I wanted to share some feedback on my recent appointment. I felt the consultant was quite dismissive and used language that may not have been appropriate — for example, when feeling the lump I was told immediately “this is not cancer.” While I have personal experience in this area and have been through it before, for someone new to this situation such a conclusion could feel very daunting and unsettling. The appointment also felt rushed, particularly after the ultrasound (as the mammogram machine was broken). I left feeling as though my questions were seen as unimportant, and that I was being hurried out because “nothing was wrong.” While I accept the results, I had hoped for a more considered discussion — especially as I’ve had similar lumps removed in the past and wanted to understand the difference this time. Instead, I was simply told to manage the pain, given a leaflet, and advised to take primrose oil. This did not feel like the most supportive approach. To then receive a letter a couple of hours later — before the mammogram had even taken place — dismissing me from the service, felt like a rushed and premature conclusion. I hope this feedback is taken constructively, as the experience could be improved by allowing more time for questions, more sensitivity in communication, and reassurance for patients at what can be an anxious time.

I cannot speak highly enough about my experience with Mr Boz Mohammadi and his incredible secretary, Iwona. I can’t believe I have been sent a message asking how my appointment went and asking to rate my experience I attended my appointment to have my procedure done, the doctor went through details that had already been disgusted and proceeded to tell me that I wouldn’t be able to get the arranged procedure done as she was leaving and from a professional point of view she could not do it as she would not be there for my follow up appointment. So I’m still wondering where the professionalism was when no one contacted me to inform me of this only to be turned away after I drove an hours journey to get to my oppointment and an hour home again. A simple phone call would have been professional. This was not that the doctor was off sick or something last minute, she was leaving and was very blasé about it. Absolutely no professionalism here at all

I found Mr Patrini to be a wonderful surgeon. He explained the procedure thoroughly, outlining both the benefits and risks, and never attempted to persuade me one way or the other, leaving the decision entirely up to me. Before the operation, he once again went through the procedure and potential risks, answering all my questions as well as those of my husband and daughter. Following the operation, he spoke with my husband to explain how it went, and I also saw him personally afterwards. He visited me again on Wednesday and Thursday morning, examined me, and answered all of my questions in full. In addition, he kept my husband updated directly. In conclusion, I would describe Mr Patrini as a conscientious, patient-centred surgeon who combines clarity with genuine care.

I have visited the clinic for a few procedures over a 3 month period. I am beyond happy with my results! Dr Bader is an extremely talented surgeon, he has completely transformed my body & life with brilliant results! Wonderfully attentive, supportive & approachable. I cannot fault a single part of my experience. The recovery from my labiaplasty, clitoral hood reduction & perineoplasty was amazingly comfortable. Only sore first few days & that was well managed with pain management. I then returned for vaginal fillers 2 months later. The staff at the clinic, all equally wonderful & welcoming ! Truly a fantastic clinic & I can say this confidently as have previously been to others in Harley Street . Throughly recommended.

I have only had an initial interaction with one of the doctors at the female health doctor MK, so far I've fiubd the service to be very quick with a variation of cost affective options for the first conversation. I personally have been met with finally feeling heard from a professional in the medical field after a year and a half of constant GP appointments and being on referral waiting list for over a year. I have been advised about a test package to help me further with my specific issues, and have had nothing short of polite communication and quick responses. I would so far 100% recommend any female to reach out to this company for help with their health.

I came to urology as a private patient because I am allergic to so many antibiotics my own doctors had failed to prescribe something that would clear an infection I had had for six weeks. Within ten minutes of seeing the urologist and explaining things he prescribed medication that has cleared the infection and it hasn’t returned in the last five weeks. I am thrilled with the service I received and the prompt action of the urologist. I have since undergone further tests, which have had only a short wait time, perhaps a week. All I all I can’t thank the team enough for everything they have done. I finally felt listened to.

I would highly recommend King Edward VII's hospital to anyone! After being bashed around the NHS, i decided to go private and felt like I got the absolute best care at this hospital. Everyone in the team was so friendly, professional and quick to respond. I felt thoroughly looked after throughout my outpatients and inpatients. I stayed a total of 3 days/3 nights at this hospital and I wasn't desperate to leave. The food is top quality and the team have been highly trained. I wouldn't choose to go anywhere else.
