I have been seeing Josh at Reflex 18 for the past two months as part of my recovery plan following a Total Knee Replacement in October 2025. During my initial consultation, Josh carefully established my prior level of fitness and worked with me to identify ambitious yet realistic rehabilitation goals. He designed a bespoke programme of graduating exercises which are further adapted during each subsequent appointment. I find it helpful that Josh demonstrates each exercise, fine tunes my ‘effort’ and also emails a visual guide, as a reminder, after each appointment. I believe that I have made far greater progress in terms of knee flexion, stamina and strength by visiting Reflex 18 than I ever would have done if I had attempted to pursue my own rehab using a book or online package. Josh has the ability to identify which muscles need to be worked upon in order to achieve a certain goal and this is something which I could have not done myself. The Reflex 18 rooms are immaculately clean and are well-equipped. I have found every staff member to be friendly and highly professional. There is never any pressure to book further appointments. Parking is plentiful and convenient.. I am very happy with the support which I have received from Reflex 18.

I recently underwent J-pouch surgery performed by Mr Oliphant as part of the reversal process following emergency surgery a year ago, which resulted in an ileostomy due to ulcerative colitis. From my initial consultation through to post-operative care, Mr Oliphant was professional, compassionate, and reassuring. He took the time to explain the procedure clearly and thoroughly, ensuring I fully understood each stage of the process. He also checked in with me regularly both before and after surgery, which greatly reassured me and made me feel well supported throughout my care. The surgery itself was extremely successful, and my recovery was smooth with no complications. I was discharged promptly and felt confident managing my recovery due to the excellent care and guidance provided. I have one further procedure remaining to complete the reversal process, and I would be very pleased to return to Mr Oliphant and his team for this final stage. I am extremely grateful for the high standard of care I received.

Professor Plaha is an incredibly rare human being. Within 24 hours of my MRI scan being sent to him, he took responsibility for my care. The subsequent week, he met with me and guided me through my condition with a clear prognosis and a plan for treatment. He referred me onwards to other neurologists who were able to adapt my medication accordingly to ensure pre-operative stability. Along with his expert team, he operated to resect my tumour in a highly sensitive location with precision and success. He followed up after surgery with histology results and I have recently met with him at GenesisCare in Oxford, which promptly took place after my 3 month post operative MRI scan. In clinic, and as always - he exuded true warmth, humility, professionalism and integrity. He is a true specialist in his field and I am gracious to be under his care. Where anyone is looking for a true expert in his field in difficult and challenging circumstances, you must go no further.

My recent visits with Isabella have been nothing short of outstanding. When I first started, I was dealing with a bad back and had very little hope of returning to the gym. Over the past six months, the progress has been incredible—I’m now feeling better than I have in a long time. Isabella’s approach is always goal-focused and tailored to what I want to achieve, with every session building progressively on the last. She consistently checks in to make sure improvements are happening and adjusts treatment as needed. On top of that, she’s an incredibly supportive and accommodating person to work with, especially when it comes to scheduling. After a mole on my shoulder began to grow, I booked a private consultation with a specialist who had removed others by Crotherapy. He told me that he could only do it after the infection which had caused it to change, had been cured and prescribed a course of antibiotics. The infection increased after several courses of six different antibiotics which were prescribed by my NHS practice were not able to halt its progress. My daughter Annie convinced me to book an appointment at Essex Private GP. I was seen on the same day and the correct antibiotics to target the infection were identified and prescribed at my first visit. There is already a significant improvement, thank you.

I have been a patient of Dr Rahman for over 20 years. He always takes time to see one and one never feels rushed. He explain's your condition and treatment. Although I have seen Dr Rahman due to a respiratory condition he takes a holistic approach and has saved my life when I had kidney failure and a rare auto immune illness. I have the utmost respect for Dr Rahman and have been so lucky to have him treat me. I would highly recommend Dr Rahman to anyone. I should also add his PA Emma is also exceptional and she has helped me dealing with hospitals and my medical insurers.

Thanks to everyone at Freedom Vision in Bromley for giving me a positive experience throughout my time with them.  I was very nervous to have the procedure, but it went smoothly and led to an excellent outcome.  Having had my cataracts removed from both eyes and RayOne Galaxy Toric multifocal replacement lenses fitted, I now have amazing eyesight for distant, intermediate and near vision.  I am especially grateful to the optometrist and the surgeon for their expertise and care, and to Chirag, the Patient Liaison Manager who always made me feel well supported.

Dont trust this doctor had Penis enlargement surgery with dr nenad on august i have lost almost 1 inch of erect lenght. I didnt get 1 inch soft guarented lenght plus lost almost 1 inch erect my surgery time was at 2pm i had the surgery at 7pm! And doctor nowhere to be seen. Its been 4 months now having erection problems i never had erection problem and still having pains. Doctor nenad is now telling me i can get my size back if i use traction device useless. If you really want to do it my advice is penis fillers. Dont let them damage your penis.

The staff was great. I was on the ground floor ward and was well taken care off. Members of staff were kind, courteous and helpful. I specifically note that staff members such as Sibo, Clementina, Clara and Ashy were very good and efficient and overall made my treatment a positive experience. My one to one therapist was excellent, in that Holly. I do however note that the food quality was inconsistent, at times the meals were good but there were times where things fell short as limited alternatives were available.

However despite trying to confirm this prior to visit this transpired not to be the case and was told another appointment would need to be booked for a later date. Fortunately Natalie, senior radiologist, was kindly able to arrange a guided steroid injection for that afternoon for which I am very grateful for as it is one hour twenty minutes round trip for us

Mr Khajuria checked movement and stability of my new hip in detail, then sent me for an X-ray, after asking how the past few weeks had gone. Once the X-ray was back, Mr Khajuria gave me more detailed advice on how to strengthen and improve my mobility. The whole experience was extremely positive, especially as I felt listened to.
