Good evening, Today I received the official confirmation that I have passed my viva, and as I promised, I wanted to share this happiness with you. I am writing with overwhelming joy, remembering your support and the help that I will never forget. Thank you, Doctor, from the bottom of my heart—you truly saved my life. Before contacting you, I felt I had nothing, yet in less than a year I was able to complete my thesis. It is something I could hardly believe. Thank you again for the kindness you have shown in helping someone like me. I am currently arranging my trip to Saudi Arabia next week on Wednesday, and I will return for graduation next summer. I would like to ask whether you recommend that I continue the medication. If so, my current prescription lasts month, I may need to request more, as I found that only the first medication I used is available in Saudi Arabia.

Our experience with Dr Hanci was really positive. We felt, both my husband and I, that he tailored the consultations to both us as parents, but also communicated with our daughter brilliantly, putting her at ease, and ensured she was involved with the process on her terms. Dr Hanci was professional, thorough, empathetic and patient. The nurses were also very caring and diligent with their manner. My only slight feedback would be that there was a bit of confusion by the reception team/s, who advised us that Dr Hanci wasn't working on the day of our appointment, but other than that, a positive experience, given it is/can be a concerning time for families.

I visited Dr O’Dwyer for seizures that had been misdiagnosed as panic attack attacks for many years. I felt that he was the first doctor in 30 years to actually listen to me having been completely let down by the NHS. He is a very kind man, really listens, and doesn’t rush you so you have plenty of time for your brain to remember all of the relevant details. He was very thorough, read all of my notes that I had sent through, asked sensible questions and treat treated me like an equal human being. There is so much more I could say but he is a 10 out of 10 doctor and I would recommend him to anyone who has any neurological problems.

I received a total knee replacement under Mr Andy Gray at Tees Valley hospital in July 2025. 4 months on and my life has been changed totally. I am totally pain free, fully mobile. I regularly go for 5 mile walks without pain or a limp. My scar has now healed and is virtually invisible. I cannot thank Mr Gray and his team enough.
