I can’t recommend Mr. Richard Scawn highly enough. Before meeting him, I had seen three other surgeons and even booked the operation twice but ended up cancelling because I didn’t feel fully confident. From my very first appointment with Richard, everything felt different. He was calm, kind, and incredibly reassuring — never pushy, never rushed — and both my husband and I instantly felt we were in safe hands. I trusted him completely, and I’m so glad I did. I’m now three weeks post–lower lid blepharoplasty and absolutely over the moon with the results. My bruising was minimal and disappeared quickly, and the scar line is genuinely impeccable. I’m 39, so my skin is still fairly young, but even with a magnifying mirror I cannot see the incision. The work Richard has done is truly amazing. Nobody knew how I would receive the X Ray results. The radiologist asked if I was seeing a consultant at the clinic - I wasn’t scheduled to see one. The guy on the first floor desk didn’t know how images could be shared with me and suggested I talk to the reception desk on the ground floor to get a CD burnt - I wanted images to be sent as I don’t have a CD reader. The ground floor desk confused too until a senior person stepped in to let me know about the app. I was told that I would receive images via the app but I cannot see appointments or images in the app. The experience was very confusing. Suggest more staff training on the app

We visited Dr Sohi regarding our 16 months old daughter common cold like symptoms and high fever which lasted for 5 days. She was amazing. We have been told other paediatricians before but Dr Sohi was by far the nicest. She did a very thorough and comprehensive examination, we spent quite a lot of time in her office and never felt rushed. She also did a swab test and called us the next day to tell us the results. It was a great pleasure to meet such a professional and caring paediatrician. Our daughter felt at ease with her.

Can’t fault the surgery team or the staff on the children's ward. The care and treatment my son received has been amazing! The only thing that was far from great was the long waiting time for an MRI scan after the injury happened and the 3 month wait for surgery after the results. I feel Zak suffered a lot hiring this time and I don’t think patients especially minors should wait that long for important surgery. I do realise that sadly this is a poor governmental factor within the Uk though and not fault of the NHS… 😢

Dr Nagpal truly goes above and beyond. He did a thorough check of my medical history and sourced the tablets I needed for my extraction due to my risk of bleeding from a genetic condition. My GP did not help me regarding getting these but Dr Nagpal ordered them in just for me. As a teacher it is difficult getting time off and it was a pleasure having everything tailored to me and made as convenient as possible. I appreciate how precious Dr Nagpal’s time is as a specialist but he was still so accommodating.

Very clean building with plenty of parking. Reception staff were helpful and friendly. Doctor and nurse were extremely kind, patient and helpful. I'm a really nervous patient and I'm sure I was a pain but they never let on. Explained everything at the end. Sent me lots of information in great detail. Communication is very organised and timely. Doctor followed up over the phone and sends me results really quickly over email.
