It’s clear that great care is taken to maintain a high level of hygiene and professionalism. I felt safe and confident throughout my entire visit. Overall, I couldn’t be happier with the care I received. Some unfortunate circumstances meant I had to change surgeons a few weeks before my surgery was booked in. This was quite unsettling and it took me a few times of meeting Dr Agha to feel comfortable. What I realise now is that whilst I was initially put off by his questioning I now realise that this was part of his thorough approach to his work and part of ensuring that I was provided with all the information. Taking so much time to explain the procedure, this risks and uncertainties and asking questions was part of a transparent approach which allowed trust building. Dr Agha changed the plan I had with my original surgeon (fleur de lis) to an extended tummy tuck and I am so happy he did. I am thrilled with the results. My scar is very thin, well placed and I had a very smooth recovery process. I would recommend Dr Agha to anyone wanting a transparent, realistic and honest surgeon who wants the best results achievable for his patients.

I could not rate Dr. Blackburn highly enough. I had multiple consultations with highly rated surgeons, most of whom had larger social media presence, but immediately felt at ease with Dr. Blackburn. He made me feel incredibly confident I was in the right hands with him, both from seeing the results of his work and him being clear he’s a real perfectionist but also because he’s very upfront about realistic results, what is possible, recovery time etc. The whole process from start to finish with him has been a great experience. He’s made it clear he’s only a phone call or message away if any problems arise now I’ve been signed off. My teen daughter has been under the care of Dr Zakynthinaki for the last 3 months for autistic burnout alongside low mood and anxiety. Dr Zakynthinaki has been wonderful in so many ways - she's empathetic with my daughter and with me, she listens and she's been incredibly responsive to our questions. She explains things so well and in a lot of detail, which I really appreciate. It's so refreshing to come across a specialist who's willing to work with a patient so diligently and with so much care - who can offer not only the clinical experience, but is also very patient-focussed. I feel we are both seen and heard by her. If you are looking for support for your child / adolescent, particularly if they are neurodiverse, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Dr Zakynthinaki!

I have been receiving help from Dr Lafina Diamandis for my ongoing medical issues for some time now. Honestly, Dr Diamandis has been very caring and helpful. She's relentless in trying to find the solution and the right help for me, going over and beyond just to help me. Even if all other ideas fail, she always tries to find another way, not giving up on me. I travel miles to London to see Dr Lafina Diamandis because she is a breath of fresh air, and very worth of my time to see someone like her who is passionate about their job and cares about her patience. I couldn't thank her enough for her help and support. Words can't fully capture it; I'm forever grateful for Dr Lafina's help.

I am writing this review after my second video link conversation with Dr. Jeczmien. He didn't make me feel inadequate which enabled me to open up to him. It has taken me years to admit to myself that I needed help and I have finally found and taken the first step to hopefully stop chasing my tail and start to lead a normal life. If this review helps you to also take the first step to reach out for help I am over the moon for you. I was diagnosed as dyslexic at the age of 8years - I am now 46 years old. I didn't want another label but at least I now know I am ADHD a whole weight has been lifted and I am looking forward to try to have an organised life in the future.

The toilets were yet again filthy. For the second time I complained. I appreciate that nothing will change, but I discussed not only with the nurse, but also with front desk that the hygiene level was very low indeed. In a private facility this is a disgrace. Further, I found that any details given on a prior visit had not updated onto the current registration form. While I came in after 6.30 pm, i have seen the awful queues for registration at earlier times. Your reception person was on his own and was also on his own on the prior visit, and the paperwork took far too long. You need more than one person on the front desk. Overall, the clinic is poor.

We have been going to the hospital for many years and seeing so many different doctors about my sons feet legs back etc. We was always told it was his collapsed archs and that he would need special insoles. We went back again and this time saw Dr Verma who told us it wasn't anything to do with his feet it was his shines and hips and showed us exactly what was the cause was. He has but us down for a scan before the next steps. We are so greatful we managed to see Dr Verma because my son could of mis diagnosed and had the wrong procedure done

A very professional doctor who is clearly well informed and very capable. It has been just under 7 weeks since my Total Knee Replacement on my left knee and already I am able to walk without any aids. I can straighten my leg and bend in excess of 110 degrees, and my wound has healed very well with only moderate scarring. Mt Kotecha also carried out a Total Hip Replacement (right hip) earlier in the year and I would recommend him without hesitation. His support team at Spire Parkway Hospital in Solihull have also been outstanding.
