I have been a patient of Dr. Urquhart for several years while working through the long-term effects of complex trauma, late diagnosed neurodivergence and profound life challenges. Through analytical psychotherapy and EMDR, he has helped me find steadiness during some of the most difficult periods of my life. His ability to understand what lies beneath the surface, to hear what isn’t said and recognise what others miss, has been central to my progress. Our work together has also helped me uncover the root causes of physical symptoms I had struggled with for most of my adult life, which no medical practitioner had ever been able to explain. Since addressing these issues in therapy, these episodes have significantly reduced. What I value most is his calm, steady presence and his deep understanding of human needs. Perhaps for the first time in my life, I'm beginning to meet myself, and learning to accept myself for who I am. The transition to Mourne Private Clinic has been seamless. The staff are warm, organised and professional, creating an environment that supports the therapeutic work beautifully. I would highly recommend Dr. Urquhart and the clinic to anyone seeking thoughtful, skilled and compassionate care. And, finally, there is no shame in therapy. On the outside I look like anyone else, living a seemingly ordinary life, but reaching out for support has been one of the most life-changing decisions I have ever made.

From the moment I walked in, I was genuinely blown away by the presentation of the office. The space was immaculate, modern, and thoughtfully designed to create a calming and welcoming atmosphere, which immediately put me at ease. The staff were exceptionally professional, greeting me with warm smiles and efficient, courteous service, setting a tone of respect and competence from the very beginning. What truly stood out was the profound care and concern shown for my well-being. The doctor took the time to listen intently to my concerns, asked detailed questions to fully understand my condition, and explained everything with clarity and compassion, making me feel genuinely heard and valued. Overall this was a good experience, I had a combined assessment via NHS right to choose. I liked that I was seen in person for this. The wait times were much longer than initially expected however I believe there was a huge influx of patients at the same time that I was referred. The assessments themselves were good with understanding and knowledgeable assessors. The report which I have received is in depth although I did think there may be a professionals insight into the early developmental questionnaire whereas it is just copied into the report. I had a few queries about the report which I am waiting on the answer to and also have asked for it to be sent to my GP which hasn't been done yet but again, this is the lacking wait times. Apart from the wait times, the service was great and I am thankful for their help. I think my referral was made in March 2025 and I am writing this review in December 2025.

This was my first visit to this lovely private GP practice. Lots of parking and ground floor facility was the first tick. Lovely big bright windows another tick creating brightness in what is usually not available in most other medical establishments. No sooner on the door I was greeted with smiles and courtesy from the lovely, friendly receptionists who welcomed me and offered me refreshments. Plenty of books and magazines if I wanted but didn't need them as I was taken at my exact appointment time, another big tick. My GP, Dr Fiona Moore came out to greet me and as I'd completed an online form with my reason for attending she was on the ball with what was required. She was so relaxed and friendly I felt like I'd known her for a long time and I felt at ease answering any questions. Having examined me she knew what the issue was and reassured me. Overall a brilliant experience.

I have been receiving help from Dr Lafina Diamandis for my ongoing medical issues for some time now. Honestly, Dr Diamandis has been very caring and helpful. She's relentless in trying to find the solution and the right help for me, going over and beyond just to help me. Even if all other ideas fail, she always tries to find another way, not giving up on me. I travel miles to London to see Dr Lafina Diamandis because she is a breath of fresh air, and very worth of my time to see someone like her who is passionate about their job and cares about her patience. I couldn't thank her enough for her help and support. Words can't fully capture it; I'm forever grateful for Dr Lafina's help.

As per usual every part of my visit is very professional and all the communication is prompt and informative, it is good to receive a copy of the progress. My last visit was on Saturday 6th December and it was a review of the laser treatment on my left eye - I was delighted when the review confirmed that the pressure on my eye had fallen to normal - this was a 50% reduction. I only had to put one eye drop at night. This was very professional and I have a six monthly review in my diary for 2026. I would have no problems at all in recommending Cathedral Eye Clinic.

She was professional, and extremely thorough, Gurpreet answered all of my questions and was very reassuring. Diagnosis clearly and professionally explained. Tried medication first and then carried out the procedure as symptoms continued. Again, very clearly explained and I was well prepared and knew what to expect. Pre and post procedure care were also both excellent. Whilst too early to tell conclusively, the procedure went as planned with very little discomfort and symptoms have so far ceased. Not necessarily an experience I would choose but given the necessity, everything went very well and I was made to feel very comfortable throughout.

Her massage, cupping, and use of the power gun were all excellent, and she immediately understood where my trigger points were without me having to explain much. I felt truly cared for and in very capable hands. She is efficient, skilled, and highly knowledgeable.
