He was very patient and thorough, making sure everything was clearly understood before moving forward. He also created a safe and comfortable space for parents to ask questions and answered every single question with great patience and clarity. Very professional experienced physio. Nahor set clear goals from a holistic standpoint - focusing on regaining confidence, reducing pain and improving movement & feeling in the foot. He gave thorough explanations with many variations and tailored each session to address any concerns from the previous week. When I began physio with Nahor I had no movement in my toe and severe swelling in my foot as a result of starting physio 4 weeks later than recommended post bunion op. At this point I did not believe I would be able to get back to my previous active lifestyle. 6 weeks later I am back to regained movement and am back to gym, yoga and almost able to perform a lunge. Throughout the process Nahor created a calm, motivating environment which helped me progress further than I imagined.

My surgeon was Shohista Saidkasimova and she was really wonderful. She put me at ease during the initial consultation, extremely interested in all my questions and explaining all items of the surgery in layman’s terms. During the operation she asked what kind of music I liked and supplied this in the background, not intrusively but loud enough to provide an excellent distraction. But what really impressed me was the way she interacted with me personally throughout the operation. I have nothing but praise for this lovely lady and would throughly recommend her.

Initial assessments were thorough and the clinicians were kind and understanding. Prescription costs seem affordable and my first prescribed medications were a slight improvement to before. My second prescription was not approved/provided on time and rationing medications/running out for a few days has caused some stress I had bad withdrawal/negative wellbeing from being requested to stop a previous medication, I feel this was somewhat unavoidable but I was not informed of what to expect stopping that med and left to work out the cause of the feelings on my own
