20/10 I was recommended to Dr Alek by multiple friends, including one who is a doctor herself and trained under him. He came highly, highly recommended and is known as the best in the business — and I can completely understand why. From the moment I walked into the practice, I was warmly greeted by Sam, the practice administrator. She was friendly, welcoming, and made me feel right at home. Thank you, Sam! I’ve seen many aesthetic doctors and practitioners before, and Dr Alek is by far the best I’ve ever experienced. Previously, consultations felt rushed — numbing cream applied, a quick question about what I wanted, and straight into the procedure. With Dr Alek, it was completely different. We began with a thorough consultation where we discussed my concerns, the procedures I was interested in, and everything I’ve previously had done — including where, when, and any medications I’m on. He then did a full facial assessment, looking at proportions, symmetry, and structure. He carefully felt for any existing filler or lumps, explained what they were, and clearly walked me through what we can and can’t do moving forward. Everything was explained in a way that was detailed yet easy to understand. We created a thoughtful plan of action together, and what stood out most was that he never once tried to “sell” me on anything — something I’ve experienced with every other practitioner before. It’s immediately clear that he truly cares about his patients, has an incredible passion for what he does, and an exceptional eye for detail. He really knows his craft. Today we did Botox, and it was genuinely pain-free. He is precise, intentional, and incredibly gentle. As soon as I left, I couldn’t wait to call my husband and tell him how amazing the experience was. I’ve now officially joined my group of friends who cannot recommend Dr Alek highly enough. The OCD nursing team are fantastic at what they do and the therapy team are absolutely brilliant. My 1:1 therapy was outstanding and so valuable to me during my time here. The catering team, the housekeepers, maintenance, reception.... All really friendly and professional. Two things that I want to mention that I have already fed back: 1. It was very disappointing when two team members were allocated to different wards with no transition (Greta-Mae and Carlo). I feel that when we are allowing ourselves as patients to be open and vulnerable and put our trust in people, to then be told they have moved with no transitional period is not very sensitive or fair. 2. I have also fed back about a patient that seems very unwell but does not have 1:1 supervision around the hospital. This person sometimes invades others personal space, says inappropriate and triggering things, has sometimes removed her clothing in the courtyard and I have also seen her with long sticks in her hands in the courtyard. I fed this back to the patient services manager and the board holder who agreed that this was unacceptable. I was told that until discussions have been had she should be on 1:1 care, but then the following day she was once again the courtyard thrashing round the same sticks. I think this is a safeguarding concern. Those two things aside, I have found my impatient care outstanding, I cannot fault the OCD ward team. I feel heard for the first time and have hope for my future now thanks to them. I will never forget what they have done for me.

Hi My time with glenda was superb , since the start of my sessions i was greeted with great compassion. Glenda has a great ability to dig up issues that made me feel i was in the right place. When i was diagnosed with depression ,anxiety ,ptsd and finally adhd glenda started with my adhd issues first which we worked together to finally understand my feelings and also understand who i was . Glenda has really helped me with talking about my depression in a big way as i thought it was just normal to feel sucidal all the time and thinking real bad things in my mind. I have always known there was something not quite right since when i was young but again i thought it was normal but glenda taught me to understand that things i did and have done over the years were not so normal . I felt i was in good hands with glenda and like to thanks her again for helping me at such a bad time in my life , and if anyone else in this world needs that help glenda is there to help. I am now in a better place

This was my second visit to this hospital,and as it was on the 1st visit,I can only add praise on the staff,nurses consultants,seating area with coffee machine,the receptionist was so polite and helpful as well as being friendly and smiling.It was comfortably warm on a cold day,always a nervous person even for an xray.but left the hospital with all the information I needed,and feeling calm and confident on my visit. Must add that Mr Richard Slack is a very approachable person that put me imediately at my ease.and answered all my concerns very confidently,with a very caring side also,I wish I could use those hospital for all my health issues,100%! Both occasions on visiting the practice have been fantastic. Having a fear of the dentist isn’t great, but the reassurance from the staff is absolutely second to none. Talking through the steps to give you an indication of what’s going on etc. checking in constantly to make sure everything is ok with the procedure taking place! The staff are professional and very friendly, the practice is probably one of the best I’ve ever visited. It doesn’t have a normal sterile dentist feel to it! Again a great experience for someone who isn’t particularly keen on visiting the dentist.

Overall the experience was excellent, with one frustrating aspect - initially I was told that my surgery would be at 15:00, and that I should attend the hospital at 13:00. A couple of days before the surgery, I was told that the surgery time had changed to 14:15 and I should attend at 12:15. I did so, and was then kept waiting for over an hour in the lobby as the room was not ready - giving the impression that it was unnecessary for us to have come early. A little frustrating, however the staff were incredibly friendly and kind.

Mr Verma was responsible to care for my clubfoot son since when he was born .My son had an amazing care under him. My son had 10 weeks casting before he had a tenotomy. I saw Dr Kar today at my 6 week post hysterectomy follow up. He very patiently answered my long list of questions with regards to recovery. He was also very reassuring about the hematoma that I developed post surgery and explained everything very clearly. I also asked him advice about HRT which he took time to talk to me about.
