Right from my consultation with Dr Abdi I was put at ease, he answered all my questions and explained everything to me, and there was no pressure to go ahead with the procedure. On the day Dr Abdi ensured I was made comfortable throughout the procedure, and during my recovery period my queries were always answered promptly. I am delighted with the results, and can only thank whole-heartedly Dr Abdi and the team for their attentiveness, their professionalism and friendly approach. I’d have no hesitation in recommending the services of Dr Abdi, and would definitely approach them again in the future.

I have recently had two procedures within two months, plus outpatient appointments. All members of staff, from receptionist to nursing staff to consultants, were extremely polite, and nothing was too much trouble. I have had two separate consultants, and they were extremely knowledgeable and put me at ease, as I was quite nervous. Their secretaries were very friendly each time I rang through, and nothing was too much trouble. The outpatient department is very modern and spotless. I was very impressed and grateful that so many different eye examinations were performed on me. The in patient department is also spotless, and my meal after my operation was delicious!

We recently attended an appointment for nail removal with Tony Wilkinson. From arrival when we were greeted on both occasions by Dawn we had an excellent client experience. The premises are spotless. Dawn - the Receptionist on duty on both appiontments we incredibly friendly and took time to chat with my elderly mum to put her at ease. A great credit to the facility with lovely customer care. Mr Wilkinson was very informative and attentive during both appiontments - very professional. I would have no hesitation in recommending the Coriel Clinic.

The echocardiogram and ECG was performed with great patience and care, with everything explained step by step. I went to see Mr Barazi about an operation for my trigemalin neuralgia at 78 Harley Street. He was very professional and personable. He asked detailed questions about my experience with the condition. He showed me an example of what was involved in the operation, which was very reassuring, and explained the possible risks. I then had the microvascular decompression operation at the Harley Street Clinic. I was very impressed with Mr Barazi throughout the the whole experience.

The staff at the hospital were all very friendly, helpful and efficient. They understood the importance of admission for surgery to the patient and were very supportive. All of the clinical and medical staff were first class, but the support staff were also excellent. The room was clean and comfortable and I was well looked after. The menu options were very good and the food was delicious. I have no hesitation in strongly recommending this excellent hospital.
