Even after the surgery a member of Mr Yeo's team came to explain the next steps in my son's post-operative care. Thank you for taking such good care of our son and for all you have done. It is very much appreciated and I know this surgery will have a massive impact on the social aspect of his future as before this surgery his squint had started to impact on the things he enjoyed such as sports. He now can't wait to get back on the football pictch once he has recovered :)

Although the appointment wasn't satisfactory for me because the doctor couldn't give me a second opinion on my back and neck pain since his specialty is lower extremities, he sent me for updated MRI exams so he could give me a responsible and accurate second opinion on my knee and ankle. I emailed the doctor and am waiting for him to reply with his diagnosis from the previous appointment so I can provide my employer with the information they need to continue helping me with the MRI costs and get positive results that will allow me to go to work without any health risks. Thank you very much.

I had a great experience at Cyprus ivf hospital. Aman was our coordinator and she was immediately responding to all our worries and questions. It is a clean and well equipped clinic. The prices were fixed and no extra expenses were placed. They let you now about the price from the beginning and you now as the procedure goes on, when and how much you have to pay. Transfer of the embryos took place only when the doctor was sure everything was ready. No rushing. They followed the correct protocol for my case and were always there for us any day any time! Unfortunately, having burnt my fingers and subsequently acquired an infection, I rang the Centre at 10.00. am and asked for an urgent appointment to see a general practitioner. The receptionist offered me two appointments, one at 11.40 am and one at 1.00 pm. I took the earlier appointment and was seen within 10 minutes by Dr Porter. She was very efficient, warm and understanding. I was prescribed medication, which was supplied by the clinic's pharmacy and back in my office by midday. Having been for a much longer and more complicated surgery, a year ago, I already knew that I would be in good hands for this, more minor procedure. The staff as so attentive and friendly, it was lovely to see most of the same familiar faces and to be remembered by them. Everything is exceptionally clean and I felt very well looked after, my consultant saw me before and after the procedure and kept me well informed. The anaesthetist also explained everything that would happen, answering any questions.
