Mr Kasem was recommended to be and I, from the moment I met him I knew I was in safe hands. I recently had a breast reduction and it has truly changed my life. It’s only been three weeks and I feel nearly back to myself but a happier and healthier version. From the very beginning, I felt listened to and understood by Mr. Kasem. He read my mind on what I wanted. Mr Kasem took time to really listen to how I was feeling and answered any questions. He clearly explained every stage of the procedure, showing me before and after images which were amazing! I felt totally supported and respected throughout the entire process. I knew I was in safe hands - the best!! On the day of surgery, I felt completely at ease thanks to Mr. Kasem’s calm and reassuring presence. He made sure I knew exactly what to expect and kept me informed every step of the way. The results are beyond my expectations and his aftercare has been professional, caring and he completely made me feel at ease. Every follow-up was thorough, and I always felt well looked after. If you’re considering breast augmentation and want a surgeon who truly listens, and achieves the best for your body and mind I couldn’t recommend Mr. Kasem enough, he is the best of. The best in his profession and so passionate about his patients and achievements. Actually ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I give Mr Kasem 10 stars and more….. if I could!!

The Portland Hospital was a wonderful place to safely deliver our beautiful baby boy. Our experience was personalised, with very thorough and caring professionals. Our obstetrician, Dr Kenga Sivarajah, was incredibly knowledgable and kind: someone we could trust implicitely and who was there throughout the entire 22 hour labour to ensure a safe delivery. The Anaesthetic team were quick and very effective with the epidural, ensuring that my pain was well managed throughout, with no side effects from the epidural. The nursing staff, both on the delivery ward and maternity ward, were amazing. Ellie and Scarlet were there every step to make sure I was safe and comfortable during labour. On the birth ward, we had regular nurse check ins and a lot of help with breastfeeding positions and latch. There was the option of the night nursery as well, which we elected not to use. The room was very comfortable with a trundle bed for my partner to sleep and a private bathroom (hugely appreciated immediately post birth). The food was excellent, with an extensive menu. The kitchen was a bit slow on some of the orders, but otherwise very good. Overall, our Portland experience was wonderful and we would hope to deliver there again in future.

From initial consultation to discharge 6 months post opp the care I received was outstanding and very informative. Mr Bassett appeared very knowledgeable and suggested what would be most suitable for my body type. I was made to feel comfortable throughout, a very thorough and professional approach. Since having procedure , scars have healed amazingly very minimal and not noticeable. I feel much more confident within myself and extremely grateful for the outstanding care I received. We visited Dr Sohi regarding our 16 months old daughter common cold like symptoms and high fever which lasted for 5 days. She was amazing. We have been told other paediatricians before but Dr Sohi was by far the nicest. She did a very thorough and comprehensive examination, we spent quite a lot of time in her office and never felt rushed. She also did a swab test and called us the next day to tell us the results. It was a great pleasure to meet such a professional and caring paediatrician. Our daughter felt at ease with her.

The doctor was really rude and unprofessional about other members of staff to me. He also didn't check that I'd received appropriate amount of anaesthetic before doing the procedure leaving me in an unacceptable amount of pain for which he didn't apologise or check to see if I was ok. He also tried to do the procedure on the wrong eye and after checking the eye he could see where I'd had a previous procedure and said, "At least I can see you're not lying". I do not want this awful man near me ever again.

Just needed a referral for an overseas routine scan and I achieved what I needed. NHS in their wisdom won't provide scans for those with a strong family history indicator which is fine but utterly absurd not to provide a referral just because a CT machine (superior to most in the UK) is located overseas. These scans can be life savers and it's useful that this provider can fulfil the common sense role that the NHS abdicates responsibility on.

I had online consultation . The practitioner i wanted to see wasn't available and the timing changed a few times. This wasn't good given my acute state of distress. The practitioner was not particularly empathetic. He seemed a bit disconnected and almost had a fake smile. Toward rhe end od the call he tried a kind of "tough love " approach which i perceived as patronising. The prescription and advice was given clearly.

His friendly demeanour immediately put me at ease and he was patient and understanding.
