Being aware that my eyesight was deteriorating I decided that the wait for NHS cataract surgery was going to take several months, and particularly at my advanced age ,that being able to see more clearly was very important for me, so decided to contact Moorfields where I was introduced to Sharmina Khan. When first visiting Miss Khan she explained the type of lens that could be used . I decided on the better lens, which it was hoped possibly allow me to see sufficiently without any glasses.at all. As both of my eyes were to be treated it was decided that this would take place with an interval of two weeks between the two procedures. I was impressed by the service given by the reception staff and indeed on the days of surgery, the room provided, for the pre op tests and recovery afterwards- the staff were positive and very polite. I found that Miss Khan performed the two operations with calmness enabling me ,to feel relaxed ,and confident , during the two procedures which was really appreciated. particularly when one is having surgery under a local anaesthetic., being mainly aware as to what is being performed , I am very grateful and impressed by Miss Khan's surgery and so grateful to be able to see more clearly again, particularly noticing richer colours and clear 3D vision once more, and indeed the efficiency of the whole procedure, which has given me back one of my most vital senses My thanks to all concerned Jeremy K

I recently had neurosurgery for the clipping of anyeresms under Mr. Ahilan Kailaya-Vasan and his fantastic team at King's. I was absolutely terrified at the prospect of surgery and having a general anesthetic. I need not have worried as from my first appointment it was very clear that I was in safe hands. I cannot praise him and the team enough, I am so grateful that I was under their expert care. I was shown care and compassion from the very beginning and throughout the whole experience, I was treated with respect, understanding and patience by Mr. Kailaya-Vasan and his wonderful team. They made what was a very traumatic time for my family and I, as smooth as possible. I just cannot thank them enough. I came through the surgery very well thankfully, Sarah my anesthetist took fantastic care of me all the way through and as I was so nervous Mr. Kailaya Vasan made sure we spoke beforehand too, so I had great confidence in the team, Dervika was also fantastic. From my very first appointment with Jon to my surgery, I am so grateful to each and everyone of them, although i don't know all of them by name they all played a part and I would like to thank each of them for their kindness, compassion and expertise. These heroes wear scrubs instead of capes! We're very fortunate to be blessed with them!

I underwent abdominoplasty surgery 6 weeks ago. In my initial consultation, Jane was clear, personable and knowledgeable. I felt at ease in our discussion; we had in depth discussions about the procedure and I did not feel rushed to ask all the questions I had. Booking the surgery was easy and a second consultation was provided to discuss in more detail my preferences. The day of the surgery everything ran smoothly. Jane checked in daily the first few days and was always quick to respond to any questions. She checked in regularly to make sure everything was healing well. The clinic staff were all friendly and very helpful. I was asked if I remembered the procedure for my first op and as it was only 6 weeks previously I was able to remember what happened, This time the eye drops drops were administered in a different way, ie several quite close together and I was very surprised that the op procedure was very different than before, so I wish I had known that in advance. I once can assume that each surgeon has their own way of operating . I had no idea that water was going to be used or that fact that it was going to be painful rather than uncomfortable. Disappointing after such a good visit the first time.

On my order I specifically asked for CAPSULES of paracetamol not Tablets. The turn around was quick but I realized when receiving 3 boxes of tablets no care had been taken to check the medecine. When I asked for a return label they asked for photos and description of the packaging of which I cant do . I'm over 90 and not familiar with taking photos and being a simple mistake in product I didn't understand. I will never use these people again and wil never recommend them. My order #
