I went to see this doctor, 1st time we ever met, I explained all what was going on and other bits. He was very thorough and very much listened to me, he said about a blood test, which I have had done, he phoned me this morning explaining what was found etc, he gave a option and again explained all about it. Was amazing with listening to what was going on , made sure to check my little girl thoroughly. Didn’t make me feel like I was being stupid and prescribed my little girl some medicine to make her better ! Amazing doctor
Consultation was excellent. I made a request on Engage Consult on Wednesday but had heard nothing so had to call today. Was offered an appointment at Upper Church Road but when we arrived the GP was at the other practice. I was then given an appointment later this afternoon so the mistake was put right. I usually have no issues like this so seems like a one off.
The dr was very caring and thoughtful and gave advice too thank you for your time x
Good communication, the doctor made me feel comfortable talking about my issues.
