Having met several obstetricians in our hunt for the right DR we immediately fell for and felt connect too Dr Shalini. She quickly put us at ease of our fears and understood what worried us in relation to the birthing process, reassuring us with comfort and competence. Dr Shalini did not let us down post our first meeting, always being available (at all hours) and showed unreserved dedication to making sure we were catered for in every way we needed, and that we were her priority. In the end the birth was not going as originally planned, Dr Shalini handled the situation calmly and kept us informed yet not scared. All was explained, we were involved the whole way, all the way through the eventual C-section, this was after Dr Shalini had gone over and beyond to try and keep our wishes of a natural birth. The C-section was unavoidable for both me and our baby, and was done so well that I was up and walking the same day and have not had any complications since. Everyone who has since seen my scar has paid it compliments (and I normally scar badly), and after 19 days the scar is a distant line. We are wanting to plan more babies and would not consider another but Dr Shalini to be with us all the way. She calmed me, looked after me and reassured me, never leaving me/us feeling alone. Through the whole birth Dr Shalini maintained eye contact and connection with me, I felt constantly looked after. I feel we have parted as more than friends. THANK YOU DR SHALINI

I am writing to formally complain about misleading advertising by the clinic Skin55. Their website led me to believe that laser treatments were available at the clinic, and I booked a consultation directly with the clinic, not with any specific doctor. However, upon attending the appointment, I was informed that the clinic did not have the required laser equipment and that not all doctors at Skin55 perform laser treatments. This discrepancy meant that I paid an initial consultation fee of £300, only to then be told that I would need to be referred to another doctor within the same clinic who does provide laser treatments. This second consultation was then quoted at £380. This sequence of events highlights a lack of transparency and constitutes misleading advertising, resulting in unnecessary expenses and inconvenience. I believe that this matter warrants investigation to ensure that Skin55’s practices align with advertising and consumer-protection regulations. I am prepared to provide supporting documentation upon request

Dr. Fiona Moore who looked after us was truly exceptional — so kind, patient, and deeply respectful with my child. Her friendly, calm manner made an experience that could have been very stressful into something positive and manageable. The staff at the clinic were also wonderful — welcoming, understanding, and very supportive throughout our visit. Everyone treated us with kindness and professionalism, which made such a difference to our day. It’s rare to meet a doctor and team who combines such professional skill with genuine warmth and understanding, and we felt completely supported from beginning to end. Having suffered severe pain in my right knee for some time, I am indebted to Julian for working his magic. It's 6-weeks since my partial knee replacement and I am mostly pain free (only feeling pain if I've been standing or walking too much but that's to be expected and is improving every day). My brother recommended Julian having had full knee replacements on both knees. He now happily cycles 50-70 miles most weekends without any problem. I decided it was worth making the effort to travel from South London to get the best knee surgeon I could find. I could not be happier with the results. Julian's advice before, during and post surgery has been honest, clear and professional. He set out all my options and provided his opinion when asked. All the staff at the Saxon Clinic were amazing too, from the nurses to the anaesthetist etc. Brilliant surgeon and a great clinic!

His attention to detail and genuine concern made all the difference and he ensured I understood every step of my treatment. The entire Pixie and Sera team was extremely professional from scheduling either online or by phone to reception at the clinic. They all ensured I was seen within minutes on my appointment days. Keep up great job! Suggestion - If we could get appointments and at least tests and labs done over the weekends. Maybe half days on Saturdays? It is hard for some of us to come on weekdays hence all my appointments had to be done late in the evenings. If I had an option for Saturday I would've preferred that than late in the evenings. Thank you!

Received urgent call requesting blood test for tolerance to Dye. I Moved appointments for that afternoon to facilitate a flying visit. After arrival kept waiting for 35 minutes until I asked reception as was needed elsewhere and was told phlebotomist would be with me shortly. With Phlebotomist approx 3 minutes, total time 50 minutes and 50 miles traveled Then had to wait 9 days for scan which was only scheduled following chase-up from private GP. On presenting for CT Scan was told that they did not require blood test as procedure did not indicate use of dye. Most unimpressive communication and administration throughout

Well organised, and seamless AMD consultation process, from check in to vision tests, scans, consultation, overall plan and eye injection. The consultant is open about updates on both eyes, required medical interventions and forward planning and the Frye injections are brief and painless with no significant side effects other than puditive regarding wet AMD treatment. The team work well together and the physical environment of the AMD clinic is spacially well organised.

I had a great experience at TLC. The therapy team, nursing team and staff are all very friendly and attentive. I felt supported and comfortable throughout my stay. The day is well structured and there is a good balance of groups and downtime. The therapy team are excellent and you really build connection with the counsellors which is unique.
