The doctor has been fantastic as always. Im fully satisfied with his consultation. The operation outside the consultation was the challenge for a patient. After the consultation I was instructed to go to the reception and wait. I was waiting in the reception from around 19:15. A few other patients there were all called and gone and I was alone in the reception area when the receptionist finally spotted on me around 19:50, asking me if I was waiting for a consultation. I reminded them that that I had already finished it and waiting for the next step. They found in the system that they needed to make an appointment for ultrasound and injection for me. On the ultrasound and injection date. The appointment was 11:00. I arrived at 10:45 as your hospital request to the patient and started waiting. At 10:55, staff told me that the entrance area of the ultrasound treatment room had an urgent repaired work in progress and asked me to wait for 15 mins. The staff came over again telling me that it would be pushed back to 11:30.. At 11:35, I was finally invited for the ultrasound. All the staff were friendly, very apologetic and sympathetic. I just wanted to share that there was room for the operational improvement. Thank you for your service.

Jeremy has been my dentist for 25 years and I am not blessed with teeth or gums so have had a fair amount of treatment . Filings , crowns and recently added a second implant to the first which was about 8 years ago. The two implants are side by side and Jeremy has gone above and beyond to ensure the best fit of these “new “teeth., including removing them both last week to send to the brilliant technician and find a better way by moulding them as a pair, so as to sit with less gap at gum level. It’s an easy recommendation. Nicky his dental nurse is empathetic and Dorota as the face of Bliss Dental is worth her weight in gold. Thank you one and all.

Mr Jayanthi is such a nice, friendly, humble surgeon. Who puts you at ease, but shows so much care & support. He explains everything so well and is so very humble with how he speaks with you and explains things. Following surgery, he called in from home in the evening to check on his patients (including me). Never rushing and always happy to answer how ever many questions and queries you have - he never rushes you and makes you feel like he has all the time in the world to listen, talk etc. He has changed my life and I will ALWAYS hold a special place in my heart for him and what he has done for me.

I was in extreme pain before surgery and followed my knee operation on 10/11/25 the pain I experienced was minimal. I feel extremely happy and I was kept informed throughout. I only needed pain relief to assist me with physio to push myself as much as possible. I need another knee replacement on right knee and I am not nervous at the of the operation as long as Mr Bhangoo performs operation

After only 3 months I am back walking my usual 20,000 steps a day. The reception staff were also very friendly, helpful and polite. I would certainly recommend Mr Haslam and Coriel Clinic should you need to undergo any surgery or procedures.
