On the day of surgery, I experienced the usual nerves, but I felt completely confident in his expertise and skill. I’m truly grateful to have found him! During the post-operative follow-up, I felt comfortable discussing my recovery, and my partner joined me, sharing the same impression of Mr. Minas's personable approach and thorough explanations. Overall, my experience has been overwhelmingly positive. Mental State Examination - of the psychiatrist Pleasant on interaction, quickly establishes a warm rapport and puts you at ease. His questions are structured but feel natural, and he allows you to go off on tangents while gently bringing you back on track when needed. He explains his thinking clearly, checks your understanding, and comes across as calm, grounded and genuinely interested. Throughout the assessment he was fully present, respectful and kind, while still being appropriately thorough and evidence-based. Impression Dr Athanasios Tsoumpris is a highly competent and compassionate Consultant Psychiatrist with real expertise in adult ADHD. I felt listened to, taken seriously and never rushed, and I left the assessment feeling understood and hopeful rather than judged. I am very happy with my diagnosis and the way it was reached, and I would wholeheartedly recommend him to anyone seeking an ADHD assessment or ongoing care.

I have struggled all my life, 55 years not being able to burp with severe pains and awkward gurgling sounds coming from my chest. Mr Hughes diagnosed this as R-CPD or no burp syndrome. I attended hospital which I was a little worried about as I had never been in hospital before never mind had a general anaesthetic. I needn't have worried as Mr Hughes and his team but me at my ease and explained everything. I had the procedure and I left hospital the same day in anticipation of what would happen next. Within a few days I started to burp. It was incredible. Its been 2 months now and the results are excellent. No more pain, no sounds. I can eat and drink what I like without any worries of the aftereffects of trapped gas. Thankyou Mr Hughes and your team for your excellent work in what is truly lifechanging for me.

As someone who was quite anxious about apprehensive about surgery, Mr Din spent alot of time reassuring me and giving me lots of information about the procedure. I felt listened to, and although Mr Din has plenty of patients I’m sure - I felt like the only one. That is testament to his five star bedside manner. My surgery was a complete success and I now have life changing confidence in my knee. My case was made slightly more complicated due to my hyper mobility, however I had full confidence in Mr Din. Recovery was aided by reassurance from Mr Din, whom I felt was contactable throughout. I cannot express my gratitude enough, or recommend Mr Din enough!

It was a really welcoming and professsional. Ms Ray was very friendly and welcoming. She put my daughter as ease. There was a slight confusion with the xray as my daughter didn’t realise she was meant to drop the form round to the x Ray department so we were waiting in the main reception for a while before I asked how long it would be. However it was quick to get the xray and bloods. My only issue was the parking. There were so many areas for consultants, disabled, oncology, staff, which is understandable but it meant we had to drive around 3 times to find a space.

The doctor was really rude and unprofessional about other members of staff to me. He also didn't check that I'd received appropriate amount of anaesthetic before doing the procedure leaving me in an unacceptable amount of pain for which he didn't apologise or check to see if I was ok. He also tried to do the procedure on the wrong eye and after checking the eye he could see where I'd had a previous procedure and said, "At least I can see you're not lying". I do not want this awful man near me ever again.

Mr Dimitri is very personable and an excellent consultant. I was booked in to have my varicose veins glued, he explained the procedure thoroughly. I was extremely nervous on the day but both he and Carys were patient and kind, they even put my choice of film on the TV to watch during the procedure! After being very self conscious of my unsightly veins they are now nowhere to be seen. Excellent results and I really couldn’t be happier!

It was my second cataract removal this time on my left eye which was excellently carried out as was the first with the nursing staff preparing me for the operation carrying it out in a very professional way explaining each procedure in a kindly manner. His new practice manager needs to take a leaf out of his book as she is officious and it puts people off, hence my not giving 5 stars for overall experience. I was seen very fast, received a very thorough examination initially, given a heart scan & a heart monitor to wear for 1 week.
