Absolutely incredible experience with Miss Cheang. I felt like she listened brilliantly and explained everything so clearly for us and our 6 year old daughter. The surgery was perfect too. Everything ran like clockwork on the day and her aftercare has been second to none. Perfect.

I have found Ms Cheang to be extremely helpful; she has been sympathetic , has provided clear explanations about my diagnosis and treatment options, and is very easy to talk to. My experience throughout my treatment and surgery has been excellent.

I researched online to find a Consultant for my son, who at the age of 18 wanted Rhinoplasty. Well I honestly don’t think I could have found anyone better than Ms Cheang. From the moment we first met her at his initial consultation to his Operation 3 weeks ago and follow-up appt she has been excellent, and so has her Secretary Samantha. She has a really warm & caring nature and spoke to my son about the positives but more importantly any possible negatives, physically & emotional, that may occur with this operation. My son had his Op & had some issues after, not with the care or workmanship of Ms Cheang but with his intolerance to the antibiotics which she was told about & immediately phoned me to check on him & advise me. 3 weeks later and my son is so please with the results & I cannot thank her enough as a mum for giving my son his confidence back. She’s a star 🌟

Pei Pei is thoughtful, considerate and thorough with an excellent bedside manner. More importantly Pei Pei fully involved me in choosing the appropriate care package for me.
