Great hospital very clean and amazing doctors and staff thank you
On the day of the operation at Boston West, the whole process was flawless and highly efficient. Amazingly, I was in and out in under 3 hours, complete with medication and dressings, without any delay once I was sufficiently recovered from the anaesthetic. The staff were completely professional and also very friendly without me witnessing the stresses I have experienced in NHS hospitals. It is a shame that all hospitals cannot be as efficient and effective as what I have recently experienced in terms at service at both Buston West and Fitzwilliam.
The only complaint I have is that I had to wait 45 minutes past my appointment time.
