I am Betty's daughter. My mum has mobility issues. Getting her from the car park into the diagnostics centre was incredibly difficult. We borrowed a wheel chair from the helpful car park attendant. But it was raining so heavily that by the time we got inside my 87yr old mum was soaked to the skin. She had to sit in wet clothing for 4.5hrs until I got her home and changed. Luckily the car park attendant helped us back to the car at the end of her procedure. You REALLY need a drop-off right zone at the door to the centre, with seats inside to help relatives get their lives ingress in safely.. The staff couldn't have been nicer or more helpful, but even with their help, this was a very stressful visit fdue to lack of access and horrendous weather conditions.

Had the pleasure of attending Dr Nayaks treament centre in Romford and could not be more complementary about the experience. Dont get me wrong the procedure itself, as you can imagine, can be painful at times and is a long day, but the staff from start to finish were exceptional. Dr Nayak made me feel at ease and is ectremely engaging and professional, along with the two ladies i spent the majority of the day with who were fantastic and really listened to my needs and were extremely professional but also made it a calm atmosphere. Mr Saleh explained in clear detail exactly what the procedure would be. He has a very pleasant manner, also displaying great patience and consideration as I’m not the easiest person to be around sometimes. The outcome of my deep plane facelift was exceptional - the results far exceeded my expectations. Mr Saleh didn’t over play the potential outcome he offered realistic outcomes but to my delight the results were beyond what I’d hoped far. I’m 4.5 years on from the process but the results have held super well, so on that basis I can only recommend to potential patients to look no further. A deserved 5 star ⭐ from me.

After suffering for so long with my back and terrible leg pain. I eventually had my surgery - more than previously advised - once the multidisciplinary team had reviewed my scans. I was informed of this when I went for my education and training session with the spinal nurse.. I am 2 weeks post op and the difference is huge and clear to see in my face and the way I’m walking I know I need to take my time and not over do it , as I need to heal and recover from years of pain and poor mobility. I’m looking forward to seeing mr sapare on the 10/12/25 at my 6 weeks post op appointment

He is meticulous about every detail and I always felt that I was in the best hands. His nurses are incredible, endlessly patient, and ready with a hug and a tissue when needed!

Absolutely amazing, I cannot fault the care and support I have received. I may not be able to climb mountains, but I can carry on with my walking, taking care of myself at the same time. I couldn't have wished for a better Consultant to carry out the surgery and the follow up consultation enabled me to verbally express my gratitude for what he has done. I am totally in a very good space both with my mental health being the best it's been for a long time and the fact that I am mobile without pain. Thank you once again from a very happy me!

My hip operation was successful and carried out by Mr Edward Gardner. His professionalism in he listening and explaining about the operation. After the operation Mr Gardner used a vacuum pump on my scar to heal / seal and keep the wound clean; this has worked really well. My scar has closed cleanly. I now feel more confident in my mobility and I have no worries in returning to have the other hip replaced in the future by Mr Gardner.

I walked up 12 floors as there were no lifts available.Only 14% capacity.I got to the Thames view suite via the cardiac lift because a cardiac unit staff member took pity on me and put me into lift 14 to complete my Access Path to the private patients unit. What on earth is going on and why does the lift maintenance contract not have a 50% minimum functionality profile as a term for service?
