I recently visited the Clinic for some treatment as I was experiencing vulvodynia and a lot of pain and muscle tightness that impacted my relationships and is very upsetting as I was not sure what the solutions/ treatments could be to help. I did some research and contacted Elite Aesthetics as well as a couple of other clinics to get some advice and treatment options. I was extremely impressed with the information, advice, discretion and kindness shown to be by Shiva when I initially called. Shiva spoke to the Dr and got all the relevant information for me from Dr Elgerta (Elle) Ismaili. I was made to feel at ease and had confidence in the solution that would be offered. I attended my first appointment and consultation and met with Dr Elle, who is extremely compassionate and understanding and made me feel comfortable to share my concerns and what I was experiencing. I had always felt there was something wrong with me and that I was not normal, even though am in my mid 40's it is something I had accepted would not get better and I would always experience extensive pain and tightness that was actually quite unbearing and very sore. Dr Elle explained everything clearly through the consultation and has such a warm and kind nature. I decided to go ahead with the treatment which is botox injections that help relax the muscle tightness, even though I was aware that it may not work or be effective as every individual is different. I returned for a top up after 2 weeks as during that time I was so surprised and positively shocked and happy how the muscles had relaxed and the issues I had experienced for many years had improved rapidly, I really couldn't believe it. It has now been a week since my top up and I have noticed even more improvements and relaxation of the muscles. I wanted to share a detailed overview incase it can help someone else experiencing similar concerns and pain. I am based in London but was happy to travel to the clinic for this treatment as Dr Elle is an experienced gynaecologists and the best person to offer this treatment as it is very specialised and you need to ensure you are in the best hands. I really cant recommend Dr Elle enough and if I ever needed further treatment or other treatments I would definitely go and see her. Also, the team at Elite are exceptional from everyone I met with Shiva, Sarah and Casey. They are all so friendly and welcoming and make you feel at ease even if you are discussing a sensitive topic or concern. Thank you so much to you all, it really has been life changing - and I never thought that would be possible for me. I have so much gratitude for you all x

I had a broken wisdom tooth that I had issues with removing at another dentist with local anaesthetic. This meant I had grown anxious about it being removed and was causing be long term issues, I then swapped to a different dentist some time later and was referred to Dr Tanvi for the extraction via sedation. We had a consultation meeting at first where it was inspected and the plan was laid out clearly as to the plan for removal, reassuring me along the way. All potential outcomes and risks were also explained to me which helped me understand where I stood. The extraction took place a some weeks afterwards and it was an extremely smooth process. Dr Tanvi and their assistant were calming, kind and professional. The sedation was easily done and before I knew it the tooth had been removed. The aftercare was very clearly laid out with instructions to take home, following these meant I had next to no issues the week following the treatment. My pain was very minimal, and a week on I can already tell things are starting to heal really well. Dr Tanvi has followed up with me to ask how things are going, which again is a nice touch as you feel like you wasn't on your own in dealing with it, and this proactive approach could be useful for some people who may be too worried to contact the dentist if they feel they are struggling. Overall a really smooth visit, I've had this broken wisdom tooth for years, so it really feels like a weight lifted to get this finally resolved.

I feel very fortunate to have had my chemotherapy and radiotherapy at GenesisCare Cambridge. The standard of care is excellent and everyone at the clinic is friendly and welcoming. While spotlessly clean with fantastic facilities the centre doesn't feel overly clinical. I really like the holistic approach to treatment at GenesisCare and particularly benefited from the exercise medicine clinic which took me from gym phobic to regular gym goer with huge benefits for my physical and emotional wellbeing. GenesisCare go above and beyond to make treatment less arduous, from providing really comprehensive support to prevent or mitigate unpleasant side effects to offering a complimentary taxi service to and from radiotherapy sessions. Another plus of GenesisCare is that the consultations are never rushed - there is always time for questions and I particularly appreciated my consultant taking time to talk me through the treatment options and providing really clear answers to all my questions.

The Joint Injection Clinic

A month ago I had the arthrosamid injection. I had never heard of it and initially I went online to find out how others were treating their oesteoarthritis. I found the Joint Clinic quite quickly and was amazed to read that this injection would last about 3 years rather than 3 months for the NHS cortisol injection. My knee was causing a lot of pain especially when the weather changed. I was unable to walk properly, I couldn't walk up or down stairs. My work involves walking and I really thought I would have to retire because of the pain. From day 2 of the injection, I was beginning to walk without as much pain, about 2 weeks later I wasn't limping or experiencing pain at all. It took about 3 weeks to be able to walk up and down stairs without pain. I no longer need anti inflammatory drugs (that was always hit or miss if they would work). I am very pleased with the outcome at the one month mark and I hope my knee pain is no more for years!

I couldn't reccomend Miss Cheryl Lobo highly enough. She held my hand from start to finish. It is pretty daunting getting a positive breast cancer diagnosis but Cheryl not only explained and reassured me at every stage but also advised me on how to broach everything with the family. Obviously the first concern is removing the cancer but as a women, you then start thinking about aesthetics and how you will feel after the surgery. Cheryl's surgery was incredible - she removed the tumour and then moved the tissue around so that my breast looks exactly as it did. She stitched me around the ripples and I do not have any scar on my breast whatsoever in fact the only small scar is under my armpit where some lymph nodes were removed. If you're reading this then I'm sorry you have to go through the ordeal of breast cancer. But if you do, Cheryl Lobo is incredible.

Mr Steven Harsum

Mr. Harsum had previously removed a cataract from my eye to my complete satisfaction. This time I suffered a retinal detachment at a weekend. Mr Harsum and his team managed to organise for me to have an operation on the following Monday evening, 'pioneering' (for the clinic) an out of hours procedure at the SEON eye clinic, Kingston. Everybody went out of their way to make the operation go as smoothly as possible and the team at the clinic were first class. I have nothing but praise for Mr Harsum's professional, friendly, approach and for his operating skills. A month on, I am optimistic about completing a good recovery and enjoying satisfactory sight again.

I was recommended Dentalia by a friend so gave them a call. From the first call to book an appointment to actually receiving the treatment was first class. They were all so friendly, kind and patient with me, and put me at ease. I have actually booked an appointment to go back for a proper checkup which believe me I didn’t think I would ever do. Every one I met at the Princess Grace Hospital was most pleasant and attentive from the reception staff to the nursing staff. All of the nurses I met from the initial welcome on the 5th floor on 19/11/25 to both Halima and Fernanda who looked after me during the night and day were all especially kind to me. there were many others but unfortunately I did not write down their names. I think it would be difficult to think of a better place to be a patient.

My daughter had her tonsils removed here last week. The whole experience was amazing. The room that she was brought too was lovely and so clean . The staff were all so nice and put her at ease . She wasn’t scared at all and didn’t want to leave when it was time to go . I couldn’t recommend this place enough. From the catering staff, nurses , anaesthetist and Dr Greg McBride himself , I couldn’t have asked for a nicer bunch of people to care for my daughter.

He had checked the tests I had listed on my initial form and after hearing my history told me his concerns and suggested how we should proceed. He suggested I see him next on the NHS or if I wanted to speed up the process, continue with private treatment. As there is no great urgency I decided on the former option. The consultation was relaxed and Dr Cordon very approachable.

The car park is a little problematic...quite full. Spaces tight making it hard to get out of the car with hip/ knee problems. Receptionists always polite ,friendly and helpful.....as are all staff. As always, Mr Rawal is always smiling and friendly. Makes me feel important and at ease. Explains things clearly, answers all questions and I never feel rushed or that he's he's in a hurry . He is very kind .
