I booked Dr Lam for a planned c-section after having one prior c-section. I ended up going into labor about a week prior to the scheduled section, and Dr Lam was very reassuring and kind and was able to deliver my baby safely via c-section that same day. After reviewing many consultants I had chosen Dr Lam due to her patient reviews and I am very happy that I did. I always felt comfortable reaching out to her office with any questions or concerns prior to my child’s birth as well as after. This c-section recovery was also much easier than my first and I haven’t had any complications. Thank you for delivering my baby Dr Lam!

I had a online assessment, I was seen by Wioleta Cholewinska. She was really lovely, welcoming and put me at ease. She made me feel comfortable and was understanding and listened very well. The longest waiting part was from filling out the forms to the assessment, but even tho this was a wait, I was expecting it to be a lot longer than it was so that’s great. The actual booking of my assessment was super quick and easy. They sent me a date and time that was for an appointment within 14days of them sending me the appointment details. I’ve heard this can be a lot longer elsewhere so I was surprised about this in a good way.

All the staff were friendly and helpful. The entire stay was comfortable and I felt informed at all times. Although I asked the anaesthetist and two other staff members for numbing cream for the cannula and being told this would be ok, this wasn't done. When I got to the theatre, the theatre nurse explained it was too late. I was a bit disappointed that I was only allowed a sandwich in the evening but was told this was because of the anaesthetic. The breakfast was lovely and one of the nurses kindly helped me with my suitcase when I left which was appreciated.

I am extremely satisfied with the services at Poland Medical in Harrow. Every time I face health issues, I can always count on professional advice, thorough examinations, and an accurate diagnosis. I am particularly happy with the pediatrician; my children have received the best care in the world here from a doctor who always goes above and beyond. I cannot imagine a better place for me and my entire family. The doctors are professional, kind, and always helpful, and the same goes for the lady at the reception. I highly recommend this clinic!

I would highly recommend Mr Larholt for surgery. He is extremely knowledgeable and took the time to explain all of my options and the procedure clearly, which made me feel confident and reassured throughout the process. The surgery on my foot itself was excellent, the incisions were very neat, the stitching was precise, and scarring has been minimal. I am very pleased with the results and the overall standard of care. I will absolutely be using Mr Larholt again in the future when I need further surgery on my other foot.

I found the number of emails related to the appointments to be unnecessary and extreme. I was asked to complete a pre appointment questionnaire online. I did so and then received 3 further emails and a text message asking me to do the same. I have also received 4 emails asking me to give this feedback. Please look at your system. Filling your clients inboxes with multiple emails is not helpful for anyone.

I wanted to have a consultation quickly because the hospital needed advice to help with a second go at an endoscopy - the first could not be done because I had an episode of AF. I was seen in a couple of days and got advice on medication which made me much more confident for the second (successful) hospital visit. Very happy with Dr Linton and his secretary Sheila's help, brilliant.

For our Midwife Led Delivery Mr Seni Subair was our lead consultant. Throughout the labour the team kept him up to date and in the end he assisted with the delivery. His manner and expertise were very reassuring and we felt we were in very safe hands. Tues the 20th Jan was my first appointment 6 weeks after my robotic assisted total knee replacement. MR Veysi showed kindness and respect, to me and my Husband, during my appointment. Reassuring me about my expected recovery. And if needed I could see him again if I had any further concerns. But he was very happy with my progress, which would continue to improve.
