I first came across Mr Julian Flynn in about 2018 in relation to a problem with my knee and although I did not require any surgical intervention at that time, I knew that he would be the person I would go to if necessity arose. That necessity happened this year. I was not disappointed. I found Mr Flynn very personable in manner. He was thorough and very concise at explaining what steps he would like to take in order to ascertain the best course of action. He explained with clarity the outcomes of x-rays and MRIs, so I knew exactly what I was dealing with. Most importantly, he treated me with respect and I knew that I could trust his judgement and ability to do his best for me. I can also say, that I have spoken to a number of people who have had knee surgery and when I ask who carried out the surgery - "Julian Flynn" is the cry ! Praise indeed..... I would highly recommend him!

I was really please with the quality of service at Medneo Great Portlane Street and the speed at which I got my results. The medics seemed very professional and made me feel calm. I wish I'd used the service sooner as before getting a private MRI which I paid for myself I had had a number of physio treatments and exercise plans which may my injury worse due to them not knowing what was actually wrong. They were working blind as it were. And the NHS wouldn't put me on a waiting list for a MRI through them. I got a 3T scan which I believe shows a bit more than a 1.5 scanner which cast me £299. If you can afford it it might be the right choice for you. I would definitely go to these people to have a scan again if I develop another injury.

Catherine is a great listener and allowed me to express all the concerns that I had regarding my injury without interruption. She didn't rush to a quick conclusion and I felt that she was there just for me despite the fact that she has many patients to deal with at any given time. Her attention to detail and in particular the bits that often in the course of a consultation can go unnoticed is exceptional and to be applauded. I have found the excellent reviews Dr James Rakshi has received to be completely justified. He is an excellent communicator, listener and gave me clear uncomplicated diagnosis. Dr Rakshi undertook a through examination, including an MRI (which i had not had previously). We meet 3 times after the initial consultation and as a result made changes to my medication regime. This has resulted in a much better management of my symptoms and improved nights sleep.

From my first appointment with Dr Jain, things went gery smoothly, he was able to identify my need for surgery quickly and then began to explain the process i would go through clearly and consisely. Dr Jain explained to me in simple enough terms the problem i had, the methods t9 be used to fix it, and then also explained the things i could be doing in preparation pre, during and post op to assist the process. 6 weeks post op, i am very happy with the progress i am making, am clear about what i need to do to ensure full recovery and i have Dr Jain to thank for that. Couldnt reccomend him more.

I had a part knee replacement and the staff were really caring and polite . I couldn’t fault them in fact I would trust them 100% and I don’t trust nobody but the staff were truly amazing . A big Thank you to Mr Patel truly amazing gentlemen and the aneasathetist wow I didn’t feel any needles top people. All I can say is I would highly recommend this hospital the service was amazing. The staff that looked after you couldn’t do enough for you . The place was spotless and the best part of it all you were respected as a person

Facility was excellent, nice and clean as well as lovely and quiet. Instructions weee clear, and the receptionist was extremely friendly, as were the nursing staff I saw. The surgeon I spoke to was excellent, everything was explained and he was more than happy to explain things in more detail if I required, and I didn’t feel pressured to leave, as if I was taking too much of his time. My overall experience was excellent, I couldn’t have asked for anything more.

I was told to arrive for my sugery at 7am, to find the hospital closed. Staff were also waiting for the arrival of the receptionist (Daniel) I believe. By 7:15am a member of staff managed to get through on his phone where he advised he was stll 30mins away. This was unacceptable. It's stressful enough having surgery with out added nonsense.

The surgery itself must have been done excellently as I stopped taking any painkillers after 4 days, was walking without crutches for 1km after 6 days and driving after 3 weeks.
