We travelled a long distance for a specialist blood test for my daughter, and I cannot express how grateful I am for the care we received here. Dr. Fiona Moore who looked after us was truly exceptional — so kind, patient, and deeply respectful with my child. She gave Madison all the time she needed to feel safe and ready, explained everything gently and clearly, and never applied any pressure. Her friendly, calm manner made an experience that could have been very stressful into something positive and manageable. The staff at the clinic were also wonderful — welcoming, understanding, and very supportive throughout our visit. Everyone treated us with kindness and professionalism, which made such a difference to our day. It’s rare to meet a doctor and team who combines such professional skill with genuine warmth and understanding, and we felt completely supported from beginning to end. We are so thankful for the way we were cared for, and would highly recommend this practice to anyone.

I am so grateful to have had Dr. Clair Mellon as my obstetrician throughout my pregnancy and for the delivery of my baby girl. She always took the time to answer my questions, explain each step of the process, and ensure I felt comfortable and confident. Her calm, reassuring presence made a world of difference, especially as my due date approached. During labor and delivery, Dr. Mellon was compassionate, attentive, and incredibly skilled—everything you could hope for in such an important moment. I felt safe in her hands every step of the way. I cannot thank Dr. Mellon enough for helping bring my daughter into the world with such kindness and professionalism. Prior to surgery I was provided with all relevant information relating to what would happen and the aftercare that needed to be put in place to support me once I had completed my surgery and was returning home. I found the process efficient and without complication. I followed all the advice given to me by the medical team and I am pleased to say, I was able to resume my life enabling me to, drive without pain and returned to work within 5 weeks of my surgery (albeit a phased return) but I successfully completed 3 weeks and am now returning to normal working hours. Without this surgery I would not have been able to live my life, to put into simple terms - the surgery has 'given me my life back' for which I will be internally grateful, thank you. I can now go back to living my life which sounds a bit dramatic but is in fact TRUE!

The hospital is run like a well oiled ship. No need to be too early, as you have an appointment time and they will take you at that time. I went 30mins early, which was an extra 30mins of nervousness I brought on myself I could have done without! The staff are friendly and efficient. There are processes in place that give assurance that the hand over from nurse to surgeon and team are strict and everyone is on the same page as to who you are and what you are there for. The recovery was peaceful and friendly. And who doesn’t like toast and a hot cuppa after fasting for hours. My next appointment was delivered by email the very next day. I know I will be nervous going back, but it won’t be because I don’t feel I am in safe hands. Thanks to everyone who looked after me, from reception to consultant and everyone in between.

I loved the day staff. Ikram and Sennecca treated me with such kindness and so much support. I unfortunately was discharged after a week as I have other issues that need addressing before I am able to continue the treatment. The night staff in my experience have not been very attentive to my distress. As nights are the hardest time for me this was quite a big issue for me. Dr Veale is great and really knows what he is talking about. The rooms feel like a hotel and the program is scary but excellent here. Food is another issue for me and the kitchen are very accommodating to needs but the general menu is very eclectic. Overall I would say this is a very good hospital and I've seen patients with real change here.

I was in private unit ,I had an apointment with Mr. al Midani. For the subjects kidney , hernia, obesity. I turst Mr. Al Midani. He is a perfect doctor. 👏👏🧿🧿⭐⭐. He thinks with the patient, on the side of the patient. He explains everything briefly. We had the obesity subject in the last 6-8 months. ,it goes very well. I got 18-20 kg lighter. And in a few months Most probably I will have the surgery for my hernia occured after the kidney transplantation/mediterranian univ. Mr. Al Midani will do the hernia operation here in Royal Free. Because he has the experience on both hernia and kidney transplantation. Thanks to him for all his efforts.. And congrats 👏🧿⭐

My appointment with Dr Andrew Kelly was absolutely brilliant, this was only my second visit with him and he was able to tell me that my ear infections in both ears was gone. I am absolutely delighted that after my first visit he was able to prescribe a medication that cured me after23 months. I am incredibly grateful to Dr Kelly as I was beginning to lose all hope that I was ever going to get rid of these horrible symptoms. So a great big thank you to Dr Kelly and to Kingsbridge hospital for keeping me informed and keeping me informed of my appointment dates and times. Thank You.

I was anxious about my first visit following some negative experiences with nhs gp appointments. But on meeting Dr Shori I was instantly very comfortable and felt heard. I had relevant tests quickly and efficiently. I did not feel rushed or dismissed at any point and came away feeling relieved that I had some answers to symptoms I had been struggling with for a long time. The practice was lovely, clean and overall a nice atmosphere. I wouldn’t hesitate to book again for a concern I was struggling with and would recommend anyone to do the same if they were in a position to do so.

My experience overall was very good. I gave 4 stars instead of 5 because the Receptionist in the Imaging Department (Basement) was off-hand, unhelpful and unfriendly. My only other complaint is that I was told that it is never possible to speak to anyone in accounts regarding invoicing, whether it is face to face or on the telephone. This is an unacceptable practice which upsets a lot of people. The thought of not being able to sort out any invoicing issues except by email is a worry to many, especially older people.

Dr Mensah explained the procedure she carried out and the results of the biopsies. She asked if I was passing urine ok I explained that I was going to the toilet without any problems at all. She was pleased to hear that and explained I would be discharged back to my gp. She stated if I had any problems in the future I could go back and see her and she would help me.
