Vivek has been the face of Elanic for me. His patience and understanding along with knowledge and experience put you at ease after your first consultation. On the follow up visit with him - he’s ready and willing to carry out revision if needed without question. He as keen as the patient to get the finished result spot on The nursing staff are fantastic. Very welcoming and great at reassuring you. They can’t do enough. My only gripe was that nobody was able to give me any details after my op of the size of implant I received or how much fat was removed. I’m hoping to learn this today at my follow up phone call. This is my second procedure at Elanic and both times, I have found the admin side of things lets them down. Omissions/mistakes/non personalisation of documentation emailed for signature. Not taking into consideration distance to travel when allocating follow up appointments (evening appointments aren’t ideal when having to travel nearly 2 hours). Multiple texts arriving all at the same time with schedule of follow up appointments. Thankfully I scrolled up and saw that there were many messages and didn’t just read the last one sent. Very much feels like a “tick box” effort and not enough thought put into making things more customer friendly/professional. I would still choose a Elanic and wouldn’t hesitate recommending to others. The medical side of things is second to none.

From the moment I arrived at the hospital early in the morning, I was met with such warmth and professionalism. The receptionist who checked me in was friendly and reassuring, setting the tone for what turned out to be an incredibly positive experience. Every single member of staff I encountered from the porter who kindly took me to my room, to the nurses who introduced themselves and made me feel completely at home. Went above and beyond to ensure I felt safe, comfortable, and cared for. The hospital itself was spotlessly clean, calm, and welcoming, which made such a difference to my peace of mind. The nursing team truly stood out: they not only provided excellent care and attention during my stay but also took the time to share their own experiences of the same procedure, which helped to reassure me more than words can say. The recovery nurses were so gentle and attentive after my procedure, and the discharge nurse made sure I had everything I needed before leaving. Every person I met without exception deserves a five-star rating. Their kindness, professionalism, and genuine compassion made what could have been a daunting experience feel calm and positive from start to finish. He was very informative and explained the process of the nephrectomy calmly and clearly which was very reassuring. I had my surgery two weeks later. Everything went smoothly with no complications. The after care was then superb. Mr Gulamhusein visited me every day at least once, answered questions that I had, putting me at ease. Staff were excellent - both clinical and non clinical team members. Nothing was too much bother and they went over and above our expectations of the care we thought we would receive. We spent 2 nights on the Clayton Ward after I had an unplanned c section. As first time parents without close family nearby, the Clayton ward offered us the guidance, support and care we needed as a new family but also to allow me to get the appropriate medical care as part of post surgery recovery.

I had a very good experience with Nuffield Health Bournemouth. My cardiologist, Dr Sujata Khambekar, was excellent. She was very friendly and patient and listened attentively when I explained my condition. She very quickly arranged for me to have a heart MRI and stress echocardiogram. Her PA, Kim, also kept me informed about appointments, results etc.

Really happy with my treatment approach at Core LDN. The space is lovely and Laura is accommodating when I was running late once which really helped me out so thank you. There is parking nearby although extra restrictions mid morning so something to be aware of but it's great to have a free parking option nearby at all in London!

From the moment I stepped through the door, the service I received could not be bettered. Taff Edwards is truly superb; reassuring, friendly, and highly effective. I was delighted to see the minimal visual impact of the surgery which he had undertaken a couple of weeks earlier. I cannot recommend Taff more highly.
