I have been Chalhoub's patient for a decade. I have never met another clinician who is so accomplished in knowledge and expertise, but who also listens to his patients closely with insight and understanding. My personal experience of endometriosis is that it is linked with other inflammatory conditions that impact my quality of life. Mr Chalhoub has a rare understanding of how distressful it is to live with a chronic illness while trying to live a fulfilling life. He acknowledges the connections between symptoms and conditions, where patients often end up in medical silos that fail to join up the dots. He is patient and compassionate, and provides the safest, most expert care when surgery is required (I have had three surgeries with him in total). All of my communications with his clinic, including with Sarah, the practice manager, have been warm, supportive and deeply respectful. Advocating for outstanding patient care so that we can live fulfilling and healthy lives is the guiding ethos of Mr. Chalhoub's practice. There were no delays in communication at any stage of my consultation, and I was kept fully informed of all updates. This practice is the gold standard of how patient care should be provided across all healthcare departments. I cannot recommend highly enough.

My initial consultation was friendly and efficient but the X-ray was not available owing to a powercut that suddenly lost access to the computer! I was overwhelmed a few days later when I phoned to ask if I could do anything to chase up the X-ray, as I was more than eager to be offered a date for the operation, and your team went above and beyond the call of duty to reach Mr Weitzel on the phone despite his being on holiday and to call me back to offer me an operation of 5 August, the date that I was thrilled to accept. During my stay at Blackheath Hospital I was given exemplary care by every member of staff and my recovery has been steady despite my attempting to return to work perhaps rather earlier than was entirely wise. The difference is transformational, and I'm now bouncing around once again after a period when I was having difficulty even walking across a room. Thank you for making so much difference to my life!

I recently took my 3-year-old to Kidswell when he was feeling unwell, and we had an excellent experience from start to finish. We were able to get a same-day appointment, which was excellent. The reception staff were warm, welcoming, and very helpful. The facilities are clearly designed with kids and their parents in mind—bright, comfortable, and reassuring. The doctor who saw us was efficient, thorough, and great with my son, taking the time to make sure we understood everything. The rooms were spotless and well-organized, which added to the sense of calm during a stressful moment. Overall, a very positive and reassuring experience. I actually saw Mr Floyd at the Platinum Scene but had surgery at the Highgate Hospital. Couldn't fault either. The Highgate Hospital, whilst smaller than the Wellington is brilliantly run, the staff are friendly and attentive, my anaesthetist was a really nice man and the food was pretty good too!
