I had both lenses replaced with the Galaxy Multifocal including Toric lenses. I was nervous about eye surgery, let alone with both eyes. However, there was no need. The operation was quick and painless and the recovery fine-very straightforward. Right from the initial consultation, the whole process was very smooth. Explanations were always clear and I had plenty of opportunities to ask questions. The whole team, John, the nurses at Tetbury and the admin team were always very reassuring and friendly and if I had any queries, they always got back to me very quickly and efficiently. I have just had my 4 week follow up consultation and my near, mid and distance vision are all good. I haven't needed any glasses since the operation and that includes reading and a very screen based job! I'm very glad I had the operation. My sight is so much better. I can't recommend Mr. Inzerillo highly enough. I chose Mr. Inzerillo because I found I still had another 6-12 months on the NHS waiting list. As I had the problem explained by my optician and certified by the NHS, Mr. Inzerillo agreed to do my examination and treatment at the first visit which saved me doing a difficult trip twice! He has an excellent manner when making you feel at ease and can explain the problem and treatment in easy layman's words. The treatment was efficiently done and a follow up visit was also a pleasure! I had a query about the drops I was given and typed the query to his secretary on a Sunday, expecting a reply on the Monday. I was astonished to get a reply from Mr. Inzerillo via his secretary on the Sunday! Now that is care! Any future eye problems and I am back to this consultant. I rate him excellent plus.

I would rate my overall experience 10 out of 10 From the moment I arrived I was treated courteously and professionally. Julia and her assistant treated me with great care and consideration, calmly advising each stage of my treatment and checking I was comfortable and happy to carry on. Dee in reception is a treasure, first appearances are so important to a business, she welcomes you with a cheery "putting one at ease" smile. The reception area and treatment rooms are absolutely spotless. I have been using OSD Dental Dept since 2017 & I will continue doing so, I would not hesitate in recommending OSD Dental Dept to anyone who may ask.

I had an acute pain in my right leg and had difficulty walking. Having had IDD treatment at Osteopath West before for sciatica I called and was given an appointment later that day. On arrival i was given a thorough examination and it was decided that I most likely had a pulled muscle as well as a nerve issue. I had some deep massage on my back and leg followed by an IDD session. The result today is that the pain is considerably better and i can now walk mush better than before. I am grateful for the prompt appointment and the service I received and would recommend Osteopath West to people in a similar position.
