Cairn Wallace is a Physiotherapist at ESP Physiotherapy with a strong foundation in sport and exercise science. He brings experience in sports performance and sports massage, supporting individuals across a range of abilities to move better, recover effectively, and perform at their best.
Cairn graduated with a BSc (Hons) in Sport and Exercise Science from the University of Stirling in 2021. During his studies, he developed a particular interest in biomechanics and injury prevention, influenced by his involvement in rugby at both youth and university levels. His sporting background gives him valuable insight into the physical demands placed on athletes and informs his practical, performance-focused approach to rehabilitation.
With a solid understanding of movement mechanics and strength development, Cairn aims not only to treat injury but also to address underlying factors that may contribute to it. His work combines hands-on therapy with tailored exercise programmes designed to restore function, build resilience, and enhance performance.
Outside of the clinic, Cairn enjoys training in the gym, particularly weightlifting, and remains connected to the rugby community. He is a proud supporter of Stirling County Rugby Football Club, maintaining his passion for the sport that first inspired his career path.
