I recently saw Dr Premetis after finding out very early that I was pregnant. At that stage, I had been advised that the pregnancy would need very close monitoring, as there were concerns that it was most likely not going to be viable. This was an extremely worrying and emotional time for me, and I needed clear guidance, reassurance and careful follow-up. Dr Premetis has been my gynaecologist for many years and he is the only doctor I truly trust with my care. From the very beginning, he took the time to clearly explain the situation, the possible outcomes and the plan for ongoing tests and monitoring, which helped me feel supported and informed during a very uncertain time. His wonderful assistant, Sebastian, was quick to return my call and organise my appointment promptly. Dr Premetis even took the time to call me out of hours to update me with my test results and reassure me, so I didn’t have to spend the entire weekend worrying and waiting. His bedside manner is exceptional, he is kind, personable, reassuring and incredibly approachable. I am very grateful for the care, compassion and support I received from both Dr Premetis and Sebastian during such a difficult and stressful time.

Hello I was very upset when the hospital charge me for XRAY in an NHS hospital that we have to be in the queue and don't get the private care. I had a fall in June 2024 and had an operation at RFH unfortunately the operation was not successful. I can't walk properly I am on a stick and have lots of pain. If I go to private is because I don't have any access to NHS but that doesn't mean that for diagnosis I need to pay while me and my family are paying a lot for taxes and don't benefit for our health when we need and are desperate. I also have been to another private consultant to find out what went wrong and if I can ever get better and can walk but they just charge me for consultation not XRAY in an all private clinic. Thank you

Firstly Mr Manjaly empathy and the time given, and how compassionate he was about my situation was outstanding He gave clear instruction and didn’t go into things to confuse me, as he took me through each stage carefully, which really helped, the outcome ideas he gave were really realistic. Working through all of these we could then work out that the Osia device was a good option. Communication for surgery was quick and consise, he came himself to see me and explained things clearly and took on how I was feeling. After over half a century being totally deaf in one ear, isolated, depression what Mr Manjaly has been able to do for me has changed my life and I had nothing but excellent treatment.

I had a fantastic experience with Dr D’Souza and couldn’t recommend him highly enough. He was extremely professional, kind, patient, and friendly throughout my appointment. He took the time to fully listen to all of my concerns and carefully explained all of my test results in detail, which really helped alleviate a lot of my worries about my heart. I never felt rushed and genuinely felt heard and reassured. Dr D’Souza has a wonderful manner and made what could have been a stressful experience feel calm and supportive. I strongly recommend him to anyone looking for an excellent cardiologist.

Lucy Clarke was recommended to me after a failed diagnosis and plastic surgery to my accident related damaged left eye lid. Lucy diagnosed the damage was to a muscle in the eyelid and her and her team carried out the surgery to correct this. Lucy and her team were so understanding and caring throughout the whole procedure and I was returning home within 2 hours of my appointment. I had an appointment at 5 pm and at 5.10 pm for pathology related to my upcoming Biopsy. First I was taken in for a flow rate test ??? which was not schedule . I told the nurse that I was there for a pre admission test, but she had no idea. Finally and after my request the nurse start looking into it. The hospital did forget to give instructions about what test had to be done. I had to wait ONE hour and 15 minutes at the premises . Finally the right test come in and they could proceed. Absolutely terrible.

I attended a pre-op consultation this morning with Timothy Williams ahead of my Mid foot fusion and Bunion correction in March. He was very informative and explained everything in detail about my up and coming procedure. He outlined the risks of surgery and my 6 week healing process to myself and my Hubby. Mr Williams is an absolute Gentleman and has carried out a few procedures for me over the past 5 years. He certainly knows his stuff and ive recommend him to a few people too with foot issues.

The doctor was 8 mins late *(with no apology for the late running( and them seemed to have a different idea of why i was there to me - he thought he was just assessing skin tags rather than removing - and then said he didnt have time to remove them - yet he was the one running late. I will come for the follow up but after that will never use this practice again.
