Felt at ease and everything explained clearly with consideration given to what might happen in the future.
I had a consultation with Dr Andrews and for the first time I had my heart attack and treatment fully explained in fine grain detail. Dr Andrews carefully listened to my symptoms and his knowledge was very impressive.
Dr Andrews was very professional, calming and talked me through the process . I felt very reassured having met him .
I was made feel very relaxed and reassured from the beginning, which was amazing as I was very anxious.
I have seen a number of cardiac consultants over the past 20 plus years. All of them prescribe multiple meds with very little explanation as to why they are all needed. I was very impressed with Dr Andrews from the outset. He was polite and listened as I explained all my symptom’s. Following a number of tests he took his time to explain the results and answer my wife’s many questions. I have a clear plan going forward and can get in touch with him if I have any further problems. Dr Andrews clearly loves his job and is dedicated to doing the very best he can for his patients.
Dr Andrews was the perfect sonsultant foe me to see. Adjusted his communication to meet my needs, and answered every question fuly and frankly. He is a credit to your team and hospital.
From first meeting my consultant I was confident he was excellent at answering all my queries and putting me at ease regarding my procedure nothing was too much I was very happy with the whole process
