Mr Zaidi performed ankle replacement surgery on me, having had numerous previous surgeries this was a complicated procedure. he was excellent in explaining the procedure and was able to reassure both my wife and I pre surgery. Following the successful procedure he saw me again for a post surgery follow up. I was seen very quickly and Mr Zaid was once again very kind and patient taking time to explain the recovery process, answer all of our questions and offer guidance of how to get the best recovery possible. I would be very happy to recommend others to his care.
My experience was very good with the doctor, he was able to clearly explain the procedure was very reassuring respectful and made me feel comfortable. I couldn’t fault my experience and is an exceptional example of how doctors should conduct themselves.
