The beginning of the visit went well. A lady with blonde hair explained where I need to go to wait on the doctor. I had various examinations from the lead nurse and assistant who were both very friendly and professional. I then had to have a heart monitor fitted and the person doing this was also great. I was told that I’m good to go and I left the room to walk out but was unaware of next steps, do I need to come back and when is the heart monitor being returned etc. I had approached a lady with red hair at reception who was so rude and unprofessional, zero eye contact and instead of listening to my concerns about not knowing where I stand and what further tests I will have done, she had spoken to me as if I should know this information and her attitude was extremely condescending. I explained my reasoning for being worried and she continued to give me unnecessary and unprofessional attitude. Lastly I asked this lady if I could please have a list of what my appointment and treatment had cost so far, she didn’t reply to Me and say of course I can share this, she simply looked down and worked on her computer whilst writing some figures down on a sticky note and coldly handed this to me. I replied with thank you for your help and goodbye to which she didn’t acknowledge and put her head down and carried on. Very unprofessional and also made me feel as if I am asking for a lot when in truly it’s my first time visiting kingsbridge and I was quite anxious. This experience made me feel worse to the point I had card my private health team to ask if something can be done as I was thinking of not returning. I hope this feedback is passed on to whoever needs to hear it and something is actioned to prevent other customers becoming overwhelmed to potentially not return, as I am sure my family and friends will think twice about visiting.

I recently had an appointment with Dr. Kilburn and was incredibly impressed by her professionalism, warmth, and expertise. From the moment the consultation began, she was kind, caring, and attentive — she truly listened to my concerns and took the time to answer all of my questions thoroughly. I had been suffering with menopausal symptoms for many years and had often felt dismissed or unheard by other medical professionals. For the first time in my menopausal journey, I felt genuinely listened to and understood. Despite my initial worries about speaking to a younger doctor about such personal symptoms, Dr. Kilburn immediately put me at ease. She was compassionate, reassuring, and incredibly knowledgeable. I arrived feeling completely washed out, anxious, tired and feeling as if I had hit a brick wall with my menopause, but at same time feeling completely overwhelmed with all the information now available in helping. Dr Colquhoun, listened carefully, asked lots of questions, was extremely kind, understanding and approachable, but professional at same time and was able to offer at end of first appointment a way forward - easy and manageable. I felt so much better than I had in months (if not years to be honest). I left that day feeling a huge weight off my shoulders. So I wish to thank Dr Colquhoun very much and as I said would highly recommend her to my friends and family.

The reception staff on the ground floor are very professional and helpful A couple of the ladies on the 3rd floor are not so professional, it’s happened a few times during my visits over the past 6 months were they can be heard moaning between themselves about patients being sent up early from the ground floor reception, I can only imagine them moaning about me arriving 40mins early, hence why I opted to stay on the ground floor reception until nearer my time slot This doesn’t involve the lady who works directly for Ali, she is more than helpful

I booked the appointment with Doctor Chowdhary as I have been experiencing symptoms for a while and have been waiting for some time for the necessary investigations to take plac. Doctor Chowdhary took the time to understand what the problem was, completed some immediate checks and arranged for the necessary further investigations, confirming that these would be completed in a timely manner. I left feeling that for the first time there had been real progress in getting to the bottom of the problem.

The staff at the centre are exceptional. Customer service is amazing and the consideration for the children is outstanding. Minimal waiting times avoid the children becoming overly fearful or stressed and procedures are handled with professionalism and empathy for the young patients involved. My son was petrified of needles before you did a blood test, but it was handled so well and compassionately that he now is pretty confident around injections/blood tests. Thank you

I’m a very nervous patient and the treatment I received from the dentist was horrible, made me feel really bad about my teeth and didn’t care about how I felt about not being able to eat if I had my teeth out that she wanted to remove ,then have a 3 month wait for dentures so in the meantime I’d not be able to eat, then wanted to deep clean one tooth when she knows it’s taken me 6 months to organise a deep clean as I’m extremely nervous. It was a virtual appointment so I didn’t see the practice in person. The lady who did my adhd assessment was great and made me feel really comfortable. The wait time for assessment/diagnosis and the waiting list I’m now on for medication titration were both a few months longer than I’d expected (from looking at the website before my referral), but still much faster than with my GP. (I went through NHS Right to Choose after waiting over 4 years for an assessment)

I found the reception staff rude - I always felt rushed at the clinic and another friend the same. This is a private clinic the service was awful Dr Sunil was very knowledgeable and I got the results I wanted but not sure I would go back or ever recommend it as I just felt the service let the whole place down I also got a blister from the tape that was put on my back from the patch test - that looks like it might scar!

After the initial examinations he recommended I get an MRI done to rule out anything sinister. Everyone very friendly and professional. But no-one was at the front desk when I arrived, so I went to the 2nd floor, and no-one was at that desk either. I went to the doctor's office, and they told me I couldn't be seen until I had registered, so I had to go back down to the ground floor to pick up some paperwork. Otherwise no issues
