I first saw Hiba in April 2022 after sustaining a serious ACL and meniscus tear playing rugby. At the time, I was struggling both physically and mentally - initially too anxious to even let anyone examine my knee. However, Hiba immediately put me at ease and managed to reassure me. Within weeks, she had helped me find the right consultant, supported me through surgery, and created a detailed rehabilitation plan. The level of care she provided far exceeded any physio I’d worked with previously. She expertly managed numerous complications throughout my rehab and ultimately got me back to playing rugby swiftly. Alongside my knee rehab, Hiba also resolved a chronic shoulder injury for good measure! Four highly experienced physios had previously failed to improve this injury over a number of years, but Hiba was able to instantly highlight the issue and fix it within a short space of time. Since then, she has also successfully treated me for an MCL tear and sciatica. What sets Hiba apart isn’t just her clinical expertise - it’s the way she supports you through every step of recovery. She deeply understands the psychological side of long-term injuries and, at times, has felt as much like a therapist as a physiotherapist to me! Across my rugby career, I’ve worked with dozens highly experienced physios but Hiba is, without question, the best. I recommend her to anyone without hesitation, and have done so many times already. Her impact on my recovery and general wellbeing has been huge, and I’m genuinely grateful to have had her in my corner over the past few years.

He was realistic about the challenges of getting pregnant for women in their 40s, but at the same time enabled us to remain hopeful, which we really appreciated. Tim was always available via email to respond to any follow up queries we had and he was very quick at responding. Tim's expertise shone through in the way he adjusted medications and approach based on response to treatment, and this led to a pregnancy for us. Tim was also great at responding to queries during pregnancy, which is definitely going above and beyond! I was referred by my GP to RTN via Right To Choose and I have been diagnosed with combined type ADHD. I wanted an assessment which was thorough as I have other conditions such as anxiety, and it was very comprehensive. I felt like my full history was properly reviewed and explained to me. The assessment process was also vulnerable to go through, especially as an adult in my 40s, but all the staff I spoke to via email or face-to-face were very kind, supportive and validating. Thank you. My overall experience was excellent and I would highly recommend RTN to others. My one small piece of feedback is whether you can incorporate a save button in the online forms. I find form-filling quite overwhelming and I think it would have helped to be able to do it in stages.

Optegra Eye Hospital Hampshire

Unfortunately my procedure for my cataract was botched and I ended up having to have another procedure to remove bits from my eye which was most unpleasant and in the end I had to make 6. visits to Optegra. The staff were all very nice after this happened but I do feel the surgeon who apparently was visiting from another Optegra hospital should be monitored very well to avoid this happening to anyone else.

I was called into the surgery ahead of my appointment time. Everything about my tooth extraction was explained carefully, with an invitation to ask any further questions. The injections (usually the worst aspect) and the extraction were painless and I was encouraged to wait in the chair for a few moments afterwards to make sure that I was OK. An excellent experience!

Really happy with my treatment approach at Core LDN. The space is lovely and Laura is accommodating when I was running late once which really helped me out so thank you. There is parking nearby although extra restrictions mid morning so something to be aware of but it's great to have a free parking option nearby at all in London!
