I was not satisfied with the care I received. I do not think there was an appropriate length of time spent on the assessment, or that it went into enough detail. The clinician did not attempt to create a safe space where I felt comfortable being vulnerable. I felt like none of my pre-assessment forms had been read in advance and much of the session was going over the same yesterday/no questions. During my assessment I was asked very few follow up questions to these responses and it was wrapped up very quickly. I certainly did not get a sense that there was an understanding about autistic masking, especially in older undiagnosed women. There was no aftercare offered after receiving difficult news, expect being told to improve my diet and exercise, which after many years of understanding and managing my mental health, felt patronising. I understand this is all probably routine as the assessment is just a tick box exercise. But I believe in advocating for better care and there were many things which can be improved upon. I will seeking a second opinion elsewhere.

I have had implants in for 21 years. Because of the weight and aging process my breasts were sagging. I had a consultation with Mr Munot on the best plan for me. He suggested an uplift and removel of implants. I was weary of not having implants back in but trusted Mr Munots opinion . I am 2 weeks post surgery and just had dressings removed. I can 100% say I am over the moon with the results. I have perky breast with fullness, they are symmetrical very neat with bruising and incision marks fading nicely already. Mr Munot is such a a lovely man, he mad me feel comfortable throughout and treated me with dignity and respect. I feel like a new woman and already my new breasts are having such a positive impact on my life. I wouldn't hesitate to use Mr Munot again and would recommend him if you are looking at cosmetic breast surgery. Mr Munot thank you again.

Very professional friendly and explained everything. Was not a 5 min extraction as he had to cut out my deep roots and my rear root was holding on. Afterwards he was scraping cleaning bone cavitations for a long time before cleaning and using ozone to sterilise the debrided socket. Applying PRF, membrane and bone graft was quick. Unfortunately I'm not sure it has got all the infection though as today Saturday it's been getting worse and I smell the fecal smell from gum.. I will be calling 111 to ask for dental antibiotics if it gets worse. Dr Pitamber and his team were great, but I fear my failed root canal has festered undiscovered far too long. Root canals are not a good idea. My root cracked and festered for years making me ill. At least I'm feeling better energy wise, if still in pain. Hopefully my body will overcome the residual infection.

Following a scan Mr Moxey was quick to diagnose my problem (Peripheral Artery Disease in my aorta and leg arteries) and to identify where the blockages were and the degree of severity. He clearly explained the options for treating it and the risks of each approach. Together we decided that surgery would be the best option. At the time I was only able to walk 20 metres without having to rest, despite the fact I am normally very active. The results of the keyhole surgery were way better than I expected. I can walk for an hour or more without any difficulty, I can play fast, hard games of Padel and I can do my full gym workouts with multiple leg exercises. The operation was far from routine. It lasted 6 hours, during which time several techniques had to be tried to clear the blockages. I am absolutely delighted with the results.

I went to see Dr Sheeraz and could not walk due to requiring a hip replacement which came to light after having a triple fracture in my ankle. Dr Sheeraz provided great detail around the operation and my recovery. On the day of the operation he could sense I was nervous and emotional without me having to say anything. He performed the operation and visited me that evening to see how I was . In under 10 months of having my operation I have taken part in an ultra challenge walking marathon around London and climbed Snowdon ! Dr Sheeraz is a total expert in his field and I can’t commend him high even . He has given me my life back to do things I didn’t think were possible 10 months ago .

I attended HSSH for a hip examination under anaesthetic with a local anaesthetic injection with Professor Griffin. I cannot fault the administration in the run up to the procedure, or the care and attention that I had before, during and after. All the of staff, from the reception team to the team involved in the procedure itself - Prof Griffin, Dr Kazmi (anaesthetist), Rebecca (physio), Remmi (nurse) + all the theatre staff, made it efficient and comfortable. They also accommodated my request to stay a little longer than was necessary, until my partner could get to the hospital to escort me home until, which was much appreciated. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend or use HSSH again.

Thursday afternoon visit, the surgery did not adjust to be that busy, arrived before my appointment time but still had to wait till after my scheduled time before being seen. Cat was blocked in when I be wanted to leave and I requested for the owner to move their vehicle as I had other engagements scheduled. No sense of urgency amongst the staff it appreciation that my time is as valuable as theirs. Managed to manoeuvre my car out whilst waiting so impact was not as bad as if I had waited for the other to move their vehicle but it was irritating.

I went to Mr Elmiyeh as I was experiencing crustiness and discomfort in my nose. Mr Elmiyeh was thorough, descriptive and very informative. He also suggested I use a saline rinse instead of prescribing more antibiotics which I didn't want to keep using. He followed up with a detailed examination (which revealed that everything was normal) and gave me the knowledge I needed to monitor the situation going forward. Highly recommend Mr Elmiyeh as he is super friendly, professional and thorough.
