From initial consultation right through to post surgery care, the level of dedication and support has been unmatched. Dr Joe's bedside manner is like nothing I've ever experienced before, and I'm so thankful to have had the opportunity to have this surgery with him and his team. I debated having this surgery for many years, and at every step, Joe has been there to answer every question, every query, and made me feel completely at ease for this life changing decision. I felt part of the team rather than just the patient. I will need to have this surgery on my right ear and there is no other surgeon I would chose to have this done with.

Our experience with Dr Hanci was really positive. We felt, both my husband and I, that he tailored the consultations to both us as parents, but also communicated with our daughter brilliantly, putting her at ease, and ensured she was involved with the process on her terms. Dr Hanci was professional, thorough, empathetic and patient. The nurses were also very caring and diligent with their manner. My only slight feedback would be that there was a bit of confusion by the reception team/s, who advised us that Dr Hanci wasn't working on the day of our appointment, but other than that, a positive experience, given it is/can be a concerning time for families.

We recently visited Nuffield Vale of Glamorgan for my son’s squint surgery under the care of Dr Jewsbury. The whole experience was excellent from start to finish. Communication was clear, reassuring, and consistent, and every member of the team went out of their way to make sure my son felt safe and supported. Dr Jewsbury’s care, both on the day and in the weeks that followed, was exceptional. The results have surpassed our expectations and have been genuinely life-changing for my son. We chose Montrose as they appeared on a lot of ‘Right to Choose’ websites and were rated by the CQC and as soon as I called Mollie and the team’s support has been superb. The charges and plans were shared upfront and were explained well. We paid to have a private Adult ADHD assessment and the speed of the booking / assessment/report/ treatment plans and meetings were quick. Communication was excellent and most of all the support was top notch and expert. We have felt very supported and very secure that we are getting the best life changing support. This was my final visit with Dr Housami after several diagnostic procedures and I consider the overall support I have recieved to have been outstanding. Whilst Dr Housami was not able to personally perform the reccomended treatment, he was very helpful un reccomending consultants and the process I needed to follow to proceed, and left me feeling he really cared about finding me the right outcomes. Was overnight stay at Ninewells Hospital in Dundee, all staff were very polite and courteous to myself and the other 5 people within the ward during my stay. The team were very attentive to each individuals needs, which made for a pleasant stay. Facilities were clean and if any ‘accidents’ occurred then these were addressed immediately to promote cleanliness in the ward

I love coming to the clinic. The stuff is very friendly. The waiting room is bright and the decor is very tasteful with a clear feminine touch. It is a space designed by women for women which I appreciate. I have come many times and I haven't waited for more than a few minutes to be seen. Coffee and tea available if you arrive early.
