I go to alien aesthetics in worcester and i honestly couldn’t recommend them enough they are so amazing and trustworthy ! Everyone has a medical background in the business, which personally I think it is so important. You are in much safer hands when your practitioner has proper medical training, and it really shows in the care you get and the results you get . They even have a 24/7 aftercare line, which is such a comfort especially when you have just had a fresh procedure. It really shows how much they care about their clients safety and wellbeing. What I really love is that they will only ever do what’s best for you. They are honest and will tell you if it’s too much for your body to take all at once. They genuinely care about achieving natural , balanced results rather than just saying yes to everything and take your money. Even a colleague at work goes there and a family member and they could not recommend them enough either. We all agree the whole team is so professional and friendly and genuinely care about getting the best and safe results for yourself individually The team make you feel completely comfortable , they explain everything clearly , and genuinely care about your results . Everyone is so friendly and kind to talk to. I always reccomend them to anyone considering getting filler or botox procedures, or anyone who wants a dissolve and to start fresh after bad experiences else where. So many places offer cheap deals but cut corners. Alien aesthetics are so professional, safe , and absolutely worth every penny. Although the staff were amazing I found the actual cataract operation deeply unpleasant. I could see everything that was being done whilst being unable to move - the real stuff of nightmares, though the actual operation was a complete success. If I may suggest a way to make this experience a little more bearable would be to enable patients to choose their own music to listen to? As a professional singing practitioner, I'm aware how effective music can be in distraction? (I personally found the choice of radio station and programme increased the unpleasantness of the experience)

We had already been through NHS services which had been traumatising and did not offer any solutions. She is attentive and approachable, responded to my concerns within a few hours during the pregnancy despite having a busy schedule. My C-section delivery was also very smooth with quick recovery. Six weeks after the procedure the scar is barely there and multiple health professionals commented on how well-healed it looked. Would highly recommend.

Mr Umar is such a nice gentleman, very honest and reassuring. The only thing that has let the whole experience down is the booking team and not being able to get appointments or appointments not been made when they should have been. My son should have been seen 2 weeks after his operation but no one contacted us with an appointment and it took for me to ring his secretary to be then given an appointment 5 weeks after his operation. But Mr Umar is wonderful.

My scar/s are really neat and are fading so you can barely see them and I am back to doing the sport I love. All the doctors, psychiatric nurses and reception team are outstanding. It's a small thing, but I wish that there was hand cream supplied in the toilets. This may not be the "fault" of The London Psychiatry Centre as they do not own the building, but they could put in a request to the appropriate people. I spend thousands of pounds there so it would be a small but appreciated gesture. Even my hair dressing salon supplies hand cream!

Had a lovely visit to MUMS today to see our little twins. I was over the moon to hear both heartbeats and see them wriggling around. The staff were so kind and really made me feel at ease. I was also so grateful to receive a USB with pictures and a video of the scan including the heartbeats totally unexpected but such a beautiful touch. I’ll definitely be visiting again! 💕

She was very friendly and patient and listened attentively when I explained my condition. She very quickly arranged for me to have a heart MRI and stress echocardiogram. Her PA, Kim, also kept me informed about appointments, results etc.
