Due to the wait on the NHS, I researched some private alternatives. From my very first call to enquire, I felt listened to, understood, and guided towards Mr Wassim Hassan. From our initial consultation through to reviewing my NHS results and discussing the treatment options available, I felt completely at ease. Mr Hassan explained my case clearly and helped me understand each step of the proposed hysterectomy plan. Within just two months, I underwent my surgery; which I’ve since learned was quite a complicated! Throughout the entire process I felt exceptionally well cared for. I cannot thank Mr Hassan enough, his expertise, professionalism, reassurance, and care made what could have been a daunting experience a truly positive one. A future HRT plan is in place and explained thoroughly the medications recommended and follow up appointments scheduled. It has been an absolute pleasure being under the care of Mr Hassan.

Staff are amazing and caring, the problem is not enough staff, only 2 at a time on dementia unit. When they are assisting someone in their room there are no staff to keep an eye on residents in rest of unit. These residents have little understanding of their behaviour or instructions, have poor mobilty and coordination. Myself, as a visitor has had to intervene on several occasions to prevent falls or fighting, and I witnessed other visitors doing the same. This is not my job. I can't fault what the staff do, they go above and beyond and do their best, the issue is understaffing. I'm not making these comments to cause trouble but because I have concerns about safeguarding and feel that all is needed is more appropriate staffing levels. There should also be a male carer on at all times for male residents, and always the same group of staff for familiarity.

We’ve been seeing Dr. Amar at Happy Kids Dental in Hammersmith with both of our children, and he has been absolutely amazing every single time. He’s kind, professional, patient, and always knows how to make kids feel relaxed and safe — even when they were a bit scared at first! She provided me with a detailed plan to help manage Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS) and shared a range of helpful resources and tips after the appointment, which I found extremely valuable. I am Betty's daughter. My mum has mobility issues. Getting her from the car park into the diagnostics centre was incredibly difficult. We borrowed a wheel chair from the helpful car park attendant. But it was raining so heavily that by the time we got inside my 87yr old mum was soaked to the skin. She had to sit in wet clothing for 4.5hrs until I got her home and changed. Luckily the car park attendant helped us back to the car at the end of her procedure. You REALLY need a drop-off right zone at the door to the centre, with seats inside to help relatives get their lives ingress in safely.. The staff couldn't have been nicer or more helpful, but even with their help, this was a very stressful visit fdue to lack of access and horrendous weather conditions.

From start to finish, the whole process was outlined and explained clearly in an efficient and timely manner. I was taken in for my partial knee replacement as soon as was available and everything ran extremely smoothly. I was discharged from hospital the day after my surgery and given exercises and my follow up appointment with Mr Simpson. I followed all recovery instructions well and my scar has healed amazingly well. People cannot believe I had this surgery 6 weeks ago with the mobility I have back and the neatness of my scar. I had back pain as well before surgery which has now gone due to holding my frame in a new and better way. I cannot thank Mr Simpson enough for giving me back my mobility.

I was very apprehensive about getting both of my eyes done at the same time. I cant believe how easy and painless it was ,all of the staff were amazing in looking after me and putting me at ease. Having 24 hr support was amazing ,my concerns were addressed quickly . If only everything was as easy as this ,within 3 days i could see perfectly ,i never realised how much of a difference it would make . From my consultant ,nursing staff, opthamologists, domestic staff and receptionist they went above and beyond in their care. Nothing was too much bother. Dont hesitate to go ,you will be amazed .

After suffering for so long with my back and terrible leg pain. I eventually had my surgery - more than previously advised - once the multidisciplinary team had reviewed my scans. I was informed of this when I went for my education and training session with the spinal nurse.. I am 2 weeks post op and the difference is huge and clear to see in my face and the way I’m walking I know I need to take my time and not over do it , as I need to heal and recover from years of pain and poor mobility. I’m looking forward to seeing mr sapare on the 10/12/25 at my 6 weeks post op appointment

Avni is absolutely brilliant and I cannot recommend her enough. She started treated me during pregnancy but I have continued to see her after. Avni is really caring and intuitive and the only osteopath that I have been to who really manages to address any pain that I have been experiencing. She doesn't insist that you come back week after week, unless the treatment specifically requires a few sessions. She takes a holistic approach to wellness and provides really useful tips and recommendations that have helped me in all aspects of life.
