Having met several obstetricians in our hunt for the right DR we immediately fell for and felt connect too Dr Shalini. She quickly put us at ease of our fears and understood what worried us in relation to the birthing process, reassuring us with comfort and competence. Dr Shalini did not let us down post our first meeting, always being available (at all hours) and showed unreserved dedication to making sure we were catered for in every way we needed, and that we were her priority. In the end the birth was not going as originally planned, Dr Shalini handled the situation calmly and kept us informed yet not scared. All was explained, we were involved the whole way, all the way through the eventual C-section, this was after Dr Shalini had gone over and beyond to try and keep our wishes of a natural birth. The C-section was unavoidable for both me and our baby, and was done so well that I was up and walking the same day and have not had any complications since. Everyone who has since seen my scar has paid it compliments (and I normally scar badly), and after 19 days the scar is a distant line. We are wanting to plan more babies and would not consider another but Dr Shalini to be with us all the way. She calmed me, looked after me and reassured me, never leaving me/us feeling alone. Through the whole birth Dr Shalini maintained eye contact and connection with me, I felt constantly looked after. I feel we have parted as more than friends. THANK YOU DR SHALINI

I cannot express enough my gratitude to the entire Nuffield team who looked after me during my hip replacement surgery. I was very apprehensive about the prospect of the surgery, after a very comprehensive Question and Answer open and honest conversation with Mr Anwar Jafri, i was happy to proceed. Prior to surgery I was in constant pain I was bent over and not in a good place. The surgery went excellent in my opinion and I am delighted with the results it has completely transformed my life. I have made excellent progress I am happy in myself and I am walking without crouching over and almost pain free. (6 weeks). I was in severe pain for a week, my pain management sorted everything out and very quickly. Now everybody recognises the change and I am walking and driving and confident in myself. My life has changed unbelievably for the better. I am forever in gratitude to Mr Anwar Jafri and I would have no hesitation in recommending him and his team to anyone who has any reservations about having hip replacement surgery.

I initially booked in to see Dr Lafina as I wanted to be more proactive with my health and wellbeing. She provides a fantastic service, where she brings great professionalism, expertise, attention to detail to the individual in front of her, and genuine care. Everything you'd want from someone overlooking your general health. With regards to my own health screening, the whole process was extensive but very smooth and I was quickly provided actionable outcomes. The overall clinic experience was great, the clinic staff were very welcoming and helpful and the clinic space was of high standard. As someone into their health and fitness, and as a practitioner in a different field of the health and wellness industry, I would highly recommend Deia Health and Dr Lafina.

Dr. Muheden was kind and attentive to my concerns and provided exceptional care during my visits. His attention to detail and genuine concern made all the difference and he ensured I understood every step of my treatment. The entire Pixie and Sera team was extremely professional from scheduling either online or by phone to reception at the clinic. They all ensured I was seen within minutes on my appointment days. Keep up great job! Suggestion - If we could get appointments and at least tests and labs done over the weekends. Maybe half days on Saturdays? It is hard for some of us to come on weekdays hence all my appointments had to be done late in the evenings. If I had an option for Saturday I would've preferred that than late in the evenings. Thank you!

My experience of this appointment was genuinely five-star. The procedure I had was performed by Vicky with meticulous care. The clinic gives a luxurious atmosphere making you feel at ease the minute you walk through the door. The staff at VB health from the reception area to the practitioners are very friendly, warm professional and very knowledgeable. You are made to feel completely at ease and well informed about the treatment I was having. I cannot recommend VB Health highly enough this is definitely the only place to go for treatments. Couldn't fault any of the staff here, all very welcoming, comforting and professional, made me feel at ease at all times and nothing was too much trouble. I ended up with a few complications from my surgery due to my body not at all accepting the procedure and amount that had been done but the staff and my consultant Mr Harley were on top of it literally immediately. Due to not being a straight forward healer they insisted an open door policy at any time day or night if any concerns. The hospital is very very clean and all policies and procedures are followed to the tee. Honestly a brilliant experience all due to them!

The visit was very good. The reception staff on arrival were very distracted, not very welcoming and chatting with each other . Otherwise everyone was excellent. I am disappointed that I am privately insured and the hospital / Mr Maurino team were unable to bill the insurance company for my initial appointment and pre operation I have been sent a bill for the procedure which did not include an option for insurance billing. ( i know that I have to cover the anaesthetist and the lenses separately). I have given Moorfields my insurance details. I would be a big improvement if this could be improved

I have had two consultations with Dr Cole: the first to discuss my concerns and the second to discuss my results. On both occasions Dr Cole listened carefully and gave me time to ask questions. He was very knowledgeable and kind at all times. It was a great help to be able to access my scans and test results, and with this information to fully understand the implications for the future. Because of Dr Cole's knowledge and understanding, and the clear recommendations for future treatment, I came away confident that I had received the very best advice and care possible.

He has been unbelievably helpful and knowledgable about a recent condition I have been diagnosed with and I’ve felt really trusting of him. He has been a huge help to me and getting on top of my condition and his bedside manner is just perfect. Every question is answered without hesitation and any issues or concerns have been dealt with immediately and honestly. I could not recommend his care enough and feel very grateful to have had the chance to see him.

My experience was the first time i was a patient in kingsbridge . I have to say my initial contact with vickie nurse who took my details left me very relaxed which left me taking the gas and air instead of sedation as I am a very anxious person . We need more nurses like her dealing with patients . Then I had grace who spoke to me and held my hand through the procedure and kept me relaxed and a special thank you to dr Seamus Murphy who carried out the procedure was very informative and gentle on the procedure .

I didn't find the hygienist very supportive when I struggled to breathe during the appointment. I had to signal to her to stop several times because the fluid in my mouth meant I couldn't swallow and made it feel like I couldn't breathe. When I said this, she just said, 'aren't you breathing through your nose?'. She also didn't offer any apology for not having the diamond airflow polishing available, despite me saying that I was really disappointed about this as it was my main reason for booking the appointment.

The staff were absolutely brilliant. So very friendly whilst remaining professional. My appointment was for 11.30 and whilst I accept there is always some waiting time I didn't expect 2 hours. I had another doctor appointment for 2.20 and I was beginning to panic that I would not be ablecto attend. My other complaint,along with several other patients was how very cold the rooms were We were sat in our winter coats and still feeling the cold. Paul, a staff member did eventually turn the heating on/up.

I have been rather insecure about my performances in the past year. To be honest, I always blamed my family woes and in a way, I was confident that the blue pill would work it out. Well.. after a divorce and lots of struggling, I felt my manhood was gone by the time I hit 41yo. I tried to put myself together and had a chat with the people at the clinic. They never made me feel weird or uncomfortable, and after the second session of shockwave, my game changed and I can finally say I got my life back.

Dr Nisith Sheth

Dr Sheth did some minor surgery to remove a basil cell carcinoma from my lower eyelid. It was an MOH procedure, requiring exceptional skill on two successive interventions. The surgery and its outcome could not have been better. Full marks to Dr Sheth, and it gave me great pride in the NHS which still manages to perform outstanding work, notwithstanding the current political chaos of its funding and organisation.

She put me at ease, explained everything clearly, and even performed a biopsy at short notice. Professor Mellerio provides high quality care and I would highly recommend her without hesitation.

Mr. Mohammadi was extremely patient and caring. His approach was very thorough , leaving no stone unturned. Within minutes I knew that I had chosen the best person to see regarding my throat and stomach issues. I feel very lucky to be treated by him and would not hesitate to recommend him to others.
