Dr. O'Flynn... is excellent, precise, and his dealings with patients are elegant and even care about his patients

Professor O’Flynn is not only a great highly skilled surgeon but he is also a great support to his patient. As an overseas patient I started communicating over phone and he was so attentive to listen to my case and asked me with no hesitation to share details and guide me on next step prior even to be officially his patient. As a Head &Neck cancer patient I was so worried about having my surgery abroad but the amount of care I got from him and his Assistant Entela made me feel I have been his patient for years. Entela was so supportive and efficient. She made everything seamless including the procedure for admission, follow up appointment, meetings, hospitalization and all communication. She is very caring and for patients in my case it’s of utmost importance to have this level of reassurance. Back to Professor O’Flynn, the surgery was so smooth and honestly I am recovering very fast that I’m kind of really surprised. I had no complications and whenever had doubts he answered me with full details. He works with a great team of Oncologist, radiologist, speech therapist, and dietitian. All of them extended an amazing care to me. I’m really lucky that I had my surgery with Professor O’Flynn and his team. I’m so grateful to Entela for taking care of the emotional support and logistics to facilitate everything to me without really much involvement. I’m very much looking forward to continue my treatment journey with Professor O’Flynn and his team as I fully trust he will conclude my recovery very well.
