an excellent 'bedside manor', which I feel is so very important, I would thoroughly recommend Ms. Zweifel.

Dr Alwan is a very polite, kind and knowledgeable Doctor. He is extremely thorough and really listens and asks many questions to try and best understand. I didnt feel like an ''appointment'. I also liked that he discussed with me the possible reasons and next steps as I do like to be fully informed and he took the time to do so. He also knows his field and made an accurate judgement on the issue which was indeed confirmed with the swab taken. I also had some side effects and he called within the hour of his secretary passing this over. I highly recommend him. Thank you.
