In 2023, I underwent surgery with Dr Nenad Djakovic through Moorgate Andrology to enhance length and girth. The outcome was catastrophic. I experienced severe complications, including extreme swelling of the foreskin and persistent daily pain that significantly impacted my quality of life. As a result, I was forced to undergo a second procedure in 2025 to remove the fat, in the hope of correcting these issues. Unfortunately, this only made matters worse. I was left with a visibly deformed, sunken appearance and continued complications affecting my foreskin. I was then advised to proceed with filler treatment to address these problems. This third procedure, carried out in 2026 by Dr Gerasimos Fragkoulis led to a serious infection, requiring emergency surgical intervention by the NHS. After three separate procedures, not one has been successful. Instead, I have been left in a profoundly distressing physical condition, alongside significant and ongoing mental and emotional trauma. Despite the severity of these outcomes, Moorgate Andrology has failed to take any meaningful responsibility. The fact that multiple interventions have resulted in escalating complications speaks for itself. I am now pursuing this matter through legal channels and will also be engaging with the media. In the meantime, if sharing my experience prevents even one person from going through what I have endured, then this review has served its purpose. I urge anyone considering treatment with this company to think very carefully before proceeding. Further updates will follow when I am in a better position, both physically and mentally.

I was treated at Ysbyty Gwynedd Hospital in Bangor for a complex unstable ankle fracture after a traumatic injury during our Land Rover camping trip in Wales with 12 elder Scouts from the Netherlands, after a successful rescue by the South Snowdonia Search and Rescue Team. Mr Oliver Blocker and his team performed the necessary reductions and clearly explained the treatment plan, including the use of a closed contact cast instead of immediate plates and screws. It was clear that they have a lot of experience with these types of injuries, which I can imagine are seen more often in a mountainous area like Wales. They took my injury very seriously, carefully monitored the position with X-rays, and gave clear advice about follow-up, travel, repatriation and further care in the Netherlands. Although it was a painful and stressful situation, I felt I was in very professional and capable hands. I really appreciated the calm, clear and reassuring approach of Mr Blocker and the whole team. Fabulous experience with my trifocal lenses fitted by Ms Sandu I can see close up for reading, my computer and long distance I had the surgery as I was getting increasing frustrated with changing glasses as I couldn’t get on the varifocal glasses The procedure couldn’t have gone better I was able to walk to car with clear eye sheilds on straight away surgery I had a little blurring that night but woke up in the morning with perfect vision at all distances and I could see the smallest text on my Apple Watch the next day and threw away all my glasses I walked into the coffee shop first thing the next day, I didn’t have any adjustment period and then strength to strength after that 6 months on I couldn’t be happier It’s been completely life changing and am so pleased I had both eyes done at once Even driving at night is fine

My visit was comfortable from start to finish , the building , decor and ambiance was amazing considering it is a dental practice , staff couldn’t be any more helpful and pleasant , offering water on arrival , I had very extensive treatment ( in my opinion as a nervous patient ) and it was all done in the one day , Chris communicated through out and also took the time to stop at times to see if I was ok , I’m back in a couple of weeks and instead of being anxious I’m looking forward to it ( I didn’t think those words would come out my mouth ) re a dental appointment , Time was taken from the first consultation through treatment to explain in clear detail what my dental plan was and I’m very happy with my experience

The reception staff are very friendly. On arrival we were told where to go (having been before). The receptionist/nurses were very chatty we were all having a laugh. My appointment was on time. Unfortunately I had to wait a short while for my X-ray as the person who must have been before me had disappeared! The radiologists were nice apologised for the mix up. Not a problem X- ray done. Walked back to waiting room. Mr Patko called me in showed me the X-rays explained what they showed and would contact me. Hubby said the coffee was very good!

I saw Alan Treharne for a coil insertion. It was my first coil and I have extensive endometriosis affecting my uterus position, which made it quite challenging. Alan and the nurse (I'm sorry I forgot her name) were amazing. They did all they could to explain what was happening, ensure my pain was managed as well as possible, and managed to complete the procedure for which I'm very grateful.
