I have been seeing Josh at Reflex 18 for the past two months as part of my recovery plan following a Total Knee Replacement in October 2025. During my initial consultation, Josh carefully established my prior level of fitness and worked with me to identify ambitious yet realistic rehabilitation goals. He designed a bespoke programme of graduating exercises which are further adapted during each subsequent appointment. I find it helpful that Josh demonstrates each exercise, fine tunes my ‘effort’ and also emails a visual guide, as a reminder, after each appointment. I believe that I have made far greater progress in terms of knee flexion, stamina and strength by visiting Reflex 18 than I ever would have done if I had attempted to pursue my own rehab using a book or online package. Josh has the ability to identify which muscles need to be worked upon in order to achieve a certain goal and this is something which I could have not done myself. The Reflex 18 rooms are immaculately clean and are well-equipped. I have found every staff member to be friendly and highly professional. There is never any pressure to book further appointments. Parking is plentiful and convenient.. I am very happy with the support which I have received from Reflex 18.

I sought treatment after being refused by the state health care services here in Germany. They congratulated me that I was healthy when my bloodworm showed testosterone levels of 280ng/dL (cut off point for treatment is 220) and sent me on my way, feeling exhausted no matter how much rest or sleep I got I wasn’t able to be a good dad for my two little children which is heartbreaking for me. So I took matters into my own hands and settled on BMH after contacting a few provider. Extremely professional, the case manager Tal was consistently attentive, showed genuine interest in my case. After two blood tests over the course of six weeks I was accepted and within a couple of weeks thereafter started treatment. Well, what a life changing experience that was. If you have creaking joints, feel tired all the time, libido on the way out, just go for it. Become alive again. No need to live like that. Anyway, I hope that is convincing enough for you dear reader! State health services are no longer fit for purpose. Whether you get treatment is a financial decision and doesn’t reflect your suffering. So take your health into your own hands.

I had my hysterectomy 2.5 weeks after my initial consultation. My bleeding was so heavy that between Mr Pakarian and his amazing PA Emily, they managed to squeeze me in before Christmas. I saw him on my 6 week follow up and he said it was all a success. He said the fibroid was still there and that my previous treatment had not been effective at all. And he wouldn’t have recommended it in the first place as the fibroid was so big. He has now rectified the mistake and even apologised for the previous consultants error. He kept me informed the whole way through my time with him in letters to me and my GP and has said I can contact him anytime if I have any problems. I had the operation at Goring Hall and my consultations at Montefoire. Goring Hall were amazing and looked after me so well. It was like I was in a hotel. I can’t speak hugely enough about the staff I have encountered on this journey. And I am hugely grateful and appreciative of all the help and care I received.

Dr Deepak Parasuraman made both my daughter and me feel welcome from the moment we arrived. We were attending for a children’s ADHD assessment, and I was very anxious as my daughter is excellent at masking her symptoms. Before the assessment even began, Dr Parasuraman took time to build rapport with her — making her laugh and helping her feel comfortable — which allowed her to be her true, confident self. He is clearly very knowledgeable and experienced. The room felt like an open, safe space to talk, and he explained everything clearly while thoughtfully observing my daughter. Dr Parasuraman was professional, understanding, and genuinely empathetic throughout. I highly recommend MUMS for this service, particularly with Dr Deepak Parasuraman, and will be recommending them to anyone who needs similar support. Dr Ryan has given very clear explanations of my diagnosis and the way forward, and has organised tests with the necessary codes to make dealing with Aviva as easy as possible. Dr Ryan also made himself available for the initial visit very quickly after my initial work health screening, despite the holiday season approaching, and has been consistently quick at speaking to me about results and next actions, and drafting letters confirming these. Monica has also been incredibly helpful, organising appointments, codes, changing dates, etc, sometimes replying late into the evening to ensure the appointments / insurance details could be organised as quickly as possible.

I saw Mr Ho following some concerns I had with one of my eyes after cataract surgery carried out by a different surgeon. Mr Ho was very thorough in his approach and identified that I had some tears in my retina which needed repairing fairly urgently. He performed a vitrectomy (retina repair) the same day and following a few weeks recovery my eye is now fully healed. I can't recommend Mr Ho enough, his manner with patients is excellent, he fully informs you as to what he plans to do and why and his aftercare is excellent. I'm very glad I engaged him when I had a problem with my eye and wish I'd had him do the cataract surgery in the first place.

Excellent consult. Unfriendly reception. Not particularly clean. The worst part the hospital didn’t order my medication. Said to my consultant we can get it tomorrow. He was down from Scotland. Only for the day. I was travelling to London. So he went and got it from another hospital. Next time I see him we won’t be coming there!
