Her explanation of my diagnosis and the treatment required filled me with confidence prior to my surgery, and the post operative care has been fantastic. Despite being discharged 24 hours after surgery, Professor Harji has called me on a daily basis to check on my progress and advise me on any questions I may have had. I would also like to say that after only 7 days since my surgery my recovery rate has been remarkable, apart from a small amount of discomfort and pain from the incisions in my abdomen I feel really good . I would like to say a big thank you to Professor Harji and her whole team for making my whole experience very very comfortable!

I had MPFL surgery by Mr Din. From the first meeting with Mr Din, I felt at ease and knew I was in safe hands. As someone who was quite anxious about apprehensive about surgery, Mr Din spent alot of time reassuring me and giving me lots of information about the procedure. I felt listened to, and although Mr Din has plenty of patients I’m sure - I felt like the only one. That is testament to his five star bedside manner. My surgery was a complete success and I now have life changing confidence in my knee. My case was made slightly more complicated due to my hyper mobility, however I had full confidence in Mr Din. Recovery was aided by reassurance from Mr Din, whom I felt was contactable throughout. I cannot express my gratitude enough, or recommend Mr Din enough!

I attended Monaghan & Morrow clinic for a vasectomy procedure in February this year. I got booked in within 2 weeks of initial contact. I was naturally anxious about the procedure but the guys made me feel at home from the minute I walked in. The procedure was pretty much pain free. Stephen & Gillian also clearly communicated pain/brusing etc over the days following, which was very reassuring. Also a check-in email the following day to confirm all was ok. (which it was) After some initial tenderness, I was back running within 1 week of the vacetomy. The follow up semen analysis was also very straightforward. I received the kit in the post with instructions. Results were then emailed within a few weeks. I could not recommend Monaghan & Morrow enough.

I was really in a great deal of pain and my lifestyle was deteriorating drastically. I had a very positive experience visiting the menopause doctor. The only criticism relates to payment policy. I was required to pay the full amount for my next appointment six months in advance, which I felt was a little harsh. I completely understand taking a deposit to secure the appointment - perhaps 50% would be more reasonable - but paying in full so far ahead of time does feel quite steep.

First visit to a private hospital. Very clean and professional with some great facilities for various treatments. Only minor downside being the very small car park, which is often full of very large expensive vehicles taking up lots of space, or even multiple spaces. There is free on-street parking nearby (2 hour limit).
