I have recently visited Mr Terrace following some symptoms in my lower abdomen that I needed to understand better and in particular to see whether they could be related to a hernia procedure that I had undertaken earlier in the year. Mr Terrace listened attentively to my prognosis which we then discussed before he physically examined me. Following the examination we discussed his findings which ruled out a re-occurrence of my hernia and also discussed what could be causing my symptoms and how this can be managed moving forward which gave me a great deal of reassurance. Mr Terrace was exactly as he had been on my previous meetings leaving me comfortable that I was receiving the best consultation available which was delivered in a professional and very friendly and engaging manner

Had the pleasure of attending Dr Nayaks treament centre in Romford and could not be more complementary about the experience. Dont get me wrong the procedure itself, as you can imagine, can be painful at times and is a long day, but the staff from start to finish were exceptional. Saara Majid is my dentist. I cannot overpraise her attentiveness throughout the appointment. The main purpose was a filling, so a local numbing injection was required. There was minimal discomfort. Afterwards, Saara assisted me into my parka, led me to the patient toilet, waited until I emerged, conducted me back to reception to a suitable chair where I could await my taxi, prior to handing over to a receptionist.

Recent visit fur a knee replacement event. Theatre staff were brilliant keeping me informed of everything they were doing. Recovery nurses also very helpful and cheery. Ward staff were helpful. More information at discharge would be good. Details of medication were well explained but information about how much to mive about, how to deal with swelling not so well covered.

The team who looked after me throughout my appointments at the Spire were exceptional, including the reception team Today’s visit was only marred by the lack of car parking spaces and careless parking by individuals which made navigating the car park dangerous and almost impossible due to the random positioning of Cars.
