Having suffered severe pain in my right knee for some time, I am indebted to Julian for working his magic. It's 6-weeks since my partial knee replacement and I am mostly pain free (only feeling pain if I've been standing or walking too much but that's to be expected and is improving every day). My brother recommended Julian having had full knee replacements on both knees. He now happily cycles 50-70 miles most weekends without any problem. I decided it was worth making the effort to travel from South London to get the best knee surgeon I could find. I could not be happier with the results. Julian's advice before, during and post surgery has been honest, clear and professional. He set out all my options and provided his opinion when asked. All the staff at the Saxon Clinic were amazing too, from the nurses to the anaesthetist etc. Brilliant surgeon and a great clinic!

My experience was very disappointing with the consultant. I was happy for my appointment to be changed just before attending due to the consultant running late. I was very disappointed with the lack of interest and time shown to be by the consultant. I got 10 minutes of his time to be told to cut out caffeine at the cost of £250. I was hoping to receive some understanding of what could be causing recurrent UTI's and reassuring me of any fears of anything sinister i.e bladder cancer. Only to be told this only occurs for around 10/20% of cases. I think what really irked me was he looked at his watch part way through me speaking This I found very disrespectful and rude.

Received urgent call requesting blood test for tolerance to Dye. I Moved appointments for that afternoon to facilitate a flying visit. After arrival kept waiting for 35 minutes until I asked reception as was needed elsewhere and was told phlebotomist would be with me shortly. With Phlebotomist approx 3 minutes, total time 50 minutes and 50 miles traveled Then had to wait 9 days for scan which was only scheduled following chase-up from private GP. On presenting for CT Scan was told that they did not require blood test as procedure did not indicate use of dye. Most unimpressive communication and administration throughout

My overall experience from the initial first consultation appointment, through the surgery and follow up appointment was perceived with great care and professionalism. When I raised a concern with Mr Sidloff within the recovery time of my surgery, he shown great care and compassion and reassured me that this was just normal recovery and put my mind at ease.

I was diagnosed with breast cancer in September 2025. Mr Ghosh is looking after my treatment. He performed a mastectomy with axiliary clearance in early October. The surgery went very well. Mr Ghosh has vast amount of experience and as a result I have had no side effects from the procedure. My recovery was quick. Mr Ghosh also took into consideration the areas that I was particularly worried about and made sure that I feel confident and supported. I am very grateful to have Mr Ghosh as the specialist looking after me.

That something was getting an appointment with Mr Timperley very quickly. By the end of my first visit he gave a diagnosis subject to scans and tests. In no time at all the results backed up his suspicions and action has been promptly put in place. All I can say is a massive thank you for your advise and support. Arrived very early went first to reception asked very kindly to come back about 15mins before my appointment and then on for a cup of tea in the cafeteria which was excellent. With 15mins before my appointment went to reception informed was already checked in and take a seat. unfortunately there was some form of medical emergency and correspondingly 2 hr delay However overall kept informed and a lovely experience
