From my first consultation through to my last when I was discharged from his care, Bilal has been the most reassuring, calm, informative, patient and genuinely caring surgeon I could have wished for. During that first consultation he was not pushy and was very clear and thorough in his reasoning for recommending a TKR. He then explained what he would do during the procedure, what recovery would be like and his role throughout the process. Even when I had to postpone my operation due to an unrelated illness, he and his assistant were understanding and flexible, rescheduling for when would be most convenient for me. On the day of the operation, Bilal was at the hospital before I arrived and came to see me and again provide reassurance and clarity on what was happening. I next saw him in the anaesthetic area and I was in no doubt that I was in great hands. In the recovery area afterwards he was there making sure I was feeling as well as could be and then visited my room on both days post surgery to assess my progress and let me know his opinion. When I was in need of a repeat prescription for pain medication he was prompt and during my first post op consultation he was very encouraging, understanding and also clear on milestones I needed to hit. He also provided a sick note after discussing this with me. My last consultation was similar, and he first to say happy new year as well. I have a long way to go but I count myself lucky that I landed in the care of Bilal, and would recommend him to anyone with an acute knee condition.

Review for Podiatrist Consultant Liam Stapleton I have been a patient of Liam Stapleton for several years, and I cannot recommend him highly enough. Liam is consistently professional, attentive, and genuinely thorough. Having been to several medical professionals in my life, I can honestly say the care provided by Dr Katie Cowie is exceptional. She has a great bedside manner, there is no judgement and she is, very knowledgable and understanding. Personably speaking, I would now always consult her on my journey through peri-menopause and beyond. She is well worth the cost for such excellent one to one care. I also see her for weight loss and again, for anyone contemplating medical assisted weight loss, I would always recommend going through someone like Dr Cowie. The assistance she provides with her vast knowledge on the subject is invaluable. I’m so grateful to have met her. and I recommend her to everyone I know going through any women’s health issues.

It’s underneath my chin, lopsided, on top of any tissue, not even near my chin bone, and they refute 2nd opinions I’ve had that there’s anything wrong with this. They also promised me a referral for a CT scan for months but keep deferring. So I’ve had to arrange these scans myself to get proof needed. Made a formal complaint and didn’t even get a written response. Independent adjudication (ISCAS) next then Small Claims. They will not take responsibility for negligence/errors so beware! Please pass on so people are aware - as this needs to be made public

My partner and I came to the Agora for a fertility assessment as we've been trying to conceive for a couple of years. I had sporting injury 5 years ago which restricted me from moving and bending my hip, rectus femoris muscle injury. I was grateful to have met Mr Magan who carried out complex surgery to allow me to regain my mobility and return to my activities. Since the injury at age 29, I had restricted movement and could not properly bend and tie my shoes. After the procedure, I am now back to exercising, gym and do my normal activities! The facilities were clean and well maintained, but the waiting time could be quite long at times. The restroom was clean; however, the lighting is motion-activated. When I remained in a private stall for an extended period of time, the lights turned off automatically, and I had to exit the stall in complete darkness, which was quite frightening. I believe this needs improvement.
