Kind, quick, succinct treatment and explanation given with confidence after 12 days of not knowing what had happened to me.

I had to remove a pleomorphic adenoma. Because of the to the location of the tumor deep in my face, I had to remove my tonsils to be able to reach it. Professor O'Flynn explained the procedure and the recovery and the risks. I had to undergo a 4.5 hour operation. The results were exactly as he explained. The recovery had some challenges as I was not able to eat very well. I was able to reach professor O'Flynn anytime there was a concern regarding my operation. It is more than 2.5 years from my operation and I am doing very well. He and his team are true professionals with great bedside manners. I could not have asked for a better and more experienced doctor.

Professor Paul was welcoming, friendly and put me at ease straight away. The level of patient care he provides is exceptional, every action and detail was explained clearly and any question I had was answered. I didn’t feel rushed at all in my appointment and left the building feeling confident that I am in the best possible hands.

Prof O’Flynn is the initial team member who saved my life some seven years ago and was instrumental in setting me on”my cancer treatment journey”. He has operated on me in various ways several times and is a consumate professional in skill and in all that he tackles. He is most ably supported by his PA Entela Shapo in his professional career. I recommend him with the utmost confidence(one cannot even see my scars). He is in fact in large part why I am still alive.
