the staff are very friendly, putting me at ease form the mintue i entered the building. my appointment was on time and i was talked through each step and what to expect.
Excellent service from the people I met - very friendly and definitely put me at ease. The testing itself was nothing to be worried about. The Doctor put me at ease and on the one occasion I found it slightly painful, she immediately stopped and adjusted to a different site.
