She is, without question, the most knowledgeable and highly educated doctor I have ever met, yet what makes her remarkable goes far beyond her impressive expertise. From the very start of the consultation, she took the time to listen attentively and understand my concerns in depth. She explained everything with clarity and precision, taking great care to ensure that I fully understood every aspect. I arrived with a long list of questions, and she answered each one patiently and thoughtfully, never rushing, never minimising anything, and always making me feel heard. What impressed me most was the sense of reassurance she provided throughout the entire consultation. Dr Ismail has a rare ability to make you feel completely safe, supported, and confident that you are in the very best hands. I feel that she would never allow a patient to leave without feeling fully at ease, fully informed, and with a clear understanding of the treatment plan and next steps. Doctors like her are incredibly rare. Her unique combination of intelligence, thoroughness, empathy, and genuine dedication sets her apart. I cannot recommend Dr Laura Ismail highly enough to anyone seeking not only an exceptional doctor, but an exceptional human being.

Since the moment I entered the clinic I was very well taken care of. The friendliness of the staff made all potential stress go away in seconds. The procedure itself was almost pain free and if any pain was felt that was similar to when one has their blood test done. My treatment was both radiofrequency ablation as well as foam sclerotherapy on both legs. It was done literally in a flash while having a friendly relaxing chat with doctor and nurses. I was shocked when I was informed the treatment was already completed. I have been instructed about the aftercare as a reminder as I had received many emails before the treatment explaining all stages including recovery. Then I simply got out of the clinic and had a walk around the city with my husband who was also amazed how quickly it all went. Their aftercare is spot on too and you can get in touch any time you might feel concerned. It is now my fourth day after the treatment and I feel great and I am so happy that all nasty vericose veins I had are gone. I would and will recommend the clinic and the treatment to anyone struggling with vericose veins issues. Milena

Mr Jon Palmer

Mr Jon Palmer carried out a complex replacement of my right knee followed three months later by a partial replacement of my left knee. The arrangements for both operations were straightforward and extremely efficient. My care in hospital was first class and both operations were a complete success. I was particularly impressed by the speed of my recovery and the resolution of all the symptoms. I am pain free and can do anything I could do several years ago including cycling, walking and even running despite being nearly 80 years old. Mr Palmer’s manner was exceptionally kind and professional and he dealt with one episode of unnecessary concern by me immediately at some inconvenience to himself and in the kindest and most understanding way possible. There cannot be a specialist knee surgeon better than Jon Palmer anywhere in the country. My rheumatologist was most insistent that Mr Palmer should be the one to do the surgery and that advice was invaluable.

Dr Tan provided incredible support throughout my pregnancy and delivery. She communicated information thoughtfully and clearly, always taking the time to explain things in a way that felt reassuring rather than overwhelming. I truly felt that she had my best interests in mind every step of the way, especially during labour. During moments of uncertainty, she was especially calming and made me feel confident in the decisions we were making together. Her care, professionalism, and compassion made a huge difference in my experience especially as this was my first pregnancy, and I’m so grateful to have had her as my doctor. I enjoyed being looked after by Dr Tan, and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a consultant who is highly intelligent, knowledgeable and genuinely caring.

Any correspondence I have had with Mr Turab Syed and also his secretary I may add, has been very professional, friendly & helpful. Although I have to say that where it stops!!! It has been a nightmare for me trying to get through to talk to someone at the front desk regarding follow up appointments for steroids injections etc.I have been put through to various people & end up talking to someone on a central line in Glasgow 😩 now I have to wait until April for an appointment😢 This system should be addressed!!! It would be a joy if more people were like Mr Syed. & also his very obliging secretary 🤗 Kindest regards Georgina P.

Mr Raghav Dwivedi

Mr Dwivedi performed my tonsillectomy. He has a very calm manner that inspired confidence from the outset, and was always courteous and professional, ensuring I had the opportunity to ask questions and was comfortable. The surgery was a difficult one and recovery has been hard but I was fully informed that this would be the case, as such there have been no surprises, and Mr Dwivedi has been checking in during the recovery period and adjusting my treatment as required. The other practitioners he works with are equally excellent, and his PA is responsive and thorough. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Mr Dwivedi as a surgeon.

I was warmly greeted by Mr Bhargava just 5min after the scheduled appointment time, which is excellent. The consultation was thorough and very professional, Mr Bhargava has a very good manner and following questioning and examination explained all the parameters relevant to my condition. Mr Bhargava then went on to detail treatment and advice in a concise but detailed way covering all aspects very well. I left feeling that the visit was well worthwhile and that I had been treated well in all aspects of the consolation. I would have no hesitation in recommending Mr Bhargava to friends and colleagues.

Overall the experience was excellent, with one frustrating aspect - initially I was told that my surgery would be at 15:00, and that I should attend the hospital at 13:00. A couple of days before the surgery, I was told that the surgery time had changed to 14:15 and I should attend at 12:15. I did so, and was then kept waiting for over an hour in the lobby as the room was not ready - giving the impression that it was unnecessary for us to have come early. A little frustrating, however the staff were incredibly friendly and kind.

Dr Pradeep explained our plan of what to do with our son for 3 different things. Was clear on each Individual thing we had to discuss and we have a plan of action going forward and a follow up for 6 months but Jae to wait for that to come through and to wait for an appointment for his skin prick test

Reception and admin staff were efficient, helpful and friendly, both at the entrance level and then later at the consulting rooms. The premises were uncluttered and immaculate. Diagnostic equipment was first-class. The consultant was excellent, approachable and understanding and explaining everything clearly.

Pessimo ... fui medicado nao resultou fui uma unica vez aì fiz a medicaçao durante 28 dias dizendo que quando acabasse a medicaçao telefonace de novo para a medica e no final tinha de pagar nova consulta,nao ficando bom e na mesma do problema. Bastante caro e mau atendimento
