I have to say, out of all the professionals I have been under, you sir have to be one of, if not, the best. You have such regard for the patient not only showing a greater depth of care and empathy and is testimant of your character in practice. You take your time and listen to your patients, there is no rushing along and missing details. You work with your patients to create a plan that fixes their ailments and best suits their lives. The way you explain things is both informative and reassuring. You are a surgeon who sees patients for who they are; not just another number on the surgeons list. Your bedside manner and inter-personal skills is up and beyond the colleges and peers you work amongst, and it truly makes you stand out. You even handled complaints amongst your team with due diligence, respect and courteously...wanting to know where and how you could improve your service for the next patients to come. One of the most adaptable, and fore-sightedly thinking surgeons not only within the modern realms, but in within the next generation to come. Keep up the good work sir. Truly an assest in the medicinal world; and for anyone as lucky to have Dr. Qutayba Almerie as a surgeon- you most definitely are in safe hands!

I am deeply concerned with Dr Murray’s assessment of my medical history and his reluctance to understand the fact that mast cell activation syndrome has particular effect of lungs and bronchial functions. Dr Murray advice yesterday was that I have to fo to physio therapy to learn how to breath. I will obviously follow this advice and then in times of crisis when I will not be able to breath properly, have urticaria and swelling I will have to follow Dr Murrray advice and breath in and out. Dr Murray said that I am wheezing from larynx. You can ask Dr Pattle when I came to see her in spring I was covered all over in urticaria and I was wheezing. I do not think that Dr Murray is working won a regular basis with patients like myself and maybe its best if he cont help to say that he can’t help instead of saying that I do not have a problem with breathing when I have. I sent him several letters from various specialists yesterday. Maybe he shud read them before jumping into incorrect conclusions

I did a lot of research on surgeons before I settled on Mr Lohana, his 5* reviews drew me towards him, and I was not disappointed. From the initial appointment he made me feel at ease, everything was explained in detail, and he gave me his email in case I had any other questions, 8 weeks later I was in surgery for an arm lift, now 6 weeks on I couldn’t be more pleased with the results. The incision is so precise and the scar so well hidden, I now have thin arms again. The aftercare I received from the nurses and staff at both Ross Hall Hospital and Ross Hall Clinic was top notch, nothing was too much trouble for them, such lovely nurses. I could not recommend Mr Lohana enough, he has a lovely bedside manner and is very friendly, and good at explaining everything anyone researching a surgeon should stop when they find him, they will not be disappointed.

I had a really positive and pleasant experience with the radiographers. There were two of them and they were both very friendly, helpful, patient, careful, knowledgeable and extremely professional. I was very happy with their care. What I was not happy about was the service from the MRI/Scan receptionists, this is the second time I’ve done a scan and each time the receptionists were not friendly, they we’re extremely direct showing no empathy and welcoming presence. They seemed busy with the conversation they were having with each other so I have found on both occasions their service has been very poor. The first time I assumed it was a one off but after experiencing it for the second time I feel it’s necessary to provide the feedback so something can be done about it.

After following the advice given, even within 24 hours, real progress/ improvements have been made. I am so, so glad I got in touch with this clinic. The lady I had an appointment with was so, so knowledgeable. She had the answers for everything which was such a relief after spending 3 months trying other nutrients and supplements and not getting anywhere. The stress of that was getting pretty unbearable , but now I have a clear path of recommendations to follow. I can’t stress how grateful I am. Things are finally looking up! Such a relief! The whole team have been so, so helpful and friendly. Nothing is too much trouble. I can thoroughly recommend the clinic as a whole.

Dr Nikolaos Panagiotopoulos is an excellent thoracic surgeon. Totally comfortable with his skills, communication and bedside manners. I thank him, his team and all the nursing staff who cared for me during my recent thymus surgery, pre and post surgery visits. The warm and clean hospital environment, the friendly lobby and check in staff are fabulous too! Everything was seamless and efficient. I found Mr Moschonas to be polite, and considerate. I was extremely upset during my consultation and he was very understanding and gave me the time and space to compose myself. I needed to contact Mr Moschonas the next morning regarding a procedure I was due to have, and he was responsive and returned my message very quickly. I am very anxious about my health issues and I need to have a responsive Dr who is going to do what they say they will do, when they say they will do it. Mr Moschonas would appear to be this Dr!

Dr. Reddy took a very thorough medical history paying a lot of attention to even small details and taking care to clarify with us. He was very friendly and reassuring and we never felt rushed or that our concerns were not being heard. We were given plenty of time to ask questions. Dr. Teddy followed up with a comprehensive clinical report which included recommendations for medication which was forwarded to our local GP for consideration. Would definitely recommend Dr. Reddy as a caring and supportive neurology specialist

We were anxious about our daughter Abigail going under anaesthetic but put completely at ease by the friendly and professional team. Mr Moor gave a detailed description of the procedure and we particularly liked that our daughter was given the choice of IV or gas administration of anaesthesia. Nurse Jen provided exceptional care and was kind and compassionate throughout. Aftercare advice on discharge was very thorough. The ward was spotlessly clean and food very good.

6 weeks post Rezume procedure & symptoms have significantly decreased. I understand the full effects are to be had 3-6 months post procedure. There are some side effects that are currently manageable (retro) but in time hopefully they will be eliminated. Overall pleased so far & hope & expect further improvement down the line. Dr Abassi is a very professional guy with a very strong reassuring manner, he helps in significantly eliminating any anxieties you may have.
