He takes time to understand individual circumstances and develops treatment plans tailored to clinical needs. His nursing team is highly skilled and dedicated to patient well-being. I am deeply grateful to Farida, Slim, Anne, and Mahmood for their outstanding post-procedure advice and support. We also appreciated the thoughtful assistance from the catering team, which contributed to a comfortable recovery, and we are especially thankful for the special consideration that allowed my wife to stay with me, making a significant difference to my experience. St Joseph’s Hospital

I was at St Josephs for a repair to the rotator cuff of my right shoulder. Admission was at 11:00 hrs and I was shown to a private room with ensuite bathroom, bed, easy chair and TV with Internet and Sky access. A nurse took a set of observations and both the surgeon and anaesthetist came in to discuss my surgery and confirm my consent. At 12:00 I walked in gown and slippers to the operating theatre and once on the operating table I was connected to various monitors. A pre med drug was injected via a canula on the back of my right hand. At 13:00hrs I woke up in the recovery room with the operation complete. After a short while my bed was wheeled back to my room. Further sets of observations were taken and later I was given my choice of post op snack and coffee. A physio came to see me and gave me a sheet of recommended exercises. At 19:00 my daughter arrived to take me home. I was happy with all aspects of the day.

Dr. Muheden was kind and attentive to my concerns and provided exceptional care during my visits. His attention to detail and genuine concern made all the difference and he ensured I understood every step of my treatment. The entire Pixie and Sera team was extremely professional from scheduling either online or by phone to reception at the clinic. They all ensured I was seen within minutes on my appointment days. Keep up great job! Suggestion - If we could get appointments and at least tests and labs done over the weekends. Maybe half days on Saturdays? It is hard for some of us to come on weekdays hence all my appointments had to be done late in the evenings. If I had an option for Saturday I would've preferred that than late in the evenings. Thank you!

We took our 9 year old son to see Dr Narayanan. He has been experiencing symptoms of anxiety and potentially depression which were manifesting themselves as physical symptoms often. We wanted to rule out any physical ailment, however Dr Narayanan went considerably beyond our expectations and was able to help us consider options for our son’s current ADHD medication and other treatment and management options. He’s very quiet and lacks confidence and Dr Narayanan amazed me with her ability to bring him out of his shell and speak to him in a way which helped him to open up. Together with her, we now feel that we now have an expert who is owning our son’s treatment and care and supporting us where we need support. I can’t recommend her highly enough.

I could not recommend MUMs and Miss Pradhan highly enough. Right from my first phone call, the team were so accommodating, they understood and heard my concerns and provided availability to get me seen within two days. Miss Pradhan herself is extremely knowledgeable, supportive and empathic and immediately put me at ease. She was able to explain everything and I was able to ask all the questions that were causing me anxiety. I walked away from the clinic feeling totally reassured and knew that there was an action plan in place to ensure I was on the right medical pathway. I could not thank the team and Miss Pradhan enough for their care and reassurance and would advise anyone who has concerns to go and explore them with the team at MUMs.

I recently had a procedure done in Kingsbridge, Ballykelly, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the care I received. Dr. Declan Quinn was absolutely amazing — professional, reassuring, and the surgery was a complete success. Everyone at ACE from the nurses to the doctors have been amazing at making us and our son feel comfortable and confident through what could be a nerve wrecking experience!
