I had been experiencing symptoms for more than six months and decided to go private when my NHS referral was postponed a second time. I was nervous beforehand, but Dr Gratwicke was very reassuring. He gave me time to explain my symptoms and listened carefully. He took into account my family medical history and carried out an examination with a chaperone present. I did not feel rushed or that my symptoms were being dismissed. He recommended two scans and clearly explained the purpose of each. His report of my initial consultation came through in less than a week and was detailed and accurate. Once the scans were done, I was able to see Dr Gratwicke soon after to get my results. Again, he explained everything clearly and gave me a good understanding of what was causing my symptoms. The MRI had flagged something else as well, which required me to contact Dr Gratwicke through his admin team after the appointment. He responded to the additional information I sent through the very next day, again putting my mind at rest. Dr Gratwicke is calm, reassuring and extremely efficient in terms of organising referrals and reporting results. I am very grateful to him for his time and expertise.

Finally Got Answers! I'm a student in my twenties and had been struggling for ages, suspecting I might have ADHD but not really knowing where to start. From the moment I contacted London Trusted Therapy, the onboarding process was smooth and reassuring - they made what felt like quite a daunting step much easier. Dr Mahen was brilliant throughout the assessment. I'd been worried it would feel clinical or judgemental, but he was so warm and genuinely interested in understanding my experiences. The interview itself felt more like a proper conversation than an interrogation, which helped me open up about things I'd found difficult to articulate before. The outcome has been really validating. Getting a proper assessment and understanding what's been going on has been such a relief. Dr Mahen took the time to explain everything clearly and discuss next steps, which made me feel supported rather than just handed a diagnosis and sent on my way. If you're a student wondering whether to get assessed, I'd absolutely recommend Dr Mahen and the team here. They made the whole process so much less intimidating than I'd feared, and I'm genuinely grateful for the clarity and support

He made me feel at ease and was very precise with his explanation. I had a sensitive issue and again Mr Thomas and his amazing secretary arranged everything with no complications. I have had my follow up and everything is going well and mr Thomas reassured me any issues that might occur he and his team will address it but I’m well on the road to recovery,so not expecting any complications but reassuring to know he is there if needed, so thank you again .

The waiting has been difficult as communication has been poor. I have struggled to get a response from the office both via email and phone. I had a combined assessment and received my ADHD outcome 3 weeks ago. I am still waiting for my autism assessment outcome despite being told the clinical decision has been made. The staff I saw as part of my assessment were fantastic and the support team have been helpful (when I’ve been able to contact them). It’s just a shame that the poor communication has spoilt the overall experience. It would have been good to under the process flow at each stage.

I went to see Mr Shukla about an issue with my finger. He was really great and we have a date to get the issue sorted. However, he went over and beyond for me - I mentioned my shoulder issue and whilst I went for an x-ray on my finger he (just because he was interested) pulled out my previous shoulder x-ray and offered me a solution that no one else has mentioned in the several years I have been having problems. I am still blown away by him and so grateful that I now have an option to sort my other issue! Thank you Mr S, you are my Christmas hero!

I had been experiencing problems with my thumb and knees, tried various things including thumb splint. Saw Dr James Thing and must say the experience start to finish was excellent, pinpointed problem areas and carried out scan and targeted areas that were problem and treated, now no longer need splin or pain relief. So much more movement in knees too. Would highly recommend.

I had a large incisional hernia operation that ran a full length of my abdomen, Dr Bhardwaj was excellent, very professional very approachable, and kept me fully informed of what was required and how he was going to operate. I’m now 5 weeks post op and have healed up beautifully with a very neat scar, his needle work is worthy of Savile Row! I can’t recommend him enough.

The 2 and half hour waiting time for a 5-minute test was severely dissatisfying. The endoscope tube was much too thick, thicker than it is necessary perhaps. Nowadays the medical technology is much advanced and I truly believe a thinner tube can do the job sufficiently as well as improving patient comfort.

It’s a stressful experience having surgery so all the fact that everyone is so pleasant, professional, kind and thoughtful, makes all the difference. The facility is extremely welcoming, spotlessly clean and the fish tanks are a nice touch. Unfortunately the only criticism is the lack of parking.
