Dr. panagiotis Gikas was very professional and honest Although the appointment wasn't satisfactory for me because the doctor couldn't give me a second opinion on my back and neck pain since his specialty is lower extremities, he sent me for updated MRI exams so he could give me a responsible and accurate second opinion on my knee and ankle. I emailed the doctor and am waiting for him to reply with his diagnosis from the previous appointment so I can provide my employer with the information they need to continue helping me with the MRI costs and get positive results that will allow me to go to work without any health risks. The staff that dealt with me on the day were amazing. Very nice and made me feel comfortable. There was a slight issue with the connection for the headphones but they quickly resolved it and made me feel comfortable again. The lady who showed me to the room is made for that job :) unfortunately after I did have to chase a few times for my results imagining were trying to be helpful however a receptionist I was put through to was very rude, undermining and probably one of the worse receptionist I’ve come across in a long while.

I visited the clinic to discuss removal of a lesion on my eyelid. Having spoken to the consultant Mt Murray I decided to have it removed. I returned two weeks later to have the surgery. All the staff were very supportive and took time to explain the whole procedure to me. In particular Jenny took great care of me and made sure I felt as relaxed as I could be. Everything went to plan and I would like to thank everybody that was involved.
