Dr Ravindran Ranjith is a Consultant Orthopaedic Surgeon with over two decades of experiences performing surgery on conditions of the lower limb, such as robotic and partial replacement surgery and arthroscopic surgery. After qualifying as a doctor in 1990, Dr Ranjith undertook a decade of training and further education within the USA, UK and Ireland before being appointed Consultant in 2010. Once appointed, he has since become an expert in joint replacement and partial replacement surgery, with a high success and recovery rate for his patients.

Prompt excellent explanation and understanding

From initial consultation to my eventual operation, Mr Ranjith was excellent in every way. I initially had some conservative treatment, but after some months, elected to undergo the more invasive surgery and chose to have a partial knee replacement. Mr Ranjith visited my bedside on my day of release from hospital and gave me the confidence to practice what at the time seemed like very difficult and painful exercises, but I'm sure proved to be the most helpful part of my recovery. At just 6 weeks I am walking very well unaided and my scaring quite minimal. In fact I could walk from just over 2 weeks, which quite shocked me. A big thank you to Mr Ranjith and his excellent team. Each and every one of them caring and faultless. I have to do this again for the other knee, but I can say now with full confidence, that I have absolutely no reservations whatsoever. I would recommend Mr Ranjith and his team to anyone. Thank you!

Mr. Ranjit performed an excellent operation on my knee. I was very happy with the result.

A very pleasant man with a very good bedside manner, explaining the details of the procedure in detail. His skills with the scalpel have left barely visible scars. A friend has already had a procedure carried out by Mr Ranjith after seeing my knee scar.

He is such a nice man and explained everything clearly. I was very lucky to have had him do my operation and I am grateful for the excellent outcome.
