My experience with CP&R…. has been fantastic…. everyone involved has been so very helpful…Becky….. Angela… Tom…. and my trainer Paddy….. (Patrick)…. he has been beyond amazing… from the start…. nothing but encouraging… always supportive…. I have had quite a few bumps along the way and he has always been so kind…. I feel so much stronger… and more confident…Paddy has a wonderful attitude…. full of kindness and nothing but encouragement…. he works you hard but understands one’s limitations… I cannot praise him highly enough…. and I shall never forget this experience…. he has become a lifelong friend…. and I wish him all the luck in the world going forwards…. I reckon CP&R are very lucky to have him!…. I would also like to say a thank you to you all but to Tom who stepped in a few times and was also so encouraging… and I always loved his texts of support…. Thank you!… Becky and Angela .. thank you too for all your support… although it’s been a much longer journey than I had realised…. out of hard times…… has come a lot of good …meeting you all!…. so a huge never ending thank you….

This is not a complain but rather an honest review of my experience. I took my mother to Harley Street ENT Clinic for two consecutive appointments on Mondays, scheduled at 08:30 and 09:00. On both occasions, the clinic was open and appointments had started, but the lead audiologist Indhuja had not yet arrived. We were repeatedly told she was running late. While I understand that delays can happen occasionally, having this occur twice in a row felt highly unprofessional, especially as it required me to take time off my own job to bring my mother. Waiting for the audiologist to arrive significantly impacted my own schedule and added unnecessary stress. I hope the clinic can ensure that appointments start on time so that patients’ time is respected, as the care itself was thorough once the appointments began. No issues there - Dr Gerald Brookes was amazing as usual. Thank you!

I was very happy with the result and quite impressed by the care and attention received through all stages of the process, from start to end. Mr Ahmed has a very calm and reassuring way of explaining everything and I completely trusted him and the team he works with. I would definitely recommend Mr Ahmed and I am very grateful to him for the excellent job he has done for me and the care he took of me during the hospital stay (I had the surgery done one day and the next day I was back home). On arrival I was taken into a room by the Sister and given an examination, drops and told not to rub my eyes after the Laser. Just a few minutes later I went into see Mr Cazaban, after examination I was told that both eyes now need treatment and agreed to this. the actual Laser treatment was slightly uncomfortable but to be expected. After this Mr Cazaban told me that my surgery was completed and that I should never need further laser treatment. The only complaint I would have was after the initially being told not to rub my eyes I was given no after care information.

I had a very informative, relaxing & dare I say enjoyable visit with Dr Conor Bradley today. He put me at ease immediately with his welcoming personality. He explained all my options & what I could expect from the various treatments. I left feeling relieved from my visit & hopefully will not need to return, but if necessary would be quite happy to. May I also say the young lady on reception was very pleasant, even offering us tea or coffee. I would highly recommend this very professional clinic
