I visited Dr. Asit Arora in June 2025 for a deviated septum. He was very professional and clearly explained all the available options. We followed the necessary steps and eventually decided to go ahead with the surgery — and it was absolutely the right decision. My day-to-day life has improved tremendously since then. The surgery went smoothly; I only felt some discomfort for a couple of days. I recovered quickly, and the splint was removed a week later. Since then, I’ve had no pain or issues at all. It’s truly been a game changer. I can sleep properly again, exercise without difficulty, and breathe normally through my nose — something that was always a struggle before. I would highly recommend seeing Mr. Asit Arora if you’re dealing with similar problems. It’s been a real pleasure and a life-changing experience.

Miss Hardy made me feel validated and understood. She provided me with clear explanations of my diagnosis of severe endometriosis and answered all our questions fully. We went through the MRI scans together and she talked me through what they showed. She didn't try to push treatment options onto me, but laid out the options with my choice and wellbeing being the central point of the treatment going forward. Miss Hardy provided me with ways of getting back in touch with her when I had made my decision on what to do about my diagnosis, with new HRT medications or surgery being the main options. She put me on the list for a follow up with the endometriosis nurse which was a comfort as ongoing support.

Admin team are really friendly and very helpful with any questions. They are also very quick to respond to emails which is amazing. Dr Chris Airey is brilliant, he goes through every blood marker and explains everything clearly. I transferred to this clinic from Optimale as the service and protocol I was on didn’t feel very optimal for me. In my opinion, UrbanTRT is way better and I now understand what truly personalised TRT looks like. The difference in how I feel, the communication, and the level of detail they go into has been top quality.

I’m new to the practice, having previously been with a Bupa dentist, so the experience felt quite different. My recent visit was to see the hygienist, and while the appointment went smoothly overall, I did feel that it was quite brief and didn’t focus as much on the deeper, more thorough cleaning I’m used to. Additionally, I usually receive tailored advice during my visits, but this time there wasn’t much guidance offered. Perhaps it wasn’t necessary, but overall, it felt as though the hygienist wasn’t as thorough as I would have expected.

From reception to outpatients all staff were friendly and helpful. I didn’t have a tea or coffee but it’s nice to know it’s there if one wants a hot drink. On the way out to the car park I did nearly trip and fell over due to uneven ground and no lighting. This is my only complaint. My ankle nearly gave way on me but I managed to prevent myself from falling. I would advise a resurface and some serious lighting be put into the car park as soon as possible please.
