⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Honestly blown away by this service I’m nearly 80 now, and I can’t even count how many doctor visits I’ve had in my life, but MyDoctor by Northern Health honestly left me a bit blown away. I wasn’t expecting much — you get used to being rushed through at my age — but I came off the call feeling like someone had finally taken the time to actually explain my own health to me. It felt different from the moment it started. No rushing, no talking over me, no making me feel like I was being dramatic. Just calm, proper care. I felt listened to in a way I haven’t in years. I actually felt like… well, like a person again, not someone they’re trying to hurry out the door. For the first time I understand what’s been setting things off, and what I need to do next time before it all gets too much. That alone is worth gold to me. I’ve been muddling along for years without this clarity. I’m honestly amazed. At my age you don’t expect to be surprised by much anymore, but this really did it. I’ll absolutely be using MyDoctor again — I wish I’d found it sooner.

Dr. Jayaram was very kind, professional and attentive throughout the consultation and was very thorough when examining my eyes. He was reassuring as he explained the medical condition of my eyes in clear and simple terms and the options that may be available to me in the future. He was also very patient in having to repeat things to me. He made me feel at ease. I would highly recommend Dr. Jayaram. If in the future I need the reassurance I am looking for, I would definitely arrange to see Dr. Jayaram again. I also received the report of my consultation a few hours after my visit. She's relentless in trying to find the solution and the right help for me, going over and beyond just to help me. Even if all other ideas fail, she always tries to find another way, not giving up on me. I travel miles to London to see Dr Lafina Diamandis because she is a breath of fresh air, and very worth of my time to see someone like her who is passionate about their job and cares about her patience. I couldn't thank her enough for her help and support. Words can't fully capture it; I'm forever grateful for Dr Lafina's help.

I had a very positive experience at my recent doctor’s appointment. The staff were attentive, friendly, and truly made me feel cared for. I was especially impressed that the doctors themselves came to the waiting area to welcome their patients (shake their hands 🤝) and personally guide them to the examination rooms — a small gesture that makes a big difference. I also appreciated that I was offered help without having to ask repeatedly, which has unfortunately been my experience at my local GP in the past. Dr Margarita was very knowledgeable and kind. I would definitely recommend coming to the Lantern Clinic. I felt listened too and she emphasised as a woman with my issues. I had plenty of time to chat and didn’t feel rushed,. Dr Margarita devised a plan for me to follow and recommended a gold standard brand of supplements I should start. I am booked in for a follow up appointment in several weeks time, to discuss how my treatment plan went and if I saw improvements.

The first interview over the internet is simply a money gathering excise. To charge the same fee as that charged for a face to face is not defendable or reflective of the standards of integrity I expect from practitioners of this level. The letter that follows simply restates the facts that do not merit a charge of£450 for 27 minutes. The next steps then advocated are those which could be asked for without this money harvesting exercise. I found it insulting.

He immediately did multi level investigation to separate my shoulder from my wrist issues and literally sorted out the injections into my shoulder on the day I was there. I was so impressed. He is also very pragmatic about the options and empowering to the patient giving all the information to make an informed choice. The hospital orator is beautiful - spotless and all the team are fabulous.

I saw Miss Tavsanoglu twice for my profhilo treatment. On my first visit she went over the benefits of different treatment options and she suggested that Profhilo would suit my skin needs the most.
