The procedure was okay, not as good as the 1st eye, though,!! as left eye was more sensitive & I could feel more. Glad to have had both done, now looking forward to seeing better. Thank you to your lovely friendly team.

Dr Radwan introduced himself before the operation and gave me a chance to ask some last minute questions. During the procedure he tried to put me at ease by explaining every step and checking I was doing ok. The operation was quick and I was reassured to hear him say he was fully satisfied with how it had gone.

Cheerful greeting, helped reduce nerves. Explained process at each step, good bedside manner. Responsive and reassuring as my eye was stinging from the iodine, made sure I was comfortable throughout. Tolerant of the difficulty I was having keeping my non operated eye open. Kind throughout.
