Through the NHS at Leicester General hospital I was diagnosed with Prostate Cancer (Gleason 4+3) in June 2023, and I was advised that I should consider radical treatment of radiotherapy and hormone therapy or indeed a radical Prostatectomy. Following this I researched the results of these procedures and learnt of a few side effects and patient experience stories that were rather unsettling. Besides this it seemed that there could be quite a wait before treatment would actually start. So, i carried out further research on possible alternatives which is when I read about Mr Nigam and the NanoKnife procedure. I subsequently contacted Mr Nigam, had a consultation and elected to go forward with the procedure on 18th August 2023. This was carried out efficiently and effectively - I walked in just before lunchtime, and walked out around 6.00pm the same day. I then travelled to the station and caught the train home. I only had a few days of slight discomfort but then quickly recovered to the extent that I was able to travel to Scotland for a few days Salmon fishing a fortnight later (and I even caught fish).

I recently had a laparoscopy with Mr Okaro and I couldn't be more grateful for the care I received. From the very beginning Mr Okaro was very professional,kind and took the time to explain everything clearly which immediately put me at ease with his knowledge and experience . The procedure itself went very well. Mr Okaro not only removed my fallopian tube as I was referred for but also treated my endometriosis at the same time. After the surgery he was patient and happy to answer any questions which I truly appreciate. I feel very fortunate to have been under his care and I would happily return to him for any future gynae concerns. I would highly recommend Mr Okaro to friends and family without a doubt. I can’t recommend Sarah enough! I came to her after a lateral hip tear, and she was incredibly thorough from day one. She didn’t just focus on the injury itself but also identified underlying weaknesses that might have been contributing to my pain. Sarah always explained what she was testing and why, which really helped me understand my recovery. The rehab plan she set up through the app was super clear and easy to follow, and she regularly checked in by email to make sure I was progressing well. As a World Champ Age Group triathlete for 5+ years, I’ve seen a lot of physios across London — and Sarah is honestly one of the best I’ve come across. She’s not only knowledgeable and professional but also genuinely warm and caring. This helps me trust the process and believe in the recommendations she provides. Thanks to her, I’ve built my strength back and am back running completely pain free! And I am also aware of weaknesses that could contribute to future injuries.

1. Pleasant interactions 2. I had one primary issue with my ankle and a secondary issue with my toe. Both were remediated in a comprehensive manner. I am from a sporting background, Mr. O’Flaherty has addressed the items of concern I first approached him with, with no set backs and continual advice throughout the process. 3. Definitive answers: typically from other consultants you can recieve quite wishy washy answers, not saying yes but also not saying no which can often leave you worrying and speculating and even overthinking certain things. It was quite refreshing to get definitive interpretations / answers and solutions from Mr O’Flaherty.

From the start I felt that I was in capable hands with Mr Whitwell. He explained the issues with my hips and my options. I chose to have total replacement of both my hips after being in constant pain for a couple of years. I am just recovering from my second surgery. His team were excellent and I was very well cared for throughout. I had very little pain and my wound healed very cleanly and quickly. Mr Whitwell has changed my life. I am now getting back to gardening, walking in nature and enjoying a pain free life. I will always be grateful for his expert care and expertise.

Admin team are really friendly and very helpful with any questions. They are also very quick to respond to emails which is amazing. Dr Chris Airey is brilliant, he goes through every blood marker and explains everything clearly. I transferred to this clinic from Optimale as the service and protocol I was on didn’t feel very optimal for me. In my opinion, UrbanTRT is way better and I now understand what truly personalised TRT looks like. The difference in how I feel, the communication, and the level of detail they go into has been top quality.

We have done both pregnancy monitoring and c-section delivery with Dr Low and it was a great experience throughout. She is attentive and approachable, responded to my concerns within a few hours during the pregnancy despite having a busy schedule. My C-section delivery was also very smooth with quick recovery. Six weeks after the procedure the scar is barely there and multiple health professionals commented on how well-healed it looked. Would highly recommend.

There is parking nearby although extra restrictions mid morning so something to be aware of but it's great to have a free parking option nearby at all in London!
