I have been a patient of Dr. Urquhart for several years while working through the long-term effects of complex trauma, late diagnosed neurodivergence and profound life challenges. Through analytical psychotherapy and EMDR, he has helped me find steadiness during some of the most difficult periods of my life. His ability to understand what lies beneath the surface, to hear what isn’t said and recognise what others miss, has been central to my progress. Our work together has also helped me uncover the root causes of physical symptoms I had struggled with for most of my adult life, which no medical practitioner had ever been able to explain. Since addressing these issues in therapy, these episodes have significantly reduced. What I value most is his calm, steady presence and his deep understanding of human needs. Perhaps for the first time in my life, I'm beginning to meet myself, and learning to accept myself for who I am. The transition to Mourne Private Clinic has been seamless. The staff are warm, organised and professional, creating an environment that supports the therapeutic work beautifully. I would highly recommend Dr. Urquhart and the clinic to anyone seeking thoughtful, skilled and compassionate care. And, finally, there is no shame in therapy. I feel the signs to tell you where to go could be clearer my mobility is not good had quite a long walk to get inside the building. My ultrasound scan was carried out with such speed I felt it was rushed, I had to ask for white paper roll to protect my clothes from being wet from the gel ,while the scan was being carried out the nurse sat behind the consultant on his chair ! I feel she should have been at the bottom of the couch standing at my feet reassuring me & asking if I was comfortable.kingsbridge give “an excellent 1st class experience re procedures” I’m afraid in my appointment this was not the case , over the years i have had many experiences with ultrasound and this was the worst , i could not have been on the couch anymore than 4 or 5 minutes very disappointing.

My experience with Mr Gnanappiragasam was great, I had to have a procedure with him and I was quite fearful but he kept reassuring me way before the day of it and on the day that it would be fine as it was only a half hour procedure but the fear in me was a lot On the day Mr Gnanappiragasam and his team were amazing, I was able to have the op slightly sedated so was told every step of what was being done and making sure I was ok My follow up appointment was very satisfactory and again the next steps were explained very well and leaving me with peace and not fear I highly recommend this consultant very polite, professional, empathetic and wanting the best for his patients Thank you for everything Mr Gnanappiragasam

I reached out to TCM after I was told that I had a very low AMH and AFC and that I would likely go through early menopause. This caused me a lot of stress as I had always had regular periods and had never considered that I may have fertility troubles. Prof Au talked me through my results and educated me on AMH as a poor predictor for menopause. He advised me that I would need further bloods to fully assess my fertility and I was able to request them from my GP. Following this he reviewed my bloods with me again, without charge, and advised me that everything was normal and I did not need to be seen at TCM. I am very grateful for all the help, support and education. Thank you!

they were very considerate considering I was terrified as once before I had to press the button. I couldn’t go through with it and I had to go to an open scanner as they were about to place me through. I had to stop them. They gave me time to recompose and got me to look backwards and upwards and out through the exposed end and that made the whole experience different can’t tell you how relieved I am to get through that. I’m highly claustrophobic so yes, the experience was a positive one.
