Receptionist was absolutely lovely and really friendly and helpful. The building and facilities were all excellent and kept clean and tidy. The consultant I saw was extremely rude, arrogant and judgemental. There were several comments he made that shocked me and that made me feel very uncomfortable to the point I almost walked out mid appointment. There was very little sympathy or mindfulness of my injury and he came across extremely judgemental in the assumptions he made about the level of sport I played, what I could afford, and several other things. I actually play semi-professionally and have represented our country in World Championships in the sport I play, and I also have a law degree and accountancy qualification which I did not mention as quite frankly it is irrelevant. It was apparent he took a dislike to me for whatever reason from the start and the whole experience was very uncomfortable. His behaviour aside, he is clearly very knowledgeable and good at what he does. Reading between the lines I got the answer I needed. This hospital was recommended to me by one of your previous patients and I was lucky to get booked in through an NHS referral but after my experience I would never return for any issue and am relieved I didn't pay to go private.

I went to my optician thinking that the problem with my right eye was to do with a cataract. It was not. It was a detached retina. It was referred to Queen Mary's Hospital on Wednesday by my.optician as a matter of urgency .They initially said that due 3 week period I had left things very little could be done. However on the Friday I got a call from Kings to attend that afternoon. I did and saw Dr. Neffendorf. He explained exactly what was wrong. How he thought that despite time lapse, my fault, he thought something could be done. 70 to 80.percent chance of success. Went for preop on Monday and had surgery the next day. Since then every day the eyesight has got a little better. I owe Dr Neffendorf sight in my right eye. I will be eternally grateful. Throughout the process Dr Neffendorf has been excellent explaining what to do at every stage of recovery. Just brilliant.

My stay at Delamere was incredible I would highly recommend it. The staff were so friendly and nice, every single one of them knew my name from day 1 which made me feel a lot more comfortable and safer. The structure of the groups and days were well thought out through. Every group was informative, engaging and interesting. They offer many 1-2-1 sessions to allow for a more focused therapeutic approach, all the therapists and mentors were highly knowledgable and compassionate. The food was great with plenty of options and flexibility. I’m very thankful to have got to stay here.

The Surgery itself (3 stents and a new lens) was conducted in a calm manor and at no point did I feel any pain or was alarmed. The follow up appointments were reassuring and all my questions were clearly answered. In addition the back up from Mr Ahmed's PA was exemplary making the process overall excellent

Mr. Kulkarni has been my eye specialist for a great many years. Originally I went to him because I had some pain in one eye and had some laser treatment for that and it was cured. Later I was operated on for cataract and the miracle of not having to wear glasses all the time only for reading has been wonderful. I return annually or more often. Recently after a fall on my face I had my eyes checked just in case.

This was my first treatment session with Mr Raf Niziol and from the outset he was warm, helpful, personable and kind. His friendly demeanour immediately put me at ease and he was patient and understanding. He explained everything clearly and thoroughly and also gave plenty of space for me to share my own thoughts and ask questions. I will be switching to Mr Niziol for all future and ongoing treatment.

Dr Spyrou carried out a complex removal of a blockage in the artery and successfully inserted 2 stents. During the procedure I was kept informed of the progress and did not feel any discomfort. After the procedure Dr Spyrou visited me several times in the recovery ward and contacted also me the following day to check on my status. Very efficient and professional treatment.

Mr Chin was polite, reassuring and kept me informed throughout the procedure. I went in with doubts and concern and Mr Chin was able to address my concerns and put my mind at ease. After the procedure everything was explained fully and the after care explained before I left. The three ladies who were assisting Mr Chin were also extremely kind and reassuring.

I had a very good experience at iGP Cardiff - it was easy to book a timely appointment, the clinic was clean, light and welcoming and staff welcoming and friendly. The GP I saw was helpful, knowledgeable and very good at taking time to discuss results, weigh up pros and cons of treatment and agree a plan in a very collaborative way. An excellent service!

Parking good, reception good, pharmacy good, everywhere very clean. All staff were friendly and efficient. They made sure that they had the right person for the right procedure, made sure I was hydrated and well, and checked that I would be looked after at home afterwards. I was very impressed. Also the sandwich afterwards was lovely.

I love coming to the clinic. The stuff is very friendly. The waiting room is bright and the decor is very tasteful with a clear feminine touch.
