This was my second pregnancy, and I am incredibly grateful for the care I received from Dr Noori throughout the entire journey. From the start, she took a truly tailored approach, carefully considering my individual health conditions and adapting care accordingly. Appointments were never rushed, every test result was reviewed thoroughly. Her depth of knowledge and calm confidence meant I always felt that everything was under control. I received constant support, reassurance, and clear explanations during both pregnancy and delivery, with every question answered patiently and thoughtfully. This made a huge difference to my confidence and peace of mind. The birth itself was extremely smooth and well guided, with no unnecessary stress. I felt supported at every step, which resulted in a healthy baby, no complications, and no tears. I couldn’t have asked for better care and would wholeheartedly recommend Dr Noori to anyone looking for an exceptional obstetric consultant.

I was an online client. My first day and many following days, a laptop was placed somewhere (usually with a very minimal view of part of the room) whilst people in the room had a conversation (often it was staff as other patients had left the room/ spent a lot of time waiting for groups to start/ group leaders). Group timings etc weren't stuck to or structured and there seemed no consistency. The hardest part was having to have an 'assessment' i.e. go through my life background in detail (including trauma) a total of 5 times with different members of staff. I'm sorry to say (and likely it's different in person) but there didn't seem to be any genuine care whatsoever. It was a waste of time for me attending here sadly.

Different time slots and sessions or more flexibility. Clearer communication between services and funders. Digital timetable, links and resources could benefit from being clearer/more easy to find. Mixed bag of staff, although the weaker ones did go quite quickly it still felt as though I was a bit of a guinea pig and didn't get as much from those sessions. Core team very caring, compassionate and supportive. Environment is an downside, a shared office building is not the best setting.

I needed a Total Hip Replacement. East Sussex gave me the option of choosing Sussex Premier health. I found Mr Buckle to actively listen to me, he was clear about the operation and there were no surprises. My post op appointment was great; clear and straightforward. I know what is and is not possible going forward. Mr Buckle should give what I guess might be called “bedside manner” coaching to some of his contemporaries and others coming up the “medical ladder” so to speak.

Castle Craig Hospital

I had a really good stay at Castle Craig, learned a lot and feeling positive about the future. The nurses were great, the therapists life-savers, the food was ok - good portions and good flavour but I was a bit bored of it after 5 weeks. The consultant psychiatrist was exceptional, he really listened and took time to consider my case. He was one of the reasons I came here after meeting him in his Edinburgh clinic, and it has been really the best decision I could have made.

Outstanding from booking to the appointment and then the appointment i couldn’t have asked for more, the doctor from calling my name until I left was brilliant 10/10 5***** covered everything and went through everything thoroughly explained everything right and was so friendly and made you feel at ease didn’t feel I was having a doctors appointment that’s how relaxed she made me and came out feeling reassured so i would recommend without hesitation not even for a second

I found the reception at ground floor level the only weakness as I was left standing feeling a bit aimless when no one else was at the desk and also I reported someone had been sick in a toilet sink and I was just letting them know, whilst I did not want gratitude for reporting it some greater acknowledgement and action might have been expected. Anyway most importantly Dr Woodland receptionist area and staff on his floor were excellent as they were for Dr Power.

My husband and I pay a monthly subscription to Wello which entitles each of us to two full treatments a year. The treatments are first class, very comfortable and also reassuring as any problems will be pointed out. We like the feeling of really clean teeth, the excellent advice we are given on teeth and gum health - the all round experience, in very attractive surroundings, is to be highly recommended

Dr Durrani diagnosed ostio and rheumatoid arthritis in both of my hands. During my first appointment he prescribed medication and explained everything to me in easy to understand detail. Professor Bloomfield totally understands severe depression which I suffer from. I take medication and he monitors that and any side effects. He also makes sure that I get physical health checks. Physical health can sometimes get neglected with a mental illness but he makes sure that I stay physically well as well as treating the mental illness.

The experience was very good. However it would be very helpful if X-Ray, MRIs, were confirmed with a text., including date and time of appointment. Also Outpatient reminders do not include the actual time of the appointment and with whom which again would be extremely helpful and may well reduce number of missed appointments.
