My experience has been nothing short of exceptional. My initial contact was with Tracey Lomax (Manager), and from the very beginning she offered a level of care and attention that truly stood out. I had written a long list of questions—around eight—and she took the time to highlight and respond to every single one. When I later sent even more questions regarding my chosen procedure (a Coronary CT Angiogram), she continued to provide thorough, reassuring answers. My intention was simply to undergo a non-invasive heart assessment at the age of 53—much like purchasing travel insurance, you prepare for the worst but hope for the best. Tracey reassured me that this was absolutely the right place for such an assessment. I had already enquired with two other providers, including Alliance Medical, but their responses felt robotic and impersonal. The level of genuine care here made all the difference. I also want to highlight the professionalism of the radiologist, who carried out the scan with great precision and made me feel completely at ease throughout the procedure. In addition, the nurse who took my blood samples three days prior to the scan was equally kind and professional—and the fact that these pre-scan blood tests were fully included in the cost was a significant and appreciated gesture. Dr. Gavin Lewis was the consultant who saw me both before and after the scan, with the consultation arranged on the same day. His explanation of the results was clear, calm, and reassuring. Both my wife and I left feeling confident about the future and grateful for the guidance he provided—including helpful advice on maintaining a healthy heart and speaking with my GP about medication adjustments. The final report arrived at my home within seven days, and a copy was also sent directly to my GP. My medication was promptly reviewed, updated, and delivered straight to my home. I am taking the time to write such a detailed review because they genuinely deserve it. They put real effort into caring for me, and I want to acknowledge that level of dedication. An excellent experience over all ; - Making an appointment to see Mr. Kevin Oneill was handled both professionally and warmly by Ruby Bhangu . - The receptionist ( sorry can not remember her name )at the welcome desk On Monday 8th 5.oo pm , was again friendly and professional - My appointment with Mr. ONeill was brilliant , clear discussion's and clear explanations for him which made me feel confident and in good hands , his demeanour was excellent and he talked with me in a way that I fully understood. - After my appointment MR. ONeill personally handed me over to the young lady who brought me to his office and she kindly directed me to one of the assistants who booked my MRI and Xray . Both of these team were again very professional but also made me feel they truly cared . Over all I feel extremely thankful to have such support .

De Holden has done more than she knows. She has been the first doctor that has listened to me and made me not only feel heard but also like I’m a whole person not a group of symptoms and issues with no end in sight. Dr Holden has a lovely manner about her and actually cares about her patients. The whole process was simple and the best decision I have made. I now need to work on a more in depth action plan to more forward with but know I can go back and get help to more forward if needed. This appointment helped me more than any medication could. It gave me my sense of self and not like I was making it all up. I wholly 100% recommend Dr Holden if you are struggling with joint pain because she cares and that is unfortunate rare today

Throughout Dr Batty was patient, decisive and professional. He listens carefully and answers in detail and using terms that are understandable to the layman. The team on the OCD ward incredibly kind caring and compassionate. It's like being part of a family, including the other 5 patients here. Although, it was challenging at times, I've learnt so much about my condition and I now realise that my beliefs does not necessarily mean it's true. If you're suffering with OCD and feel like you're alone or you have nowhere else to turn to, I highly recommend the Nightingale's 28 day inpatient stay.

Very good. Friendly staff. Very clean and pleasant hospital. Health screening tests were done efficiently. GP decided to refer one issue to a specialist which was reassuring that it is receiving proper attention. Only minor irritant was that I was asked 3 times if I was insured or self pay. As I had pre-paid my health screening I would have expected that to be on my records.
