I was so impressed by the attention to detail and personal interest I received while admitted for surgery to my shoulder. I felt like a VIP, every single person was so genuinely kind and caring and I couldn't fault the whole experience. The Surgeon Mr Chambler and Anesthetist Dr Kindola went above and beyond to ensure that my preference for a no blood surgery was treated with the utmost respect and understanding. Their skill and attention to detail ensured that the procedure was a complete success, and I am recovering wonderfully. I was cared for beautifully by the nursing staff, HCAs and cleaning and catering staff who all made sure everything was perfect. I was especially impressed that even during the night, the night staff kept disruption to a minimum and there was no corridor noise and bright lights, making the recovery experience much easier to manage. My experience was everything I could have hoped for.

My wife and I have visited the clinic a few times during the last five years and are both very impressed. Dr Chopra is friendly, caring and very competent. He operates efficiently and is always on time. My skin lesions were examined and treated on the spot during the same session today. I received information about the nature and cause of my problem and was given instruction about how to look after the problem area until it is fully healed. I was charged as quoted when I booked the appointment.. Highly recommended service.

Dr Makwana was absolutely excellent. He listened carefully to my 15 year old son explaining his allergy issues and then to myself as I added bits in. He was thorough in his questioning and examination. He then gave us clear explanations, lots of very helpful advice and options about treatment. He did not push private treatments but gave us NHS options aswell. He was friendly yet professional. Would definitely return and would highly recommend, a very knowledgeable man.

Arrived in the Spencer outpatient dept for my preassessment appointment they said I was in the wrong area needed to be upstairs in the ward which when I asked how to get there they arranged for a nurse to come and collect me to take me where I should have been. They were all very nice kept making sure I was okay while waiting and the members of staff in the ward were so helpful friendly couldn’t have asked for anything better.

When i went to the appointment I was unaware that I was having all that i had done. I had not recieved a message or letter explaining what was going to be done during this appointment. I found out at the appointment. I believe that I should of been told prior to the appointment. I would have prepared myself before the operation of what to expect. The appointment itself was very friendly and professional all through.

Dr Sheth did some minor surgery to remove a basil cell carcinoma from my lower eyelid. It was an MOH procedure, requiring exceptional skill on two successive interventions. The surgery and its outcome could not have been better. Full marks to Dr Sheth, and it gave me great pride in the NHS which still manages to perform outstanding work, notwithstanding the current political chaos of its funding and organisation.

I saw Dr Gupta which a raised area diagnosed by my GP as actinic keratosis. I did not want to use the cream due to the possible side effects. Dr Gupta used cryotherapy on the area. She also checked the rest of my body. Dr Gupta was very professional and had a very caring and kind manner. Thoroughly recommend and have booked my husband in for. Body check!
