I booked a consultation for my daughter, Olivia P,with Mr Robert Sutcliffe on Monday 24th November 2025 at 2.00pm. With Olivia’s full consent, I handled all communication on her behalf due to her work commitments. Before the appointment, Mr Sutcliffe’s secretary contacted me to ask whether the consultation could be moved to the following week. I explained that we were due to travel abroad for three weeks to celebrate my husband’s milestone birthday. She advised she would discuss this with Mr Sutcliffe. She later called back to confirm that, in light of our circumstances, Mr Sutcliffe was happy to keep the original appointment — which he honoured. I accompanied Olivia to her consultation. Mr Sutcliffe was exceptionally thorough. He examined her carefully, explained his diagnosis with clarity and compassion, and put both of us completely at ease as he outlined the next steps. He requested a further liver function blood test, which Olivia had done at Nuffield Health Wolverhampton. I asked Nuffield Health to send the results to both Mr Sutcliffe and Olivia’s GP, which was done. Mr Sutcliffe’s secretary informed me as soon as the results were received and assured me they would be reviewed promptly. True to her word, Mr Sutcliffe reviewed the results quickly. His secretary then advised that he had no concerns and that our planned follow-up in the New Year could go ahead as arranged. I would also like to note that, as we were leaving Harborne Hospital, we happened to see Mr Sutcliffe leaving at the same time. It was clear he had come in specifically to see Olivia that day, knowing we were travelling abroad — something he was under no obligation to do. As a family, we found this gesture incredibly thoughtful and deeply appreciated it. Throughout the entire process, Mr Sutcliffe could not have been more helpful, supportive or empathetic. I am truly grateful that we can now go away on our family celebration holiday with complete peace of mind, knowing my daughter is under the care of such a capable, caring and dedicated professional. We cannot recommend Shalini highly enough—especially for first-time parents or those with medical conditions (I had gestational diabetes). But truly, anyone looking for peace of mind during pregnancy would be lucky to have her care. Our entire pregnancy and birth experience was incredibly positive. So much so that we’re already thinking about returning in a few years—we’ll be very happy repeat patients! 😇 I also went through some difficult personal circumstances during pregnancy, and Shalini provided not just outstanding medical care, but genuine emotional support as well. I’m deeply grateful for her compassion during that time. As for the birth itself—wow. It wasn’t the easiest delivery, and we came close to needing an emergency C-section. But Shalini respected our choices throughout and used her skill and experience to guide us safely through. In the end, our daughter was born naturally, and I’ve been recovering remarkably well—with just one extra night in hospital postnatally. Thank you, Shalini, for walking this journey with us. The recent visit was very informative. Mr Hawary explains the results concisely and at a level a none medical person understands. All the meetings have been informal, even noticing when one of us had a worried look. He explained the diagnosis, showing us the results and explaining what they ment alleviating any concerns. He also explained what I should be doing next, ie pelvic floor exercises and sent a link to the document that explains how to do them; which is very useful. I am extremely happy with all the consultations we have had with Mr Hawary.

Couldn't praise Mr Tang anymore. From the moment I met him, kind, knowledgeable, calm, and I felt at ease even though I ripped my bicep less than a day before meeting him and was in a serious amount of pain. There wasn't a question he couldn't answer, and the surgery was as painless as it could have been. He did say he has never seen a bicep recover so quickly, which I am very proud of; however, I think that was more him than me. Thank you again.

The London Clinic offers such a comfortable and clean environment, clinical in all the right ways, but still homely and warm. It feels far less “hospital-like” than most medical settings, which really helped me relax. The staff were all friendly, welcoming, and genuinely approachable from the moment I walked in. And the unlimited coffee on tap was a lovely touch! Overall, a calm, high quality clinic experience that made a big difference to my visit.

Was overnight stay at Ninewells Hospital in Dundee, all staff were very polite and courteous to myself and the other 5 people within the ward during my stay. The team were very attentive to each individuals needs, which made for a pleasant stay.
