The arrangements for my appointment were clear and I was able to park easily. The waiting area was clean and comfortable and staff at every level were kind, helpful and polite. Mr. Bahl has helped me so much to overcome a problem which was severely impacting upon my life and reducing my confidence for social contact. He has been very clear about all issues and risks so that, when I underwent surgery, I was clear about what outcome I might experience. The plan for going forward is clear and, at every turn, I have received information which has helped me to feel a full participant in my treatment plan. Words cannot express my gratitude for the outcome.

Professional service received from both practitioners, which I am very pleased about. It however took longer than was communicated to me via email to receive my results. I have requested follow ups and to speak to someone. The administrator has added me to the waiting list for the follow up. My other request?? I have not heard anything for a long while, not even an update. I feel really disappointed because it has dampened such a great initial experience. I believe this aspect will be of disappointment to future clients. Such a shame. I recommend in future to keep clients informed when delays happen and or of any updates

As soon as I mentioned that I had exams, they did everything they could to expedite the process for me. I am immensely grateful for their help and kindness. Mr Karuppaiah was thorough in determining the cause of my pain and was gentle when administering the steroid injection. It is obvious that he is very experienced and an expert in his field! His team have consistently been supportive, responsive and happy to help.

Lovely helpful doctor, didn't feel rushed, was listened too. Only reason no 5 star was hard to get through to reception and the inconvenience of being sent a letter for telephone appointment instead of agreed face to face appointment and not being able to get through to reception until the 11th hour to confirm and endure we had the correct appointment. Hospital was clean and looked well kept and staff were very friendly and attentive.

My oral hygienist visit with Megan went smooth, there’s always the anxiety of going but as soon as I was there she did all her checks swiftly, cleaned my teeth and advised me on cleaning. Techniques. Megan even helped calm my nerves when asking about my next appointment which a root canal would take place, she assured me everything will be smooth and pain free. She did great!

A follow up treatment was required, where I received laser treatment, this was painless and delivered great results! Ben makes you feel informed, listened to, and very relaxed during the procedure!
