From my first assessment to my final check-up I have received excellent care. Everything has been explained thoroughly through every stage of the process. This has always been done in a polite, professional but friendly manner ,making me feel comfortable and able to ask any questions.

Mr. Ramsingh truly is a very good consultant and surgeon. The experience I've received is second to none. I went to him with very severe pain in my shoulder/top of arm turned out to be a frozen shoulder along side arthritis! not good, very painful to say the least, I had tried gentle exercise, cortisone injections, painkillers, nothing worked, I got to the point I was struggling to use my right arm at times until Mr Ramsingh performed a arthroscopic capsule release. Now, 5 months down the line, after doing and still doing, and hopefully nearly at the end of physio I have the full use of my arm again!!! It was a little keyhole procedure and due to my left side been as bad, am soon to go throu it all again, my arthritis won't go away but the frozen shoulder has! I really am happy with the treatment I have and still am relieving from Mr Ramsingh

Over all a very positive experience from the start. Mr Ramsing was clear with all explanations and happy to repeat things if any concerns raised. Appointments were on time. Information issued was clear and easy to follow. All staff were friendly informative and very professional.

My appointments at the clinic prior to surgery were of a high standard and all clearly explained. The surgery was carried out as had been fully explained to me. Day case, discharged home same day with analgesia to be taken orally. Attended physio after surgery which was helpful. Visited hospital again today at clinic and discharged. Good outcome and recovery. Grateful patient.

From the very beginning Mr Ramsingh has been a wonderful consultant to be under the care of. Friendly, approachable, explains clearly what's going to happen. Nothing seems to be too much trouble for him

I found my recent surgery, was made more bearable by Mr Ramsinghs and the rest of the team being friendly, very approachable and because they explained the procedure in full I wasn't apprehensive at all. The nursing staff were very kind and nothing was too much trouble when I needed help to dress afterwards.

I was treated so kindly & Mr Ramsingh was amazing & explained everything to me. With the help of Claire at physio who was also amazing I am making a great recovery. I thank them both very much
