I was very apprehensive about my diagnosis and procedure but Dr. Pareek was so reassuring and make me at ease . He is so skilled and and clever that what he said at the clinical consultation was correct and I am so impressed. The procedure was quick . I didn't know even a thing .From the moment I arrived , I was so impressed by the professionalism , kindness and efficiency of staff. The nurses and the support staff were so compassionate and attentive. The ward environment was clean and welcoming and I appreciate the five star care given to me and I noticed this for other patients too while I was wating. Please extend my thanks to everyone involved in my care . Dr Pareek and the team dedication and commitment to patient wellbeing made significant difference to my experience . Thank you again to every one in the unit. I do also think there is a good leadership behind the scene to make this happen in good patients care and the well run unit.

I have been seeing Dr. Dana for the past four years, and I couldn’t be more grateful for the care I’ve received. She looked after me throughout both of my pregnancies and was consistently professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly supportive and kind. Dr. Dana was always very reassuring and readily available to answer any questions or worries I had, which made such a difference during pregnancy. I recently had a C-section earlier this year, and the entire experience was far more positive and calm than I could have hoped for. Everything was clearly explained, and I felt listened to, safe, and cared for every step of the way. Her bedside manner is warm and compassionate, and she genuinely cares about her patients. I was treated extremely kindly and it made such a difference. Everyone who works there deserves a massive thank you. I didn’t feel judged, not once. Respectful, polite and friendly and very, very prepared. I felt that I was in safe hands and I really appreciated all the security protocols. My only suggestion to make things even better, would be to have an indoor waiting area available for clients who are asked to arrive at 7am. It was not much fun waiting in the dark, in the rain, in the cold to be let in for 20 odd minutes. But as soon as that hurdle was overcome, everything went so well and a lot of that was because of the efforts of the team. They’re great. I really loved my sandwich too!

His approach was very patient centred, at my initial consultation he listened attentively to my concerns and symptoms. Mr Paniker assessed me and explained thoroughly the diagnosis and the treatment options I had. I appreciated the fact Mr Paniker took a keen interest and consideration regarding other health issues I had and the implications they had on my current situation. He was very helpful and polite throughout all contact with him. Thankfully he has helped me to resume full range of movement which has significantly improved my quality of life. I have only had one consultation with Professor Westcott, but the visit of professional, I did not feel rushed but I felt a bit disorientated while I was there as I did not know what to expect. There was little explaination by the person at the GF reception - I just had to fill in a form. There was no explaination about where to go ... just upstairs to the first floor and I sat down on a seat in a small recess, which turned out to be the right place. I was further disorientated when I had to take my contact lens out and could not see. However, this did not detract from the overall very good experience of seeing Prof Westcott and his Secretary.

My recent visit was for a crown fitting and work on the gums. I saw Dr Balawal . I have had a number of appointments with him. He explains what he is doing and, he takes care to ensure the patient is not experiencing any discomfort. I have always understood, and been pleased with, his treatment. He presents as a very competent, conscientious dentist. The reception staff are all polite, helpful and friendly. I am so pleased that I contacted Quality Dental. I have taken out a dental plan and will continue to attend this surgery. I don't know what the other dentists in the practice are like, but I can certainly recommend Dr Balawal.

My father has recently had both cataracts removed at Visio Health. He had been advised not to drive and was anxious about waiting for Surgery on the NHS. We contacted Visio and had an appointment the same week. Such lovely and welcoming staff who couldn’t have put him more at ease. He had both eyes done at the same time within 2 weeks. He was apprehensive due to having COPD and keeping still for the operation. However the staff took every step to reassure him and ensure he was comfortable. 4 weeks on and he is absolutely delighted with the results. We cannot thank Visio enough.

It is a very comfortable and relaxed atmosphere. Each patient (and accompanying person) seemed to have a good interaction with the staff. There was a good discussion with Mr. Smith on the situation with respect to the eyes and possible treatments which may also need to be done elsewhere. He listened to my comments and questions and responded in a clear way. During the treatment care was taken to warn me of any possible pressure on the face, but Mr. Smith has a light touch so there was never any problem. All three treatments in 2025 were done very well.

Mr Saravelos and his team made us feel at such ease for our Frozen Embryo Transfer. He was so patient and helped talk through the procedure in a way I could understand. He kept me calm through the procedure, which previously have been a really painful experience for him. The Nurse Raj was also great and helpful and managed to get all our prescriptions done before the transfer so we didn’t have to wait around. Really great time and brilliant experience.

There were some tests I wanted to book and she explained they were not necessary, which I found thoughtful as it helped save on the expense. Her prices were very reasonable and she was able to advise on which venues were less expensive,l again saving money.

After failing to get an appointment with my GP, my Daughter made an appointment for me at WLC , within a couple of hours of phoning I was seen by the lovely Dr. York. She identified me having a chest infection, and reduced power in my lungs . Collected prescription from chemist. At 82 , I think I would have ended up in hospital had it not seen this Doctor. Amazing service Now a day later feeling much better. 😎

I was seen in a couple of days and got advice on medication which made me much more confident for the second (successful) hospital visit.
