The physiotherapist seemed unconcerned by the pain I have been experiencing for nearly a year. He mentioned that I had full movement and so he was not concerned. He kept saying that he would not give me another steroid injection without acknowledging that I didn’t want one. He told me to do some exercises which he showed me how to do once and gave me no paperwork or YouTube link that might assist when I got home. I tried to ask how long I should wait before I made any further action and he said there is no more treatment. I felt like an inconvenience and wish I had gone somewhere else. I would never recommend anyone to see him again. He really made me feel small and insignificant.

Kiera was extremely friendly, knowledgeable and made me feel very much at ease throughout my appointment. I was diagnosed with a Retina tear in my ear and she made me feel very much at ease and safe. She talked throughout, keeping me informed of everything that was happening, giving reassurance that everything will be ok and that should I need further information or just needed to chat at about it, I was to ring her and speak to her about it. Help and advice that was offered was exceptional!

I was really happy that I chose to go to Castle Craig. It was my first time in Scotland, coming from London I was a bit nervous about what would happen but the admissions team and Justine in particular were extremely reasurring. The cleaning staff are always around, making sure everything is spotless and the therapists were so impressive and dedicated. 9/10 My Sonographer Rima Shah was fantastic, professional and informative. To improve the service i think it would be nice if a cardiologists could quickly glance/look over results and give a brief written note/summary of results/heart health. It is a shame that in order to get a cardiologists insight/reassurance I then have to rebook and pay for an additional appointment.
