His involvement quite literally changed the trajectory of my son’s care and gave us hope at a time when hope was in short supply. Dr Masud is a shining light in a very difficult landscape. We would recommend him wholeheartedly to any family in need of a clinician who is not only exceptionally skilled, but also profoundly caring. I was really pleased to become one of Mr Tai's patients, as he had been strongly recommended by my physiotherapist as the best person to do a replacement hip operation for me. He is ideal for me as I have a knee problem on the same leg, and as Mr Tai is a specialist for both knees and hips, we could openly discuss the most appropriate way of dealing with both problems, in a way I could understand. After only a week since the operation, I am already walking well (with sticks) and am looking forward to being so much better than I was before the operation. My operation was at Pinehill , Hitchin (a private hospital, but I am an NHS patient). The staff at the hospital were kind, helpful, supportive and attentive. The initial consultation was an evening appointment and I considered it to be expensive. The consultants fee (Dr Kadhim) was £250 (equating to £1000 per hour) Administration fee £35 (for what) and an e.c.g which took all of 5 minutes was £111. Total £396. I was promised by the consultant that Cardioversion would happen before my holiday in mid December but received excuses from admin staff why this could not happen. I kept pestering and eventually received notice at 3.00pm the day before that Cardioversion would occur at 07.30 the following morning. The actual Cardioversion went without hitch, the consultant Dr Menown and his staff were excellent, facilities were good, food was ample and all went well. So do not take no for an answer.

It's two days since I had major surgery at St Hugh's hospital in Cleethorpes. I still find my eyes tearing up with gratitude at how well they have cared for me. Their consultants are of the highest calibre. And all the staff on the wards, from nurses through to the kitchen, are a joy to witness. Their happiness at work permeates through every nook and cranny. They have looked after not just my body, but my emotions and my dignity. Major surgery is always stressful, but the aftercare I had at St Hugh's has given me a headstart in my recovery. All credit too, to the wise and judicious management in the background. Only good managers could maintain a team who are so united and happy in their jobs. Thank you, thank you, thank you.

I am writing this review after my second video link conversation with Dr. Jeczmien. He didn't make me feel inadequate which enabled me to open up to him. It has taken me years to admit to myself that I needed help and I have finally found and taken the first step to hopefully stop chasing my tail and start to lead a normal life. If this review helps you to also take the first step to reach out for help I am over the moon for you. I was diagnosed as dyslexic at the age of 8years - I am now 46 years old. I didn't want another label but at least I now know I am ADHD a whole weight has been lifted and I am looking forward to try to have an organised life in the future.

I had a very positive experience at my recent doctor’s appointment. The staff were attentive, friendly, and truly made me feel cared for. I was especially impressed that the doctors themselves came to the waiting area to welcome their patients (shake their hands 🤝) and personally guide them to the examination rooms — a small gesture that makes a big difference. I also appreciated that I was offered help without having to ask repeatedly, which has unfortunately been my experience at my local GP in the past. I would rate it 10 out of 10 the staff were so friendly and helpful couldnt do enough the dr i saw dr mamidanna was loverly and very efficient i couldnt believe how well i was treated there i expected a long wait but might have sat in the waiting room for 5 min max then after my appointment saw a loverly lady in the ultrasound department who got me an appointment that could have been the enxt day but i couldnt make it so took the one the day after everyone was so nice a polite it was such a great experience so thank you
