I was delighted with my recent visit to One Hatfield Hospital. a) The hospital was easy to find. b) The parking was perfect, and I immediately found a parking space. c).I loved the look of the hospital, and the high ceilings and modern appearance I found very uplifting. When I went inside the hospital I was greeted by Georgia at the desk, who took me through the registration process, and I also registered my car. I sat down for a very short time and then Mrs. Fiona Batesan ( with whom I had an audiology appointment) came out to greet me, and she took me in to her consulting room. I also met Amy who was the very friendly nurse who was assisting. I thoroughly recommend Mrs. Fiona Bateson. Finally, I had a delicious snack in the little cafe. Sam was serving and he was very attentive and interesting to speak to. I forgot to mention the toilets, which were very clean, and I was slightly amused when the male cleaner rushed outside the moment that I entered the toilets. All in all, I had a very positive experience of my visit to the One Hatfield Hospital, and I shall certainly be recommending the hospital to everyone. Since my visit I have heard of a friend who had his NHS. hip.or knee replacement at the hospital, and he was also very pleased with his experience. Thank you to Mrs. Fiona Bateson, and all the staff at the One Hatfield Hospital.

I rate Dr Hawary very highly. I was referred to him for a TURP operation and from start to finish, he has been exceedingly professional, efficient and charming. Dr Hawary explained everything very clearly in terms of what was happening, what would be involved in the operation and what potential side-effects would be, together with expected outcomes. By the end of our first meeting, I was much more confident about the whole procedure, even though I wasn't particularly looking forward to it. The operation was a success and Dr Hawary visited several times while I was recovering in hospital to check how I was progressing. Dr Hawary has a strong work ethic but a great beside manner to make his patients feel comfortable and at ease. Fantastic.

My 2nd specialist visit for a serious consultation from telephony by Caroline who as a professional secretary who is very understanding and dealing with Bookings is fabulous. Mr Z Saihan is a experienced consultant in his many years of experience on the nhs as well as private Bookings at moorfield and service always amazing, and very very efficient in his field of work. Relating to macular degeneration and cataracts and much more. . Mr Z Saihan has treated my eye concerns on and off over the years and excellent diagnoses on point each time. His caring approach and dedication to his work is recommendable and treatment carried out expertly to a great result .

I felt upset that yet again my dentist said...in front of 2 young assistants...lets have a look at these wonky teeth. This has happened before...and as i pointed out when at school i had dentistry work, teeth removed and braces...which i keot on as advised...but no retainers were put in after...so teeth have moved since. Im sure im not the only one making life difficult for the dentist...but im assuming thats the nature of the job. I have never had theae comments from the previous dentist and feel they are both unprofessional and unkind., and not a good example to the young members of staff in attendance as to client care.

I recently visited Newmedica, Worcester for an assignment after which they offered me next day surgery as they'd had a cancellation. I found all the staff right from reception to nursing to doctors, were warm, welcoming and excellent, each and every staff member I met at Worcester were absolutely wonderful, from the moment I arrived to the moment they discharged me. I can't recommend them highly enough. The waiting room was pleasant, there was thoughtful touches such as complementary drinks available, the clinic is modern and clean. If anyone needs cataract surgery like I had go to Newmedica Worcester.

What stood out most was her empathy — she treated me not just as a patient, but as a person. Dr Valerie Ademisoye has a calm, reassuring manner and a wisdom that makes you feel truly cared for. I couldn’t recommend them highly enough.

I had a prostatectomy in August 2025 and Mr Chedid was extremely clear and professional in the initial meeting before the procedure giving concise and reassuring assessment of my specific circumstances.. On the day of the surgery he made me feel calm and confident that the surgical team would take very good care of me.. After surgery he again was very reassuring on the success of the surgery. The follow up after 6 weeks with the histology of the prostate was very thorough and reassuring. And the whole process was caring and very professional.

Incredible team! Attentive, professional, kind and always making sure my recovery was uneventful and with the maximum comfort as possible. Facilities are excellent, food is delicious and rooms well equipped, with TV and Netflix to help us pass time in those ‘more difficult’ days after surgery. Special mention to nurse Ganga whose professionalism and friendliness really stood out. I would recommend the Lindo Wing to any friend or patient that requires professional and attentive medical help.

I went for consultation for hip replacement to Dr Dawson. Very welcoming entry and very quick and efficient service. Dr Dawson was extremely pleasant which made my visit very comfortable. My one on one staff member Karen was very knowledgeable and really explained to all that needed to be done and explained how and what was needed to apply to the HSE. She was brilliant. Overall very professional service

I had an initial consultation with Britany and have since been working with her on a personal rehab programme to proactively strengthen my core, glutes and legs. She has been brilliant. I'm really enjoying the sessions, they are challenging but she has expert physiological advice and I feel like I'm making great progress. Highly recommend the 1-to-1s. Worth the investment.

On arrival at Murryfield you are greated by a friendly receptionist who guides you through the checkin procedure and then on my visit even went as far to get two cups of hot chocolate from the drinks machine while I completed the electronic checking in forms. Waiting area very clean and comfotable temperature unlike some waiting rooms that are devoid of any heating.

Feels like the latter is his expertise although the mental health approach was fine. Overall very satisfied. I’m quite healthy at the moment, which helps.
