I was very fortunate to meet my consultant Dr Gulati at the QEH Woolwich who carried out my first coronary angioplasty PCI which went off smoothly a month ago. I had another artery that needed the same procedure. The artery in question was severely blocked. I was delighted when Dr Gulati advised me that I was eligible to have ground breaking treatment at St Thomas Hospital that uses a new device. He clearly had my best interest at heart and I was very happy to give my consent to this treatment on trial. I had the procedure a week ago and I have healed up well and there have been no issues since. I have felt much more energy since having the treatment; the artery that was severely blocked is now working again well and I feel so much better. I think I hit the jackpot meeting Dr Gulati along with his team. I cannot praise him highly enough.

I wish I started visiting Dr Lola earlier! She has extensive knowledge in the treatment of specialist issues like MCAS and the natural treatments and alternative testing have changed everything for me and my health after 10 years of struggling and NHS prescribed antibiotics and waiting times causing damage. Being looked at as a whole person is so comforting but also makes all the links to see what the causes of symptoms are instead of temporary and damaging solutions. Would highly recommend and well worth the price especially with a detailed report afterwards and the option to buy some of the supplements online without taking a cut like other practitioners. I’ve seen a naturopath before but also having a specialist doctor is a game changer and know you are taking exactly the right things and not wasting money.

Had appointment for ear wax removal. Arrived at wrong address as was unaware that location had moved, luckily spotted new location across the road. Receptionist was not welcoming and was more interested in arranging diary on computer with her colleague. Was informed during my ear examination that there was inflammation in one of my ears and that report would be emailed to me for my GP, never received report. Audiologist was very pushy on when my last hearing test was and had keep repeating that I just want ear wax removal. I have been coming to Ruislip ear care for many years but none of the staff that day were familiar to me and when booking there was no choice of practitioner. No sign of Jo Jolly or Paul so maybe under new ownership?

The organisation and delivery of the service was very good indeed. The welcome was friendly, the checking / note-taking was meticulous and the procedure was managed promptly and efficiently by the nursing staff. The anaesthetist prepared and monitored pain relief throughout. Mr Chan replaced my defective lens with the minimum of fuss and 24 hours later my eye feels as if it has returned to normal. Anyone anticipating this procedure should be calm and confident that they will receive the very best of attention in order to achieve their desired outcome.

From my initial consultation where he clearly explained everything, drew pictures to ensure i understood clearly, all the way through to post operative care, it is clear that he clearly cares about his patients and the outcomes of any procedure. he has made a very stressful and worrying time easy to manage, put mine and my families concerns at ease and is still checking in now months after my op to make sure i am ok. I've first went to see Stephen 10 years ago, over the years I've seen him for various osteo misalignment issues, plantar fasciitis and more recently kinesiology which I found fascinating and spot on! Stephen really quickly pinpoints the underlying cause and provides you with a solution to it that I know would've taken months had I gone to a doctor. I'm soo impressed I've recently taken my mum to see him and she's now walking straight after only a couple of sessions. Couldn't recommend him highly enough.

Mr Shukla performed a total hip replacement to my left hip in 2015 and all went well, in fact very well. He also performed a rotator cuff on my shoulder in 2012 and again a complete success. I therefore had no hesitation in paying him a visit on 21st Oct to inspect me right hip. His advice was I needed a complete hip replacement. I valued his advice and have arranged to have the op in late November. I am very optimistic about the outcome.

The hearing specialist was very friendly and helpful. The receptionist at 127 Harley Street does not present a good introduction for your practice. I’ve been there before and she is never welcoming or particularly informative. I appreciate you share this practice with others put first impressions make a difference and this is not reflected in any other part of your operation where people always seem warm and helpful.

I can't speak highly enough of Dr Hull. She took a lot of time to really understand my issues and go back through my medical history. She was very methodical to rule out other possibilities before diagnosis and explained everything very clearly. She also very quickly responded to a few follow-up questions via her excellent assistant, Isha. I would highly recommend Dr Hull.

His skill with regard to my own experiance in practice was without question, resolving all problems caused by my BPH condition. With no subsequent probems often associated with other types of surgery employed to rectify associated BPH conditions.

Mr George is a very caring, highly experienced professional. My recent total hip replacement went extremely well and the scar is barely visible due to his advanced methods of surgery. He will be doing my other hip replacement when it becomes necessary having given me the best outcome in preparation for this after doing the first surgery.
