As a Nervous patient about to have an Extraction..I was sitting In the waiting room Dreading every second The Receptionist was very nice and made me feel at ease Then after a very short wait ..the time had come for me to face my Fears.. As I sat in the chair the procedure was explained to me in full and the Dentist really made me feel Comfortable and at ease .. The first Extraction had taken place without me even being aware ..so no pain whatsoever Time for the second Extraction.. The Dentist asked me to rinse my mouth And I promise the second Extraction had already been carried out without me being aware ..completely pain free ..the dentist advised me that she should carry out a filling to another one of my teeth ..I was a bit reluctant..she cleaned the area and what I can only describe as her massaging the affected tooth the filling was carried out successfully.. I have a follow on Appointment in January And can Honestly say ..im looking forward to it Oh and to add ...when the Anesthetic wore off I experienced no pain or Discomfort whatsoever..and less than 24 hours later I sat down and enjoyed hot coffee With no Discomfort.... I can't thank you enough for your Treatment..and after 64 years ..im no longer a Nervous Patient Thank you

I recommend Dr Dipa Jayaseelan, a neurologist, without reservation. I saw her very recently for a parasthesia condition which I had wrongly decided might be a symptom of diabetes. She is self-evidently confident, patient, thorough and seemingly more than happy to take whatever time is necessary to answer your questions and provide explanations which are comprehensive and notably lacking in the over-simplification or condescension that is sometimes a feature of advice proffered by specialist medical consultants. She was prepared to offer a view (subject to scans and blood tests) as to the most likely causes of my condition, and carefully explained the nature, consequences and potential treatment for each possibility. I have no doubt that she had many time and other pressures on her, and may well have been tempted to defer the discussion until results had been obtained, but there was not the slightest hint of any of this. She is a credit to the Cleveland Clinic and the medical profession generally. If you need to consult a neurologist, Dr Jayaseelan is without a doubt amongst the best.

Excellent. I am currently undergoing IVF treatment with Professor Yacoub Khalaf at Guys Hospital in London. A few days ago Prof. Khalaf successfully collected 3 eggs, which I am very happy about. So far I am very impressed and completely satisfied with the high quality of medical care at the IVF clinic at Guys Hospital directed by Prof. Khalif. Previously I have undergone IVF treatments at one NHS and two private clinics in London, and I can confidently say that the integrity, honesty and personal care I have received from Prof Khalaf is exceptional, and well beyond that of the other clinics. The staff is well trained, and the process has been very efficient and easy. Unlike the other clinics they have not prescribed unnecessary medication or unnecessary scans. As a result the experience at Guys has been less emotionally and physically intrusive. My husband and I can recommend Prof Khalaf very highly.

I came to Mr Amer Raza with suspected endometriosis in which I have been going back on forth with various different doctors for 7 years with no official diagnosis or treatment. He listened to all my concerns and took time to explain endometriosis very clearly to me. He later diagnosed me with deep infiltrating endometriosis after an MRI which he also explained the results in great depth. A few months later I had a robotic assisted surgery performed by Mr Amer Raza and two other consultants which I had met with previously and who were also very knowledgeable in endometriosis. After my surgery Mr Raza explained every step of the surgery with a video and how this linked to all my symptoms and pain. My surgery went really well and I am very grateful that I had Mr Amer Raza as my Surgeon.

I recently visited the London Gynaecology Centre for an appointment with Ms. Mishra, and I couldn’t be more grateful for the care I received. From the moment I arrived, I felt completely at ease. Ms. Mishra was incredibly thorough, taking the time to explain everything clearly and answer all of my questions without ever making me feel rushed. What stood out most was her kindness—she approached every part of the consultation with genuine compassion and professionalism. It’s rare to find a clinician who is both highly knowledgeable and truly empathetic, but Ms. Mishra embodies both. I left feeling reassured as I could be-in my situation, informed, and very well looked after. I had 8 'bits and pieces' (moles etc) removed by Elaine Agius on 17 November at the Moorgate Centre, ably supported by two nurses (April and one other - sorry, didn't catch her name). The whole exercise was incredibly efficient and carried out in an obviously super-clean, sterile environment. 'Doc' Agius was wholly professional, with a caring 'bedside-manner' eg she provided helpful, accurate and reassuring 'warnings/prompts' prior to every single one of her procedures (including the frequent and slightly cool sterilisation wipe-downs). This avoided any surprises and instilled instant confidence in the guy under the knife. Thank you for a relatively enjoyable experience - I would strongly recommend that team and venue to anyone thinking of having similar treatment.

The Spire has excellent facilities (car parking, waiting area, consulting rooms etc) and the reception staff are very attentive and helpful. The “formal check in” using an iPad is an unnecessary hurdle for patients to negotiate. The earlier system of just checking in with the receptionist was much better. My appointment with Dr. Balerdi was on time and a very useful session. Re. Dr. Balerdi himself, my very postive comments are in an earlier section.
