I am currently undergoing treatment at Bourn Hall. At every single step the members of staff have exhibited amazing customer service. Every single nurse, receptionist, doctor, anaesthetist, embryologist, pharmacist and everyone there has been respectful, kind, gentle, reassuring, calm and knowledgeable. In particular, Nurse Dawn at Cambridge has gone above and beyond to support me as an autistic patient. She has patiently answered all my questions, made adjustments for my comfort, and reassured me over and over again. She even popped my teddy from my bag onto my bed for me when I was recovering from general anaesthetic which was so touching and thoughtful. I am also particularly thankful to the embryologist team who also have found ways to adhere to my special requests. I'm also thankful to the anaesthetist who held my hand as I fell asleep under general anaesthetic because I was so frightened. I cannot fault our experience at Bourn Hall.

Having waited 18months plus to get a diagnosis of serious issue with my left hip via my Doctor suddenly once referred to the Park Hospital things began to move quickly.Our first meeting with Mr Matar left both myself and my long suffering partner feeling that at last my problem was being treated seriously and professionally. He explained the reason for my issue, bone on bone hip, showed us the X-rays, explained the procedure and time frame of my recovery and set a date for the operation. Subsequently I was booked in for an operation, no delays and extremely well treated, being kept informed at each step. Having met again with Mr Matar he checked through my abilities and as ny recovery has gone well he discharged me. I have no hesitation in highly recommending Mr Matar to any friend or colleague who is in need of similar treatment and have nothing but gratitude to him

Impossible to speak to anyone in Cambridge which was very frustrating. am used to being seen privately and this did not come up to the usual standard. Although the staff were very polite and friendly I felt that nobody was sure what to do and did not fill me with confidence. I have never gone privately and only seen the surgeon on the day of the operation with no follow up appointment with the actual surgeon. I was left with a cut on the skin to the left of my eye and an indentation across my eyebrow which I feel had probably been caused by the clamp used to keep my eyelid open. I was left feeling that for some reason the private sector in Cambridge was struggling. A great pity.

Very happy with the set up all round. Consultant amazingly helpful in comparison. He was extremely knowledgeable and very concerned . I liked the fact that he actually listened when I explained my problem. ( Its tedious even for me to hear so I can understand the need to switch off at times)...!...but obviously extremely painful ! The actual appointment with the consultant was about 30 minutes. He examined me and advised medication for immediately and perhaps in the future. Excellent man ,so nice . Mr Saihan carried out a Cataract operation with Laser treatment on one eye and laser treated my other eye in 2022, this operation was very successful but due to a degenerative condition I contacted him this month to discuss what if anything could be done to improve my sight. He remembered me and my case and was extremely helpful and gave me excellent advice. I have the greatest regard for his skills and have always found him to very helpful, professional and friendly. It’s a pleasure to have been treated by him and his help and advice have been invaluable.

Great experience in general. The whole thing from the emails you get, the appointment scheduling and of course visiting the doctor, all went really smoothly. I saw Dr Antbring who was really lovely and helped me through my journey including the initial scan, sending me for the MRI and helping me to decide and then actually doing the injection and of course a plan for my rehab exercises. Great experience overall. Now I need to wait a week and then start with the rehab and fingers crossed I make a full recovery. I appreciate everything. Thanks again!

After my original consultation with a orthopaedic surgeon at a physiotherapy clinic in Doncaster, he wanted to put me on his list. He said I could have a new knee and be fit for Christmas. I said. I want Mr Haslam to operate on my right knee..I trust him. I haven't had any issues with my left knee. He operated on my friends Son's torn ligamentes. He'll br back playing Rugby again soon.
