⸻ We are incredibly grateful to our consultant obstetrician, Dr Shalini Chawla, for the outstanding care we received throughout my pregnancy and delivery. From the very beginning, she was thoughtful, thorough, and always focused on ensuring the safest and best possible outcome for both me and my baby. Given my previous myomectomy, slightly raised blood pressure, and a transverse lie, she carefully assessed all risks and recommended that my planned C-section be brought forward from 39 weeks to 38 weeks to minimise any potential labour-related risks. This decision gave us complete reassurance and confidence that everything was being managed with great care and expertise. What truly set Dr Chawla apart was how accessible and supportive she was at every stage. She was always available for any concerns, no matter how small, and her care did not stop at delivery. Her aftercare was exceptional- she was incredibly motherly, kind, and attentive, and went out of her way to arrange additional support and care for us when needed. We always felt listened to, never rushed, and fully supported during what can be an overwhelming time. We couldn’t have asked for better care and will always be deeply thankful to Dr Chawla for her professionalism, compassion, and dedication to achieving the very best outcome for our family.

I have received nothing but the upmost care from all staff. The parking is simple on arrival and great to have disabled spaces immediately outside for collection post op! I have always been called through to my appointments on time and at times even earlier if I've arrived early myself. The staff that have stood out to me and taken wonderful care are Louise, Ruby, Jessie in the surgery department and Sandy in the post care department. Everywhere is always clean, with a warm welcome from reception. It's a lovely touch to use the drinks machine in the waiting area, the hot chocolate is delicious. I cannot fault any of my treatment or care by the Mcindoe staff, its exceptional.

I had a day procedure at the Lindo Wing and the experience was excellent. The doctors and nurses were incredibly supportive, professional, and kind, which made a stressful situation much easier to cope with. The entire process, from arranging the initial consultation to scheduling the procedure, was handled very efficiently, with minimal waiting time. The medical staff took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I felt comfortable and well cared for throughout the day. The environment was calm, clean, and reassuring, and I truly felt that I was in very safe hands. I am very grateful for the care and compassion shown by the whole team.

Had the most amazing time at Abbington House, was exactly what I needed. Was immediately made to feel welcome by staff and clients, everyone has been so warm, friendly and non - judgemental. Food was excellent and the chef Marion was amazing at catering for everyone’s individual needs. I’ve gotten so much out of the groups and one on one sessions. After 28 days I feel like I have been given an amazing framework to take with me on the outside and have met a community that will stay with me throughout the rest of my journey. I have attended this practice twice now for my son ongoing illness. First visit we have Dr Victor, second we have Justino Monteiro. Both were very professional and friendly. My son who was crying manage to stay calm with both doctors. As a parent I was very happy with the customer care. Also Domingos the practice manager accommodate my son for a last minute appointment in time of crisis, which I was so grateful. Thank you so much for all your attention and looking after my son. Mr Jayanthi is the most polite, kind and attentive surgeon I have ever met. He takes time to explain everything throughly, taking you through each step and gives you time to process and ask questions, I never once felt rushed or under pressure. I had the Linx ring inserted for my acid reflux in September 2025 and I can honestly say that Mr Jayanthi has given me my life back. I would highly recommend Mr Jayanthi to anyone and he would definitely be my surgeon of choice should it be necessary in the future.
