We met the excellent Mr Arthur Dalton who has known me since 2023 when he led the outstanding NHS team (which included the ICU nurses) that saved my life after a brain subarahcnoid haemorrhage and, again, in 2024, when my aneurysm needed recoiling and a flow diverting stent was also inserted . This time we sought his opinion to help us decide between two treatments for a brain meningioma, after two previous consultations at another private hospital had created confusion and anxiety,. As always, with impeccable professionalism and a warm approach, he explained the pros and cons of each procedure in relation to my particular case, allowing us to finally make the decision that suited us best. It is always deeply reassuring and an absolute joy to receive Mr Dalton’s opinion. We feel extremely lucky to have met him.

I have been under Mr Orlans’ care for almost a year now and have undergone multiple complex surgeries due to an unfortunate recurring retinal detachment. My most recent surgery being the 19th of January for a left cataract, Vitrectomy and removal of silicone oil. I injured my back the week before Christmas — I could not even walk with the pain. I emailed Dr Swan over the weekend not expecting a response until Monday. I should’ve known from my previous experiences that he really cares about his patients and their outcomes so I was not surprised when he called me at home in the evening to discuss what I could do to immediately to relieve the spasm and a plan of next steps for investigations and treatment. I could not think of a safer pair of hands to be in when you are in severe pain and dealing with a spinal injury.

The service provided by this hospital was efficient and quick, I was treated very well. Dr Chiraush Patel was very respectful and thorough. I had an MRI scan the same day operated by efficient helpful radiologists. I had my results a few days later. The doctor explained the results of my scan - what they meant in simple terms. I was seen on the Tuesday, had MRI scan on the same day and results on the following Friday. Excellent, clean and friendly hospital.

My visit to the hospital was great, a lovely, clean and peaceful environment with friendly staff. Very easy to book an appointment, we could have had one the following week but due to not being available we were able to get an appointment the following week on a date and time of our choice. Upon arrival, check in was easy and we were directed to where we needed to be. Staff were friendly and the clinic was very clean. Overall a great experience as it should be for a paid service.
