I attended for spinal MRI. Unfortunately the technician was running late for which I was happy to wait but because of timing his communication to me was very poor. I was shown a room to change and left there without any guidance, I was then taken to the MRI machine and not spoken to really to ask if I was okay or to provide any reassurance. I don’t like MRI scans because can feel anxious within the machine. All it takes is a little bit of reassurance and acknowledgement for which I had none. Throughout the test the technician did not speak to me at all to ask if I was okay. I am not sure if this is normal but I found during the MRI it became quite hot which I have not experienced before. When the test was over he hurried me away from the machine without acknowledging my back could be hurting when getting up, which it was a little. He didn’t show me to the door so I had to ask if I was allowed to go and then left the room to change and go home. My review would be it is the smallest common curtesies that makes all the difference to a patient and this time I did not experience this at all. So much so I won’t be choosing to go to this venue for another investigation

I first of all attended a Vascular Ultrasound investigation requested by Mr. Lim. This appointment was so useful in confirming and providing answers. Following this test, I then went directly to an appointment with Mr. Lim. At this stage in my life, I have met many consultants. Respectfully, I want to say Mr. Lim had one of the kindest approaches I have ever ever received. In this appointment, I genuinely felt so respected, listened to, informed, and supported. Mr Lim give me so much time after years of struggling with my health, he was empathic, and gentle in his approach. Mr. Lim was so thorough and clear in how he explained things - he answered any questions and just took his time with me. Mr. Lim very gently and sensitively worked with me in complex and difficult circumstances. Even though there is no 'cure' or 'solution' for my problems, the appointment was so so healing from start to finish - I was met with so much kindness and validation. So grateful for professionals who care. Thank you so much.

I’ve seen many consultants in the course of treating my skin cancer over the last 30 years. I’ve had in the region of 40 procedures and Mr Chin has, by far and away been the best I’ve experienced. My last three procedures (with different consultants) were under local anaesthetic which led to me fainting as a reaction to the pain of local anaesthetic. When I presented this challenge to the next consultant, both he and his staff dismissed my request for a general anaesthetic or at least sedation. They implied that I needed to toughen up. Mr Chin however understood my concerns and took action to ensure I was ok from a pain management perspective. In every engagement I’ve had with Mr Chin I have felt cared for and respected. He’s an outstanding healthcare professional.

He made me feel comfortable to be open and honest and the experience has reinstalled a greater sense of faith in healthcare services in general. I suspect I have ADHD and am diagnosed with generalised anxiety and engaging with healthcare services can be very difficult for me but Andrew was genuinely the nicest Dr I have ever been seen by. If all drs where like him I would have no issue engaging with services and being open and honest. His attitude was professional, attentive and understanding and I felt I was able to be myself without stigma or judgement.

I had micro-TESE surgery with Mr Alnajjar and the entire experience was exceptional. He successfully retrieved sperm for us, which has now given us the chance to move forward with IVF next year. What stood out most was how personal and reassuring his approach was. We had met him a few times before the procedure and he always made both me and my wife feel calm, confident, and fully informed. The follow-up care has been outstanding — nothing felt rushed, and every question was answered clearly. His PA and the communication throughout have also been first-class. A genuinely brilliant surgeon and a top professional. Highly recommended.

All the staff are absolutely amazing, so friendly and professional. I had went in for a second surgery and was still quite nervous and my surgeon helped calm me down. In the recovery area once I woke up the staff were very attentive as well, updating my partner as I went through surgery and recovery to let him know everything was alright and when to come back etc.
