I am writing to formally complain about misleading advertising by the clinic Skin55. Their website led me to believe that laser treatments were available at the clinic, and I booked a consultation directly with the clinic, not with any specific doctor. However, upon attending the appointment, I was informed that the clinic did not have the required laser equipment and that not all doctors at Skin55 perform laser treatments. This discrepancy meant that I paid an initial consultation fee of £300, only to then be told that I would need to be referred to another doctor within the same clinic who does provide laser treatments. This second consultation was then quoted at £380. This sequence of events highlights a lack of transparency and constitutes misleading advertising, resulting in unnecessary expenses and inconvenience. I believe that this matter warrants investigation to ensure that Skin55’s practices align with advertising and consumer-protection regulations. I am prepared to provide supporting documentation upon request

Just superb, wonderful, kind, generous, and as stated persuaded my stubborn husband to go to A and E. They never found new stroke or TIA, but having done a CT scan, found a mass on his kidneys. We are going for further investigation. Had this wonderful lady not have really emphasised the importance of being checked to him, we would not have known about the mass on his kidneys. The Staff were amazing, sadly I had bloods and collapsed, Margaret and her team was brilliant and got me back to normal.
