⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Honestly blown away by this service I’m nearly 80 now, and I can’t even count how many doctor visits I’ve had in my life, but MyDoctor by Northern Health honestly left me a bit blown away. I wasn’t expecting much — you get used to being rushed through at my age — but I came off the call feeling like someone had finally taken the time to actually explain my own health to me. It felt different from the moment it started. No rushing, no talking over me, no making me feel like I was being dramatic. Just calm, proper care. I felt listened to in a way I haven’t in years. I actually felt like… well, like a person again, not someone they’re trying to hurry out the door. For the first time I understand what’s been setting things off, and what I need to do next time before it all gets too much. That alone is worth gold to me. I’ve been muddling along for years without this clarity. I’m honestly amazed. At my age you don’t expect to be surprised by much anymore, but this really did it. I’ll absolutely be using MyDoctor again — I wish I’d found it sooner.

Dr Jannoun has taken his time to understand my issues and also to examine me thoroughly, he took his time in our consultation to go through my worries and concerns but also ran several tests with me to understand my issues. He took on bored my worries and went about and beyond to accommodate. Dr Jannoun referred me for an MRI and I requested another MRI which he was happy to approve as I had concerns about my mid back. Dr Jannoun provided me with options based on my MRI and referred me to specialists and advised me on all the risks regarding procedures. I went for my procedure for an epidural and it is safe to say I was in safe hands. The Dr walked me through the process and was not as bad as I imagined. I am currently on my road to recovery but it is safe to say I wouldn’t have been here without Dr Jannoun.

Mr Yamoah has changed my life and I will forever be grateful. For almost ten years my GP told me I had IBS and wouldn’t take my pain seriously. This time last year I reached breaking point and didn’t think I would ever feel better. I’m so glad I decided to seek private care. Mr. Yamoah is the first medical professional that has taken me seriously and not made me feel like a nuisance or hypochondriac. Within the space of three months my endometriosis and dermoid cyst were diagnosed and successfully removed and I finally feel like myself again. It was a really welcoming and professsional. Ms Ray was very friendly and welcoming. She put my daughter as ease. There was a slight confusion with the xray as my daughter didn’t realise she was meant to drop the form round to the x Ray department so we were waiting in the main reception for a while before I asked how long it would be. However it was quick to get the xray and bloods. My only issue was the parking. There were so many areas for consultants, disabled, oncology, staff, which is understandable but it meant we had to drive around 3 times to find a space.

Her attention to detail was a delight as she went through all my conditions (Ostioperosis, Ostioartheritis, Fibromalgia) as well as advising me on dietary requirements that would help strengthen my bones. Not only did she go into detail but she also took her time to explain everything until it was understood clearly. She truly went above and beyond her duty of care.

I saw Dr Lewis Raiman and he was great. Very welcoming, listening and providing detailed explanation on diagnostic and treatment. I really felt that he is knowledgeable and experienced and felt in great hands. Even as he was doing the scan, he took time to explain to me what I was looking at and where we could see the inflammation. I recommend !
