I was having problems with my right leg it was swollen up and the foot was also swollen up went to my local GP just gave me steroids cream and antibiotics but the leg and foot was still swollen after 5 days, so I thought let's get a second opinion and I booked a appointment at spire hospital roading lane and booked a appointment with Dr Y A Mirza a skin specialist to have a look at my right leg which had psoriasis and a rash on it and the leg was swollen and foot to, he was very understanding and informative and looked at my right leg and felt it and said I had a infection on it and subscribed and stronger antibiotics and told me to carry on with steroid cream and told me to buy dermobal lotion for washing and he will see me in a few weeks time for assessment of my condition, I am so grateful for Dr Mirza's advice I don't have any thing to worry about I know I am in good hands by a very experienced Dr.

Dr Chu was excellent. Reception staff was friendly on arrival. After the appointment my daughter needed to go toilet and so we were around the reception area- there was a receptionist and 1-2 clinicians im assuming (female) at reception - either just catching up/waiting for a clinic to start - VERY unfriendly and made me genuinely feel paranoid/like they were annoyed me and my 3 year old were still there. We paid £250 for the privilege and running a practice myself, I know I would not be happy to have the staff effectively loitering and making patients feel uncomfortable quite frankly because they are incapable of smiling or being friendly.

I'm thoroughly satisfied with the Dottore London. The doctor was exhaustive during the consultation, he asked many questions pertaining my general health and the specific issue I had contacted them for. I was allowed and encouraged to expand and elaborate on my ailment, as there was no sense of rush. Everyone was very welcoming, friendly and professional. The client is made to feel totally looked after. The reception area as well as the waiting room and the consultation room were very tidy and clean. Overall, a completely positive experience that I would wholeheartedly recommend to anyone.

We absolutely loved the team at Avenues. We came to the clinic after a referral from a struggling clinic and the difference in competence, service, expertise and patient care was just next level. We're really lucky to have had a successful outcome, but I think that is in some part due to the friendliness with which Avenues approached our care. They spoke to us like humans and were so positive and upbeat. Going through IVF is really stressful and they made the journey so much easier. We're so grateful to the team and Dr Ali and we really miss them now we're with the NHS :)

I unfortunately have a lengthy history of interactions with clinicians in the mental health space. Most have left a lot to be desired. Prof Bloomfield is truly exceptional. There aren't enough superlatives to cover how I feel about his all round talent/care/professionalism/skill level. For the first time in over 20 years I actually have trust in the process and hope that things could possibly improve for me. I only wish I'd crossed paths with him sooner. Even if you a sure you are irreparably "broken" Prof Bloomfield makes the previously impossible feel tangible.

Comprehensive scans and tests, thorough discussions and explanations and - on the day - a very smooth pain free lens replacement op for both eyes. I honestly cannot praise them enough. I have excellent vision now and NO MORE SPECS! Don’t hesitate. Do it. And use LVC. They also have fab biscuits in reception.

Managed to get an appointment within a week with Dr Ray. She saw us on time and we didn’t feel rushed. We managed to get blood test done that morning and a scan arrange within the next 2 days. Welcoming waiting room. The phlebotomist was great with my daughter, calmed her down and made her feel comfortable. She was really quick with the blood taking, my daughter didn’t feel anything!
