His calm and confident manner helped me feel safe, especially during moments where I felt anxious. Vicky, the nurse, was outstanding. She was attentive, warm, and reassuring. She noticed what I needed and acted quickly. That kind of care matters when you feel vulnerable. Nadia, Mr. Tsepov’s PA, was organised and responsive. Communication was clear and quick, and the admin side ran smoothly. That reduced stress at a time when I had limited energy. Thank you to everyone involved. I felt respected, listened to, and cared for as a whole person, not a task.

Mr Samer Mahmoud

I saw Mr Mahmoud on 31 December for a check-up and was seen quickly. However, I'd been asked to arrive 45 minutes early to have an x-ray which, on arrival, wasn't required! Mr Mahmoud is a kind and caring Consultant who really listens, but at the same time is always very professional. He explained how he'd carried out the hip operation to my daughter and I (which has been a huge success); showed before and after images on his screen, and watched me walk. I will be having the other hip replaced this year, and thankfully Mr Mahmoud will be carrying this out. He is an expert in his field and I would wholeheartedly recommend him.

Yesterday I had a phone call from Mr Yang who came up with a plan for my latest UTI . We had a full and informative discussion. Within 5 mons of his call I had a private prescription emailed to me and within 30 mins I had a phone call from Forbury saying my UTI vaccine was ready for collection. I went to the Forbury and the vaccine was all ready for me complete with cooling pack to keep it cold. During the afternoon I also received a very accurate clinic letter from Mr Yang and copied to my GP. All very speedy and efficient and much appreciated.

Mr Bagley stepped in after my previous consultant refused to attend. He hastily but professionally conducted my initial and confirmation appointments together and agreed to proceed with the planned surgery. I was very relieved. The surgery went well and all the staff involved were friendly and professional. I developed an infection after and had to see Mr Bagley twice but I was prescribed antibiotics and it cleared. At every step of the process Mr Bagley was professional and explained everything. I would definitely recommend him.

My experience during my visit for day surgery was very good overall. The nurses and physiotherapist were young but capable. The anaesthetists were very helpful both before and after my operation. The surgeon was brisk and efficient. I was perhaps a little surprised that he didn't come to see me after the operation. The quality of the snack I was offered after the operation was poor: crisps and a sandwich with stodgy bread. Hardly nutritious recovery food!

Dr Sabharwal was a pleasure to meet: spot on time and with a happy demeanour. He very plainly knows what he's talking about (luckily) and was genuinely interested in my fairly trivial medical problems. He explained his thinking about my various medications in detail and with clarity so a humble layman such as myself could understand the issues. It was a valuable experience, and while no-one really looks forward to seeing his doctor, Dr Nik is an exception.

Mr Shakeeb Khan

I received surgery to repair a hernia at the Nuffield Hospital Bristol with Mr Khan. The operation was successful with no complications and I've now recovered. Mr Khan provided plenty of reassurance with time to ask questions prior to surgery, on the day and afterwards and the Nuffield made for much more relaxing/stress free experience than visiting a larger hospital. I would recommend him and this hospital for anyone needing this surgery.

The doctor and nurses here are very kind and really helped me during a nerve wracking procedure that I was highly anxious for. I do think given how much we pay for these appointments, that the facilities could really use a revamp. It fees tired and dated in the common areas and the toilets were not very clean. On top of that, you can never find a parking spot, which adds extra anxiety to pre appointments.

The receptionist was really nice. She asked how i was and it felt like she genuinely cared. She got me a nice early appointment and the dentist saw me on time and was very kind and talked through what he did and gave me reassurance that my mouth was healing well from the previous extraction.
