I was going to e mail anyway to pass on my thanks so it’s nice to be able to leave a review. How lovely all the staff were that I met on NY eve. Dr Aziz was amazing! What a kind, considerate, empathetic and professional individual. I felt really unwell that day and concerned about some test results. She was so thorough, talked everything through with me in such a kind and understanding way. I left feeling so reassured. I want to thank the two lovely ladies on reception for helping with a couple of issues, a lovely lady who advised about which tests/appointments to approach first and another lovely lady who took my blood tests. I am sorry I did not get any names. But I want to say a huge thank you to all five individuals I met that day. You really helped me so very much. Five star rating all round from me! Excellent service from Montrose. Everyone has been really friendly and the organisation has been 10/10, especially as the assessments fell over the Christmas period. The doctor and nurses here are very kind and really helped me during a nerve wracking procedure that I was highly anxious for. I do think given how much we pay for these appointments, that the facilities could really use a revamp. It fees tired and dated in the common areas and the toilets were not very clean. On top of that, you can never find a parking spot, which adds extra anxiety to pre appointments.

From the receptionist asking if I would like water/tea or coffee, to the amazing doctor who actually took the time to listen to what I was saying. She actually cared and I am very thankful as I was so ill. Loughview Health is worth every penny and more! Myself and family members would highly recommend.

I HAD BEEN ADVISED that emergency treams were available in spencer. Mr Murthy was most kind and was willing to operate but said that services were not available and that the anesthetist would not operate. He advised me to continue via NHS. Given these facts and that this was the 4th consultant I have seen I am far from happy. No criticism of Mr Murthy he was extremely kind and honest.

During cataract surgery her bedside manner was excellent, I was very nervous, but her calm voice as she talked to me through the procedure really helped me to stay calm. I have had both cataract surgery and laser treatment with Mrs Prakash and would certainly recommend her to others.
