I am a very active 51 year old man and Mr Atkinson fixed my medial meniscus tear which had been obstructing movement in my leg. After 8 weeks I am back swimming, practicing Yoga 5 times a week (all poses including deep squats and child pose) and I also started kick boxing again. I will be training jiu jitsu again in a week's time. I also climbed the stairs at Highgate tube station this week - all 100 of them - without any pain or locking. I had a very good experience with Mr Atkinson. From initial to final consultation I was very happy with the care given to me. In fact my girlfriend who is also a doctor was very impressed by Mr Atkinson's knowledge on a variety of questions she asked. He was very accommodating of her as well allowing her to talk to him on the phone and with me in my final consultation. I want to thank Mr Atkinson for putting me forward for this care, without this I would be struggling with my physical activities and now I have a new lease of life. Thank you so much.

I had an initial appointment with Dr Lauren Colquhoun and Emily Holt at Willow Health, and honestly, it was such a positive experience. The appointment was meant to be an hour, but there was absolutely no rush and they actually spent around 1 hour 15 minutes with me just to make sure everything was covered properly. They really look at everything, my age, lifestyle including diet, exercise and sleep pattern, my long-term health conditions, and all the symptoms I’ve been struggling with. They didn’t rush me at all. They gave me some initial ideas to get started and said we’d talk through options once I’d had time to think things over and review the follow up materials, which I really appreciated. I left feeling genuinely supported and reassured. It was the first time in a long while that I felt confident I was getting the right advice, something you just don’t get in a 10-minute GP appointment. Would 100% recommend Willow Health to anyone needing proper advice, guidance and support.

I visited the doctor for my child, who was experiencing muscle pain in his chest whenever he got tired during physical training. From the very beginning, the doctor was polite, friendly, and extremely professional. He explained each part of the diagnosis step by step and clearly outlined what he planned to do throughout the treatment. He carefully drilled down into every test to identify the root cause, which gave me a lot of confidence. He was very patient and thorough, making sure everything was clearly understood before moving forward. He also created a safe and comfortable space for parents to ask questions and answered every single question with great patience and clarity. Couldn't fault the hospital at all. It is clean, and a very welcoming environment, but of course is absolutely down to the people that run it. Every single member of staff I came across - whether in my pre op assessment appointment, or during my surgical visit - was incredibly kind, patient, and so easy to get along with. I have had few good experiences when it comes to hospital visits, but the two times I've been at The Lister Hospital, I have spoken to and laughed with so many workers. My nurse Rasheed was an absolute gem, and was brilliant with my family when they came to the room after surgery. Whether it was the nurse that helped me to the loo, the people on reception, the physio - every single person I interacted with made it such a calm and positive experience, their kindness will stay with me so thank you very much

I was intrigued by the services offered, as they seemed too good to be true. I'm a mid-life woman, starting to worry more about my overall health and wellbeing but didn't want to burden the NHS with curiosity! I really just wanted to have an MOT, to spot any underlying issues or potential health concerns. I was really impressed with the whole set up - state of the art machines, beautiful and clean building - with the most relatable, down-to-earth and professional team of experts. I felt in safe hands, and I had all the advice, tests and support I needed to give me a 12 month clean bill of health but with some advice on how to improve and maintain my health and wellbeing. Dr. Nicholas was amazing- he came in prior to surgery and walked me through each step. Not only was he a comforting presence, his communication throughout surgery made it so that I knew everything that was going on through my entire c-section. I was able to tell him how I felt during surgery and after and he adjusted care as such. Dr. Nichols took the time to listen to my concerns from previous c-sections and our plans for pain management and reassured us every step of the way. He even took some wonderful photos of delivery on our phone! Dr. Nichols is not only wonderful at his job, but such a kind person who genuinely cares about his patients and their comfort both physical and mental.

My experience overall was very good. I gave 4 stars instead of 5 because the Receptionist in the Imaging Department (Basement) was off-hand, unhelpful and unfriendly. My only other complaint is that I was told that it is never possible to speak to anyone in accounts regarding invoicing, whether it is face to face or on the telephone. This is an unacceptable practice which upsets a lot of people. The thought of not being able to sort out any invoicing issues except by email is a worry to many, especially older people.

We went to see Mr Valsamakis about our newborns tongue tie. He was welcoming, friendly and professional. He talked us through our options and was gentle and caring with our newborn. When we decided to go ahead with divided the tongue tie he was made the procedure as painless and gentle as possible. He made sure we had a room to feed afterwards and came to check on us - I got the impression he genuinely carded about us and our newborn.

Everyone at ACE from the nurses to the doctors have been amazing at making us and our son feel comfortable and confident through what could be a nerve wrecking experience! The whole experience doesn’t feel clinical, and our son looks forward to being able to come and play at the centre while he’s observed. as parents we feel super supported through the whole process and everyone is incredible kind and well versed in their field.

Spire was brilliant. Clean, Friendly staff, fast process (MRI in just a few days for example). I had a nerve block injection at Murrayfield and I had my own room which was spotless, all the staff were great from the nurse in the ward to the surgeon via the person who brought me lunch (which I could pick off a menu). Would highly recommend (though don’t injure yourself in the first place if you can help it)
