It was an absolute pleasure meeting Dr. Thanos. From the outset, his calm and reassuring demeanour immediately put me at ease, and I felt truly heard and validated throughout our interaction. I was initially anxious and somewhat hesitant about discussing my experiences and past, but he created a safe and supportive environment that made it much easier to open up. He listened attentively and patiently, especially when I struggled to articulate myself, and responded with genuine compassion and understanding. He also took the initiative to gather additional information from my partner and even called us outside of the scheduled assessment time to ensure he had as complete a picture as possible. This demonstrated how thorough and dedicated he is to reaching the most accurate and informed conclusions. I had complete confidence in Dr. Thanos’ expertise. Even though we moved through the questions efficiently, he was incredibly perceptive and managed to gather all the necessary information, despite my sometimes convoluted explanations.
