I had my first consultation with Mr Gan in November 2025. I'd been experiencing chronic pelvic pain on my right side, and some digestive/bowel complications, and suspected it might be endometriosis. The pain had become excruciating to the point of being unable to stand on a near-daily basis. I'd been added to an NHS referral list in early 2025, but even though my GP had written multiple times to expedite the appointment, I wasn't getting anywhere. I found out about Mr Gan through my auntie, who had used Spire Health for her own endometriosis diagnosis (albeit with a different surgeon). His online reviews were all very positive, and now having been under his care, I can see why. From my initial consultation right through to my recent discharge, Mr Gan has been kind, compassionate, and forthcoming with his expert advice and explanations. He's the first doctor I've seen about this issue who has made me feel heard, and to have now received a formal diagnosis with thanks to his specialist expertise is incredibly validating.

Appointment on 31/01/2026- 1. Poor mobile network at the reception area, irrespective of mobile network provider. 2. Staff at reception does not know who visitors can log to use wi-fi. In my case I need wifi to access BUPA app to provide treatment authorisation code. I had to walk outside in the rain to be able to get network. 3. Staff at reception gave the wrong consultation room. 4. Waited past appointment time and when back to query. Told appointment at a different consultation room. Always had issues at reception
