I met with my surgeon online. The online facility works extremely well. I noticed that I was sent two new reminders of the meeting on the day with direct links. I like this new approach very much. As always, the surgeon, Prof J Murphy, was prompt and conducted the consultancy with detailed feedback, including the sharing onscreen of a third party report which was extremely helpful and informative. Prof J Murphy has an extremely open, honest and clear approach to discussing aspects of the individual patient’s health that are not easy to discuss. This allows the patient to feel their case is being carefully monitored, considered and options, going forward are shared and discussed with them. This surgeon engenders great trust in his review of information, liaison with others specialists, communication, surgical treatment and overall management of the individual patient’s case.

I couldn't be in better hands and I will be eternally grateful for all that he has done for me. My scar, after just over two weeks post surgery, is almost invisible and placed so carefully and thoughtfully along a muscle line, that in time it will disappear completely. The booking team are very unhelpful. They are not following the doctors instructions and offer appointments that are spread out throughout the day. There needs to be clear communication between them. My doctors secretary has ignored the doctors instructions and failed to respond to my email to address my appointment schedules. This has caused me to waste 4 weeks. I only came to your clinic as I wanted to see a world renowned doctor. Sadly your service has tainted that doctor’s reputation.

Dr Scott Murray was clear, compassionate, and very attentive throughout the appointment. He took time to listen, asked detailed questions about family history, and did not rush the consultation. All results were explained fully and in a way that was easy to understand. He described the condition clearly, answered questions carefully, and remained professional and engaged throughout. I felt listened to and reassured. I would highly recommend Dr Scott Murray as a cardiologist.

My experience during my visit for day surgery was very good overall. The nurses and physiotherapist were young but capable. The anaesthetists were very helpful both before and after my operation. The surgeon was brisk and efficient. I was perhaps a little surprised that he didn't come to see me after the operation. The quality of the snack I was offered after the operation was poor: crisps and a sandwich with stodgy bread. Hardly nutritious recovery food!

Spire Manchester Hospital provides an extremely well run and professional service. The reception team were friendly and efficient, the waiting areas were calm and clean, and the clinical staff showed real care and attention at every step. Communication was clear, appointments were organised on time, and the overall experience felt respectful and genuinely focused on patients. An excellent standard of healthcare that I would readily recommend to anyone.

We are so grateful to have found Paediatric Diagnostics to support us with our little one’s tongue tie. We were welcomed warmly by the practicing nurse and were swiftly met by Dr Khemani. Our little one was examined and treated with great care. His tongue tie release was completed within minutes and he was happily feeding moments after. We felt at ease for the duration and would highly recommend their services.

I required a GP appointment at short notice. WLC had same day appointments available, which I could book hassle free on the website. I saw a GP that diagnosed my health issue and provided a script. My pharmacist had an issue with obtaining the one item, but a phone call to WLC resolved that and a new script was texted and emailed to me later the same day.

Mr Marciniak is so positive with a wonderful bedside manner. I saw him recently after a total hip replacement and couldn't thank him enough for giving me my life back.
