Working with Rachel has been genuinely life-changing. My name is Kevin, I'm in my 40's and a buisness owner in London. This has made it much easier to stay consistent, as the plan fits into my busy work and social life and includes foods that I genuinely enjoy, rather than feeling restrictive. The journey has not been straightforward, as I have a number of medical challenges that need to be carefully factored into everything we do. These limitations have restricted how much physical exercise I’ve been able to carry out, meaning progress hasn’t been driven by training alone. Instead, we’ve had to be thoughtful, strategic, and creative in our approach. Rachel has been exceptional at adapting plans around these constraints, ensuring that everything remains safe, realistic, and achievable while still delivering consistent results. Despite these challenges, progress has continued, and that’s been one of the most reassuring parts of working with Rachel. There is always a clear plan, measurable goals, and a structured approach that keeps things moving forward without compromising my health. I’m confident we will reach the remaining goals by staying disciplined, trusting the process, and continuing to work to the plan we’ve put in place, particularly because the approach is tailored to my DNA and therefore works for me as an individual. The biggest takeaway I can give anyone considering working with Rachel is that success comes down to discipline and consistency, but those are made much easier when the approach fits around real life and is built specifically for you. Rachel provides everything you need, including the education, structured plans, guidance, and recipe ideas, but it’s up to you to follow through. If you commit to the process and apply what she teaches you, the results will come. I’m living proof that even with medical limitations, a busy lifestyle, and long-term habits to change, meaningful and lasting change is absolutely possible with the right support and approach.

I visited for an US abdominal and internal after NHS scan could not find my ovaries due and I was very anxious to find out if theses were causing my pain. I was fortunately referred by my GP quickly and seen the following day. The experience was totally different to the NHS one. My questions were answered rather than the NHS “you will need to speak with your doctor “ response to every question. The consultant Christina spent time to get the necessary images and did advise further scans to eliminate any issues with bowel/colon. The whole experience was very comfortable and I did not feel like I was being a nuisance by asking questions about my body!! Thank you so much. It was ++ reassuring and did also identify a condition which I may have causing the pain.

Had an appointment with Mr Ofinran after a routine test found irregularities that needed to be checked. Mr Ofinran was great at explaining my initial results in more detail which gave me a better understanding and clarity that things weren’t as bad as I’d interpreted. I had a follow on procedure where Mr Ofinran took biopsies. He was considerate, explained the process whilst he was doing it, and gave me some great follow up advice about what to expect. My results consultation followed form - Mr Ofinran took his time to explain the results of the biopsy and made sure if I had any questions these were answered. I would recommend Mr Ofinran.

Booked into the Nuffield Health Grosvenor Hospital , Chester through the NHS for a total hip replacement. Excellent communication as to the procedure, possible side effects etc. 1 night's stay following a pain free operation. I was looked after very well by friendly staff, leaving the Hospital the next day after being checked I was safe to do so. Minimal few days taking pain killers, was brilliant to be pain free from the original joint which was bone on bone, making walking very difficult and painful. I felt very lucky to have had the care and attention of a true professional!

Staff at both the receptions were welcoming , No waiting time . Saw the specialist regarding ongoing issues with my knees and toes, and the he was extremely helpful and informative. He took the time to clearly explain what was happening, walking me through the MRI images in a way that was easy to understand. All available options were discussed thoroughly, including injections and physiotherapy, and I felt fully informed throughout the appointment. . Overall, a very positive and supportive experience.
