Friendly helpful staff. The only short coming was being kept waiting. I was the second person to have my operation so I don't understand why they where running late.

Not knowing what to expect despite researching beforehand, Dr Radwan was brilliant during and after the procedure. He ensured I stayed calm and comfortable throughout.
