What really stood out was his approachable manner and the confidence he inspired. I felt completely at ease and reassured throughout the appointment. I had a check up.....my teeth are not doing very well and I'm holding on to them and looking after them as best I can....my dentist compared my latest x-ray with one taken 2 years ago and explains what's going on and what I can do to keep them as long as I can ... it's good she takes the time to explain without making me feel awkward.... And I always say to never underestimate a kind word and a nice smile....:)

As mentioned in my other comment, she did not completely excise a mole which I thought would be completely excised in one procedure, as this is what she said to me. She invited me back to finish the excision after the results of a biopsy, but I do not understand why she did not do it all in one go. To me this feels like a shameless way of charging twice for the same procedure. I will not be coming back.

From the receptionist asking if I would like water/tea or coffee, to the amazing doctor who actually took the time to listen to what I was saying. She actually cared and I am very thankful as I was so ill. Loughview Health is worth every penny and more! Myself and family members would highly recommend.

The hospital was very clean, very friendly and very welcoming. I was shown to my room, given a menu for dinner that night as I was staying over. The staff were all very polite and attentive, even going above and beyond to get me a chocolate milkshake when the kitchen had shut. Very nice people and a very good stay after my first time going under anaesthetic

I required a GP appointment at short notice. WLC had same day appointments available, which I could book hassle free on the website. I saw a GP that diagnosed my health issue and provided a script. My pharmacist had an issue with obtaining the one item, but a phone call to WLC resolved that and a new script was texted and emailed to me later the same day.

Has a great experience. Was an indeoth cgst about my hormone history and very fast blood resets and only in a few days had them back and an appointment to chat through. There was an immediate red flag and in a few days had the right medication and started to feel better in only a few days. Also check up texts which made me feel so supported
