I've been seeing Erin at PSM since March 2025 - she is by far the best physio I’ve ever worked with. When first starting treatment, I had no idea of what was wrong – just a feeling of being ‘uneven’. By November, I’m pain-free and have a far better understanding of my body and how to look after myself for years to come. I was referred to Erin by another member of staff at PSM clinic who said she was one of the best – and they were absolutely right. From the start, she took the time to understand how I was feeling, carried out detailed tests, and quickly identified the root of the issue. Over the past six months, we’ve worked together to strengthen my shoulders and back through a tailored mix of gym and mobility exercises. Erin has gone above and beyond to adapt my programme as I’ve progressed, and I genuinely feel the difference. Whilst Erin was on holiday, she arranged cover with Cam, who was brilliant at answering my questions and fine-tuning my programme – his knowledge was greatly appreciated. The wider PSM team, including Morgan and Ellie, have also been fantastic – always welcoming, friendly, and incredibly helpful, especially with my medical insurance.

Mr Gordon Muir

My hydroceles were diagnosed in 2021, at which time they were unproblematic. Though they developed, I dithered about possible courses of action, having consulted two specialist surgeons. I stumbled across Mr Muir about three months ago by which time I really needed to do something. The previous surgeons had seemed both competent and sympathetic, but it was Mr Muir’s experience, patent expertise, clear provision of information and explanations that gave me the confidence to go ahead with the surgery he recommended. It went brilliantly. There was no post-operative pain and I recovered quickly. Impossible to fault in any way! Also, all the medical and support staff around Mr Muir were impeccable. One nurse described Mr Muir as a ‘surgical genius’. Given how smoothly my operation and recovery have gone, I have no reason to disagree.

I had an exceptional experience with Dr Navaratne from my initial consultation through to my post gallstone removal check up. It was never certain that the gall stones were causing me the issues I was experiencing and Dr Navaratne was thorough and diligent in his investigations before we reached the conclusion of surgery. During that time he went over and above to respond incredibly quickly to me out of hours to provide reassurance and options for the next step. I had a complex surgery which thanks to Dr Navaratne was successful through key hole surgery and avoided future procedures/pain. I will always be incredibly grateful for the kindness, professionalism and expertise of Dr Navaratne during a very difficult time and would recommend him to anyone in an instant!

Mr Ho has been my consultant for about 10 years, ever since I lost half my sight in my right eye. Since that time he has helped me make informed decisions regarding my treatment.. He treated the cateract in my left eye and the improvement was immediate. I thought that was the end but he suggested that my macular hole in my right eye could be improved with invetrioretinal surgery. He explained in detail what would happen and I felt confident in his expertise. It was no surprise that my treatmenrt was a complete success . I have always found Mr Ho ,pleasant, informaitive. and caring I have complete faith in his judgement and ability. and feel he does the very best for his patients.

Nurse caused me to bruise during a painful blood test. I always have trouble with veins appearing during tests and told the nurse which one tends to work the best; nurse insisted on going for a different one, causing pain and bruising. Nurse also used clumsy and offensive language when talking about another patient: “A man came in the other day - he’s a ‘they’ - he…”. Given that your clinic markets your service extensively to trans and non-binary people, I find it surprising that your staff wouldn’t see a problem with openly and deliberately misgendering a customer. Please do better to avoid making customers like me feel alienated.

I was very apprehensive about getting both of my eyes done at the same time. I cant believe how easy and painless it was ,all of the staff were amazing in looking after me and putting me at ease. Having 24 hr support was amazing ,my concerns were addressed quickly . If only everything was as easy as this ,within 3 days i could see perfectly ,i never realised how much of a difference it would make . From my consultant ,nursing staff, opthamologists, domestic staff and receptionist they went above and beyond in their care. Nothing was too much bother. Dont hesitate to go ,you will be amazed .

I attended MWH Clinic and had consultations with Ms Latthe & an ultrasound scan performed by Dr Balogun. Ms Latthe was fantastic and thoroughly addressed my health concerns - I felt very reassured. I would definitely return to Ms Latthe if I required any surgical treatment in the future. Dr Balogun was so lovely and very kind. I was made to feel very comfortable throughout & her assistant made my feel totally at ease. I cannot fault the service I have received. Sam Wilde did an amazing job on my hip. I had a steroid injection and an extremely gloomy prognosis from the consultant with regard to osteoarthritis. Without Sam I would have gone into a deep depression! Sam talked me through a programme of rest post the steroid injection followed by a slow return to exercise with various adaptations. A year and a half later I am back to exercising 6 times a week with (so far) no issues other than the odd twinge from my hip. I am incredibly grateful and can't rate the treatment I got highly enough.

I feel extraordinarily lucky to have found my way to Mr Quarto and his team, undoubtedly a very special and skilled surgeon..

Exceptional experience. Mr Shalchi was so polite, respectful and explained every step thoroughly. My life has changed significantly since seeing him. I'm 79 and had very blurred vision in 1 eye to the extent that i couldnt see anything. I had laser treatment and the results were immediate. I read every car number plate all the way home! It has had an incredible impact on my balance too. My Schalchi has given me a new lease of life. A wonderful man.

I had a raised spot on my arm which was diagnosed as actinic keratosis- precancerous cells. GP recommend cream but didn’t want to use due to side effects. Dr Gupta was very professional and had a very caring and kind disposition. She used cryotherapy on the area which was only mildly uncomfortable for a few seconds and then checked the rest of my body for me. Thoroughly recommend and have booked my husband for a body check! Thank you ☺️

Everything went very well, and I am very happy with the outcome. The fact that I managed to stay calm during the whole procedure is due to the care of all the staff. The scars seem to be doing fine - a little bit of itchiness, but I assume that's part of the healing process. (By the way, I filled in the short survey on paper when I returned to East Grinstead, a week after the operation - I left it with the receptionist.)

I received ultrasound guided injections for osteoarthritis and a meniscus tear in my left knee by Dr Rahul .The care and treatment from the receptionist to the Dr was outstanding .The clinic is clean , welcoming and has a very high standard of care to its patients.
