Very professional, well informed, open and friendly. I had a vasectomy 16 years before and wanted a reversal. Mr Bromage was open about the chances of it working after such a length of time but seemed confident. He also did a sperm retrieval procedure at the same time which was put in storage in case the reversal wasn't successful then we could try IVF. On the day of surgery Mr Bromage kept me well informed and made sure my wife was kept up to date regularly. The whole process from admission to discharge went as smoothly as could be. Exactly a year after my reversal procedure my wife gave birth to our healthy baby boy. I would highly recommend Mr Bromage to anyone looking for a vasectomy reversal.

The visit was for a two year review of a revision ankle replacement. I was very pleased to have been able to undertake this just some two or three months after a telephone contact with Mt Shalaby's secretary at St John's. Dr Charlotte Frise is an excellent doctor. Despite the multiple complications I had, she had time for me even when she was off duty. She saw me through until I sailed through. I was never afraid at any point even when I couldn’t breathe and had oxygen of 80% on room air, I was motivated. Her smile was always soothing and reassuring, it felt like family. She treats patients like family and it’s heartwarming in difficult times. I begin to tear up when I express how I feel about the care she gave me. Am very impressed and grateful for her services. I first met Simon at the Canary Wharf clinic in 2018, and he has since become my go-to physio. Not only does he provide effective pain relief, he also helps me understand the root causes so I can manage the pain myself. I highly recommend him to anyone who works long hours and also trains hard at the gym. Went to see him first week of Jan 2026 becasue my wrist was a bit flared up last month, and he's as good as usual!

Lovely helpful doctor, didn't feel rushed, was listened too. Only reason no 5 star was hard to get through to reception and the inconvenience of being sent a letter for telephone appointment instead of agreed face to face appointment and not being able to get through to reception until the 11th hour to confirm and endure we had the correct appointment. Hospital was clean and looked well kept and staff were very friendly and attentive.

Good: - Great greeting and friendly reception staff. - Good, efficient and empathetic nurses. Not so Good: - Original caller to book appointment told me to schedule 1h. On arrival I was told 2h, which meant I needed to reschedule other commitments. - Was seen by nurse 30 mins after my scheduled appointment and 40 minutes after my arrival. No warning given by reception on arrival. I had to proactively ask after waiting 25 mins

Staff are friendly, its a good dentist but I'm kept waiting every time. This time for 20 minutes. While I understand emergencies happen, some warning would be helpful. Maybe time needs to be allowed for this when booking appointments as my time is as valuable as the service I'm paying for.
