I would like to say a huge thank you to Dr Ratheesh for the incredible care and support he has given me while I have been dealing with a difficult and painful scrotal issue. From the very beginning, he has been extremely understanding, helpful and reassuring. He has even taken the time to see me without an appointment when I needed help, which I really appreciated. He has always taken the time to listen to my concerns and answer all of my questions thoroughly, never making me feel rushed or like I was being a nuisance. Dr Ratheesh has also been very proactive in making sure I am referred to the right specialists. He referred me to urology for further assessment and has also arranged a referral to dermatology to investigate the underlying skin problems I have been experiencing. I genuinely feel that he has gone above and beyond to help me, and his care and professionalism have made a very stressful situation much easier to deal with. I cannot thank him enough for the time, effort and compassion he has shown me throughout this. An excellent doctor who I would highly recommend to anyone. Thank you, Dr Ratheesh!
