He takes time to understand individual circumstances and develops treatment plans tailored to clinical needs. His nursing team is highly skilled and dedicated to patient well-being. I am deeply grateful to Farida, Slim, Anne, and Mahmood for their outstanding post-procedure advice and support. We also appreciated the thoughtful assistance from the catering team, which contributed to a comfortable recovery, and we are especially thankful for the special consideration that allowed my wife to stay with me, making a significant difference to my experience. Both my children were under the care of Dr Sarkar for the last few years and I cannot fault the service. Dr Sarkar was always professional, thorough and kind. She diagnosed my daughters privately as we couldn't wait any longer for an NHS diagnosis due to key stages in the girls' lives. it was the best decision made and best money ever spent. Thanks to the detailed reports we managed to get the girls the help and support they needed and we were also able to understand their differences more as parents. The multidisciplinary team is amazing, one of the most helpful things was the cognitive assessment by Dr Edwards, which described in detail what my daughter struggled with and which were her strongest points. Overall we are really happy with the service and we are forever grateful for all the support, advice and help.

I just wanted to say a big thank you to Mr. White for the great care I received throughout my shoulder surgery journey. From the very first consultation, he made everything easy to understand and always took the time to explain what was going on. His friendly, down-to-earth personality really helped calm any nerves I had. I had my shoulder surgery in February 2025 to stop the recurring dislocations, and I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The whole process—from the prep to the actual surgery—was smooth, and I felt well-looked-after every step of the way. Overall, it was a genuinely positive experience, and I’m really grateful for everything he did to get my shoulder back on track. We took our 9 year old son to see Dr Narayanan. He has been experiencing symptoms of anxiety and potentially depression which were manifesting themselves as physical symptoms often. We wanted to rule out any physical ailment, however Dr Narayanan went considerably beyond our expectations and was able to help us consider options for our son’s current ADHD medication and other treatment and management options. He’s very quiet and lacks confidence and Dr Narayanan amazed me with her ability to bring him out of his shell and speak to him in a way which helped him to open up. Together with her, we now feel that we now have an expert who is owning our son’s treatment and care and supporting us where we need support. I can’t recommend her highly enough.

Dr. Kariyawasam offers a rare and exceptional combination of deep medical expertise and genuine compassion. She is highly skilled in diagnosing her patients with accuracy and efficiency, while also attending thoughtfully to the human concerns that naturally arise when one needs medical evaluation or treatment. Her follow-up letters are always clear, thorough, and truly helpful. Even her secretary is accessible, kind, and supportive, which makes the entire experience smooth and reassuring. Dr. Kariyawasam initially became my doctor by chance, as I needed an urgent appointment and she happened to be available. It is no coincidence, however, that she will remain my doctor moving forward. Her care is outstanding in every way.

Dr Manish Kalla is a wonderful cardiologist and electrophysiologist. He provides an excellent quality of care and has a lot of experience with treating heart rhythm problems. I had a cardioversion and it was wonderful because my normal heart rhythm was immediately restored from atrial fibrillation by Dr Kalla’s expertise. Everything was explained really well so that I feel very confident that I am having the best possible doctor assisting in my care and I look forward to him continuing to do so. I highly recommend him to anyone who is in need of his expertise in restoring a normal healthy heart rhythm. I feel very privileged to have Dr Kalla as my cardiologist and electrophysiologist.

I honestly can't speak highly enough of Dr Salooja (and indeed have sung her praises to family and friends a lot). Dr Salooja offers a level of care that I just think is completely exceptional. She is incredibly personable, takes time to engage, listen and explain whatever medical issues are being discussed, in depth. I'm in my mid-40s and believe she has the best interpersonal skills of any healthcare professional I've ever met. I feel in very safe hands with regards to the medical investigations, discussions around treatment and outcomes; Dr Salooja is clearly extremely knowledgeable and thorough. I was delighted by Cardiff Gate. I had a PSA blood panel. I would be HUGELY delighted if you would consider the following: Blood tests at Sancta in Swansea could gather blood work across greater Swansea Bay. As a suggestion to you, please consider offering that on ONE of your 2 visits per week to Sancta. say, offer morning bloods? Then charge clients a small extra fee to cover a courier to run them all back to Cardiff at midday. You don't really offer such a Bloods service ain Swansea at the moment and it would cover its costs and bring in regular business.

The staff were so kind and helped me to relax when I went for egg collection. The Embryo transfer was a beautiful moment and they ensured it was marked with a photo of the embryo being transferred and a hand written card. Unfortunately, our first transfer was unsuccessful but I know we are in safe hands for our next steps. The admin team in particular have been amazing - responsive, sensitive and friendly.
