it's the Grosvenor Cleveland First experience Anweek today Monday i went for a blood test and Ultrasound both appointments were on time. The next day i had an appointment by phone some sort of registration ( by the way this was the 10!th registration ) Our life doesn't revolve over your hospital so many registrations what for and you still got it wrong it's frustrating and monotonous.) I would try and find an easier way for patients . let's go back to the phone registration the gentlemen tells me i have to do a blood test and a swap, i told him i was there yesterday and i did a blood test he told me that i have to go back as they forgot to do another blood test and the swap. Forgot i found that very unprofessional so on Wednesday i went back when the nurse took me she took me to the room did the blood test and another nurse came for then swap i was told i need to go and do and ECG a test that i wasn't aware of i became stressed and furious i turned to the poor nurse and said to her i am not doing an ECG and to cancel it. i found the whole situation unprofessional. Thursday arriving to the hospital' early in the morning' once again registration and then a Porter came and took' us to the room. a few minutes later the nurse came and of course another registeatiôn Room nice but no cupboard to hang your coat. it rains a lot in England we wear coats .My surgeon came and explained the procedure and few minutes after he left went down for the operation all well to this point Eventually i was up and nurses came to check all was well Food Menu is very unhealthy no salad no fruit juices i would suggest you get a dietician it's shameful your Menu I was discharged by Professor Hakim at around 3:30' the nurse went to get the discharge letter and told me that i have an MRI at five i told her to cancel it no need for MRI after the operation When i came to leave nobody told me what i had to do was given some plasters and i asked if i could have a shower n was told not today tomorrow i went to the desk on my way out to query an extra bill i wanted to know what it was for and he couldn't tell me i said where is your account department and he said we don't have one on the premises this huge hospital doesn't have an account department in short when i know what its for i will not pay even'. on my chart why Good luck you have a very nice hospital but very stressing and there is a lot of' things you have to work don't think it will be my first choice

Was a very anxious patient, first time ever having an operation. Every thing explained very clearly to me by Mr Niall Sullivan; who made me feel at ease straight away. Had right hip full replacement. My opp went well no complications. In recover for about hour. Back up to my room which was outstanding absolutely spotlessly clean. I was up walking with a zimmer frame three hours later. No hip pain whatsoever. Just discomfort from the operation. On a scale of one to ten was a three .Next morning was up washed dressed walking with sticks up and down the corridor. Was discharged that afternoon. I did all laws asked to do. Exercise whilst lying down. Made sure l was up and walking every hour. Didn’t need any pain relief after four days. I had my dressing removed fourteen days post opp. Which had healed nicely. I continued with other exercises . Standing and sitting walking . As my physio leaflet advised. And moisturised my scar twice daily with an oil. I did not cross my legs bend more than 90 degrees. Or twist to my side. The hand grabbers a must and my shoe horn . Eight wks post opp now walking with out any aids. Am driving swimming walking around 10/ 16000 steps a day. I still listen to my body and act accordingly. My advice would be for this type of surgery comply totally with all the advice you given. Can’t thank Mr Sullivan and all his team for a knew lease of life.

Wow, what an amazing place with a holistic approach to recovery. Far from previous experiences that simply provide a detox and a few tools tacked on the end. Delamere provides any willing individual the opportunity to explore yourself and a way of life that can truly bring balance and happiness. The food was excellent, home cooked with minimal processed food, probably only the tofu as the vegetarian option was processed, along with bacon and sausage for breakfast. Chefs were very approachable and friendly, even gained some advice on what to cook at home. The overall environment was clean, tidy and well maintained. The liaison team were excellent and always on hand to support and guide when needed.The nursing team were also superb, always there to answer any medical questions in a compassionate way. The mentors provided clear direction without judgement or bias. My therapist was second to none and created a safe environment for me to discover myself, while always being there to catch me when I stumbled. All in all a life changing experience. I have left with a solid toolset and aftercare package that will steer me through a joyful life with my friends and family. Only negative was the insane temperature in the bedrooms…..bring some cool PJs.

Dr Behar saw my mother in 2024. This second consultation in November 2025 followed a hospital admission in the cardiology ward. The symptoms were dizziness, palpitations, chest tightness and headaches. Dr Behar identified possible causes and a management strategy in the community with the aim of maintaining independence. He is highly skilled in conveying medical terminology in clear and easy to follow manner. We found him to be reassuring; he provided evidence based recommendations. Dr Behar was patient focused throughout the consultation. He maintained eye contact, heard our concerns and provided a way forward for the future. I highly recommend Dr Behar.

They are utmost professionals and a very welcoming. I am given a personalised plan to ensure I have the best treatments for my skin and age. Appointments are never rushed, which I love. The doctor was really rude and unprofessional about other members of staff to me. He also didn't check that I'd received appropriate amount of anaesthetic before doing the procedure leaving me in an unacceptable amount of pain for which he didn't apologise or check to see if I was ok. He also tried to do the procedure on the wrong eye and after checking the eye he could see where I'd had a previous procedure and said, "At least I can see you're not lying". I do not want this awful man near me ever again.

The entrance to the hospital and reception was clean and tidy, I was shown the way to go for my appointment. I would allow time to park if you are driving this is because it is not the biggest of car parks for the amount of patients attending. This is more constructive

This clinic is conveniently located on the outskirts of Kings Lynn, allowing for ease of parking and access. Reception staff were polite and welcoming and the waiting area comfortable, with adequate seating and refreshment facilities. A pleasant, stressless visit.
