ENT Surgeon Mr Natesh is absolutely fantastic!!! Honestly I cannot put into words how incredible he is at his job. He is a superb ent surgeon who has extensive knowledge in his area of ears nose and throat neck head etc. I am so glad I came across Mr Natesh he is the best no1 ent surgeon. From consultations to pre op to post op he answered all my questions and listened and was kind and patient throughout even when I asked a million questions as im an anxious person. I had fess endoscopic Sinus surgery and chose Mr Natesh because as soon as I had my consultation with him I trusted his expertise and knowledge and got a good feeling about him. I self funded and it was worth it to ensure I got Mr Natesh. I had my follow up and even before my op and after he still contacted me to answer questions that I continously had. He had no judgement and was understanding he whole time. Even when I was scared to do the sinus rinses he reassured me throughout. He explained things clearly so I understood any results and biopsy I got and he never rushed. He took his time and explained everything to me and answered everything I asked. Im so glad I chose to have surgery with Mr Natesh he made me feel reassured and confident. 5*+++ I highly recommend Mr Natesh and hes the only ENT surgeon I will visit if I ever need to again. Professional friendly understanding and kind you are in good hands.

Couldn’t fault Mr Holton, from the first consultation he really listened which I hadn’t had with other consultants in the past. Mr Holton also made me feel reassured throughout giving me the least invasive options first before surgery. As a young adult I have struggled to find a diagnosis and within the first consultation Mr Holton knew what my condition was and how to resolve it. I have had the surgery and have my life back as a result! First follow up he checked me over again and answered all questions I had especially about my recovery. I couldn’t fault the care and support that I had received and will forever be grateful. I would highly recommend Mr Holton especially for young adults who had struggled to find a consultant who isn’t afraid to operate if it is necessary.

I had my Pre-assessment on 14/91/26 at 09.30. I arrived early because of the inadequate parking at the hospital but was pleasantly surprised to be able to park straight away so, I arrived at 09.00 for my appt. I registered with reception then the nurse, Sharon, called me. Sharon talked me through my Pre-assessment and explained in detail what would happen when I'm admitted for my op. She gave me an ECG, took MRSA swabs and I had my bloods taken. Sharon explained several forms to me and provided Octensian wash and nasal gel for me to use prior to admission and after. The whole experience was positive. Sharon was very professional with an easy, friendly manner and kindly answered my questions that she had not already covered.

I really appreciated being able to get a quick appointment and having my scan done by a doctor radiologist who could then explain what he saw and give me some advice. The scan was done quickly and it allowed me to promptly get the scan done for my GP. I was super pleased that the report arrived quickly, it was there in my emails before I even got home! There was a chaperone there too, the clinic was nice and the receptionist was very warm and friendly and efficient. All in all a great discovery for me as I felt the prices were very reasonable for private scans so I could use the service for regular health checks..

The treatment I received at the Matrix Eye Clinic was excellent from both Mr Guy Smith and his first class team. The results from the cataract operation in both eyes is sensational. My eyesight is significantly improved, the length, the accuracy and the intensity of the colour are all enhanced. I am absolutely delighted. Before I had the operation I was considering exchanging our television for a new model because I was having difficulty in reading small print and the scene was blurred. Now I can enjoy watching. Amazing! I have no hesitation in recommending Matrix Eye Clinic.

My father has recently had both cataracts removed at Visio Health. He had been advised not to drive and was anxious about waiting for Surgery on the NHS. We contacted Visio and had an appointment the same week. Such lovely and welcoming staff who couldn’t have put him more at ease. He had both eyes done at the same time within 2 weeks. He was apprehensive due to having COPD and keeping still for the operation. Mr Saravelos and his team made us feel at such ease for our Frozen Embryo Transfer. He was so patient and helped talk through the procedure in a way I could understand. He kept me calm through the procedure, which previously have been a really painful experience for him. The Nurse Raj was also great and helpful and managed to get all our prescriptions done before the transfer so we didn’t have to wait around. Really great time and brilliant experience.

MrAal was very professional and explained things very clearly. He informed me of the pros and cons of having an operation without pushing me one way or the other. The only thing was he was a bit optimistic about the recovery period. He said I would be driving within a week. The nurses and the paperwork said at least two weeks before driving. I am a week after the operation and am nowhere near being able to drive.

I had an ultra sound today. I had an excellent experience. The receptionist was very polite and helpful as was the nurse in the ultra sound room. The radiographer who did the ultra sound was very informative and showed me what she was looking at and explained what it showed. I would rate the service 10 out of 10.
