Excellent. I am currently undergoing IVF treatment with Professor Yacoub Khalaf at Guys Hospital in London. A few days ago Prof. Khalaf successfully collected 3 eggs, which I am very happy about. So far I am very impressed and completely satisfied with the high quality of medical care at the IVF clinic at Guys Hospital directed by Prof. Khalif. Previously I have undergone IVF treatments at one NHS and two private clinics in London, and I can confidently say that the integrity, honesty and personal care I have received from Prof Khalaf is exceptional, and well beyond that of the other clinics. The staff is well trained, and the process has been very efficient and easy. Unlike the other clinics they have not prescribed unnecessary medication or unnecessary scans. As a result the experience at Guys has been less emotionally and physically intrusive. My husband and I can recommend Prof Khalaf very highly.

I could not recommend MUMs and Miss Pradhan highly enough. Right from my first phone call, the team were so accommodating, they understood and heard my concerns and provided availability to get me seen within two days. Miss Pradhan herself is extremely knowledgeable, supportive and empathic and immediately put me at ease. She was able to explain everything and I was able to ask all the questions that were causing me anxiety. I walked away from the clinic feeling totally reassured and knew that there was an action plan in place to ensure I was on the right medical pathway. I could not thank the team and Miss Pradhan enough for their care and reassurance and would advise anyone who has concerns to go and explore them with the team at MUMs.

Following my initial consultation I was offered a date for my surgery which was only two weeks ahead which completely surprised me as I expected a much longer wait I attended my surgery and was treated with courtesy and respect by all of the staff I encountered I was put at ease both before and during the procedure my surgeon My discharge nurse explained clearly what I needed to do with my medication and also how to keep my eye clean I received a phone call from a nurse the day after my surgery checking that everything was okay. I have nothing but positive things to say about the whole experience and would recommend Newmedica to all of my family and friends.

He is a really kind, empathic man and a true professional; not once did I feel rushed and he understood exactly what I was going through and how to help. I had a suspected kidney stone after suffering intense pain in my back, and Mr Samsudin was able to diagnose this correctly within minutes of meeting me. He helped me to easily understand my options for treatment and after initially trying medication I then opted for a surgical procedure. The surgery was a 100% success and the whole process top class.

When I booked to attend (through my private health company) - it wasn’t fully explained that this was a clinical appointment. What a fantastic service. I cannot thank you all enough and will recommend your fabulous service to my friends who like me, don’t t realise they can receive this wonderful service when they are a bit anxious that they may not be able to easily access a mammogram after the age of 70 Thank you SO much. xx

I visited Mr Natt this week after experiencing tightness in my throat. He took the time to ask thorough questions to understand the issue and carried out a nasal endoscopy to investigate further. Throughout the procedure, he explained everything clearly, checked that I was comfortable, and showed genuine concern for my wellbeing. When the issue became visible on the screen, he carefully explained what was happening in a way that put my mind at ease. Mr Natt was kind, professional, and attentive from start to finish. I felt very well cared for and would highly recommend him.

The reception staff were very warm and welcoming and brought me a cup of coffee Dr Dickenson was as usual very warm and welcoming.. She fully discussed the way forward and proceeded to inject the requested skin filler on my face By the following day when it had settled I was absolutely delighted with the results . I have visited the Coogan Clinic now for over 3 years since arriving in Eastbourne.. Dr Dickenson is wonderful —highly skilled and experienced and very reassuring .. I didn't find the hygienist very supportive when I struggled to breathe during the appointment. I had to signal to her to stop several times because the fluid in my mouth meant I couldn't swallow and made it feel like I couldn't breathe. When I said this, she just said, 'aren't you breathing through your nose?'. She also didn't offer any apology for not having the diamond airflow polishing available, despite me saying that I was really disappointed about this as it was my main reason for booking the appointment.

She examined me and immediately provided a detailed diagnosis and prescribed some relevant medication and a plan of action, and followed this up with a confirmatory report and letter. She considered my condition with experience and had been provided with only a few background notes from me. She was incisive, and treated me holistically and thoroughly and had an excellent bedside manner.

Claudia is an incredible physiotherapist who I have trusted with different sports injuries over the years. She's holistic and is well connected to excellent surgeons, other practitioners, gym owners, etc. all of whom have helped me to recover effectively. Her space in Islington is exceptional, with many tools for rehabilitation including a reformer bed, weights station, etc. I wouldn't go anywhere else, even when other options are closer to home. I'm grateful for Claudia!
