Everything was discussed and explained by both parties giving a feeling of confidence
Dr Ratheesh was patient and listened to my symptoms. He explained what examinations and tests he was doing to understand my condition. I felt comfortable and confident in his interpretation of what I have been experiencing and, he chatted through the plan for further investigation. Dr Ratheesh made it clear that he would also be inviting me back in to discuss the results and review the outcomes. This also put me at ease.
Dr Rachel's explained everything very clearly so I could understand
The doctor took the time to explain my opinions and more importantly listened to my concerns.
Dr Ratheesh has been great, he has looked after me very well. I spoke to him on the 12th April with an update on my symptoms, he asked me do a urine sample and arrange a blood test. When he got the results on the 14th he asked me to urgently attend A&E, which I did.
He was very helpful and supportive. Gave me clear and helpful advice as well as ensuring I have the correct treatment moving forward
Very prompt triage phone call. Empathetic and good understanding of my situation. Solution provided with clear and understandable instructions and reiterated with exceptional clarification.
