From the very beginning, she was thoughtful, thorough, and always focused on ensuring the safest and best possible outcome for both me and my baby. Given my previous myomectomy, slightly raised blood pressure, and a transverse lie, she carefully assessed all risks and recommended that my planned C-section be brought forward from 39 weeks to 38 weeks to minimise any potential labour-related risks. This decision gave us complete reassurance and confidence that everything was being managed with great care and expertise. What truly set Dr Chawla apart was how accessible and supportive she was at every stage. She was always available for any concerns, no matter how small, and her care did not stop at delivery. Her aftercare was exceptional- she was incredibly motherly, kind, and attentive, and went out of her way to arrange additional support and care for us when needed. We always felt listened to, never rushed, and fully supported during what can be an overwhelming time. We couldn’t have asked for better care and will always be deeply thankful to Dr Chawla for her professionalism, compassion, and dedication to achieving the very best outcome for our family.

The care we received from the midwifery team was absolutely exceptional. In particular, midwives/nurses Lucy and Anna were truly wonderful. They were kind, attentive, reassuring, and incredibly supportive, always taking the time to check in, explain everything, and make us feel completely cared for. Their warmth and professionalism made such a difference to our experience and helped us feel confident and supported every step of the way. The aftercare was equally impressive, with genuine attention to both mother and baby. Every member of staff went above and beyond, and nothing ever felt rushed. My hearing care assistant Claire was brilliant. I only made the appointment because I was spending New Year in the area from London and still had muffled hearing despite being under treatment for wax removal in both ears. I had already gone down the local NHS route, which uses only irrigation, to no effect and the private (Specsavers) route, which uses only micro-suction, with limited success after several visits. So I was delighted that with just one treatment of about twenty minutes at Meadows and Wood my ears were completely clear. Claire used both methods in appropriate combination to get the result I wanted. She was very pleasant, friendly and extremely professional and fully answered any questions I had. She was also careful to keep me informed of what she was doing at every point of the treatment whilst ensuring that there was no pain or discomfort. I would unhesitatingly recommend Meadows and Wood to anybody. The standard of treatment I received was so high that it might well be worth making the trip from London the next time I need their services!

I had a great experience with Dr Cappai at Diverse Minds Clinic. She listened to all my concerns and gave me good advice on therapy and pharmacological treatment. I conducted some research before booking with Diverse Minds Clinic, and I was reassured because the clinic is registered with the CQC (unlike some other popular services in London), and Dr Cappai also works in the NHS as an ADHD specialist. The building in central London, Harley Street, is very elegant, and I felt comfortable during the long assessment (I had a 3-hour ADHD and ASD assessment), and Dr Cappai allowed some breaks and ensured I was at ease. The appointment started on time, and the report was very thorough. I am happy with the service. I cannot recommend it highly enough.

Communication about where the treatment was to take place could have been a bit clearer - appointment was arranged via Shawfair Park reception but treatment was actually at Murrayfield which wasn't clear to me. Murrayfield reception also called and seemed surprised too that it has been done by Shawfair but didn't clarify where it was happening. All worked out in the end though.
