He took the time to explain everything clearly and thoroughly, ensuring I fully understood what he was assessing during the ultrasound scan and what the findings meant. Nothing felt rushed, and every question I had was answered with clarity and reassurance. The ultrasound scan itself was extremely thorough and carried out to an exceptionally high standard. Louis’ scanning technique was meticulous, and it was clear he has a deep understanding of ultrasound. He explained what he was seeing throughout the scan, which was incredibly reassuring and gave me complete confidence in the accuracy of the assessment. What really stood out was the level of care throughout the appointment. Louis is not only highly skilled but also calm, approachable, and professional. He made what could have been a daunting appointment feel relaxed, informative, and reassuring, and I left feeling fully informed and confident in the next steps discussed. He got the report sent over to my surgeon straight away which was really great as I could have a follow up appointment within the week. If you are considering getting your varicose veins treated, I would not hesitate to recommend Louis. His expertise, professionalism, and patient care are second to none, and you truly feel looked after by someone who is at the top of their field. Highly recommended.

I want to share my sincere thanks to the entire team at Nuffield Health for the exceptional care I received during my recent surgery. From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly attentive and helpful. They were constantly checking on me to ensure I was comfortable, and they never made me feel rushed; they absolutely made sure I was feeling good and stable before they let me go home. The facility itself was impressively clean, which made me feel much more at ease, and I was pleasantly surprised that the food was actually great! The kindness and professionalism of the team made a stressful situation so much easier to handle. Thank you for taking such wonderful care of me.

I came in today for surgery feeling incredibly nervous after a bad experience on the NHS previously, all I can say is I am so impressed with how different the process has been with the team today. Everyone from reception to the nurses to the anesthesiologist and of course Mr Banwell were genuinely fantastic and I can’t thank them enough. No question or ask was too much, I truly felt genuine care and warmth from all the staff. They checked on me regularly, reassured me constantly. My pain has been managed incredibly well and Mr Banwell’s precision has most definitely aided this too. I can’t be more grateful for everyone that cared for me today, Thank you all so much.

Booked an appointment and was seen 2 days later. Dr Chopra was very friendly, took a case history and examined my skin condition. He made suggestions as to the cheapest course of action, which he personally wouldn't have financially benefitted from, which showed real integrity as a doctor. I went ahead with a biopsy, which was quickly and skilfully performed, and dissolving sutures were deliberately used as to save me from needing a return visit, thus reducing costs and time. Dr Chopra clearly cares not only about his patients but also seeks to provide medical attention in the most cost effective manner for his patients.

I have had Mr Van den Bossche for three of my surgeries now, and many of my friends have also had him as their surgeon. I trust him (quite literally!) with my life. He understands my busy nature and always strives to get me back to my busy and active lifestyle very quickly - whilst making sure I am taking it easy enough to recover. He always makes sure I know all the risks, and goes out of his way to check on me, and I really like him as a person. His secretary, Rebecca, is always prompt with her responses to me, and is also incredibly kind.

The consultation was very thorough, and Professor Reid had clearly read and thought about my particular case in advance. He took me through a detailed explanation of my situation, the treatment I would need, and the reasons for his recommendations. Using visuals he was able to present material that is complicated to a lay person in a very clear and simple manner. By the end of the consultation I felt I understood what the next steps were, and had confidence in his recommendations regarding future treatment.

I had a very informative, relaxing & dare I say enjoyable visit with Dr Conor Bradley today. He put me at ease immediately with his welcoming personality. He explained all my options & what I could expect from the various treatments. I left feeling relieved from my visit & hopefully will not need to return, but if necessary would be quite happy to.
