I went to the Urgent Care Centre at Chase Lodge Hospital, Mill Hill London on Saturday Nov. 29th 2025. I was seen immediately by an outstanding Urgent Care MD, Dr. Jalal Moradzadeh. He listened, he checked me thoroughly, ordered the required tests, sent me for Chest-Xray (done on site), while spending the time explaining it all. At the end, he diagnosed with bacterial pneumonia and bilateral conjunctivitis, prescribed the appropriate treatment which was started on-site (pharmacy on site). The following day, a Sunday, he arranged for me a Chest-CT and an appointment with respiratory physician specialist for the following Monday. The whole team, each and everyone, the receptionists, the nurse, the Xray person and the pharmacist were all helpful, efficient and professional. They all played a role in my speedy recovery. I returned to the Centre on Saturday Jan. 17th and was seen again by Dr. Dr. Jalal Moradzadeh on a related issue and again encountered, professionalism, efficiency all with a smile.

Communication with Kernow Psychiatry beforehand was very responsive and I booked an initial appointment to discuss my mental health difficulties. Dr Reid welcomed me into a comfortable room at the wellness hub, she immediately put me at ease made sure I was settled and ready to begin. After one hour, Dr Reid summarised what she saw as the key priorities to getting me back on an even keel, suggesting a clear approach to addressing my intersecting issues. I felt I was in good hands and I'm now looking forward to my follow up appointment to start my treatment plan towards recovery. I only wish I’d followed my instincts sooner and booked in months ago.

I spent hour and a quarter talking in detail about my symptoms as an adult and what I could remember from my childhood I was then told that whilst I reached the threshold for adult ADHD, I did not reach the threshold for childhood ADHD. I was told I did not have ADHD whilst showing some symptoms. We discussed for a further ten minutes about the fact that I had some difficulty understanding why I needed to reach the threshold for a neurodivergent condition as a child in order to receive some help as an adult with threshold symptoms. I accepted the findings with some disappointment that I was not going to get help but at least it was suggested that I return to my GP for a different referral

Saw Dr Thuva for a removal of what I thought was a mole, but he explained that it was actually a sebhorriec keratosis. I had no idea what that was, but he showed me some examples and explained the differences. He looked at it with his magnifying tool to confirm, and then gave me treatment options. He advised on the best one for me, and removal was done on the same day. It was quick and painless, and he gave me all the aftercare advice I needed. Any follow up questions I had, he was more than happy to help.

I had my right hip replaced in 2015 by Mr Shukla, this has made a huge difference to my life giving me my life back. Allowing me to continue with my daily life and exercise, cannot thank him enough. I know that I am in safe hands with Dr Shukla, and would only want him to do my operation. Cannot thank him enough, brilliant surgeon.

I chose galaxy lenses for my cataract surgery and am now very happy with the results. No need whatsoever for any glasses. The staff were all very kind and supportive, along with Mr Hove the surgeon who was quick and efficient with the procedure. I booked an appointment for a week away. It was then cancelled and another appointment book for one month hence. I cannot do this as I am abroad. They then offered an appointment one further month away. So instead of the original appointment mid January I am now waiting until mid March. I called them ana left a message I wanted to have a chat to cancel and move to another consultant or get an earlier appointment. No call back.

Everything was good but the house keeper was rude . when i came to the building i don’t know which button to press and there was board (if you have any issue you can contact house keeper . I press that button and i told him i have medical appointment he was like do you appointment with me ,he was so rude . He could simply say that press number 15 thats it . But my experience with doctors and other staff was excellent.

No worries at all. Am a little confused with the form filling in via the web site, and I am inundated with reminders to fill them in both on the Internet and on my phone. It often makes me wonder if you have received them? Everything absolutely fine otherwise... the building had contracting material everywhere and nails and screws lying around the receptionist and dentist's assistant were friendly the dentist was quiet and rude and very unapproachable, when i tried to ask questions about my teeth he gave one word answers that were untrue- for example he told me there was nothing i can do about my early cavities
