From first meeting with Mr Haslam he spoke so much in lay men’s vocabulary which gave me confidence in the procedure I was to have. Operation was just as had been discussed at the first meeting in July. I was told that a full knee replacement would be painful, which was true and even after eight weeks can still feel sore. Physiotherapists have been. So very helpful in my recovery. I was able to update Mr Haslam , how I was doing and thankfully he was delighted with my progress. I do realise that progress is ongoing for a while but I have been given confidence and assurance by Mr Haslam that all is going well.

All staff, including the doctor we saw, we're very friendly, made us feel at ease, and the procedure appears to have been carried out smoothly. The only thing I'd fault is the communication before the appointment, particularly the emails. They include a misleading price, the suggestion that a follow-up would not be required (when we understand that is completely normal) and we'd understood that we could/should be in the room when the procedure was taking place, which was then quite strongly advised against.

Sarah from my first visit made sure that any questions were answered and she put my mind at ease with any concerns I may of had, during my dental work when administering anaesthetic normally at other practices the pain was so bad but I didn’t feel a thing and the whole appointment was actually quite pleasant felt like I could openly talk she has such a warm and welcoming spirit to her which again before coming to this practice I’ve never really got so it really was amazing I could go on and on.

Dr Mishra is an excellent doctor and top professional. I am a doctor myself and i was really impressed with his professionalism and his kindness. I was the last appointment in what it looked a very busy day. He greeted me with a real smile. He patiently, listened to my problem, he examined me and reviewed my investigations. He explained to me the treatment options and he involved me in the decision making. He was extremely helpful , kind and very knowledgeable. I highly recommend him!

The hospital itself was great and senior nursing staff on the day were informative and professional. My anaesthetist was phenomenal as was my amazing surgeon. However I had a bad experience with one of the health care assistants who wouldn’t let me use the bathroom and led to a bit of a weird experience. Plus when I got my stitches out two weeks later the nurse couldn’t see the stitches and she gave the tweezer to my fiancé who actually ended up getting the final ones out.

My recent visit I had my regular checkup and cleaning done and when I came back in to have work done and honestly this place always out preforms makes you completely at ease and the constant advice on how to better maintain my teeth and it’s always done with a friendly atmosphere from the moment you walk in. Although I felt well cared for during my visit, I was unsure why I was asked to come in at 7am only to not have my procedure done until around 11.30. I was originally scheduled to come at 9.10 but got a call earlier in the week asking to come at 7am -reception didn’t seem to be aware of the time change when I arrived. They still managed to accommodate me, but there was just too much time spent waiting around between my initial checks and the procedure.

After being in an accident and burnt 5 months ago I’ve been referred for laser. I did not know what to expect and was feeling a little anxious. Miss Gill explained everything that was planned.
