I’d been struggling with a steadily worsening chest problem ever since a severe bout of Covid in 2020. Each year it became harder to manage. By this year, most mornings took me 30–90 minutes just to feel well enough to leave the house, and I was still coughing throughout the day. I saw countless doctors and even ended up in A&E several times, but nothing truly helped. Finally, I decided to go private and booked an appointment with Dr. Amran — and I am so grateful I did. Within minutes of explaining my history, she understood exactly what was going on and knew precisely what treatment I needed. Thanks to her, my chest now feels the way it did back in 2019. She is an exceptional doctor: knowledgeable, compassionate, patient, and genuinely invested in the people she treats. I can’t recommend her highly enough to anyone dealing with chest or respiratory issues.

My original appointment was with Mr Kamran Saha, as it was thought that I had a which Mr Saha confirmed it was not but rather a cyst. As this was not his expertise, he referred me to Miss Swan Kang who confirmed it was a cyst and arranged an excision. During the procedure Miss Kang noticed a second cyst next to the big one which she also removed and sent both off for biopsies. Amazingly 6 days later there are no visible signs of any incisions apart from some slight redness in the area. I am super happy with the results and grateful to Mr Saha for referring me to Miss Kang. I was also very impressed by Robyn for taking care of all the underlying preparations for both consultations and the minor op which took less than 2 days to complete!!! Kudos to Robyn for managing everything so swiftly and efficiently.

Mr Terrace has a very reassuring, professional tone. He explained my procedure very clearly - I definitely felt in safe hands at all times. Everything went smoothly with my procedure and I am happy to say my recovery is going well. I recently had surgery at Spire Leicester Hospital. The medical staff were amazing, friendly, informative and they really helped put me at ease throughout my stay. However, the administrative side needs be improved, as it took several weeks of chasing before I finally received my booking confirmation. Additionally, after my large open inguinal hernia operation, I was discharged without being offered a wheelchair and had to walk down from the second floor to leave the hospital, which was difficult so soon after surgery. Overall, excellent clinical care, but room for improvement in administration and patient support on discharge.

He listens fully, without rushing. Explains clearly, without condescension. I left feeling like I’d been treated as a whole person, not just a case. Genuinely cared for, deeply at ease and the issue that brought me in was fully resolved. Highly recommended.

I visited Mr Natt this week after experiencing tightness in my throat. He took the time to ask thorough questions to understand the issue and carried out a nasal endoscopy to investigate further. Throughout the procedure, he explained everything clearly, checked that I was comfortable, and showed genuine concern for my wellbeing. When the issue became visible on the screen, he carefully explained what was happening in a way that put my mind at ease. Mr Natt was kind, professional, and attentive from start to finish. I felt very well cared for and would highly recommend him.

At the end of the consultation I had a clear understanding of the protocol and what the next steps will be in the my mother’s health management.

Mr Wong is an excellent gynaecologist. He listens, asks the right questions, and explains every step in clear language. You feel comfortable the moment you walk in because he treats you with respect and patience. He does not rush you. He checks that you understand your options. He makes difficult appointments feel manageable. My visits with other gynaecologists felt stressful, but he changed that for me. I trust his care and recommend him to anyone who wants a calm and supportive experience.

As I am severely claustrophobic/cleithrophobic, being in a dentist's chair has traditionally been mega difficult. I have been going to this practice for some years now and they have never failed to be genuinely supportive, kind, pragmatic, responsive to my needs.
