My appointment with Miss Preshaw was excellent. During our initial conversation she was attentive and seemed genuinely interested in my symptoms and medical history. She was able to make connections between minor complaints that have previously been dismissed/ignored, and suggest tests to rule out conditions that might cause them. I was particularly impressed by how supportive she was of the care I had received by her colleagues in the NHS, even when she felt certain things had been overlooked. I left with a clear plan of action and a sense that things were being put in motion. The follow up letters to myself and my GP were sent very clearly and accurately reflected my understanding of the appointment.

Following an unsatisfactory outcome with a previous surgeon, Mr Gnanachandran has taken it upon himself to rectify the situation. From our first consultation, he has been extremely knowledgeable and understanding, particularly recognising my understandable difficulty in trusting a surgeon again. He took the time to answer all of my questions thoroughly, provided clear and honest advice, and ensured I fully understood my options. Although my surgery is scheduled for 7th January, I already feel confident that I am in capable hands and have faith that he will do his utmost to achieve an improved outcome.

My recent visit to the Fortius Clinic for removal of stitches and a post operative assessment was short, on time and to the point. I would recommend Mr Razvi without hesitation. He recently completely my colposcopy followed by a LEETZ procedure and although I am a very anxious patient and was really nervous before the appointment, Mr Razvi was very kind and I honestly didn’t feel any pain. The procedure was successful and I put that down to Mr Razvi’s skill and experience. Had an immigration medical appointment for Australia. I was running late and had to reschedule my AM appointment. Sent an email as the call option was automated message but the email was promptly replied and I was rebooked for the next available PM appointment. It meant I had to wait longer but they were swift to accommodate me and the services from reception to chest X-ray and GP examination was brilliant. I was offered the Polio vaccine and a painless blood tests. Overall I recommend 100%.

I had a check up.....my teeth are not doing very well and I'm holding on to them and looking after them as best I can....my dentist compared my latest x-ray with one taken 2 years ago and explains what's going on and what I can do to keep them as long as I can ... it's good she takes the time to explain without making me feel awkward.... And I always say to never underestimate a kind word and a nice smile....:)

The hospital was very clean, very friendly and very welcoming. I was shown to my room, given a menu for dinner that night as I was staying over. The staff were all very polite and attentive, even going above and beyond to get me a chocolate milkshake when the kitchen had shut. Very nice people and a very good stay after my first time going under anaesthetic

I needed to have several inoculations for travel to high risk areas. It is possible, but not cost-free, to get this done on the NHS with lots of planning, delays, and waiting for appointments. Or get them all done in one go, here, seamlessly, for a little more cost. Doctor, staff, practice, whole experience all first rate.
