I saw Mark for help with an ankle injury. Mark, was friendly, professional and very thorough in his assessment, treatment and follow-up exercises. Mark gave me plenty of time to ask questions and made sure I understood the diagnosis and rehab requirements. Would definitely recommend.

Mark did not just focus on treating the immediate shoulder pain; he also designed a personalized plan to strengthen the specific muscle groups around the joint. Thanks to his targeted approach, I noticed quick improvements in both my shoulder strength and dexterity. Mark doesn't just patch you up; he builds a long-term plan to help you avoid future damage. If you are looking for a knowledgeable, attentive, and highly effective physio, look no further than Mark!
