He connected the findings from multiple tests, walked me through the results step‑by‑step, and outlined the likely diagnosis with clarity and confidence. I appreciated how he balanced technical detail with plain language, making it easy to make informed decisions. The follow‑ups were equally impressive: clear next steps, timely check‑ins, and a structured plan that made me feel supported throughout. Communication was prompt, and any adjustments to the plan were explained transparently. Overall, Dr. Philipose combines deep clinical expertise with genuine patient care. My experience with Quen was exemplary - at the time of first meeting him, my humerus had been fractured for 2-weeks & I was in pain, so he very speedily made himself available for a call to discuss the procedure, and once this had been done, booked me in for surgery the following week. On the morning of the procedure, he once again came to see me to discuss the procedure and let me ask any questions I had, which really reassured me. He then came to see me the morning post the op too, to discuss next steps. Ever since the operation, my arm has steadily been on the mend and this is no doubt down to the great care that Quen & the team have showed throughout. I've also seen Quen for two follow-up X-Rays where he has discussed the progress with me, and with this, I've been able to become more competent & confident in carrying out my day-to-day. I couldn't recommend Quen enough - not only has he been brilliant throughout but he's also a thoroughly lovely man.

I found the entire experience to be extremely positive. Despite the actual reason for attending the appointment being due to extreme pain and limiting my mobility I came away from this appointment feeling unusually quite positive due to the manner of Dr Khafaga as he treated me as though my problem is important and genuine. He must see such a high volume of patients and I’m sure many are medically in a worse condition compared to mine, but the difference is that during our interaction I felt very comfortable and that nothing felt as though he was going through motions just to seem considerate. I felt I was understood and that how this affects my life is important to Dr Khafaga. His manner was very considerate indeed and not at all as though it was forced or robotic. Unusually, I came away feeling positive even though unfortunately, the treatment outlined would not be able to occur prior to my extended trip overseas which is a shame & disappointing.

I recently had a hysterectomy with Mr Wassim Hassan, and the whole experience was smooth from start to finish. He made me feel completely at ease throughout the process, thoroughly explained everything in detail, and was incredibly patient—when I didn’t quite grasp the medical terminology, he rephrased it in simple, everyday language that I could easily understand. His skill and care during the procedure were outstanding, and my recovery has been straightforward. I also want to recognise his assistant Marie—she was superb! Always responsive, helpful, and reassuring, which made coordinating appointments and dealing with any questions so much less stressful. The combination of Mr Hassan’s expertise and Marie’s fantastic support made what could have been a daunting time feel manageable and even positive. Thank you both so much—I couldn’t recommend Mr Hassan and his team highly enough.

My experience was first rate from beginning to end. At my first consultation Mr Coull gave me a very clear understanding of my treatment options and guided me to a decision that took account of my priorities. On the day of the surgery he was supportive and encouraging and left me feeling I knew exactly what I needed to do to recover well. I had only minimal pain post the procedure and my tiny neat incisions healed quickly. At my final clinic Mr Coull checked my progress with care, reassured me and left me feeling confident to put the procedure behind me and return to all my activities. Mr Coull clearly has a very high level of technical skill but he is also a fantastic communicator. Despite being in my seventies, keeping physically active is very important to me. Unlike other doctors of my experience, Mr Coull was respectful and supportive of this and this meant a great deal to me.

I normally don’t write reviews, I’m someone who feels that if you do your job well, there is no need. However I have just been been signed off for my second eye cataract surgery and would like to thank all those involved in bringing this about. It was a long haul as my second eye was so bad after an accident back in my teens that a lens had to be made specially to correct my vision. It took about six weeks to make, but I was kept informed of progress regularly. I have nothing but praise for the people who saw me throughout. From the security guys, reception and medical team, to the optometrists, the surgeon and of course Hannah. As my point of contact, Hannah was there to answer my questions and kept me up to date with progress. Once again thanks one and all. In the nicest possible way, I hope I don’t see you again for a long, long time.

I’d been suffering from recurrent abdominal pain after a gallbladder removal a few months ago. After failed trips to A&E (where I was repeatedly told by consultants that people don’t have issues after a cholecystectomy) I was recommended to speak with Dr Menon. He was extremely knowledgeable about my Sphincter of Oddi Dysfunction condition, explained what was happening and a clear and concise course of treatment and investigation. I finally felt that I was speaking to someone who was an expert in the condition. Thank you, and I highly recommend him to anyone else suffering from similar issues

My surgery took place there and had to stay overnight due to vertigo and dizziness. The hospital was friendly, new and pristine. The nursing staff outstanding as well as of course the medical team. I had dinner and breakfast and it was also healthy and delicious. Yesterday I returned to have the dressing removed and it was equally good. If any criticism would be to the pharmacy with a 30minute wait to get my prescription and also despite being a Bupa hospital not having the availity to charge Bupa for medication- I am under Bupa Global and in other Bupa hospitals this is the case.

He explained the process and outlined the risks of the proposed surgery in clear layman's language that I could understand.. He did not sugar the pill! He carefully reviewed my medical history and identified several issues upon which he has requested additional investigation. I came away totally confident not only in his personal ability but also in the decisions that I have now made regarding my treatment plan. First impressions are very good.

Damian has a very polite bedside manner that exudes confidence and experience without arrogance. The knee replacement operation was fully explained and in my case due to back problems other consultants were requested to give advice before the operation was agreed. The Hospital stay itself was very satisfactory, plenty of staff and care. Overall experience including inpatient experience 5*. Recovery is well advanced after just 6 weeks which I have attributed to Damian's skill and following physiotherapy exercises at least 3 times a day

The building was easy to find and receptionist greeted me with a smile. I was really nervous for my allergy testing after suffering an anaphylaxis and I was put at ease straight away by Dr Rutkowski. He was super informative explaining why I could have had the reaction, explained what would happen with the testing and the control he had of any reaction occurred. He talked the whole time what he was doing next which really helped me feel less terrified.
