i can’t fault the friendliness and cleanliness of the building, as both were fine. However i’m personally disappointed in the follow up for my appointment, without going into too much personal detail, my issue involved changing mental health medication which needed close monitoring, i found it challenging having to email a generic email to discuss my private information with admin staff on a friday morning after my appointment , and was left all weekend without any feedback, i ended up getting a generic email on monday morning. this could have been detrimental to a vulnerable person changing a medication so flippantly and am quite disappointed that this GP didn’t take this into consideration and lacked holistic care. i had clarity not to change my medication on a whim on the advice of the gp as i felt the support wasn’t there. duality healthcare could be positive to a physical ailment but not in this case. i was actually going to join as a member but decided against this due to my experience with duality.

Mr Hughes has been an excellent doctor for me. He explained clearly my options for treatment, outlining risks and benefits of each option, and then supported me in a friendly and professional manner throughout the process. His surgery was effective, with minimal recovery time because he took care to minimise the side effects which I had suffered from surgery in the past. He also went beyond the requirements of his post in my post-operative care, telephoning me in his own time to ensure that I had made a comfortable transfer to home. As well as first class medical care, Mr Hughes was a pleasure to know. With a nice and always appropriate sense of humour, he lifted my spirits and made me feel comfortable at all times. There was none at all of the arrogance and pomposity which I’ve encountered from others consultants in the past.

I am extremely satisfied with the services at Poland Medical in Harrow. Every time I face health issues, I can always count on professional advice, thorough examinations, and an accurate diagnosis. I am particularly happy with the pediatrician; my children have received the best care in the world here from a doctor who always goes above and beyond. I visited David recently to assess my foot following a complex lis franc injury. He was very professional, listened to me and I did not feel rushed. We agreed that I should try orthotics which hopefully will help with my walking. He also recommended footwear going forward. David emailed me the following day to check how my foot was and has kept in touch with various footwear recommendations. I would have no hesitation in recommending him.

No worries at all. Am a little confused with the form filling in via the web site, and I am inundated with reminders to fill them in both on the Internet and on my phone. It often makes me wonder if you have received them? Everything absolutely fine otherwise... My deafness causes me a problem, but once I have reminded the staff I am deaf, then they always make sure I understand what they are saying.
