I would not go back to this dental practice again.. I was booked in to have an extraction by a surgeon who I have since found out only comes in on a Tuesday. I was not that impressed with her bedside manner or the Nurse.. I was extremely traumatised and told them I was nervous. The extraction took a really long time and was not an easy removal and was extremely uncomfortable. I was shaking like a leaf and afterwards,, I was basically dismissed and sent away without being offered any form of empathy. I’ve since had terrible problems and I’m in a lot of pain four days later. I rang the dentist this morning. who then informed me that the surgeon only comes in once a week and I needed to go back to my own dentist, which is quite a drive away. I’m not impressed at all and would definitely not return. Also, the Dental practice is obviously undergoing some sort of renovation. The waiting room was a blank white room with no window extremely uninviting, no music not good when you are an extremely nervous patient waiting to have a horrible procedure done .not a good experience for me I’m afraid.

I am a very active 51 year old man and Mr Atkinson fixed my medial meniscus tear which had been obstructing movement in my leg. After 8 weeks I am back swimming, practicing Yoga 5 times a week (all poses including deep squats and child pose) and I also started kick boxing again. I will be training jiu jitsu again in a week's time. I also climbed the stairs at Highgate tube station this week - all 100 of them - without any pain or locking. I had a very good experience with Mr Atkinson. From initial to final consultation I was very happy with the care given to me. In fact my girlfriend who is also a doctor was very impressed by Mr Atkinson's knowledge on a variety of questions she asked. He was very accommodating of her as well allowing her to talk to him on the phone and with me in my final consultation. I want to thank Mr Atkinson for putting me forward for this care, without this I would be struggling with my physical activities and now I have a new lease of life. Thank you so much.

Mr. Nicol replaced my right hip about 3 weeks ago, using the anterior approach process. I can't speak highly enough about what he and his anaesthetist, Mr. Andrew Dalton, did for me, making the whole event so straightforward. They were extremely professional but at the same time very approachable and happy to discuss any and all questions. I had a hip replacement 11 years ago but this time it was very different and very much easier and I have not had the difficulties I experienced last time post op - easier to start the rehab, exercises, easier to get a decent sleep, not nearly so much initial discomfort. I had the op at King's Park Hospital which gave me excellent care ( my nurse Stephanie was brilliant) and I was home the following day, having had check up visits from Mr. Nicol and Mr. Dalton. I would absolutely recommend Mr. Dalton - if I had a third hip I'd be asking him to replace it too!

Before contacting you, I felt I had nothing, yet in less than a year I was able to complete my thesis. It is something I could hardly believe. Thank you again for the kindness you have shown in helping someone like me. I am currently arranging my trip to Saudi Arabia next week on Wednesday, and I will return for graduation next summer. I would like to ask whether you recommend that I continue the medication. If so, my current prescription lasts month, I may need to request more, as I found that only the first medication I used is available in Saudi Arabia.

His attention to detail and genuine concern made all the difference and he ensured I understood every step of my treatment. The entire Pixie and Sera team was extremely professional from scheduling either online or by phone to reception at the clinic. They all ensured I was seen within minutes on my appointment days. Keep up great job! Suggestion - If we could get appointments and at least tests and labs done over the weekends. Maybe half days on Saturdays? It is hard for some of us to come on weekdays hence all my appointments had to be done late in the evenings. If I had an option for Saturday I would've preferred that than late in the evenings. I didn't find the hygienist very supportive when I struggled to breathe during the appointment. I had to signal to her to stop several times because the fluid in my mouth meant I couldn't swallow and made it feel like I couldn't breathe. When I said this, she just said, 'aren't you breathing through your nose?'. She also didn't offer any apology for not having the diamond airflow polishing available, despite me saying that I was really disappointed about this as it was my main reason for booking the appointment.

The staff were so kind and helped me to relax when I went for egg collection. The Embryo transfer was a beautiful moment and they ensured it was marked with a photo of the embryo being transferred and a hand written card. Unfortunately, our first transfer was unsuccessful but I know we are in safe hands for our next steps. The admin team in particular have been amazing - responsive, sensitive and friendly. Thank you to all of the staff that quietly encourage hope in a scary time

Perhaps a ward visit after may have been more appropriate as I was too drowsy to ask any particular questions or receive feedback from same. However that said Mr. David has always put me at ease with the whole procedure and I believe has done an excellent job, thank you.

My experience once in the practice was very good. Staff friendly and professional. What I found very stressful beforehand was locating the property. The letter that I received from the NHS gave an address of One Medical House which I could not find on any signage. I drove around for 10 mins and was then worried that I would miss my appointment. The letter should be updated to state OSD Healthcare.

The entrance to the hospital and reception was clean and tidy, I was shown the way to go for my appointment. I would allow time to park if you are driving this is because it is not the biggest of car parks for the amount of patients attending. This is more constructive
