My partner is under the care of Dr Iftikhar for heart failure. Following a procedure performed by Dr Fazal we visited today for a check up. I have to say I find the doctor to be very thorough, informative and knowledgeable , he is direct ( in a positive way ) and he answered any queries we had in a very clear and concise manner which I appreciate . He is approachable and as a very concerned partner this Doctor has particularly helped with alleviating much of the stress that comes with your family being unwell. The visit revealed that the operation was a complete success and in order to optimise the results the doctor is revisiting his medication doses to go along with the positive results that the tests revealed today. He certainly aims for the best possible result whether that is through surgery or medications .

Mr Jonathan Yu

Mr Yu performed successful glaucoma surgery on my eye 2 months ago. He is highly skilled and knowledgeable, taking the time to clearly explain the procedure to me beforehand, patiently answering all my questions fully. He is very calm and reassuring, (as is his whole team) so I felt relaxed and confident on the day. His continuing aftercare has been excellent, and my eye recovered more quickly than I expected, with much less pain than I had anticipated, all down to his high level of expertise. I will definitely choose him for future treatment and have no hesitation in recommending him to anyone considering this type of surgery. I am so grateful to him and his team.

Mr Michael Crabtree

For each of the initial consultation, surgery and post-op follow-up Mr Crabtree provided an excellent service, instilling confidence through friendly yet consise communication. My hernia repair operation was very much a success and my speedy recovery I believe was down to the surgical skills of Mr Crabtree. It would have been nice for me to have had a brief meeting with Mr Crabtree on the day (the post-operation) to discuss a concern. That said, the nurse looking after me was able to convey that all had gone well and that no complications were envisaged.

I had eye sight check, 14/1/2026 a cataract was found, referral to Clarity made.Same day call from Clarity appointment made for 26/1/2926. Appointment for surgery made for 05/02/2026. Attended and I wish to bring to your notice that I was firstly dealt with by Leon who was excellent. The operation went very smoothly. Sight the next morning was very slightly blurred. I was impressed at the service supplied by Clarity from beginning to end has been excellent and I would highly recommend Clarity.

I saw Dr Ritchie for a chronic cough and had an excellent experience. He was professional yet friendly and very easy to talk to. He arranged multiple diagnostic tests promptly and explained every step of the process, as well as the results, in a clear and reassuring way. His communication was excellent and really put my mind at ease. Thanks to his care, I am finally sleeping without coughing for the first time in five months. I would highly recommend Dr Ritchie.

Immediately I met him I felt at ease following some initial investigations with the cardiac nurse a few days before. The doctor was 8 mins late *(with no apology for the late running( and them seemed to have a different idea of why i was there to me - he thought he was just assessing skin tags rather than removing - and then said he didnt have time to remove them - yet he was the one running late. I will come for the follow up but after that will never use this practice again.

Pessimo ... fui medicado nao resultou fui uma unica vez aì fiz a medicaçao durante 28 dias dizendo que quando acabasse a medicaçao telefonace de novo para a medica e no final tinha de pagar nova consulta,nao ficando bom e na mesma do problema. Bastante caro e mau atendimento
