I cannot recommend Dr Michael Adamczyk highly enough. From my initial remote consultation to the post-operative care, the entire experience was outstanding and has allowed me to begin rebuilding my trust in healthcare staff again. After extensive research and a difficult journey with endometriosis symptoms, I chose Dr Adamczyk due to his impressive training and apparent compassionate, responsible approach to patient care. He is down to earth, communicative, and thoroughly answered all my questions, leaving me feeling 100% safe and at peace before and after my surgery. My laparoscopic endometriosis excision six weeks ago was a resounding success as far as short term recovery and symptom improvement goes. Dr Adamczyk is clearly a specialist, detailing subtle, varied spots of deep and superficial endo across my pelvis, making it clear why less-specialised gynaecologists miss the disease. The post-operative recovery has been a testament to his surgical skill. Considering the extent of the surgery, my pain during recovery was manageable and my incisions have healed beautifully. His compassion shone through when he checked in the day after surgery to talk me through my report and photos, and even arranged for colleagues to check on me over the following days. The wider team at The Lister was also phenomenal- the nursing staff and physios were kind, supportive, and amazing at their jobs. Dr Adamczyk's expertise and the care of his team have provided me with the treatment I needed to move into a new chapter of my life. I am incredibly grateful and excited to get back to living my life. I would give 10 stars if it could!

I wasn’t quite sure what to expect when I began my felt sense therapy journey with Hannah a few months ago, when I was going through quite a turbulent time emotionally with some health anxiety. I have suffered with anxiety and occasionally depression for as long as I can remember and I’ve always tried to run away from or distract myself from these uncomfortable feelings, in the hope that they would go away and not return. What I am learning with Hannah, is that I can stay gently with my uncomfortable feelings (without trying to fix them) and this is giving me new insights and deepening bodily awareness, which has allowed for emotional shifts and release. Felt sense therapy is teaching me about grounding and presence, by slowing down my thoughts and connecting to my body in the present moment and sensing inward. With practise and continual guidance from Hannah, I am learning more and more to stay with this felt sense, I have seen remarkable shifts in my ability to handle difficult and uncomfortable emotional situations and this has also given me new perspectives on old situations and is helping me to not get stuck in the inner monologue of negative thoughts. Working with Hannah is a joy, she is so positive, compassionate and encouraging and her incredible, deep knowledge of neuroscience has helped me to understand the way my brain works in a way I never thought possible! I met Chris Hoo at the end of May for my first appointment regarding breast reduction. I had researched Chris and found excellent reviews regarding his work. Even though I was slightly apprehensive I needed the surgery to help with my back pain. Chris and Pauline explained everything before the surgery including all the risks. I got my surgery at the end of July, was in overnight and then returned home to recover. I recovered well however I developed a redness on one breast after 5 weeks. I called the hospital and was seen the same day. Turned out I had an infection and was given a course of antibiotics. Chris was brilliant he scanned me and found a little pocket of fluid which needed drained. Within the week I had no redness or soreness and was feeling good. The next stage of recovery involved me massaging my scars to ensure they are minimised and to be honest they don’t look too bad. I increased my protein intake, take a protein shake every morning and a Vitamin C and Zinc drink to help with my recovery as they recommend.ed. I’m roughly 12 weeks post surgery, had my final appointment with Chris and I’m extremely happy with my results. I would like to thank Chris and his team they are absolutely amazing. I would also like to mention Paula the nurse who was with me before and after the operation and finally Pauline she was a star and helped me with the wound aftercare.

The entire team at Cleveland Clinic London, from the front-of-house staff to the clinical team, were equally impressive. Everyone was welcoming, efficient, and highly professional, creating a seamless and stress-free experience. The attention to detail and genuine care provided by the staff made a significant difference in my visit. Cleveland Clinic London at 55 Moorgate is a world-class facility, and I cannot recommend it highly enough. Dr. Maniyar and the entire team set the standard for exceptional healthcare. We had such a wonderful experience with Paediatric Diagnostics. Both of my children (aged 2 and 11) needed blood tests and a faecal calprotectin test, and I was honestly dreading it — especially for my toddler. But the team were absolutely brilliant from start to finish. They took their time and never rushed us, making sure both children were completely at ease. The staff were so kind, patient, and reassuring, and their calm approach made what could have been a really stressful experience feel relaxed and positive. The clinic itself is so thoughtfully set up — from the toys and little treats to the drinks and friendly atmosphere, everything is designed to make children (and parents!) feel comfortable. I can’t thank them enough for turning something I thought would be traumatic into such a calm and even happy experience. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Paediatric Diagnostics to any family.

Dr. Hill is a phenomenal surgeon — incredibly skilled, friendly, and easy to deal with. He immediately puts you at ease and makes you feel relaxed and comfortable. It’s clear that he’s not only respected by his patients but also by the staff; all the nurses spoke so highly of him, both personally and professionally. They even mentioned that they can always recognize his surgical work by the exceptional standard and care he provides. All of the staff were excellent. Sku checked me in — he was very friendly, professional, and efficient. The whole process ran smoothly, and I was in and out of the clinic within an hour. I highly recommend paying the bit extra to use Kingsbridge — it’s worth every penny for the level of care, professionalism, and peace of mind you receive.

Mr Freites put a very nervous woman at ease. He took the time to meet with me prior to my surgery and explained the procedure to me ensuring that I understood what was going to take place. His gentle demeanour and his knowledge of my case was encouraging even though he had only just met me. On the morning of the operation, he met with me once more. However, it is the follow up that has truly impressed me. During my stay in the hospital Mr Freites checked in daily to receive an update. Once released he called me twice over the first week. Dr.Alam Hannan has been great in explaining to us my son's hearing. I also really liked that before the appointment he took time to speak to me and most importantly to read through all the previous reports. That way he already knew our entire history, and I did not need to entertain my son whilst telling the doctor our medical history (which is what usually happens and what is annoying especially with very young children). Dr.Hannan has excellent manners and ways to explain things. I left his office with a smile. Thank you Dr.Hannan.

We saw Ms Attari for Emergency Dental Care. My daughter is Autistic and can be quite anxious with Healthcare Professionals. Ms Attari put her at ease and was firm and clear about what was going to happen - this helped my daughter feel at ease and allowed her to get the care that she needed. Ms Attari provided excellent Emergency care and was clear about aftercare that would be needed. We even got a balloon at the end of the appointment, which meant that there was a silver lining to what had been a very stressful day!

The staff at the front desk didn’t come across as very engaging or friendly. I was asked for my details, told I’d be checked in, and then asked to take a seat. The interaction felt rushed and impersonal. I ended up waiting almost 30 minutes to be seen and wasn’t informed that the consultant was running late. That said, the front desk was very busy, with a steady stream of patients arriving. Having an additional staff member at reception might have helped manage the workload and improved communication with patients.

Highly professional staff and experienced doctor. A modern, discrete and warm practice environment. They do everything to understand and inform you to prepare you for the treatment, help set expectations regarding outcomes and conduct the procedure with the greatest of care and attention to achieve the best possible outcome with minimal discomfort. If it works as well as I think it might I will be back to repeat the treatment. Either way, fully recommend this team.

I had a hysteroscopy because my periods were very heavy, and and I had a small fibroid which he removed. He also did a laparoscopy for my really painful periods and found endometriosis, which he managed to remove completely. I’m so happy with the result! He explained everything really well, both before and after the surgery. Seeing the photos from the operation definitely helped me understand what was going on in my body.
