Hiba first treated me for quite a serious ankle injury. From my very first session, I immediately felt comfortable and supported by her warm and friendly presence. This injury was extremely hard for me, as it meant I could not play my favourite sport, football, which was really tough both physically and mentally. However, each week my session with Hiba became the highlight of my week. Not only is she an excellent physio who guided me through a quick, safe, and thorough recovery, but she also took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I always understood what we were working on. She never rushed me and always listened to how I was feeling, which made me feel truly cared for. On top of that, she has an amazing sense of humour, which really helped lift my spirits and made even the hardest rehab sessions enjoyable. After recovering from my ankle injury, I unfortunately injured my knee. Without hesitation, I knew I wanted Hiba to treat me again. Having already been through a tough recovery with her, I trusted her completely and felt reassured knowing I was in excellent hands throughout the process. During my knee rehab, she was just as supportive, knowledgeable, and encouraging, constantly motivating me to keep going even when it was challenging. Thanks to Hiba’s expertise, patience, and genuine care, I was able to regain my confidence and get back to playing football, the sport I love. I could not recommend her highly enough to anyone needing physiotherapy. She truly goes above and beyond for her patients.

Dr Anderco was v Professional , empathetic and respectful of my elderly retired status as a medical colleague usually difficult patients! the consultation was skilled and she discussed my symptoms , worries past history in an unprejudiced manner as I was using medical jargon! and my opinion was also taken into consideration the next step was discussed and explained and after seeking my consent, Nasal endoscopy was carried out with care and in an experienced manner and with due regard for my comfort . Did not rush through the procedure . I was really struggling with anxiety in this pregnancy following recurrent miscarriages, and I have never felt more looked after, which has really helped me to be able to enjoy this pregnancy, knowing we have a fantastic consult looking after our baby. Though I prepared in advance for what expect in relation to parking and expected to pay on the way out, an usher directed me to another car park where there were options of paying on an app or using cash. I had time on my side luckily. Directions were almost right but I would have been better prepared if I had known the entrance sits at the back of the main A&E entrance. The staff were friendly and the environment was clean and calm. The doctor was incredible, attentive, patient, precise, clear and efficient. The experience was good.

Unfortunately, having burnt my fingers and subsequently acquired an infection, I rang the Centre at 10.00. am and asked for an urgent appointment to see a general practitioner. The receptionist offered me two appointments, one at 11.40 am and one at 1.00 pm. I took the earlier appointment and was seen within 10 minutes by Dr Porter. She was very efficient, warm and understanding. I was prescribed medication, which was supplied by the clinic's pharmacy and back in my office by midday. What impressed me most was that he was the only specialist who could accurately reproduce my pain during the examination — which finally gave me confidence that the problem was correctly identified.
