He took the time to explain every step of the procedure, answered all my questions with patience, and made me feel completely at ease. My initial appointment was to have a checkup to explore the feasibility of having veneers placing over my existing top row of front teeth. I was so impressed with everything that was done from the first visit to the finl fitting visit. Everything that was done was explained to me in fine detail. The owner of the practice, Stephen Dodd, is the ultimate professional. I guess you would call him a Supreme Dental Technician!!! His staff were super friendly and went out of their way to make you feel comfortable and at ease. I was so so pleased with the end result of visits and I would highly recommend the prctice.

The staff firstly I would like to emphasise were extremely helpful and charming . Mr Konan was very decisive in his diagnosis and willing to explain in more detail issues with my extremely painful hip, which I found reassuring. He also was very reassuring and optimistic that the problem could be rectified with simple intervention. I travelled from West Sussex rather than see local consultants as I feel UCLH is a centre of excellence re orthopaedics and I trust Mr Konans opinion and expertise in the light of the fact he performed my last hip replacement with great success!!

Had my operation 7 weeks ago, where I had two half knee replacement. The appointment today was a follow-up. Can I just say how lucky we are to have such an amazing Doctor in the NHS. DR manara explained the procedure, from the start and put my mind at ease, he has done an amazing job . The following up appointment today, I checked in and had an X Ray which was then sent to the Doctor. I was seen then very promptly.
