I first of all attended a Vascular Ultrasound investigation requested by Mr. Lim. This appointment was so useful in confirming and providing answers. Following this test, I then went directly to an appointment with Mr. Lim. At this stage in my life, I have met many consultants. Respectfully, I want to say Mr. Lim had one of the kindest approaches I have ever ever received. In this appointment, I genuinely felt so respected, listened to, informed, and supported. Mr Lim give me so much time after years of struggling with my health, he was empathic, and gentle in his approach. Mr. Lim was so thorough and clear in how he explained things - he answered any questions and just took his time with me. Mr. Lim very gently and sensitively worked with me in complex and difficult circumstances. Even though there is no 'cure' or 'solution' for my problems, the appointment was so so healing from start to finish - I was met with so much kindness and validation. So grateful for professionals who care. Thank you so much.

We started with Dr. Shalini late in my pregnancy, around 36 weeks, and we’re so glad we did. The last few weeks of the pregnancy and our baby’s birth were incredible. Shalini walked us through everything with warmth and professionalism, explaining our options with data and science but also with a warmth that felt like family! As a result, I didn’t feel afraid and we were able to greet our baby with joy and calm. She’s been such a wonderful guide as well, sharing stories and helping us over text when needed. She always advocated for us and made sure we were comfortable and happy. We would love to have our second with her, if it’s in the cards!!

I am extremely satisfied with Mr Chakravarti, who I consulted late last year for prostate problems. Although I'm a medical doctor, he took time to explain everything just to ensure that I fully understood the treatment and the procedure and gave adequate reassurance. During the hospital stay and further clinical follow-ups I felt that his gentle but professional approach was very reassuring, and allayed my worries as a patient. I had my annual review with Mr Sarfraz, I’m on year 4 since my diagnosis. For such a difficult time, it is a joy to visit him. I have absolute confidence in his skill and professionalism. The physical exam provides me with huge reassurance. He listens to what I and my husband need to share and answers our questions clearly. It is also nice to have a general catch up about life and what we have all been up to since our last appointment. I honestly do not know what I would do if I had to have my reviews with someone different. An amazingly authentic individual with integrity.

Was a little confused and concerned with all the last minute changes for surgery, then to be told and left waiting in a room for surgery to then say ur appointment was not the appointment time when u came in on our computer so they did change my appointment time! Other than that surgeon was fantastic brilliant and friendly After Care - as given a bag of meds and a latter and cards for the doctor with no sore dressings for wound area.

He was very thorough in his examination of me and I felt that he listened to me and I left the appointment much mor relaxed and confident that my health issues would be sorted out positively. I visited this clinic as I had terrible sciatica down my right leg and lower back pain. The osteopath was brilliant.
