For the past two years I was in so much pain it was absolutely horrendous and my quality of life was affected, the pain would sometimes last for 12 plus hours or more. After a few appointments with my GP I was finally diagnosed with gallstones and was very quickly referred by my GP to see Mr Osama Moussa at the Spires diagnostics clinic and within a matter of weeks I had my surgery to remove my gallbladder. I have to say a very big thank you to Mr Moussa, who in my opinion is an exceptional surgeon and a really nice person, he is very easy to talk with. Mr Moussa you have now taken away all that pain that made my life so uncomfortable, I am very grateful to you. I would also like to thank Kayleigh Mr Moussa's secretary who also is a lovely person to talk with and very professional On the day of my surgery everything went smoothly and all the staff at the Spires hospital were very nice and welcoming . Dr Shah was my anesthetist and he came to see me and put me at ease. I don't know the names of the nurses and all other staff at the hospital and diagnosis clinic but I do want to say a big thank you to you all and thank you for taking such good care of me. Thank you

I have been diagnosed with resistant depression disorder and generalised anxiety disorder and had a recent dip on my mental health and requested urgent treatment. Dr. Sarkeel immediately moved my appointment to accommodate my needs to ensure that I had the appropriate care. Not only by being caring and treatment me with the upmost respect, but also by being one of my biggest cheerleaders and celebrating every milestone that achieve. I first saw Dr Seth two years ago and recently returned in October/November 2025. He’s exceptional at what he does, and absolutely worth waiting for. As always, he took the time to explain everything properly and map out a sensible plan and next steps. What I really value is how comfortable he makes you feel—he’s generous with his knowledge and never rushed. He’s also incredibly considerate in the way he coordinates directly with my physio, which removes any risk of miscommunication on my side. Dr Seth is consistently outstanding, and I feel very well looked after under his care.

Initial assessments were thorough and the clinicians were kind and understanding. Prescription costs seem affordable and my first prescribed medications were a slight improvement to before. My second prescription was not approved/provided on time and rationing medications/running out for a few days has caused some stress I had bad withdrawal/negative wellbeing from being requested to stop a previous medication, I feel this was somewhat unavoidable but I was not informed of what to expect stopping that med and left to work out the cause of the feelings on my own

I felt extremely well-informed about my treatment options prior to the surgery, as well as being supported comprehensively post-surgery. My recovery has been smooth and whilst I hope to avoid needing any kind of future treatment of this kind, Mark would be my first call, if needed. I cannot recommend him enough.

Dr Chaudhry has been attentive and has given me explanation to why my symptoms are such or at least differential diagnosis for it and has been able to give options for treatment where no other specialist has been able to help me with. His knowldge and his mannerism made me felt heard and gives me something to look forward to in life and that I can achieve a pain free life eventually where I had lost hope at one time.
