I am at Kingsbridge Hospital for partial knee replacement surgery. Surgical Ward 1 - 28/11/2025. I am writing to express my deepest and sincere thanks for the outstanding care I am receiving during my stay at Kingsbridge Hospital, Ballykelly. The professionalism and kindness I am receiving during my care is outstanding. Sarah, Kerry, Laura & Kim (night staff) from Ward 1 have all been wonderful, nothing was any trouble and I want to thank them for going above and beyond to ensure my well being. Unfortunately, I can’t remember all the names of the staff on ward 1 when I booked in, but again these staff were amazing (Keavsa/luke). I have felt very at ease during my stay and that has come across naturally from you all. You deserve recognition for all your hard work and care you have provided. Please convey my heartfelt thanks to all the staff involved in my care, including the doctors Mr Acton, Dr Brian OG McLary and their team who showed exceptional expertise. Not forgetting the physio. Mr John Terrace

General Surgeon

I felt reassured by Mr Terrace’s quiet, confident manner, his careful but thorough examination and his clear explanation of my options. My wife said that she felt he took a personal interest in our case: that we mattered to him. Arrangements for the procedure were made efficiently and carried out as planned. Following the operation and discharge I had an adverse reaction to my pain medication and had to return to hospital outpatients. Mr Terrace, indeed all the staff, were attentive, sympathetic and helpful and I was able to return home after a couple of hours. He said that if I experienced any problems I should not hesitate to contact him. Six weeks after the operation, as arranged, Mr Terrace followed up by phone call and I was able to tell him that I have recovered very well and am resuming all my normal activities. Mr Terrace assured me that he would be available at all times if further assistance was required in any way. My experience throughout has been positive and I am I most grateful to Mr Terrace for his exemplary care.

Before contacting you, I felt I had nothing, yet in less than a year I was able to complete my thesis. It is something I could hardly believe. Thank you again for the kindness you have shown in helping someone like me. I am currently arranging my trip to Saudi Arabia next week on Wednesday, and I will return for graduation next summer. I would like to ask whether you recommend that I continue the medication. If so, my current prescription lasts month, I may need to request more, as I found that only the first medication I used is available in Saudi Arabia.

We took our baby to Dr Sood because he'd had diarrhea for 3 weeks and was chronically very spewy. Dr Sood diagnosed gastroenteritis, which is fine, but he also told us we shouldn't feed our (exclusively breastfed and four months old) baby more than every 3-4 hours, and that when he cried for milk sooner than that we should "put cotton wool in [our] ears". We've since been told by NHS doctors and health visitors that this is very old-fashioned advice that could cause dehydration in a diarrhetic baby. He also said to give 6 feeds a day, but we realised when we got home that it's not possible to follow both pieces of advice without waking him up in the night for extra night feeds! (We did tell Dr Sood that our baby sleeps 11 hours at night with just one night feed, but he didn't seem to believe us?)

I have nothing but praise for Mr Morgan and his team. He is the ultimate professional. I had double knee replacement surgery just over six weeks ago and yesterday was signed off by both Mr Morgan and the physio. This is normally done at about twelve weeks. I took my first drive today and cannot feel better. Mr Morgan gave excellent advice, bringing to my attention that physio exercises must be adhered to, and he was right. The London Clinic offers such a comfortable and clean environment, clinical in all the right ways, but still homely and warm. It feels far less “hospital-like” than most medical settings, which really helped me relax. The staff were all friendly, welcoming, and genuinely approachable from the moment I walked in. And the unlimited coffee on tap was a lovely touch! Overall, a calm, high quality clinic experience that made a big difference to my visit.

Overall it was a calm, professional clinic. Very well organised . Staff seemed happy to be there, and were very helpful. Asked all questions (clearly from script/list of qs), even when already discussed and known as irrelevant, or already covered the answer. Exercises provided in technical terms only, hard for lay person to remember and understand. Zero follow up even though it was promised.

I have always had a phobia about dentist s having had bad experiences as a child. Although my phobia has not gone away I found the whole experience very calm. The receptionist with her friendly manner relaxed me straight away. The dentist has a calming manner also and did not push me from my comfort zone. Overall a good experience.
