Mr Awad has been absolutely amazing throughout my mother’s treatment. She’s been seeing him for around 4 months for a lower eyelid growth, which was both invasive and extremely painful. Mr Awad has been so warm, kind and professional at all times and has been so reassuring. My Mum had the growth removed and eyelid reconstruction on the 18th Dec by Mr Awad and the results are truly fabulous. Mum is already mostly pain free and the surgery is so discreet that it’s hardly noticeable. We cannot praise Mr Awad enough and we would also like to say the same for his team in surgery, recovery and clinic. They are all absolutely outstanding and we are so grateful to them all for the treatment Mum has received. We would very much appreciate it if you can pass on our thanks.

I cannot thank mr Rhys Thomas , his secretary and all the staff at Blackheath hospital enough they were all absolutely fantastic,and would recommend anyone who needs hernia treatment to go with mr Thomas and Blackheath hospital. He made me feel at ease and was very precise with his explanation. I had a sensitive issue and again Mr Thomas and his amazing secretary arranged everything with no complications. I have had my follow up and everything is going well and mr Thomas reassured me any issues that might occur he and his team will address it but I’m well on the road to recovery,so not expecting any complications but reassuring to know he is there if needed, so thank you again .

The general experience was excellent - all the staff readily on call any time of the day or night. Although I had some blood pressure problems, it was dealt with efficiently. I would like to identify Aiden as a particularly lovely person who made me feel very relaxed in a stressful situation. The physios were also very good. I would have liked a more detailed discharge plan for exercises to aid my recovery. The pain killers given on discharge seem to be only mildly effective and my pain level remains quite high. I have a lot of bruising on my thigh, which l wasn't told as a possibility. I wasn't given any information about ways to help with the stiffness. Overall, I would recommend the hospital to anyone

I had a video consultation with Dr Kallis. In the previous months I had a abdominal ultrasound scan and a CT abdomen and pelvis dual phase scan which appeared to show conflicting results. Dr Kallis explained the purpose and limitations of such scans as the reason for such conflicts, which I found understandable and reassuring. He also outlined the appropriate tests to take to clarify any remaining issues. Dr Kallis was patient and clear in responding to any questions I had. The organisation of the video consultation was very efficiently handled by his Medical Secretary. I would certainly recommend Dr Kallis

I’ve been with Medical Prime for 4 years and I can’t recommend Dr Theodora Kalentzi highly enough. Menopause symptoms can creep up on you,. It’s easy to ignore if not extreme but over time you can lose your former self. It doesn’t have to be that way. Dr Kalentzi offers a highly personalised approach to finding the right type af HRT for each patient. Visits for me are a time to focus on me and my overall health and wellbeing. Dr Kalentzi makes her patients feel at ease and truly delivers life transformation results for women going through the menopause.

I was very impressed with the service provided and the professionalism of the team. I was quoted a five month wait with NHS at the Countess of Chester for a standard Ecardiogram.At Venturi Cardiology I was seen in two days. In terms of Cost Venturi were again a top performer. Whilst I cannot rate the quality of the report sent to my GP and a Cardiologist and myself completely baffled me (as you would expect)the overall service was top notch, and I would not hesitate to recommend them. I was pleasantly surprised about the efficiency of Newmedica Worcester. I had only used NHS services prior to my NHS Newmedica appointments for cataract removal on both eyes. I was seen very quickly after referral by Specsavers Malvern. Each appointment went flawlessly. I also had laser treatment in my right eye. All staff were friendly and professional and I am very grateful to be able to see clearly once more.

Friendly staff at Main Reception who gave clear directions to Imaging Department. Department staff were friendly, professional and efficient. Radiographer was great - clear with his questions and explanations. Changing room was a good size, but would benefit from redecoration and coat hooks/hangers would be useful. Overall, a good experience, but would have liked the report to have been sent to the referrer quicker.

I thoroughly enjoyed staying in The Westminster Maternity Suite twice, after delivering my babies. The care, cleanliness, privacy, personal space and food are fantastic.
