I was under the care of Dr Syed Ahsan for just over a year, and I cannot recommend him highly enough. He provided exceptional care for my postviral autonomic dysfunction (a condition that is often difficult to get proper care for). Got my Somnowell mouth guard fitted at Causeway Dental in Teddington. Highly recommend the dentist. She was great. The guard really does work if I’m sleeping on my side. My partner and I now sleep together in the same bed! I’ve had the guard for about 6 months- don’t wear it every night as we don’t live together. It does feel a bit weird to wear but I have got used to it. It’s not so useful when I’m on my back as I tend to breathe through my mouth and will snore then. This Somnowell information does address this issue. I would really recommend it - and have - if you snore a lot and have sleep apnea as I do. It really works.

Miriam is a fantastic physio who has helped me in both pre and post partum stages with SIJ inflammation. She is extremely knowledgeable as well as effective, and is clear in explaining her interventions so that you understand what is being done. The exercises she recommends have all helped to take away my pain and increase my mobility. She is also a very warm and compassionate professional who makes you feel at ease. I highly recommend Miriam to anyone needing physio support; particularly those going through pregnancy or postpartum.

Everything was fine until the actual procedure. I could feel at the beginning and the consutant added more anaesthetic drops without me saying anything. When the procedure was finished, my eye was extremely sore and this morning it is very swollen and very bloodshot. This is completely opposite to the first experience with my other eye. I can see okay so I guess that’s what the procedure is for but I’m glad it was the second one that was like this not the first other than the actual procedure, everything was fine.
