For 10 years, we have gone from pillar to post, and the diagnosis remained incomplete at best. She put all the facts together and gave me a realistic view of options. Miss Reid not only is an outstanding gynecologist with sharp mind and beautiful gentle manner, she understands women's emotional and physical challenges. It reassured me to know that such a high-caliber expert is there, looking at everything holistically with a woman's eye. Everyone I spoke with and interacted with was invaluable and answered all my questions clearly and with as much information as I wanted. They recommended various pieces of advice tailored to any issues I was having, which contributed to my quick healing and recovery process. The anaesthetist, Paul Bailey, used for our surgery was really helpful and understanding before, during and after the surgery in advising me on the best way to manage the post-op pain. My day nurse Gary, and night nurse Debbie, were both really friendly and professional, constantly checking in to see if I needed anything or if they could help. Even down to the porters and food service, which was really nice and accommodating with food choices and timing as and when I needed. It just seemed everyone there was trying their best to help as much as possible to make everyone comfortable.

I saw my dentist and hygienist. My dentist, Mrs Patel, gave a very thorough examination for a 6 monthly check., which was easy and painless. . An ex ray followed , which was also painless. Mrs Patel is a highly experienced dentist, who works with precision and care, which gives me great confidence in whatever task she undertakes, on my teeth. Martyna is a highly skilled Hygienist, She is well prepared for my visits, having read the notes from Mrs Patel. They work together as an excellent team. The treatment is always efficient and painless. I’m always pleased to leave I with stunning and shining teeth. Thank you both for the care and attention you always give me, and it is a pleasure to see you both.

I had a video consultation with Dr Kallis. In the previous months I had a abdominal ultrasound scan and a CT abdomen and pelvis dual phase scan which appeared to show conflicting results. Dr Kallis explained the purpose and limitations of such scans as the reason for such conflicts, which I found understandable and reassuring. He also outlined the appropriate tests to take to clarify any remaining issues. Dr Kallis was patient and clear in responding to any questions I had. The organisation of the video consultation was very efficiently handled by his Medical Secretary. I would certainly recommend Dr Kallis

I had a part knee replacement and the staff were really caring and polite . I couldn’t fault them in fact I would trust them 100% and I don’t trust nobody but the staff were truly amazing . A big Thank you to Mr Patel truly amazing gentlemen and the aneasathetist wow I didn’t feel any needles top people. All I can say is I would highly recommend this hospital the service was amazing. The staff that looked after you couldn’t do enough for you . The place was spotless and the best part of it all you were respected as a person

The atc was very chaotic ( I can understand as day ward) but lack of info for relatives was bad. Main recovery ward was amazingly caring and sensitive. Can not fault the nurses ( student) on G5 absolutely brilliant. No matter how busy they were always patient and sympathetic. As a parent of a 17 yesr old having major surgery I was comfortable leaving him. The surgeon was also amazing and caring he also made sure to include me ( even though patient classed as adult)

I decided to visit IGP in Cardiff for a flu jab. Appointment was arranged very quickly by very friendly team member. I arrived today and was given of a warm welcome. My flu jab was administered by a highly experienced nurse called Helen who was very friendly and reassuring. I remained at the practice for 10 minutes to ensure I was okay and the then left the practice. All in All a five star experience!
