Before I met Glenda I was at a very low point in my life. I was experiencing an incredible amount of stress and anxiety following a breakdown in my relationship. Glenda instantly put me at ease, she was always very patient and explained in great detail why I was feeling why I was. Glenda is highly professional and never once did I feel patronised or judged. She spoke to me with respect and encouraged me to learn more about my situation through reading, podcasts, audiobooks etc which really helped me along the way. Some days I would arrive at our therapy session without knowing what I was going to discuss but Glenda creates a safe environment which allows you to open up and share your thoughts and feelings. Glenda is an incredible psychodynamic therapist and has been highly influential in my life and I will be forever grateful for her knowledge, her patience and her kindness. Thank you for everything.

I never felt crowded or rushed. My consultation took place in a well‑equipped room with high‑quality medical facilities, which further added to my confidence in the care I was receiving. Overall the experience was excellent, with one frustrating aspect - initially I was told that my surgery would be at 15:00, and that I should attend the hospital at 13:00. A couple of days before the surgery, I was told that the surgery time had changed to 14:15 and I should attend at 12:15. I did so, and was then kept waiting for over an hour in the lobby as the room was not ready - giving the impression that it was unnecessary for us to have come early. A little frustrating, however the staff were incredibly friendly and kind.

Paid privately for Hip Replacement, initial appointment was disappointing with an hour wait, and a non interested surgeon. A few blips along the way, upon arrival on surgery day, they had me down for a knee replacement not hip, staff on night shift not the friendliest, and thet x rayed the incorrect hip after the surgery. Day shift were great and surgery went well. I will say I expected more for paying privately however the main thing I've had my surgery instead of the ridiculous wait time on the nhs.

I saw Dr V for my 11 year old son. Dr V was very attentive, patient focused and gentle. He spoke to me but also my son and made him feel very comfortable by engaging with him. His examination was thorough and his direction was clear. On our return visit with Dr V he was clear amd explained the outcome of the investigations, again not ignoring my son and explaining in simple terms to him. It was a pleasure seeing Dr V and I felt at ease and reassured with the care we received

Parking at the hospital or nearby if the limited onsite space is already full , is a just a matter of luck. The coffee machine in the private lounge was out of order. Dr Phillips was on time, personable, open and explained the various investigation options at the initial consultation. All my questions were thoughtfully answered in clear concise terms. There is probably going to be a 3 week wait between the initial consultation and the recommended investigation action

Super empathetic and clearly knows his stuff. He took the time to explain everything in real detail, breaking it down in a way I could actually understand. He linked things together so it all made sense rather than feeling overwhelming. He also recommended additional medication to take alongside what the NHS had already provided, which has genuinely made a big difference and really helped. I felt listened to, supported, and confident in the plan moving forward.

All nurses and staff I came across and who took care of me were really kind and friendly.
