Communication is not at all a strong point of RTN diagnostics. I was told, I , as-well as my designated persons had to fill in online questionnaires . It took several communications for the questionnaires to be sent out to them . My brother who was the main person and only relative RTN wanted to fill in my developmental questionnaire never has received any communications whatsoever despite them telling me they had sent it to him several times. One of the problems I faced was that I do not have any living relative or friend who knew me in childhood, apart from my brother, but he is 3 years younger than me, so in light of this I was instructed to fill in my background questionnaire myself , to the best of my ability as he would be less likely to know the answers. I was also requested to send in further evidence including a medical summary report , school reports and my personal symptom observations. I had school reports from juniors through to secondary school so I proceeded to send those in to the requesting email . This turned out to be wrong because when I chased it up they said it should have been sent to different department/email , and it had not been subsequently forwarded to them. I was not informed of the correct email previously. This obviously delayed and wasted time. Finally I was told that RTN had everything they needed to move forward with the assessment. I was told it would take 3 months to get the final appointment with the psychiatrist who would go through my adhd outcome report With me. after three months I had not heard anything so I had to chase RTN to see when I would get an appointment. When I was finally given an appointment it was cancelled the afternoon before by the psychiatrist stating they required my brother to fill in the background form (they had told me to fill in ) he still to this day has not received it. It was frustrating so I put in a formal complaint because I had taken unpaid leave as a carer to be able to attend my appointment which they cancelled last minute giving an excuse that frankly did not stand because they had been informed about my lack of family to fill in my developmental form months beforehand. When I eventually got my appointment the psychiatrist I was allocated was changed again and then I was informed my report had not been written out completely by the assessor and therefore some of the one hour allocated was going to have to taken up by him having to ask some questions that he said he needed to make the assessment. He also said that it would have been easier if he had my school reports. I informed him that I had sent them as requested twice. He had to search online to find them., he basically was unprepared for my adhd review. He read the school reports to me during my appointment. It seemed to me that it was all being done on the fly. One thing I also noticed is that I seemed to be assessed (in my opinion) according to male adhd symptoms/criteria. I donot feel that RTN have managed this whole procedure efficiently nor professionally. They lack good communication cancel appointments last minute and arrive at the final adhd report review unprepared. I feel the whole process has been made unnecessarily stressful. From start to finish it has taken one whole year. I chose RTN diagnostics as part of the nhs right to chose. I would not recommend.

My visit was my first consultation with regard my eyes having been identified with high pressure and identified the need for cataract surgery to protect the eyes. Mr Lee was professional and very reassuring with his careful assessment of my eyes including a general eye test, his own pressure test(using high quality instruments making it much easier for my eyes), making his own assessment of my optic nerves and macular degeneration. He then clarified the benefits of the cataract operations and also, in my case, the limitations . I found this very reassuring. Further measurements using further top quality instruments were taken to inform the needed procedures. The quality of his expertise and clear explanations, including responding to my questions and anxieties has given me peace of mind and confidence in going ahead as planned. We agreed dates that enabled me to still enjoy two planned holidays. So thank you for your care.

I was extremely happy with the hospital and the level of care I received. From the moment I arrived, all of the nurses and staff were kind, professional, and incredibly attentive. I felt genuinely well looked after at every stage before and after surgery. The nursing team made me feel comfortable, reassured, and supported, always checking in on me and making sure I had everything I needed. Their calm and caring approach made a big difference and helped me feel at ease throughout my stay. The hospital environment was clean, well organised, and very reassuring, and the overall standard of care was excellent. I recently attended an initial appointment and was very impressed with the service. All staff were friendly, professional, and welcoming. The optician/optometrist carried out a range of detailed tests on both the health and vision of my eyes, and explained every result clearly. In the end, I did not need to proceed with any treatment at this stage, as it would not significantly improve my sight. I was advised that waiting a year or two would give better value and a more meaningful result. It was reassuring to see that the practice prioritises what is genuinely best for patients rather than recommending unnecessary procedures. Overall, an honest and professional service that inspires confidence.

I had eye sight check, 14/1/2026 a cataract was found, referral to Clarity made.Same day call from Clarity appointment made for 26/1/2926. Appointment for surgery made for 05/02/2026. Attended and I wish to bring to your notice that I was firstly dealt with by Leon who was excellent. The operation went very smoothly. Sight the next morning was very slightly blurred. I was impressed at the service supplied by Clarity from beginning to end has been excellent and I would highly recommend Clarity.

I visited the clinic to discuss removal of a lesion on my eyelid. Having spoken to the consultant Mt Murray I decided to have it removed. I returned two weeks later to have the surgery. All the staff were very supportive and took time to explain the whole procedure to me. In particular Jenny took great care of me and made sure I felt as relaxed as I could be. Everything went to plan and I would like to thank everybody that was involved.
