I accompanied my teenage daughter to visit Dr Jog, following an initial consultation where my husband had been present. During the initial consultation, I had been overseas with work and because of the conviction my husband spoke about Dr Jog, I felt reassured and comforted that my daughter was in safe hands. Not being home for such a significant consultation was difficult but Dr Jog’s professionalism, confidence and assurance, as relayed by both my daughter and husband, made it a little easier for me. When it was time for our next consultation, we were apprehensive but were immediately put at ease by Dr Jog. She was sensitive to my daughter’s feelings, treated her with respect and grace, and spoke to her clearly without ambiguity. Dr Jog’s presence and conduct throughout our interactions was refreshing and reassuring. We would have rather not needed to attend the clinic at all, however I am grateful to Dr Jog for making the experience as positive as she did, for her kind words to my daughter and most importantly giving my daughter confidence on leaving the hospital to conquer the world! She is a true role model to young women.

I attended an appointment with a consultant who immediately ascetained that I would benefit from an x-ray. I was provided a form, send through to the x-ray lounge and proceeded to have an x-ray immediately. I then returned to the consultant and knocked on the door expecting to have to wait and was called in before I could even make it to my seat. We then discussed the results and agreed an MRI would be required. I then booked this immediately for two days later. I was in and out in 18 minutes. The whole experience was exceptional.

I am so grateful to them for their expertise and thorough approach.. We had previously seen a different provider who unfortunately over-complicated the process of oral immunotherapy (OIT); Professor Fox's treatment was pragmatic, achievable and best of all incredibly effective in improving our child's allergies and quality of life.

I have been seeing Dr.Kingswood for the last three years after being diagnosed with low kidney function. He is extremely kind to someone with “white coat syndrome “explains everything that I should be aware of. Recently he has suggested weight loss injections as I find it difficult to lose weight I was also pre diabetic. This is beginning to show great results with weight loss and the overall BP readings. Again Dr.Kingswood has explained the benefits and the drawbacks to be aware of.

At my first consultation,Adam confirmed diagnosis, laid out my options, and then his team made all the necessary arrangements for laparoscopic cholecystectomy at The New Victoria. The surgery was more straightforward than I had expected, and the recovery quicker. From first consultation to final follow up I found Professor Frampton to be professional, clearly very skilled, but also friendly and approachable. Highly recommended .

On the day everything was fully explained by him and his staff. In particular the anaesthetist was very helpful, friendly and conference inspiring. Lovely helpful doctor, didn't feel rushed, was listened too. Only reason no 5 star was hard to get through to reception and the inconvenience of being sent a letter for telephone appointment instead of agreed face to face appointment and not being able to get through to reception until the 11th hour to confirm and endure we had the correct appointment. Hospital was clean and looked well kept and staff were very friendly and attentive.

She was warm, positive, respectful and dealt with my needs very professionally. I was re- assured with the positive measures organised. The blood work was excellently completed. A satisfactory and uplifting experience.

The dentist was very good. Friendly and professional. The hygienist felt as though they were trying to sell additional products and if I hadn’t asked the right questions I’d have been caught out, just like someone who was paying in front of me was. The Saturday receptionist was friendly and helpful The weekday receptionist was a little abrupt and less customer service oriented
