I booked a consultation for my daughter, Olivia P,with Mr Robert Sutcliffe on Monday 24th November 2025 at 2.00pm. With Olivia’s full consent, I handled all communication on her behalf due to her work commitments. Before the appointment, Mr Sutcliffe’s secretary contacted me to ask whether the consultation could be moved to the following week. I explained that we were due to travel abroad for three weeks to celebrate my husband’s milestone birthday. She advised she would discuss this with Mr Sutcliffe. She later called back to confirm that, in light of our circumstances, Mr Sutcliffe was happy to keep the original appointment — which he honoured. I accompanied Olivia to her consultation. Mr Sutcliffe was exceptionally thorough. He examined her carefully, explained his diagnosis with clarity and compassion, and put both of us completely at ease as he outlined the next steps. He requested a further liver function blood test, which Olivia had done at Nuffield Health Wolverhampton. I asked Nuffield Health to send the results to both Mr Sutcliffe and Olivia’s GP, which was done. Mr Sutcliffe’s secretary informed me as soon as the results were received and assured me they would be reviewed promptly. True to her word, Mr Sutcliffe reviewed the results quickly. His secretary then advised that he had no concerns and that our planned follow-up in the New Year could go ahead as arranged. I would also like to note that, as we were leaving Harborne Hospital, we happened to see Mr Sutcliffe leaving at the same time. It was clear he had come in specifically to see Olivia that day, knowing we were travelling abroad — something he was under no obligation to do. As a family, we found this gesture incredibly thoughtful and deeply appreciated it. Throughout the entire process, Mr Sutcliffe could not have been more helpful, supportive or empathetic. I am truly grateful that we can now go away on our family celebration holiday with complete peace of mind, knowing my daughter is under the care of such a capable, caring and dedicated professional. The appointment and staff were great but please please please sort out the signage to your section of the hospital. I arrived at the QEQM an hour before my appointment as I knew parking at that time would be a nightmare. I was still trying to park 15 minutes before my appointment. I had to leave my car in a side road and hope it was a restricted area. I had to run from me side of the hospital to the other and no where on any map or sign was there anything saying where the Spencer hospital was. I eventually found the main reception who had to give me directions. I found the part I needed by pure chance. I arrived 4 minutes after my appointment time. This is the 3rd Spencer hospital I have visited within 5 weeks. It was the same story at K and C with no signs. WHH was the only one that had signage where I could find where I needed to go easily but again not listed on the main hospital maps.

I visited Chapter One with my 4 year old child, we both had an appointment with Ashley. The practice is immaculate, beautifully designed and feels more like a luxury spa than a dental practice. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful, we were made to feel welcome and relaxed. Ashley was charming, instantly putting us at ease, involving my daughter with everything she was doing and making it a fun experience. With regards to my appointment, Ashley was very informative, ensuring I had time to ask questions and I left assured I was in highly capable hands. All the equipment was state of the art and I now have ultimate confidence in my dental routine. Easily the most professional and positive dental visit I have had, I would thoroughly recommend Chapter One and will be signing up to one of their care plans for my family.

Couldn't praise Mr Tang anymore. From the moment I met him, kind, knowledgeable, calm, and I felt at ease even though I ripped my bicep less than a day before meeting him and was in a serious amount of pain. There wasn't a question he couldn't answer, and the surgery was as painless as it could have been. He did say he has never seen a bicep recover so quickly, which I am very proud of; however, I think that was more him than me. Thank you again.

This was my first treatment session with Mr Raf Niziol and from the outset he was warm, helpful, personable and kind. His friendly demeanour immediately put me at ease and he was patient and understanding.
