Miss Nair provided me with great care and professionalism throughout pre and post op-surgery. I was supported throughout during all of my appointments and felt at ease during consultation. I was given medical advice to lose weight post-op to avoid any symptoms of my prolapse returning, as during examination being four months post-operative, I had a small low rectocele which was a concern to me. After following good advice from Miss Nair I managed to lose two stone for my next upcoming appointment with Miss Nair, that took place in October 2025. I am so very pleased with the robotic surgery I had to hold my prolapse in place. Feeling more confident and able to live a normal active life. I still have to be mindful in some activities I carry out at the moment but this is work in progress. Without the surgery more than likely I would not had been able to do the activities I do today, where this would of definitely impacted me in being even more over weight. I had pelvic pain before surgery and now its gone completely. Being active without the worry of my prolapse being there keep's me motivated and confident. I would certainly recommend Miss Nair to others for her professionalism, and her expertise in surgery is amazing. I am so happy with the result of the surgery and the care provided by Miss Nair. He moved very effectively to ensure I was able to get the tests I needed to move forward with my planned surgery and made the necessary plan of action and relayed that back to me so efficiently. I felt very confident in his manner and decisions which was a huge relief to me which significantly lessened the stress around my surgery. Following an informative appointment with Dr.Georgina Williams I opted to have an upper Blepharoplasty. The procedure went surprisingly quickly, I was comfortable throughout. I went to see Mr Malec after 5 years of pain in my knee due to an impact injury and 2 Arthroscopic surgeries which hadn’t fixed the problem. We decided and I was very much in favour of a partial knee replacement on the medial aspect of my knee. Mr Malec outlined the positive and negative things that went with this surgery but remained positive all the time, I am a 50 year old active Firefighter and I want to work for a few more years and play sport . First time visiting Cleveland clinic and very impressed with the overall experience. Staff members were professional, caring and friendly. Waiting areas clean and bright. No much waiting time for appointment and not rushed to explain everything about my medical condition with the consultant. Very thorough explanation of all my results and reassuring that I am in the best hands. I will complete further tests on Monday so a plan can be made. Excellence experience and highly recommended.

I was hoping that I would have at least a physical examination rather than just be told that I would have to have a procedure in three or four months time. I felt that as I had already had an MRI scan several months earlier & a telephone consultation there was no necessity to have a face to face meeting with the consultant just to repeat my symptoms, as it was a further waste of time for me to drive all the way to Ashford for a 5 minute interview.

First impression as we entered the hospital was WOW!! Beautiful hospital and spotlessly clean, nicely decorated. Staff were all very friendly and helpful.
