Lisa began her career as a professional squash player, competing internationally for more than a decade. In 1991 she became the first British woman in 30 years to win the British Open squash tournament, and she represented England for over 12 years. In recognition of her contribution to the sport, she was awarded an MBE in 1995.
After retiring from professional squash, Lisa completed qualifications in sports massage and went on to study at St Mary’s University in Twickenham, where she gained a degree in Sport Injury Rehabilitation and Sport Science. She has since worked for 15 years as a sports massage therapist and personal trainer in Nottingham and London, treating a wide range of individuals including professional tennis and squash players, triathletes, marathon runners, wheelchair tennis players, recreational athletes and people who are not active in sport.
Lisa continued her clinical training at the British School of Osteopathy, where she completed a master’s degree in osteopathy over five years. Her background in elite sport, combined with extensive one-to-one clinical experience and osteopathic training, enables her to work with patients of all ages and activity levels. She treats a broad spectrum of presentations including sports-related injuries, age-related concerns, work-related postural issues and functional complaints such as digestive problems.

Great experience with Lisa the osteopath. She was friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable. The treatment was effective, and I felt an improvement straight away. Highly recommend.
One of the best osteopaths that has treated me over the last 40 years.

Thank you for your comments. Really appreciated. Lisa
I appear to have developed tennis elbow somehow without playing Tennis, the staff here are all great. I was seen by Lisa who I saw a few years back having somehow developed golfers elbow (wasn't playing golf at the time) Lisa fixed me up so well last time that inhad full confidence she would be able to do the same. Lovely practice and lovely staff.

Thank you for taking time to review your treatment at OW.
Amazing care and professionalism. Sorted and back playing sport after 1 treatment :-)
After suffering a disc prolapse 4 years ago the N.H.S. were able to give me very strong painkillers and offer me an operation which might or might not have resolved the problem. I found Lisa who was offering I.D.D. therapy so after an intense course and monthly top up's I am managing my back.

Thank you for your comprehensive review. Much appreciated!
Visited Lisa recently as I had a little back niggle and, using a combination of manipulation, massage and needles, she successfully treated it and it has gone.
