When booking the consultation with Nick Panay, the earliest available date was 2 months in advance. I was required to pay the full £395 under pressure at time, being told that the consultation would be lost unless I paid by 5pm. My understanding that this appointment would be for specialist, in-depth input tailored to a complex clinical history. Given that context, I was disappointed that the consultation felt limited to a reiteration of guideline-based recommendations, with little opportunity to explore causation, individual nuance, or the specific questions I had prepared. At several points during the consultation, I felt that my questions were closed down rather than explored, and the overall tone felt more directive than supportive. Given my long and complex medical history, I had hoped for a more compassionate and collaborative approach. Instead, I left the consultation feeling unheard and dismissed, which was distressing. I had hoped for greater depth and collaborative discussion, particularly in light of the significant upfront cost. I was given no additional value beyond what I already knew and was told in any case, that I required a further consultation to finalise a treatment plan. I have been in contact with the practice and explained that the consultation did not meet the reasonable expectations set by the cost, structure, or positioning of this service. I appreciate that since, I have received a considered response from the Practice Manager and the consultation and fee are being reviewed.

From the very first meeting with Mr Din I was fully aware of what was going to happen during my procedure and what he wanted to get out of my operation to make my life easier and getting back to Normal life with work and sport. I am overwhelmed of how well the operation went and what I am achieving in such a short space of time and that’s all down to Mr Din. I have friends who are athletes in many sports and I have said if you ever have knee injuries you need to ask for Mr Din because he’s the best out their in my opinion.

as ever, the administration has let your business down. i had an MRI scan at Cleveland Victoria at 1000hrs and the outcome should have been given to Neurologist Dr Richard Perry. Having had more than 35 minutes consultation, i asked about the MRI scan and it had not been sent to him. as a result, we had to have a lunch around the corner and had to return an hour later to continue the consultation. I have complained a number of times about the poor administartion. this is yet another.

We brought our son to see dr kapor when he was 6 months old. As parents we were extremely worried as our son was severely underweight for his age & was constantly sick after feeding. Dr kapor put our mind at rest by arranging the relevant test to reassure us our son had nothing more sinister than bad reflux & a dairy intolerance. Dr kapor is extremely professional, listens & is generally a lovely man providing first class care for his patients.

Miss Alex Hazlerigg

During the operation, Miss Hazlerigg put me at my ease and since I expressed interest in the procedures, she explained what she was doing throughout the operation and why. There was also a nurse by my side who I assume was there to distract my attention if i showed signs of worry. The operation has been successful. Miss Hazlerigg on my aftercare visit, explained what to expect in my further recovery an answered all my questions.

The care, professionalism and expertise of Mr Jowett has been evident throughout my pre-, and post-operative care, and the operation itself which involved six toes. Minor complications have been dealt with in a calm and reassuring way. Post-operatively, Mr Jowett rearranged some appointments to review the wounds on the day after my operation, indicating his ongoing care.

Wonderful experience at ACE, where my son has been attending OIT appointments. The centre is welcoming and full of books and toys to keep us entertained through the appointment. The 2 and half hour waiting time for a 5-minute test was severely dissatisfying. The endoscope tube was much too thick, thicker than it is necessary perhaps. Nowadays the medical technology is much advanced and I truly believe a thinner tube can do the job sufficiently as well as improving patient comfort.
