I just wanted to take a moment to share how incredibly positive my entire experience was, especially considering I was entering the hospital for an operation. From start to finish, every single individual I encountered went above and beyond to provide exceptional care and service, which truly made a difference in how I felt throughout the entire process. I would like to specifically thank Mr. Streeter, the surgeon/consultant, for his professionalism and reassuring approach, as well as the anaesthetist and their assistant, who made me feel comfortable and safe and talked me through the options. The nurses in the operating theatre were absolutely wonderful, their calm and attentive manner helped me feel at ease during a rather nerve-wracking time. Equally, the nurses on the ward continued that same level of kindness and care, ensuring that I was well looked after throughout my recovery. I'd also like to extend my appreciation to the ladies delivering food—to help me keep my strength up. The porters and cleaners and reception staff were just as impressive, working behind the scenes to ensure everything ran smoothly and the hospital environment remained clean and welcoming. Thanks to each and every one of you, my entire hospital experience was far more pleasant than I could have ever expected. The professionalism, kindness, and teamwork made it a stress-free and truly positive experience. Please do pass on my heartfelt "Thank You" to the entire team!

Dr Omar Ahmed was introduced to my case after a planned colonoscopy was performed. There was a complication with an abnormal polyp and he stepped in and took charge of the situation. He had to seek permission to perform the intricate surgery he wanted to perform and then succeed in performing it expertly. Dr Omar Ahmed wants to keep me in his care as a long term patient to ensure that any other abnormalities are dealt with as quickly, swiftly and in my opinion expertly as possible. I have never had this kind of treatment and care from any other doctor or consultant in the past and I can’t express how grateful and thankful I am that Dr Omar Ahmed treated me and wants to continue to treat me. Professor Bhik Kotecha

Professor Kotecha was amazing, really professional and helpful throughout the entire journey. Starting with clear explanations of the procedure, what to expect for recovery and how to speed up healing and minimise pain as much as possible. He was really flexible with getting me booked in straight away, and the surgery went really smoothly. With only minimal pain afterwards, which I managed with Paracetamol and Ibuprofen. His post-op advice was great, clearly explaining and answering any questions I had. He has chosen a really great support team that helped in the surgery and recovery. I couldn't recommend him enough for how easy and smooth the process was, and how much the surgery has already improved my sleep apnea just a couple of weeks afterwards.

When I was recommended the Life Plus infusion I was shown a price list of 280 for members & 310 for non members & I agreed to proceed . When I paid I was charged 350 and told the price list I had been shown was an old one . The manager offered me £80 credit on any further treatment. Upon reflection I feel I should have been given the £40 reduction today . I also had to endure a neighbour listening to her phone message on loud speaker, when I asked her to use headphones she moved but proceeded to use her phone more quietly which was ok but not great .

I’m very happy with my experience with Erin. I came in with upper back tension and limited shoulder rotation, and after a few months I now have full rotation, much more strength, and far better symmetry. Erin regularly tracked my progress with objective strength data, which was really reassuring. Her colleagues Charlie and Simon were also great—Charlie helped assess symmetry and leg strength with force plates, and Simon’s osteopathy work (especially identifying tension in my first rib) made a big difference to my neck mobility. Highly recommended.

Mr Boshnaq was excellent. He was extremely friendly, not only polite but I also felt that you I could have a joke with him where appropriate. He explained what was wrong and more importantly, he was prepared to take his time and explain things when I had questions. I wasn’t made to feel I was taking too much time, and I felt that I could ask any relevant questions.

Mr Dimitri was very thorough during my initial consultation to extract anything in my medical history that could impact treatment and recovery. All communications with Mr Dimitri’s secretary were first class. The day of my surgery went very smoothly and most importantly Mr Dimitri achieved the outcome I was looking for, no more unsightly veins on lower leg.

Honestly it’s one of the best things that has ever happened to me. I met with Dr Lizzie Brown after being on the ADHD referral list for 8yrs (!!!!!) and I felt so comfortable with her.
