This level of communication gave me confidence and peace of mind. The facility itself was spotless, well-equipped, and designed to make patients feel comfortable. I also appreciated the efficiency—appointments were timely, and follow-up instructions were clear and easy to understand. I had been suffering with severe swelling in my leg caused by varicose veins for over two years. Having explored various options, I landed on Spire and found Dr Jeddy. As soon as I met him for my initial consultation I felt relaxed and felt as though Dr Jeddy understood me, my lifestyle and the need for results. The procedure on the day was flawless and I was home by 5pm that day. All the follow ups with the nursing team to change bandages and with Dr Jeddy at the 3 week mark were flawless as well. 3 weeks and all the small incisions are healed, I have no swelling and I am back training for my Ironman in 2026. Couldn’t recommend Dr Jeddy, his team and Spire hospital any more

Not quite sure where to begin but the service from Mr Kasem and his team around him have been Outstanding,. He is so well respected that they all go above and beyond, from the very first appointment to diagnosis I had all the results in a week. Imaging came in at 7am as he requested the urgency. I had a biopsy and being on top of Christmas he called me each day to say still waiting for news. Late Christmas Eve, he called to say all was clear. I am very lucky but I would 110% recommend Mr Kasem. Thank you.

As an autistic person, I have struggled in the past with connecting with health professionals but Sophie adapts the sessions to meet my needs. She always sends notes after our sessions which is useful in making sure I keep track of what I should be doing.

as ever, the administration has let your business down. i had an MRI scan at Cleveland Victoria at 1000hrs and the outcome should have been given to Neurologist Dr Richard Perry. Having had more than 35 minutes consultation, i asked about the MRI scan and it had not been sent to him. as a result, we had to have a lunch around the corner and had to return an hour later to continue the consultation. I have complained a number of times about the poor administartion. this is yet another.

Dr Cappai was very kind and professional and I was impressed with the quality of the report she provided. She recommended reasonable adjustments at work and I will apply for funding for ADHD coaching. I strongly recommend to anyone who is struggling with Neurodiversity and requires a urgent treatment plan.

Firstly before my FTKR he removed a large plate that had been in my leg for the past 16yrs that went from hip to past my knee, Then once this was healed proceeded with a FTKR. He made me feel Confident and at ease throughout. He gave me the best Advice on Recovery, and Gave me Strength to go Forward. I could not have wished for a better Surgeon.

Mr Hussain is clearly a highly skilled practitioner and I have nothing but respect for his performance. His manner is calm and reassuring but I found it offputting that he tends to avoid eye contact while talking and very often follows each remark with a question (eg: “…what do you think about that?”) - which is difficult for a medically unqualified person to react to sensibly.

I thoroughly enjoyed staying in The Westminster Maternity Suite twice, after delivering my babies. The care, cleanliness, privacy, personal space and food are fantastic. I had really enjoyed staying there for the recovery after giving birth. The views of Big Ben both times were an amazing bonus for the night feeds of my newborn.

Prompt, on time. Comfortable waiting area, convenient parking. Filling out the details on paper seemed a bit inefficient, couldn’t this be done online before the appointment and have paper as a back up? The on site pharmacy did not stock the prescribed medication, which was a little disappointing.
