Having surgery with Mr Gan has been life changing for me! I cannot sing Mr Gan’s praises enough - he is brilliant. After years of pain and issues, I decided going private was the option. After doing some research, my mum came across Mr Gan who was a clear lead in endometriosis, and now I know why! A few months ago I had a keyhole surgery with Mr Gan and was diagnosed with endometriosis all over my gut and fallopian tubes. From a ‘dye test’ (flowing dye through the fallopian tubes to the ovaries), Mr Gan informed me that one of my fallopian tubes was fully blocked/on a right angle, due to endometriosis growing on the outside. Mr Gan straight away reassured me that he could fix this! Mr Gan advised he could remove all endometriosis with a much larger keyhole surgery that I have just had four weeks ago. Mr Gan has successfully removed all endometriosis, including an ovarian cyst, before completing another ‘dye test’ that showed my fallopian tubes are now clear and working. In a follow up appointment today Mr Gan has spoken through options going forward with me and prescribed me with medication that will assist in preventing endometriosis from growing back. I have a follow up appointment with him in three months to review this. Then further follow ups via email. Since the surgery, I have had no endometriosis symptoms and my gut, that prior to surgery caused me a lot of issues, has now felt brilliant! I am back to eating what I want and feeling good. Mr Gan is lovely, understanding, speaks through everything clearly, answers any questions and puts you at complete ease. He also discussed everything regarding fertility with me and you really do feel like you are in good hands! All the staff and facilities at Spire Elland where Mr Gan works from were amazing to the extent that my family referred to my overnight stay there as a holiday. I would highly recommend Mr Gan!

I’m two weeks post op. I had a breast uplift with an auto-augmentation with Andrew Pieri and my results have been life changing!!! I would highly recommend Andrew and his fabulous team. From the moment I had my first consultation with Mr Pieri I felt at ease, his knowledge and care for his patients shines through. On the day of my surgery I was very nervous, however the care I received from the nurses was fabulous - huge shout out to Tracey who looked after me from the moment I walked in the door, the most kindest lady. Dr Khan was my anaesthetist, he explained everything that was going to happen, reassuring me every step of the way. I woke up pain free to tea and toast :) I was bracing myself for the wave of pain to come, however it never did. I was able to manage the slight discomfort with only paracetamol and ibuprofen which surprised me, as I’ve had breast surgery in the past (20 years ago with a different surgeon and hospital) and the pain levels were way worse. The Beverley Hospital is beautiful, provides a nice calming atmosphere and I couldn’t recommend enough. Thank you Mr Pieri a million times over :) Michelle S.

I sent an email with a concern regarding my estradiol levels which were highlighted to me by my NHS GP. The results were part of a bank of blood tests ordered by Mr Pisal in November 2025. My GP was concerned about my estradiol levels being so low. This was something Mr Pisal should have picked up on as I am on HRT. I emailed Mr Pisal last week but had to telephone the office today 3:3:26 as I had not received a response. His secretary Jemma Belrose was very apologetic and gave me his response from his notes. She was very helpful as I was very concerned. She suggested I had an appointment with Dr Clare Phelps ( this may not be completely the correct name) the hormone and HRT specialist within the practice. I had a telephone consultation the same day and a plan of action was discussed. All very good and dealt with in a positive manor. My concern was that I had to chase Mr Pisal for a response to an issue he should have picked up on himself.

Mr. Ratnarajan recently performed my second cataract operation under local anaesthetic at the U clinic in Sevenoaks. The whole procedure ran very smoothly and the outcome has been a huge success with much improved vision (apparently now 20/20)! Considering I have advanced glaucoma this is a wonderful result – the procedure itself was painless, quick and Mr Ratnarajan was reassuring throughout – classical music played in the background and he kept me informed of how things were going and it was almost like an out of body experience! Obviously any kind of eye surgery instills a certain amount of apprehension but I felt calm throughout (and I am not normally a calm person)! I would not hesitate to recommend the U clinic to all my family and friends should they need it.

After 4 years on the waiting list I was finally able to be seen by Welllife. The facility is clean but not sterile, with a warm and welcoming environment and staff who seem genuinely keen to help you. I was seen by one of the kindest doctors I've ever met. At no point did I feel spoken down to or infantalised, and was constantly treated with respect and hospitality as we worked together to get me the help I needed with my ADHD evaluation. Overall after years building up of anxiety and 'what ifs', I can safely say this is the best clinic I could have gone to. My questions were answered earnestly, my concerns taken seriously and my comfort at the top of the list of commitments. It took a long time to get here, but I'm glad I landed in good hands.

Mr Sahu is treating my eyes for macular degeneration. Previously I went to the NHS, and had a lot of pain after injections as a reaction to iodine. Mr Sahu worked out how to manage the iodine to avoid the pain. He has also kept a careful watch on my eyes so that I get injections if necessary but not if I do not need them. I am very impressed with his care.

Mr Rashid is an exceptional surgeon. He explained the procedures and gave me a clear indication of what could be achieved. He was very caring and reviewed me several times post-op to ensure I was recovering well. I am thrilled with my results, they are better than I could have imagined.
