I was really impressed with Dr Thanos and how carefully he helped us navigate our son’s journey through recent Autism and ADHD diagnosis and exploring medication for the later He seemed incredibly diligent and thoughtful in his approach. My son is 18 so technically an adult but I was very grateful that he brought me into the room a bit, figuratively and actually, so I was reassured and informed, but not so much as to take anything away from my son’s agency in what is, of course, his journey. We are very pleased to have found such a great practitioner.

Dr. Tsoumpris carried out my adult ADHD assessment and managed my medication titration over several months. I have now reached the end of titration and am very happy with the management plan arrived at. The assessment was thorough and the explanations of the diagnosis and treatment options were always clear. What stood out most was how genuinely collaborative he was. Decisions about my treatment were worked out together, with my own observations taken seriously at every step. He has an easy, relatable manner with none of the distant formality some patients find off-putting, and he consistently treated me as an adult capable of making informed decisions about my own care. A thoughtful and skilled clinician who helped me considerably.

It was an absolute pleasure meeting Dr. Thanos. From the outset, his calm and reassuring demeanour immediately put me at ease, and I felt truly heard and validated throughout our interaction. I was initially anxious and somewhat hesitant about discussing my experiences and past, but he created a safe and supportive environment that made it much easier to open up. He listened attentively and patiently, especially when I struggled to articulate myself, and responded with genuine compassion and understanding. He also took the initiative to gather additional information from my partner and even called us outside of the scheduled assessment time to ensure he had as complete a picture as possible. This demonstrated how thorough and dedicated he is to reaching the most accurate and informed conclusions. I had complete confidence in Dr. Thanos’ expertise. Even though we moved through the questions efficiently, he was incredibly perceptive and managed to gather all the necessary information, despite my sometimes convoluted explanations. I would highly recommend Dr. Thanos without hesitation.
