I go to alien aesthetics in worcester and i honestly couldn’t recommend them enough they are so amazing and trustworthy ! Everyone has a medical background in the business, which personally I think it is so important. You are in much safer hands when your practitioner has proper medical training, and it really shows in the care you get and the results you get . They even have a 24/7 aftercare line, which is such a comfort especially when you have just had a fresh procedure. It really shows how much they care about their clients safety and wellbeing. What I really love is that they will only ever do what’s best for you. They are honest and will tell you if it’s too much for your body to take all at once. They genuinely care about achieving natural , balanced results rather than just saying yes to everything and take your money. Even a colleague at work goes there and a family member and they could not recommend them enough either. We all agree the whole team is so professional and friendly and genuinely care about getting the best and safe results for yourself individually The team make you feel completely comfortable , they explain everything clearly , and genuinely care about your results . Everyone is so friendly and kind to talk to. I always reccomend them to anyone considering getting filler or botox procedures, or anyone who wants a dissolve and to start fresh after bad experiences else where. So many places offer cheap deals but cut corners. Alien aesthetics are so professional, safe , and absolutely worth every penny. I would not choose anywhere else ! and everyone who is choosing to start there journey should honestly spend that extra bit of money and go to alien !!

I saw Dr Ram because I had a recurring pain in my stomach area. From the very first consultation he made me feel truly listened-to and completely at ease. He took the time to understand my concerns and explained everything clearly — his kindness and reassuring manner meant I felt comfortable right from the start. After reviewing my history and examining me, Dr Ram reassured me that it didn’t appear to be anything seriously alarming—but he still wanted to be absolutely diligent. He arranged a CT scan which revealed that some of the polyps in my gallbladder were actually stones. Right away he referred me to a specialist consultant for further treatment. To make sure nothing was missed, he also recommended and efficiently organised both a colonoscopy and an endoscopy. At every step he was professional, compassionate and thorough, and he made what could have been a stressful process into one that felt safe and well-managed. If you’re looking for a doctor who is warm, attentive, highly skilled and truly goes above and beyond, I cannot recommend Dr Ram highly enough. He gave me confidence in his care and I feel very fortunate to have been under his care.

I formed a strong relationship with Jade very quickly, which has continued to grow over time, to the point that I trust her implicitly and feel able to tell her anything and everything. I feel incredibly heard in our sessions, and she provides the perfect balance of listening to me, and using questions to help me develop further understanding of issues on my own. Although our sessions cover dark and difficult topics, she helps me to see light within them and we are able to laugh and have fun as part of the process. Jade is brilliant at making links between the things I talk about currently, and things I’d told her months ago. This helps things make more sense, and also frequently highlights my progress. She never makes me feel like a problem is too big, or too small. Jade frequently sends me very useful resources that help me to continue the work we do together between sessions. I can see clearly that I am a far better version of myself since starting sessions with Jade.

I had a Rhinoplasty here with Lucian Ion. I'm grateful to all of the staff at the hospital for making my stay so comfortable; the room was clean and comfortable, and whenever I needed help the nurses were quick and helpful, plus the food was really good. The surgery and anaesthetic itself went smoothly, and it was re-assuring to talk to both surgeon (Mr Ion) and anaesthetist (Dr Warwick Marchant) beforehand, and then see Mr Ion multiple times after the surgery. When I was soon to be discharged from the hospital I momentarily (for a few minutes) felt very rough; the hospital staff were really friendly and there wasn't any rush to discharge. One thing I did note is that there wasn't always complete consistency between the surgeon and the hospital, e.g. on the admission time, or on how to clean the wounds, so I would suggest trying to improve this (the patient, at least speaking for myself, isn't always a reliable intermediary), however this was a very minor issue.

Overall my first appointment at Spire Lea hospital was a satisfactory experience. At the reception I was quickly registered as an insurance patient. The waiting time was not very long. The duration of the appointment was long enough to cover all my questions, explain my problem and get a gynaecology examination by the doctor with help of a female assistant. The doctor explained to me a treatment to follow to alleviate my symptoms.

Very good experience with Mr Tandon. Got referred in May, was seen in a good time frame for initial consultation. Booked in for surgery fairly quickly. Had the operation in September. Everything about it was very professional, quick and easy. The only issue was the surgery got cancelled the day before but then moved to 2 days later so it wasn’t an issue in the end

Clean and tidy, no negative comments. However, one observation, as a cyber security expert, the reception staff were asking patients to write down their credit card details. This is fraught with risk, it should not be encouraged and if deemed a necessary requirement going forwards, a more appropriate mechanism is used.

On arrival at Midlsnd Eye for cataract surgery l found the reception staff to be friendly and polite. Likewise the consultant and nursing staff were friendly, reassuring and informative. The operation went well and l shall definitely return to Midland Eye to have my other cataract removed.
