Pleasure to meet Dr Rae . I felt extremely at ease and comfortable .Dr. Rae was extremely kind and friendly and istened attentively and kindly to everything I had to say . He gave clear advise on next steps. I did feel bad that no Information was sent from Bupa to the Dr. I do feel this should have been provided to the Dr. prior to my visit.
