I had an excellent experience at the Lindo Wing. Everyone (midwives, baby doctors, anaesthesiologists) were exceptionally calm, supportive, and reassuring throughout my stay. Every step was clearly explained, and all questions were answered with patience and care. Even with the smallest concern about my baby’s health, a neonatologist was promptly invited to carry out a full assessment, which gave me great peace of mind. I was also supported with my baby’s breast attachment immediately in the delivery room, which was incredibly helpful. The rooms are very well equipped, and during delivery both my and my baby’s heart rates were continuously monitored and carefully assessed. After the birth, we received ongoing guidance on next steps, and both my baby’s and my own health were checked frequently and thoroughly.

Dr Shaltoot is is amazing. She is kind, compasionate and explains everything clearly. The most important thing for me is that she listens to and acknowledges what I am experiencing and feeling. After seening a huge number of gynaecologists over 22 years, constantly beimg told there was nothing medically wrong based only an a few ultra sounds and refused even an MRI, I asked the GP to refer me for a full hysterectomy as I couldn't stand it anymore. I made an appointment with Dr Shaltoot and she was the first gynaecologist to listen to me. She performed my surgery a month after the initial appointment and confirmed it was endometriosis, which I have been certain of for years. I wish I had seen her several years ago before it reached the stage it has. She is the only gynaecologist that I trust.

Unfortunately, having burnt my fingers and subsequently acquired an infection, I rang the Centre at 10.00. am and asked for an urgent appointment to see a general practitioner. The receptionist offered me two appointments, one at 11.40 am and one at 1.00 pm. I took the earlier appointment and was seen within 10 minutes by Dr Porter. She was very efficient, warm and understanding. I was prescribed medication, which was supplied by the clinic's pharmacy and back in my office by midday. Excellent service, and I thoroughly recommend Centennial

Mr Dimitrios Karadaglis looked after me during my pregnancy when carpal tunnel progressed into acute tendonitis, and a steroid injection was no longer sufficient. He was kind, thorough, and took the time to explain all my options, treating me with genuine respect and care throughout. From my first consultation through to completing surgery, he was consistently professional and did an excellent job of easing my concerns. I would highly recommend him - and hope not to need to see him again, for all the right reasons! Thank you, Mr Karadaglis.

Paid privately for Hip Replacement, initial appointment was disappointing with an hour wait, and a non interested surgeon. A few blips along the way, upon arrival on surgery day, they had me down for a knee replacement not hip, staff on night shift not the friendliest, and thet x rayed the incorrect hip after the surgery. Day shift were great and surgery went well. I will say I expected more for paying privately however the main thing I've had my surgery instead of the ridiculous wait time on the nhs.

Absolutely Gold service, from being collected at my front door, and being dropped home afterwards. I was looked after every step of the way. Dr Ho explain everything necessary through the procedure, which I found totally pain free. Wonderful staff from car driver David, reception staff, nursing staff, Maria, Anne, Rachel and the ones I didn’t get their names. Then Dr Ho for his amazing surgical skills. Plus spotless wherever I went. Not forgetting drinks and biscuits. Thank you all.

The staff at the hospital were all very friendly, helpful and efficient. They understood the importance of admission for surgery to the patient and were very supportive. All of the clinical and medical staff were first class, but the support staff were also excellent. The room was clean and comfortable and I was well looked after. The menu options were very good and the food was delicious. I have no hesitation in strongly recommending this excellent hospital.

The stay at Bushey spire was so efficient. I attended at 7.15am, was shown to my room immediately, received regular visits from the nurses, care staff and Mr Iranpour during the next hour. My procedure took place at 8.30am and by 1pm, I was on my way home. Everything was explained to me clearly and concisely and the level of care I received was second to none.
