If you are looking for an exceptional bariatric surgeon I cannot recommend Mr Jayanthi highly enough. He performed a gastric bypass on myself and other types of surgeries on people I know, he proves each time to be skilled, expert and very knowledgeable. Mr jayanthi works with a hand picked equally skilled team which together has left me in no doubt how fortunate I am to have found him and his workforce. My surgery results are hugely successful and my recovery journey and outcomes have been just as explained in detail beforehand and as expected. My aftercare immediately following surgery was extraordinary, I was monitored in a small dedicated ward with specialist staff performing nursing checks and monitoring throughout the remainder of the day and over night until morning. I was never on my own during this period and felt great care and attention was provided as a priority. I have also received many follow up, monitoring and advice appointments since my surgery where Mr Jayanthi has always taken time to respond to any queries I had informedly and intelligently. I was well provided and cared for by all staff at the Springfield hospital. I will always however remain paticularly grateful to Mr Jayanthi for his surgical mastery and attention to detail. I had my hysterectomy 2.5 weeks after my initial consultation. My bleeding was so heavy that between Mr Pakarian and his amazing PA Emily, they managed to squeeze me in before Christmas. I saw him on my 6 week follow up and he said it was all a success. He said the fibroid was still there and that my previous treatment had not been effective at all. And he wouldn’t have recommended it in the first place as the fibroid was so big. He has now rectified the mistake and even apologised for the previous consultants error. He kept me informed the whole way through my time with him in letters to me and my GP and has said I can contact him anytime if I have any problems. I had the operation at Goring Hall and my consultations at Montefoire. Goring Hall were amazing and looked after me so well. It was like I was in a hotel. I can’t speak hugely enough about the staff I have encountered on this journey. And I am hugely grateful and appreciative of all the help and care I received.

There are only good things to be said about Vermillion. From the friendly welcome on reception on my first\every visit, through the countless appointments with orthodontics, prosthodontics, hygiene and x-ray, everyone and everything was spot on. The coordination and communication between the different departments through the course of my 17 months of treatment was super professional and the outcome is nothing sort of exceptional. Special shout out to Chris for getting my teeth in fantastic shape for the prosthodontics and to Photini for the wizardry she demonstrated with the rebuilding work. I was honestly lost for words when I seen my renovated smile for the first time. We first saw Dr Burmester when our son was dealing with a prolonged series of illnesses. She was extremely thorough with her diagnostics, explained everything to us very clearly, and guided his recovery in a way that made us feel calm, reassured, and well supported throughout a very stressful time. She was also incredibly generous with her time, answering multiple follow-up questions via email, which was immensely comforting for us as anxious parents. We have been seeing her for over six months now and I would highly recommend her — she is knowledgeable, caring, and someone we trust completely with our child’s care. I would also like to mention Sophie, the clinic manager, who is consistently helpful, professional, and responsive, making the overall experience at the clinic even better.

My recent visits with Isabella have been nothing short of outstanding. When I first started, I was dealing with a bad back and had very little hope of returning to the gym. Over the past six months, the progress has been incredible—I’m now feeling better than I have in a long time. Isabella’s approach is always goal-focused and tailored to what I want to achieve, with every session building progressively on the last. She consistently checks in to make sure improvements are happening and adjusts treatment as needed. On top of that, she’s an incredibly supportive and accommodating person to work with, especially when it comes to scheduling. I genuinely couldn’t recommend her more to anyone needing physiotherapy and long-term results.

Mr Ben Yates is in my opinion an excellent podiatric surgeon who gives a very good clinical opinion. I was unhappy that Mr Yates charged me for a “new patient” appointment when this was in fact a follow up appointment lasting about 12 minutes following previous surgery by Mr Yates. Furthermore, I did not receive a clinic letter from Mr Yates until I chased it up more than 2 weeks after my appointment. I received no apology for the delay in sending the letter. Mr Yate’s clinical letter did not contain all the information promised at the consultation and I was obliged to chase this information again. I emailed Mr Ben Yates to raise my concerns but I did not receive a reply from him.

After NHS blunders after a severe fall, I spent some time researching a consultant who I felt could help diagnose my injury. Tim Clough video instinctively drew me to him and I was not disappointed. He was welcoming and gentle, putting me at ease, in my distress, straightaway. He listened attentively and examined me thoroughly, answering my numerous questions. Within a week after that first consultation I had thorough MRI scans, diagnosis & a treatment plan. It was the first time I had felt I had been listened too in respect of the injury. I am very grateful to him and his simply brilliant, efficient secretary Anne who swiftly dealt with my follow up questions.

We are so grateful to have found Paediatric Diagnostics to support us with our little one’s tongue tie. We were welcomed warmly by the practicing nurse and were swiftly met by Dr Khemani. Our little one was examined and treated with great care. His tongue tie release was completed within minutes and he was happily feeding moments after.
