Mr Rodriguez is very personable and explains everything clearly in non medical terms to you as the patient, ensuring that you are clear on what is causing your symptoms and the corresponding appropriate treatment path. You feel relaxed to ask any questions or for clarifications, and he encourages you to give your feedback to him in terms of being clear on the technical information he is providing, and without embarrassment, if you struggle with the medical complexities and need him to explain these again. I was very impressed by Mr Rodriguez both as an expert in his field and also in the kind way he interacts with you during your consultation. He was kind in personally taking me to show me where the MRI suite was in the Manor Hospital in order to book my MRI. You will be in safe and caring hands.

Everything was fine, except that no one is able to provide the invoice for the procedure and it is not acceptable. I need the invoice to claim the money back from my insurance, I have called twice emailed and I am still waiting. I don't understand why it is so difficult to get this invoice. It is a legal requirement to provide an invoice while a payment is made and service delivered. It wouldn't be that big of a deal if the amount was not that big, but we have paid £2995.00 on Sunday, and no invoice was provided...

I was really happy that I chose to go to Castle Craig. It was my first time in Scotland, coming from London I was a bit nervous about what would happen but the admissions team and Justine in particular were extremely reasurring. The cleaning staff are always around, making sure everything is spotless and the therapists were so impressive and dedicated. Dr Yeo saw my daughter who is 10 and had been having severe headaches. I’d read that pressure in the brain could cause changes to your eyes and headaches so we sought his expert advice. He used the latest technology available to check that the pressure in her eyes was ok and this really put our minds at ease. Dr Yeo was very thorough and his manner put me and my daughter at ease. I had a partial thyroidectomy and removal of an extremely large goiter with Dr Ofo, he was knowledgeable and professional throughout with an exceptional bedside manner. I was particularly anxious about the surgery as I was recently post partum, but I need not have been. The incision was a lot smaller than I expected and has healed very well, to the point where other medical professionals have commented on good the scar looks. I would highly recommend.
