His level of professionalism was superb, and I felt extremely safe in his hands throughout the process. Before the procedure, he took the time to phone me personally and explain, in clear and easy-to-understand terms, what would be involved and what the associated risks were. This left me feeling fully informed and comfortable before the day of the procedure. He also went through everything again with me on the day itself, immediately before the procedure, and patiently answered the questions I had. In my experience, only a small number of doctors have shown this level of care, clarity, and skill when it comes to communication. I suffer from anxiety, particularly around health-related issues, and I felt that Dr Amin took this very seriously. He clearly considered this in advance and took appropriate steps to help keep me at ease throughout the process. From my experience, not all doctors do this, so it was extremely reassuring to feel that this had been recognised and addressed. On a personal level, Dr Amin was also extremely warm and likeable, which further increased my confidence in him. I would definitely be happy to see Dr Alaaeldin Amin again, and I would have no hesitation in recommending him to others.
