My original appointment was with Mr Kamran Saha, as it was thought that I had a which Mr Saha confirmed it was not but rather a cyst. As this was not his expertise, he referred me to Miss Swan Kang who confirmed it was a cyst and arranged an excision. During the procedure Miss Kang noticed a second cyst next to the big one which she also removed and sent both off for biopsies. Amazingly 6 days later there are no visible signs of any incisions apart from some slight redness in the area. I am super happy with the results and grateful to Mr Saha for referring me to Miss Kang. I was also very impressed by Robyn for taking care of all the underlying preparations for both consultations and the minor op which took less than 2 days to complete!!! Kudos to Robyn for managing everything so swiftly and efficiently.

Dr. Muheden was kind and attentive to my concerns and provided exceptional care during my visits. His attention to detail and genuine concern made all the difference and he ensured I understood every step of my treatment. The entire Pixie and Sera team was extremely professional from scheduling either online or by phone to reception at the clinic. They all ensured I was seen within minutes on my appointment days. Keep up great job! Suggestion - If we could get appointments and at least tests and labs done over the weekends. Maybe half days on Saturdays? It is hard for some of us to come on weekdays hence all my appointments had to be done late in the evenings. If I had an option for Saturday I would've preferred that than late in the evenings. Thank you!

I had an excellent experience at Nuffield Hospital Guildford. The hospital was very easy to find, and the reception team were welcoming and efficient. Check-in was quick, and within a few minutes I was seen by the doctor, which was impressive. The facilities were modern and spotless, with a comfortable waiting area and both hot and cold drinks available. The building itself feels contemporary and well maintained, creating a calm and professional environment. The staff were courteous, organised, and clearly experienced, which gave me confidence throughout my visit. Overall, a very smooth and professional experience from start to finish. He explained everything in great detail which was very easy to understand any questions I had were answered which made me feel at ease. Very professional reception staff, clear concise information and made very welcome, which was reassuring. The colorectal consultant was professional, polite and was meticulous in his consultation, taking care to explore a comprehensive medical history and carrying out a thorough examination. He explained carefully how to prepare for endoscopy (OGD/colonoscopy) and prepared Literature and laxative into a takeaway pack. The administration staff member was polite and her instruction was clear and helpful. Excellent patient focused experience.

The staff were absolutely brilliant. So very friendly whilst remaining professional. My appointment was for 11.30 and whilst I accept there is always some waiting time I didn't expect 2 hours. I had another doctor appointment for 2.20 and I was beginning to panic that I would not be ablecto attend. My other complaint,along with several other patients was how very cold the rooms were We were sat in our winter coats and still feeling the cold. Paul, a staff member did eventually turn the heating on/up.

Hi and thanks. All went well and I am very grateful. A couple of suggestions (in that context): 1. Needles aren’t fun! I would recommend more for pre-needle procedure. Also inside of mouth needles could do with some numbing. Overall and by comparison, this would be my recommendation for improvement. 2. Training if one assistant is ok but there was one session that wasn’t fun because of it re suction and forceps etc.

He mentioned that when I removed the second dressing at home , if anything worried me to call the nurses and that I would be seen as soon as possible .

Both lady & man very professional & friendly. Man softened after chatting a bit! He was quite abrupt when I first arrived. Some patients could be very nervous, a smile & ‘Hello, how are you today’ may have been more welcoming! I think he was just doing his job!! Both very friendly & chatty when I left 😊
