Not only is he thriving, but you have also helped us see what we once viewed as weakness as a source of great strength. You have helped us accept him exactly as he is, and instead of wishing to change him, we now want to focus on his many strengths and find ways to support him. Your gentle and supportive approach was truly transformative during a time when we felt completely at a loss and frightened for him. The two sessions you had with him will always remind him that whenever he needs support, there are special people out there who can guide him. That is life changing. He will know that instead of suffering alone, he can trust us to support him and to seek help when he needs it. You also supported us tremendously when we were struggling . Back in March I landed heavily on an astroturf pitch whilst trying to make a comeback as a hockey player at the age of 69, not so clever! This resulted in sciatica type pain in both legs, lower back pain, and car journeys of more than twenty minutes being extremely painful. I attended a well known local sports physio clinic who had sorted numerous other instances of “sporting excess” over years. Unfortunately this time there was no significant improvement after three months. Looking for an alternative approach I found Claudiu’ clinic on Facebook, and thought that his more modern methods might be the way forward where traditional manipulation and exercises had failed. It took a few visits for there to be significant improvement , but gradual improvement there was. It was then a case of two steps forward, one step back, until after about three months the pain when driving had largely subsided, and life had settled at it’s “new normal”. Now with a 70 year old body , I am again in the gym three or four times a week, spinning, doing pilates and yoga, and now boxing…it’s never too late to find a new way to hurt yourself:-). Seriously Claudia has got my body working again, and I am thankful I found his clinic. I will have hesitation in using it again in the future.

Again, slight confusion for me in Filling in the registration form, which I then failed to hand to the consultant. I was again not sure where to wait as clinic D and E are on the same floor. This was all resolved by having an excellent interview with my chosen consultant

I saw Dr Gupta which a raised area diagnosed by my GP as actinic keratosis. I did not want to use the cream due to the possible side effects. Dr Gupta used cryotherapy on the area. She also checked the rest of my body. Dr Gupta was very professional and had a very caring and kind manner. Thoroughly recommend and have booked my husband in for. Body check!

Had MRI scan had to wait c30 mins later than booked time. Person after me was c50 mins after booked time. This was immediately in the morning (8:45am) as well so something went wrong. Perhaps need to stagged appointments and leave larger gaps between clients to give some slack other wise can get big delays down the line (me 30mins next person 50mins)

The Ali do Wing reception staff were friendly enough, but I had the impression that they were all rather “busy”. However, Dr Ganan was super, and made me feel that he had all the time in the world for me. He explained exactly what course of action he wanted to follow, in conjunction with the surgical team, and I look forward to a full recovery.

Top class. Little to no waiting time for appointments/surgery. This was my first taste of private medicine. I do not have Insurance so was rather worried at the potential expense, and whilst the treatment could not be described as 'cheap' it was not nearly as expensive as I feared it would be and I regard it as being good value for money
