I am currently undergoing treatment at Bourn Hall. At every single step the members of staff have exhibited amazing customer service. Every single nurse, receptionist, doctor, anaesthetist, embryologist, pharmacist and everyone there has been respectful, kind, gentle, reassuring, calm and knowledgeable. In particular, Nurse Dawn at Cambridge has gone above and beyond to support me as an autistic patient. She has patiently answered all my questions, made adjustments for my comfort, and reassured me over and over again. She even popped my teddy from my bag onto my bed for me when I was recovering from general anaesthetic which was so touching and thoughtful. I am also particularly thankful to the embryologist team who also have found ways to adhere to my special requests. I'm also thankful to the anaesthetist who held my hand as I fell asleep under general anaesthetic because I was so frightened. I cannot fault our experience at Bourn Hall.

I can not speak more highly of the care I received from Reproclinic, in particular or Medical Coordinator, Karin, and Dr Alicia Hernández. Being an international patient, I was concerned about how it was all going to work, given so much of the preparation is done remotely. I need not have worried. Karin's response times to my many (many) emails were always quick and her replies provided the information and reassurances I required. I am please to say that we welcomed our healthy baby boy a couple of weeks ago, following our first IVF cycle with Reproclinic. This was on the back of 15 failed rounds in my home country. The result speaks for itself. Thank you Karin and Dr Alicia. I look forward to seeing you both again when we return to Barcelona for our second child.

After my atrial fibrillation (AFib) diagnosis, I booked an appointment with Dr Davies at the Park Hospital. He explained the treatment options: medication, a cardioversion (an electrical reset of the heart), or an ablation. His manner and experience are second to none. He helped me understand the options and I decided upon the RF ablation using the new state of the art facility at the Park. Dr Davies and his brilliant team carried out the procedure and the ITU aftercare team were equally impressive. I’m very pleased to say it went well and heart is now back in normal sinus rhythm, and I’m expected to make a full recovery. I would have no hesitation in highly recommending Dr Davies and everyone at the Park Hospital.

We first met Mr Buddhdev while seeking a second opinion on our sons hip X-rays. After feeling like we had been left in the dark and our fears dismissed we we’re immediately reassured and comforted by Mr Buddhdev. We felt for the first time that we had a plan and understood our options. After a follow up it was agreed that Freddie would be booked in for a guided growth procedure with soft issue release. Amy and the rest of the team were flawless. All questions were answered quickly and the whole process was very smooth. Mr Buddhdev treats you like your the expert in your own child, listens first and then responds. All choices were our own which was very refreshing. Thank you.

I recently had my gall bladder removed and from the first meeting to the final appointment after the procedure my experience in the hands of Mr Aly was first class. His manner and the way to explain everything was simply amazing. I am not in any way medically trained neither had many experiences with regard to medical treatments. Dr Aly left no stone unturned and gave detailed answers to all my questions.. I felt so comfortable and he instilled so much confidence in the entire procedure. His vast experience in his field is clear to see and I would recommend his service to anyone looking for this kind of treatment. I can truly say he is one of his best in his field. Top class!

Matt Frost was terrific. I'm surprised he wasn't a senior ages ago! But congrats all the same! He's worth every bit of it. Interestingly my hearing had improved slightly from last year and I seriously wonder if this was because I had complete confidence in him. Others always good but Matt inspires confidence in a special way. He also explained the most recent Phonak model clearly so that despite my age and life expectancy, I'm going to give it a try despite the cost. Finally he adjusted my current aids and there is notable improvement. in my hearing. Thanks Matt - and all of you in the office who are always helpful

This is GP services as they should be. I booked on Sunday afternoon and had a good selection of appointments for Monday morning. I was seen on my appointment time. The fact that the appointments are 20 minutes long allows the GP time to be very thorough and explain in detail your condition. Over four visits this year, I have always seen the same GP, which builds the connection that the excessively busy NHS service no longer provides.

Dr Rohan Jagathesan

I contacted Dr Jagathesan, as I had been expeiencing chest pains for some time which had been getting progressively worse. He arranged, at very short notice, an angiogram appointment which led to a swift diagnosis of further coronary artery disease and an operation for coronary artery bypass surgery. I could not fault the care and service provided and am truly grateful for Dr Jagathesan's life saving intervention.

Mr Simon Woodruff

My consultation appointments with Mr Woodruff were very reassuring. He explained clearly and simply the procedure to be undertaken during surgery, answered my questions in a straight forward manner and advised on the likely outcome of the procedure. During the surgical procedure he was professional, calm and gave me confidence and reassurance. I am very happy with the result of the procedure on both eyelids.

I underwent a HoLEP operation carried out by Mr Brewin and his team. Both the operation and my recovery have been excellent. Due to potential complications, in the event there were none, the operation was carried out in Salisbury NHS Hospital. Again the staff were friendly and helpful but circumstances at the time in the recovery ward resulted in the washroom facilities being less than acceptably clean.

Mr Chatoo was extremely professional and took the time to understand how the injury impacted my day-to-day, and recommended suitable corrective measures in order to help me restore my quality of life. I arrived a little early but was seen by Toby almost immediately Toby greeted me in a very pleasing manner and after an initial examination removed wax from both ears without causing discomfort. He then carried out an examination of both hearing aids and informed me that they were both in good order. I was finished in a little under fifteen minutes and left delighted with the service.
