Dr Barhate has been absolutely amazing throughout my fertility journey. From the very first appointment, she was incredibly kind, compassionate and reassuring. Fertility treatment can be an emotional and stressful process, but Dr Barhate always made me feel supported and cared for. Her communication was excellent — she took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all my questions, and made sure I understood each step of the process. I never felt rushed and always felt that she genuinely cared about my wellbeing. Dr Barhate’s professionalism, knowledge and attention to detail gave me so much confidence during my FET treatment. I’m so grateful to say that my FET was successful, and I truly believe her expertise and guidance played a huge role in that. I will always be thankful for the care and support she provided during such an important journey. I would highly recommend Dr Barhate to anyone going through fertility treatment. She is not only an excellent doctor but also a truly compassionate one.

I attend the Platinum Medical Centre every fortnight for chemotherapy. The staff there are absolutely brilliant. During my first couple of visits for treatment, I was very emotional and tearful. Dr Jay and the nurses gave me comfort and reassurance, for which, I am immensely grateful. The staff at the PMC are professional, kind, and caring. For me, they make a process which nobody wants to be going through, much more bearable. The room is always spotlessly clean. The private rooms are extremely welcome, particularly if, like me, the patient is occasionally inclined to be a bit emotional. The catering staff are so polite and respectful, and the choice of food and drink available is faultless. This is a superb facility in my opinion. Special thanks to the marvellous Dr Jay, and his amazing team: Sara, Maria, Danielle, Jo, Maggie, and complementary therapist Charley ( apologies if I missed someone). I saw Daniel Krell here this week in a private office where we discussed ongoing treatment and next steps.

Attended a follow up appointment with Dr rathiniah today. As always he was very thorough and compassionate to my situation and current difficulties. He explains things well including medication in detail. He listens and is honest in his professional opinion. Hes an excellent psychiatrist with extensive experience. Vicky in the secretarial department Also goes above and beyond offering also a compassionate, kind and helpful voice. I have been with brain health for a few years now and to finally be listened too and get to the root cause of what could be going on.

This was to complete a ADHD ASSESSMENT the forms and surveys I had to do before the initial assessment was a bit overwhelming for me but I got through it with help! The doctor who I had the video call with was very nice they were easy going and I didn’t fee too overwhelmed, I think our time even went over slightly, I thought she was very good and caring.
