Bhakti Thakkar

Bhakti Thakkar is a Chartered Physiotherapist specialising in musculoskeletal assessment and rehabilitation. She holds a Bachelor of Physiotherapy and an MSc in Advanced Physiotherapy (Musculoskeletal) from Manchester Metropolitan University.

Her clinical background encompasses musculoskeletal physiotherapy, orthopaedics, neurology, intensive care and post-surgical rehabilitation. She has a particular interest in lower back pain and movement-based rehabilitation, helping patients improve their movement and physical function through an individualised rehabilitation approach.

Bhakti also has a personal interest in physical activity and regularly trains at the gym and practises Pilates. Her own experience of exercise complements her professional focus on supporting people as they work towards returning to movement and the activities that are important to them.
