I recently brought my 3-year-old daughter in to see Dr. Bijan, and I was extremely impressed with the entire experience from start to finish. We were seen in a timely manner, and the consultation process was smooth, efficient, and well-organized. Dr. Bijan demonstrated exceptional professionalism and expertise throughout the appointment. He quickly and accurately provided a diagnosis, explained everything clearly, and offered appropriate follow-up options to address any ongoing or future concerns. What truly stood out, was his remarkable ability to connect with my child. He interacted with her in such a calm, kind, and engaging way that she immediately felt comfortable and at ease. Dr. Bijan genuinely cares about his young patients and is deeply committed to providing the best possible care. Hands down, Dr. Bijan is the best paediatrician I have ever encountered, and I would not hesitate to recommend him to any parent seeking outstanding medical care for their child.

Arriving at the Lyndhurst Rooms for a Blood test and a CT scan in the hospital. Reception were polite quick and efficient. The Phlebotomist was professional and conducted the tests well. Absolutely fine. However, the CT scan is conducted by the hospital radiology department. Waiting times were extended at the radiology reception(NHS) and in the department(NHS) before the scan. The staff were as expected very good and professional, no issue there, but the waiting time over and above the booked time was between 45minutes to one hour overdue. I have had similar scans in different facities previousy and this does not compare with the London Clinic which is fully private and the same private insurance payer is paying for a private service. the RFH Private Patients could do a lot better.

Receptionist who is on always makes my son feel welcome and allows him to speak comfortably and puts him at ease. dr Amrita is amazing with my son and I don’t know how she manages to make it look so easy when I know it definitely is not and my son gets extreme anxiety at times. She really is good with children especially with autism and makes them feel empowered and in control and does not pressurise when not needed. Happy kids set up in the only dentist my son will allow to see now. We travel quite far for appointments but it is worth it thank goodness for happy kids.

It's a rollercoaster. It's not easy and you can expect to be up and down constantly within each day but you have to remember why you are here and embrace your chance to recover. Be where you are meant to be on time, be open minded but filter out issues that you not yours . Don't expect the timetable to always be correct. Food is not great and everyone's feelings, behaviours and attitudes fluctuate. Be honest with yourself and others. Learn to stay calm, be considerate and kind.

This is an excellent hospital that I feel fortunate to be able to attend. The overall environment is comfortable, pleasant and relaxing. All staff encountered including Reception, Nursing and Pharmacy are very professional, polite, efficient and considerate. The lady I encountered on Reception on my recent visit went out of her way to make pleasant conversation, despite being busy. My son who usually accompanies me normally finds disabled parking which he requires.

On contacting the clinic we were offered an appointment the very same day. On arrival the receptionists were very helpful & friendly. With very little waiting time we saw the Doctor. She couldn’t have been more helpful & understanding with further treatment organised and confirmed by email the following day. The whole experience was a breath of fresh air & would highly recommend Well Life Clinic to anyone looking for an efficient service.

I arrived at spire and was greeted by a lovely receptionist who guided me to the correct department, the next receptionist was very helpful and friendly and helped me fill out my online form and directed me to the waiting area, I was seen at my appointment time by the surgeon who was very professional and although I was very nervous I was put at ease straight away.
