From start to finish my whole experience has been nothing short of excellent and then some. Nobody really wants a hefty operation but through the whole process at every consultation and on the day of surgery I have been thoroughly well informed and my mind always put at ease. Any questions have been answered promptly and in detail, alternative options explored and explained, and as a bonus the surgery didn't come close to touching my anticipated pain levels and has given me a whole new lease of life free from pain. I really cant thank Mr Al-Obaidi enough, he is empathetic, personable, and highly approachable, and I feel at all times has kept me informed and educated about my diagnosis and prognosis. Without any hesitation I would unequivocally recommend him to anybody considering or requiring hip replacement surgery.

My follow-up appointment showed that the bilateral cataract operations on 3rd Sept had a better than expected result. My distance vision has improved so much that my driving glassss actually reduced the clarity. My near signt is improving by the day, proved by being able to read the time print here! I just may not need glassss. As for the colours: wow! They are now so viberant. The daglow hue of gas will wow me for a very long time. My deepest thank you to Mr Ratnarajan, Sally and everyone else who made this possible for me and so many others. I could write so much more, that actual operation, so slick, no pain just in awe of the whole proceedure, the hospital, staff, unexpected welcome light meal .. etc. THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU.

I had neck fusion surgery at Kingsbridge NW Hospital. From intake to departure every aspect of my stay was exceptional. My surgery was explained in detail, how best I could help in my recovery, and everything in between. Every medical professional, from my surgeon, anaesthetist, physiotherapist to the hard working, attentive, compassionate nurses who cared for me, were all fantastic. The facility itself was spotlessly clean, my room had it's own private bathroom/ shower room, TV and WiFi. The food was excellent, frequent and pots of tea plentiful! All in all, I had an exceptional experience at Kingsbridge NW Hospital, I will happily recommend it and will not hesitate to return if I need any further surgeries.

Jas has been amazing throughout my Invisalign treatment, from the initial stages of having my first scans he was great at explaining the process and the steps along the way. I had regular check ins to make sure that my teeth were moving correctly and to make sure that everything was going well! I came to urology as a private patient because I am allergic to so many antibiotics my own doctors had failed to prescribe something that would clear an infection I had had for six weeks. Within ten minutes of seeing the urologist and explaining things he prescribed medication that has cleared the infection and it hasn’t returned in the last five weeks. I am thrilled with the service I received and the prompt action of the urologist. I have since undergone further tests, which have had only a short wait time, perhaps a week. All I all I can’t thank the team enough for everything they have done. I finally felt listened to.

Having lost all useful vision in my other eye, and being unable to see easily through the cataract, this was a last stitch attempt to restore my vision. I had been advised that it was very unlikely that I would be able to see properly from the eye on which Mr Ho was to operate. Is the outcome has been astonishingly favourable, restoring all but my binocular vision and improving the sight of my available eye beyond where it had been. I am extremely grateful to Mr Ho for having not only restored my vision but also the value of my remaining life.

My recent visit was a follow up appointment for my second surgery with Mr Somasundaram. I have no carried out to mammoplasty surgeries with him. He is an excellent consultant who has shown a lovely, reassuring and caring approach throughout my breast cancer treatment journey. I am extremely pleased with the outcome of my surgeries and Mr Somasundaram has made a difficult pathway much nicer with his care, surgery skills and manner. I would recommend him and I am extremely grateful to have been under his care.

Mr Sircar was simply wonderful. He was calm and reassuring. He carried out my examination with care and respect all the time checking if I was ok. He sent me for scans and a mammogram which luckily showed it was just a cyst and nothing sinister. Upon my return to his office I could tell he was as happy as I was. I had a fibroscan which was really thorough and detailed. It was clear that the clinican was very highly trained and knowledgable. There are lots of places at the moment which primarily specialise in private baby scans but also offer health scans. I have previously been to one such place for for an abdominal scan and it was very basic - absolutely nothing like the attention to detail of the scan I had at Duality Healthcare. I was really pleased and reassured by the service. Thank you!

Having a young person struggling is tough, and the team at Ellern Mede Ridgeway recognise this and always make sure any visit is made as easy as possible. I travel to be able to visit our young person, and the reception team will go out of their way to ensure I have a room to use. This has sometimes been at short notice, and they will do all they to accommodate any request. I can’t thank them enough.

Once inside the building I was greeted promptly by the receptionist who was approachable and friendly. Wait time was a little longer than expected but staff did advise of this. Otherwise a very positive consultation experience. Being new to the hospital site, it wasn’t easy to locate SPH as signage tailed away aster the first o two. Car parking was poor - no spaces available on arrival and no indication given of alternatives.

The appointment was smooth and seemless even with a tube strike. Many of the staff who had taken care of me recognised me and took time to chat and find out how I was recovering. I felt they genuinely had an interest and delighted in much of m good news. All together, the staff there are brilliant. I would go out of my way to use the cromwell over many of my local hospitals just for the care our staff showed me.

Disappointed that I wasn’t able to find anywhere to get a coffee when I arrived . The coffee shop was closed as my appointment was at 6 pm. I came straight from work and I really needed something to drink and a snack. There are no amenities around the hospital, or the business park either. I think if you offer evening appointments there should be some facilities for customers . Poor show to be honest !!
