I have been receiving ongoing treatment for a bad back and I have to say that Gavin, Kim and Caspar have all been very friendly and really made me feel at ease. They have helped my back immeasurably and I feel well on the road to a full recovery. Their exercise programme and novel AI chat programme are both excellent and very helpful. I can't recommend them highly enough. Being situated on Atholl Place, a continuation of Shandwick Place and just a stone's throw from Haymarket Station is ideal too.

I attended 8 physiotherapy sessions here, which cost me around £400. Unfortunately, I was very disappointed with the overall experience. My first two sessions were with Kim, and I did not feel they were helpful. During one appointment, I explained that my condition had become worse. She called her supervisor, who assessed me briefly for about 10 minutes before leaving. After that, the session ended without any further treatment or advice, which left me feeling confused and unsupported. Thankfully, I was then assigned to Casper, who was more attentive and genuinely tried to help. Although I appreciate his efforts, unfortunately my condition did not improve and has actually become worse over the course of my treatment. For the amount of money I spent, I expected a much higher standard of care and more effective treatment. Sadly, I feel that I did not receive good value for my investment, and my symptoms are now worse than when I started. Based on my personal experience, I cannot recommend this clinic.

Zoe was very friendly and professional. She diagnosed the issue as something wrong with my rotator cuff and gave me exercises to help ease the pain.

I have herniated discs in my lower at L3-L4 and L4-L5, my recovery had stalled. I was experiencing sharp pain in the lower back and nerve issues in my leg. I decided to try an alternative to my usual physio, after visiting the clinic in the West End and 3 sessions with Casper I am pain free. The clear guidance, manual therapy and exercise plan I have received has got me back on track. I look forward to continuing my rehabilitation with ongoing sessions, Casper has given me the confidence to trust my own movements again. I highly recommend this clinic.

I went for an initial consultation with Gavin, the owner of the business, who diagnosed my issues. I've been going to Gavin for years and can't recommend him highly enough. Gavin some exercises to get started on my recovery, but recommended that I do follow-up appointments with Zoe, one of the physiotherapists in the practice. My appointment with her was about six days ago and she checked me out and gave me additional exercises to do to treat the problem. I have my next appointment with her next week. My appointment with her went very well. She has a warm personality and puts you at ease, as well as being really professional. I've got great confidence in her.

My appointment was a holiday emergency and I am grateful for fitting me in. Jordan certainly helped me, knowing it was a one-off appointment, and was professional in his approach, kind and helpful with exercises for me to do to help me get through my 6 week holiday. So very grateful. Thank you Jordan!

Very grateful for the superb care and treatment from Jordan, excellent people skills,easy manner,relaxing environment, highly recommend Him and the clinic for the physio and the pain management. Kept me mobile in a very stressful situation. Thankyou so much ,as I have moved, you will be missed .
