I recently had three wisdom teeth removed at Mr Collier's clinic. I had previously had another extraction with a different dentist and it had been a very difficult removal with a lengthy healing process. Based on my past experience, I was feeling apprehensive about undertaking three extractions at once. However, I can honestly say that I had absolutely nothing to worry about and my experience at Mr Collier's clinic was incomparable. Mr Collier was clear in his explanation of the process, the benefits to me and the aftercare. He was also patient and kind, helping to ease my nerves. The extraction was incredibly smooth and, three weeks later, both sites are pretty much healed. This is such a testament to Mr Collier's skill as a dentist and surgeon - I have experienced barely any pain following my surgery and feel like I can approach any future dental surgery with a lot more confidence and trust. I would like to send huge thanks to Mr Collier and his team, including Michelle, for the incredible standard of care I have received throughout my treatment. I couldn't recommend Mr Collier enough!

Very unorganised, got the bill twice with no explanation. Called and had to speak with 3 people and still no one knew what bill was correct. The Surgent secretary told me to ignore one of the invoices which turned out was wrong. First time I arrived for the consultation I was told that the surgent who I was going to see wasn’t there and they advised me to go home. It turned out he was there and waiting for me. Second time they couldn’t find my file and didn’t know what to do or why I was there. 3rd time lucky you would think, I was told to wait in the waiting room and I did without being told there were two waiting rooms and I was in the wrong room and the surgent called me and wondered if I was on my way. On the positive the surgent and the operation was great but I do wish it was a bit more organised and that the information given to the patients was with a follow up to everyone involved.

Prior to surgery I was provided with all relevant information relating to what would happen and the aftercare that needed to be put in place to support me once I had completed my surgery and was returning home. I found the process efficient and without complication. I followed all the advice given to me by the medical team and I am pleased to say, I was able to resume my life enabling me to, drive without pain and returned to work within 5 weeks of my surgery (albeit a phased return) but I successfully completed 3 weeks and am now returning to normal working hours. Without this surgery I would not have been able to live my life, to put into simple terms - the surgery has 'given me my life back' for which I will be internally grateful, thank you. I can now go back to living my life which sounds a bit dramatic but is in fact TRUE!

Hearing aids... NOT FOR ME??? It took a while for me to adjust to having a slight hearing loss and eventually made an appt with Harley Hearing. Call it vanity, but the thought of wearing a hearing aid seemed horrific! | wasnt ready just yet. I eventually made the appointment and met Matt. What a lovely man. I just wanted to say how wonderful and supportive he has been. Nothing is too much trouble. He is extremely knowledgeable and has guided me all the way. We started with the Lyric but sadly it wasnt working for me. Matt knowing my concerns, has worked with me to try different IIC aids suitable and i am currently trying another. He is professional, is beyond amazing and i couldn't have asked to be in better hands. I believe Harley Hearing have a true asset in him.

The King Edward V11 hospital is the best of the best in London. The cleanliness, kindness, fabulously trained and knowledgeable professionals in each and every department are second to none. I’ve been visiting this hospital for more than 45 years, and always had a most positive experience. From the Porters and Reception team to their Consultants and Physiotherapists, they are impossible to fault. On my most recent visit, I visited the imaging department, and was scanned by the amazing Dr Clare Allen, and her team. She was the personification of professionalism, yet also one of the most empathetic Consultants I have ever come across. I can’t recommend her or her team, more highly.

The most stressful and frustrating part of using RTN services is the lack of communication and poor response times. I have used RTN both via the right to choose path and for a private assessment. You would expect the private service to be quicker and have better communication but this has not been my experience. It is impossible to get hold of anybody. I have sent multiple emails and left voicemail but there is no sense of urgency in responding and waiting times are long. You don't even receive an acknowledgement or holding email to manage expectations. Some very basic and easy changes could be made to make the customer experience so much better.

My stay at Delamere was incredible I would highly recommend it. The staff were so friendly and nice, every single one of them knew my name from day 1 which made me feel a lot more comfortable and safer. The structure of the groups and days were well thought out through. Every group was informative, engaging and interesting. They offer many 1-2-1 sessions to allow for a more focused therapeutic approach, all the therapists and mentors were highly knowledgable and compassionate. The food was great with plenty of options and flexibility. I’m very thankful to have got to stay here.

From the moment i arrived at Spire on 7 October, from the reception team, kitchen staff, cleaners, nurses, Anaesthetist, Consultant, theatre staff , pharmacy team( hope i haven't missed anyone), i was put at ease and made comfortable. The care i received has been outstanding with very clear explanations at every step. The whole experience has been positive and after 2 long years of tremendous pain and discomfort, i feel i now have my life back to start living again!!! You are all superstars

I'm sure it was being decorated when I visited 6 months ago. Still is. Before appointment they send forms to be completed online. No problem with that except one is for COVID asking if anybody on the family has been to a country on the government red list or been told to isolate by NHS. Neither of those things happen now. I raise it every time and nothing changes. Almost as if nobody reads the reviews. So much for "quality"

Best to make sure someone attends with you to ask the questions you might be to groggy to ask at the time. Would be nice if staff shared communication as I have frozen shoulder and I only had chance to tell the lovely Laura staff nurse who reasured me. Dr Ahmed introduced himself and Ruby too...I had to ask what they found and was given printed details at the end. Overall positive. Thank you!

Mr Malik put me at ease in the pre-op consultation and provided valuable evidence based advice which helped me confirm a decision not to proceed with surgery to repair a hernia. And he left my referral open so I could contact the hospital directly in the future if needed. Really simple to order medications. Fairly straightforward experience. The problem starts and ends when the fact that they use Royal mail for deliveries. Had I known, I would have ordered elsewhere. Royal mail consistently mess up on deliveries especially on my area, and it's impossible to get through to customers service (which is non-existent really at Royal Mail).

Mr Chauhan was very clear with details about the procedure and very reassuring, he gives me great confidence in his abilities as this will be my second procedure with him. The first knee repair is still working fine which was done eight years ago. Now have a new issue and I am sure it will be good too. Side note the assisting nurse was lovely and very helpful.

Jodie in reception was also very very good and so patient i helping to sort appointments for our convenience. the Nurse who was the phlebotomist was also very pleasant.
