Clear explanations and all the information I needed to make an informed decision
The visit was well managed. With three separate elements all carried out punctually by pleasant professional staff
A very kind empathetic practitioner, who clearly explained the next treatment steps, clarifying risks and benefits to allow informed decision making.
I found all the staff in the clinic were helpful and explained everything clearer, didn’t have to wait too long
A good experience and treatment professionally and expertly done with reassurance and explanation. However I would like to be copied in to correspondence about my clinical condition.
Dr Das explained why there was a change in my vision from my left eye. She explained the treatment plan and dictated a letter to my optician, GP and a copy to me. She also completed a waiting list referral. I appreciated her doing this during my appointment. Dr Das reassured me. She is very kind and has a very gentle manner. Always professional. I am very lucky she is looking after me. Thank you.
As part of my on going treatment the service and professionalism each visit has never been a question. All my questions are fully answered and I always leave with a plan going forward.
Dr Das has been monitoring my good eye, which has given me confidence going forward. As usual my eyes were monitored and I was given assurances going forward.
