Appointment was at 4:30pm and was told surgery should be at 5:15, after about an hours wait we're told the anesthesiologist has not been told hes working today so isn't there. We were told we'd have to reschedule. Then 5 minutes later we were told to wait and their on their way in so the surgery could be the same day. The anesthesiologist then came in without having read the notes of the surgery and was going to put me under when I only needed an arm block. He had a bad attitude clearly from being called in at about 8pm. The rest of the evening went smoothly but I had to wait till around 9pm to eat again & was did not feel at ease when being prepared for theatre and had to be given anxiety medication as I was very stressed by the anesthesiologists attitude. However the doctor that preformed the surgery and the nurses on the ward were incredibly kind and informative to help keep calm

My whole experience from start to finish has been absolutely amazing! All staff have been 100% in their delivery of care and support. I felt safe and looked after. The anaesthetist and theatre staff before both operations were totally dedicated in ensuring I felt at ease at a time when I felt most anxious. All ward nurses and assistants were focussed on delivering the highest standard of care with their patience and nothing being too much trouble. Pantry team kept me well fed with delicious drinks and food and always with a smile. Imaging team were so caring, cheerful and again reassuring and professional. The physio team are incredible, they have encouraged and lead me to where I am now - so very nearly there. I cannot fault my experience at Gatwick Spire. A massive thank you to Mr Panose and all teams involved in my operations and recovery.

Arriving at the Lyndhurst Rooms for a Blood test and a CT scan in the hospital. Reception were polite quick and efficient. The Phlebotomist was professional and conducted the tests well. Absolutely fine. However, the CT scan is conducted by the hospital radiology department. Waiting times were extended at the radiology reception(NHS) and in the department(NHS) before the scan. The staff were as expected very good and professional, no issue there, but the waiting time over and above the booked time was between 45minutes to one hour overdue. I have had similar scans in different facities previousy and this does not compare with the London Clinic which is fully private and the same private insurance payer is paying for a private service. the RFH Private Patients could do a lot better.

My initial consultation with Dr Ben was extremely informative and he was very generous with his time. He gave me a very clear overview of the reasons for and against doing my treatment having taken a thorough patient history. He also gve a clear indication of the total cost of the treatment which matched what I subsequently paid. I was very happy with the outcome of my treatment, but I would have also felt in safe hands if I had not been so lucky. Dr Ben was very helpful and informative during my follow up consultations, helping me to plan for the future and manage any side effects. My initial appointment was to have a checkup to explore the feasibility of having veneers placing over my existing top row of front teeth. I was so impressed with everything that was done from the first visit to the finl fitting visit. Everything that was done was explained to me in fine detail. The owner of the practice, Stephen Dodd, is the ultimate professional. I guess you would call him a Supreme Dental Technician!!! His staff were super friendly and went out of their way to make you feel comfortable and at ease. I was so so pleased with the end result of visits and I would highly recommend the prctice.

She has been kind and gentle with him, and very reassuring to us as parents, from the first diagnosis through to treatment and the final post-treatment appointment. We never felt pressured into going ahead with treatment sooner than we were ready and she has always offered clear explanations. The treatment our baby son underwent did require a general anaesthetic for the procedure which we were nervous about, but Dr. Wong and her team were amazing. I was so pleased when it became necessary to have knee replacement surgery, I was able to have Mr. Krkovic. His aura of complete competence, was very calming at a stressful time. The quickest wait times I could find for an Adult ASD Assessment and I also felt the process was very thorough and considered, putting me at ease that the result was accurate. The in-person assessment in particular was a bit stressful for me which was a granted but I felt respected and cared for which helped a lot. The final report was thorough and I'm now in the process of accessing some additional support sessions which should help me understand my new diagnosis.

Mr Chipperfield replaced my left hip in June and at my meeting with him when we discussed my right hip replacement I told him he had a hard act to follow due to the fact my first surgery had been such an outstanding success.... My second surgery was equally successful he even popped into the recovery room and checked I was okay and confirmed the procedure had all gone according to plan. Thank you Mr Chipperfield

Obviously one is stepping into the unknown embarking on a prostate operation. I found the consultation with Mr Moschonas reassuring and informative. He installs confidence in having him perform the robotic procedure. Knowing that it is to be carried out at the Royal Surrey (a centre of excellence for robotic surgery) is a confidence boost. I feel I'm in the hands of an experienced surgeon.

I arrived at spire and was greeted by a lovely receptionist who guided me to the correct department, the next receptionist was very helpful and friendly and helped me fill out my online form and directed me to the waiting area, I was seen at my appointment time by the surgeon who was very professional and although I was very nervous I was put at ease straight away.
