I feel lucky to have found Mr Natt in London everything was above and beyond my expectations, especially the skill with which he carried out my successful coblation tonsillectomy. In the initial consultation he was sympathetic to the methods I had already tried, clearly explained the cause of my issues, and how the recommended procedure would be carried out. On the day of the surgery he and his team did a great job to calmly guide me through everything, naturally I was nervous however looking back I feel like it couldn't have gone better. I'm already feeling much better and healthier than before. A very successful experience overall, thank you Mr Natt and the team, you are all doing a fantastic job.

I had a video consultation with Dr Kallis. In the previous months I had a abdominal ultrasound scan and a CT abdomen and pelvis dual phase scan which appeared to show conflicting results. Dr Kallis explained the purpose and limitations of such scans as the reason for such conflicts, which I found understandable and reassuring. He also outlined the appropriate tests to take to clarify any remaining issues. Dr Kallis was patient and clear in responding to any questions I had. The organisation of the video consultation was very efficiently handled by his Medical Secretary. I would certainly recommend Dr Kallis

The surgery to remove my R breast and lymph nodes must have been exceptional. Given I was the last to be operated on, a full days list. As yet I have had no issues with the wound site and armpit. Beyond what I feel is tolerable with my skin, fluid etc. I have resumed all my previous activities-tennis, yoga, walking and art. Mr. Osman knew I was an artist and I was expecting nerve damage but I was lucky not to have had any issues with nerves as I say beyond the odd twinge. I like to believe that Mr Osmans skill must have played a large part in that outcome.

I spent 3 days at the Royal Free PPU as an in-patient following major surgery and I have nothing but praise for the treatment I recieved from start to finish. My surgery was scheduled speedily, the operation went as well as hoped, and all of the PPU team members who took care of me - Consultants, Doctors, Nurses, Healthcare Assistants and Housekeeping - were professional but at the same time, kind and reassuring. I was really anxious about the surgery and for me, the care that I received as an in-patient, made the whole experience so much less stressful.

On Saturday, I attended Canterbury Hospital at 7:30 am for a minor operation on my finger. Two nurses looked after me and prepared me beforehand. Emma went out of her way to help. I had a very good discussion with the test and we decided that general anaesthetic would be the best route. Mr. Smith carried out the operation and I was lucky to see him afterwards when I came round and he said it had been completely successful. Everything seemed very calm, organised and professional. A very calm, reassuring and friendly atmosphere. The New Victoria also had the necessary scanning and blood testing facilities just a few steps away from the consultation rooms. The hospital is well served by the 57 bus route but also has facilities for dropping patients off and also limited parking.
