He clearly explained every stage of the procedure, showing me before and after images which were amazing! I felt totally supported and respected throughout the entire process. I knew I was in safe hands - the best!! On the day of surgery, I felt completely at ease thanks to Mr. Kasem’s calm and reassuring presence. He made sure I knew exactly what to expect and kept me informed every step of the way. The results are beyond my expectations and his aftercare has been professional, caring and he completely made me feel at ease. Every follow-up was thorough, and I always felt well looked after. If you’re considering breast augmentation and want a surgeon who truly listens, and achieves the best for your body and mind I couldn’t recommend Mr. Kasem enough, he is the best of. I had a robotic hip replacement in October (six weeks ago). I felt informed about the process from my first appointment with Mr Aslam. He was always extremely professional. I felt I could ask any questions I had and he would put me at ease. My operation went very smoothly. I was never in very much pain or discomfort following the operation. Mr Aslam came to visit me both before the operation along with the anaesthetist and he also came to visit me shortly after the operation . I felt very supported and confident. I had follow up appointments at two and six weeks and again Mr Aslam took time to answer my questions, showed me the X-ray of my new replacement and informed me of what I could now start doing. I may need my other hip replacing next year and will not hesitate to return to Mr Aslam .

Andrew was incredibly patient, understanding and clearly addressed my questions and concerns. He made me feel comfortable to be open and honest and the experience has reinstalled a greater sense of faith in healthcare services in general. I suspect I have ADHD and am diagnosed with generalised anxiety and engaging with healthcare services can be very difficult for me but Andrew was genuinely the nicest Dr I have ever been seen by. If all drs where like him I would have no issue engaging with services and being open and honest. His attitude was professional, attentive and understanding and I felt I was able to be myself without stigma or judgement.

Dr Janjua is always incredibly thorough in the eye exam, explaining each step and answering all my questions with patience. He takes the time to discuss my prescription in detail and also the variety of lens options available such as anti-fatigue, blue light reduction and anti-glare. I work in the computing industry and having the right eyewear makes the difference between a good day and one where you’re severely tired at the end of it. Dr Janjua’s expertise and attention to detail makes sure you’re confident it will be a good day.

This was a follow up appointment after mastectomy, sentinel lymph node biopsy and TUG flap reconstruction 7 weeks ago. I cannot thank Ms Elfadl enough for her care before and after surgery, as well as her professionalism, empathy and most of all her surgical skills. The results of the orperation are simply impressive and I am very happy with the way my breast looks. Only minor scarring and an esthetically pleasant result. I am very grateful that Ms Elfadl gave me this option of reconstruction.

Just needed a referral for an overseas routine scan and I achieved what I needed. NHS in their wisdom won't provide scans for those with a strong family history indicator which is fine but utterly absurd not to provide a referral just because a CT machine (superior to most in the UK) is located overseas. These scans can be life savers and it's useful that this provider can fulfil the common sense role that the NHS abdicates responsibility on.

Mr Abdul is an excellent consultant explaining all the options available to me, talking through each one to be able to make the best decision for myself. Never felt rushed and listened to everything I needed to say, even on the morning of the surgery.
