I had my upper Bleph done with Dr Huw last week and I can’t even explain how much better the experience was than I had imagined. I was expecting it to be a lot more traumatic procedure wise, and to have really bad bruising etc judging from the other peoples I’d seen online! From start to finish Huw was so professional but just very down to earth and honest. I got really good vibes from the very first consultation, I always go on my gut feeling and knew he was the person I wanted to do my surgery. I like that he prefers to do a more natural enhancement than completely change your look! I didnt feel any pain throughout the surgery and felt very comfortable from start to finish, my results I am so so happy with! I didn’t bruise or look how I imagined, I know it’s down to skin type /the individual etc but I’m sure the majority of it is down to the surgeon which shows how good Dr Hew is at his job. I can’t recommend him enough and I would recommend him to anyone who is looking to have this treatment done. I feel so much more confident too. THANK YOU SO MUCH!

After a year long struggle and running back and forth to the GP and hospitals and trying various alternative therapies I followed a good friends advice on visiting Dr Bakshi and it was the best decision and suggestion ever. He was so knowledgeable, sympathetic, understanding and more over he knew exactly what the problem was. He said my son would be fine in a few days and he lived up to his promise and my sons skin has recovered within days after a year long struggle. Not only does he help sort the problem he advises in the best way… he didn’t advise expensive options even sent a clinic letter same day for GP purposes and was mindful of the struggles. He is worth every penny and he’s not out to charge excessively he’s very generous and accommodating financially. I would really recommend others use him he had all the answers and also a contact number details of his office Rahul in particular was extremely effortless in helping even answering calls or messages out of hours. So glad to have stumbled across this clinic.

I received my care at the Spire Regency Hospital in Macclesfield following a unicompartmental knee replacement in November 2025, and the standard of care throughout was excellent. From recovery through to the ward, the post-operative care was consistently compassionate, professional, and attentive. Every member of staff I encountered — from nursing and medical staff to healthcare assistants, physiotherapists, and catering staff — was kind, supportive, and clearly committed to patient wellbeing. Although I didn’t manage to note everyone’s name, those I did were outstanding and a real credit to the hospital. The physiotherapy support was particularly impressive. My post-operative physiotherapist understood exactly how far my knee should be bending at each stage and struck the right balance between encouragement and reassurance. This helped me overcome the understandable mental barriers around pain and guarding, and I was given a clear and structured recovery exercise plan to follow at home.

Nick from Physio Jack Studios was really great. I had what I thought was a typical calf strain but all the standard treatments from another physio did not heal it. 4 weeks out from a marathon, I was unable to run 1km without pain. Nick went through a very thorough diagnostic appointment, corrected my diagnosis to an overloading issue at a specific calf/achilles muscle complex and guided me through multiple plyometric exercises and a progressive running plan to allow me to finish the marathon in 3hrs 40mins. Could not recommend him highly enough, super knowledgeable, detailed and passionate 👍

My son needed to have two teeth extracted prior to being fitted with braces the following month. The dentist was extremely caring - especially as the procedure proved to be quite difficult due to the large roots of the teeth being pulled. It took an hour for the first tooth to finally come out - and the dentist recommended that a second appointment be made to minimise the amount of trauma caused extracting both teeth in one go. The appointment was made while the procedure was still ongoing - which was very efficient and was a relief for my son.

We feel comfortable choosing the Agora for IVF even though this is an unknown road ahead, i feel supported.

I recently visited AURA for a routine examination and dental hygiene appointment. The team conveniently scheduled both so I could have everything done in a single visit. Dental hygienist Marta provided a thorough yet gentle clean and polish, along with helpful advice on maintaining good tooth and gum health. Dr Nadine Skipp is extremely knowledgeable and skilled, but also very kind, and took the time to explain everything clearly. Everyone at AURA was friendly, professional, and welcoming.

All staff, including the receptionist, were very nice and helpful. The hospital waiting areas and the consulting room were very clean and well maintained. There were unlimited free hot drinks and water available for waiting patients. Whilst the hospital does not have a car park, there was plenty of on-street parking available (charges varying up to £6.50 for 4 hours - enforced until 8pm), even on a busy Friday traffic wise after 4pm, when I arrived.
